Power Rangers:

The Intergalactic War

As many beings now know, the Power Rangers originated in a little Californian town called Angel Grove. The first team were given their powers by an inter-dimensional being know as Zordon. The team started with five rangers and added an additional ranger, the Green Ranger. Together, the team thwarted the plans of Rita Repulsa and her henchman, whose only goal was to take over Earth. After her failures, a more sinister being, Lord Zedd, came and took her place. The rangers rose to the challenge and thwarted him too. No matter who the villain was, the rangers always beat them.

But, what if it never happened. What if Zordon never got the chance to recruit the five original teenagers who started it all. This is what could've happened.

1992- Command Center

A robot begins to stir in the Center. The robot punches some buttons on a nearby console and lights begin to flash around his surroundings. The robot turns his attention to a large, clear crystal tube in the middle of the Center. A face materializes from two poles surrounding it. This is Zordon, soon to be mentor of the Power Rangers.

Zordon: Alpha, Rita has escaped. Recruit a team of teenagers with.....

Before he could finish his sentence, Rita blasts her way into the Command Center.

Rita: Zordon, been a long time, how've you been. In case you're wondering how I got through you force-field, it easy. It's not turned on!

Zordon is surprised to see Rita and caught off-guard, is left defenseless. Goldar, Rita's right hand man, takes off Alpha's head with one clear blow. As for Zordon, Rita begins to cast a spell around him, and throws him into one of the million dimensions that exist.

Rita: Well, that takes care of that. Goldar, Baboo, Squat, Finster, let's get out of here. we have an appointment with Lord Zedd.

With that done they all leave. Rita travels to meet Zedd and tells him everything that happened. Together, Rita and Zedd go on a destruction spree. They conquer every planet they visit. World after world fall down to their combined power. Aquitar, Triforia, KO-35, and all the other worlds who would've have any alliance with the rangers are conquered.

Rita's actions however, don't go without any repercussions. before she left Earth, she scouted for someone "worthy" for the Green Power Coin. Instead of looking in Angel Grove and grabbing Jason, she spots Tommy and takes him with her. With Tommy gone, he never met Kimberly. Kat never came under Rita's influence either. Since KO-35 was attacked before Zhane or Andros get their powers, the planet falls. Astronema, or Karone is unaffected, because Darkonda kidnapped her years earlier. Divatox never comes to Earth because she pirates elsewhere. Mondo and the Machine Empire are destroyed by Rita's father. "Lost Galaxy", "Lightspeed Rescue", "Time Force", "Wild Force", "Zeo, Turbo, and Space" never happen. And, most importantly of all, the Zeo shards are never found.

Rita and Zedd, now married decide to take a trip to where it all began and they come to Earth. Realizing, that this galaxy is the only one left to conquer, they make their base at the palace and plot their next move.

Note: The year is now, 2002, and all the characters, except for the 4 Time Force rangers exist.
