This is an AU story & my take on what should have happened with Elizabeth & Jack. Many of the original events of the series will be included, as well as some that I create. Some of the events will be omitted and others will be changed to fit my story. The timeline of the events have also changed to fit what I wanted to tell. This part 2 and picks up where part 1 left off.

A something better story, begins 9 months after the S8 finale. A new nurse arrives in Hope Valley, and with her comes new possibilities. It's Springtime, and everything is in bloom- hope, faith, and love abound. Nathan will get a chance at True Love with someone right for him, Allie will get the chance at a real family. Fun and redemption for all our favorite HV Characters.

While the attraction is instantaneous, they know now is not the right time for them; they are both about to graduate and head out on their first assignment, not knowing where that could take them. Will their life's journey lead them to love?

Conversations of the Heart began as a collection of love letters written between Lucas and Elizabeth after the bridge scene at the end of season 8 of WCTH. This is the story of these soulmates (#Lucabeth) beginning with the day of their wedding. They continue to also write letters for their Journal.

Elizabeth and Lucas met in Cambridge England as they finished their last semester of college. Fast forward five years when they meet again and Lucas finds out shes been keeping a huge secret. Will Elizabeth let him in on it?

"I've met charmers like him before. The flower soon withers on the vine." Elizabeth said those words to Abigail shortly after Lucas' arrival in Hope Valley. About a year of marriage and Elizabeth starts to realize the truth of those words. However, when she finally hits rock bottom, the hand held out to her in love is one of the last ones she would expect.

Lucas and Elizabeth have been married for almost six months. They are going on a honeymoon trip to Europe for the summer accompanied by Jack and Laura. They will be traversing Canada on the TransCanada Limited (train) and crossing the Atlantic by ship. They will travel in France and Spain.

Picking up at the end of S8e11. Lucas walks off and Elizabeth finally faces the fear that she has been running from. A redemption fic that aims to restore Elizabeth to a woman worthy of Nathan's heart. Title based on the hymn Amazing Grace "was blind, but now I see."

This is a collection of short/one offs that I have written over time outside of my Conversations of the Heart series of letters and story. I always want to represent the wonderful characters that I have come to love so these, just as my COTH series, are True to Lucas and Elizabeth.
