Chapter 1: A Tyrant.
Seth's pov:
Hie, my name's Seth. Now I know that this will sound cliché but my name was transported to another world. Now, before you just skip over this story, let me at least give you a little back story and why if you're a pervert who gets hard when immoral things are mentioned in fanfics then you actually should be interested in a bit. In my previous life I was a criminal that committed many atrocities.
Don't overthink it. I had a great childhood and life but I just wanted to commit the multiples rapes I did to women, teens, girls and the gender bending I did to little boys in order to do the deed without having to even ask myself if I liked both sex. The irony is that I got accused of raping and killing a woman who I have never seen in my entire life. I keep a notebook with the faces of each of my victims and she wasn't in there. I got 20 years for that and was beaten to death by 5 white knights in jail.
Which led to me getting into an alternate world of Harry Potter in the body of a 54 year old wizard born in 1897 to Sirius Black and Hesper Gamp.
It's been a few decades, 30 years to be exact, since arrived and as you would expect of a pervert as well as an immoral indiscriminate sexual abuser I haven't stayed still over those years. However I still wanted the story to go as it had so I was careful.
The year of my arrival Bellatrix Black was born and the other black sisters followed. I inherited the title of Lord Black in 1959. In those 8 years I was zealously working for my future life of debauchery. I used the memories left by the old me, who used to be a very powerful wizard on par if not more powerful than Grindelwald and Dumbledore in most aspects due to the knowledge and dark rituals of magic enhancement that the house of Black has been developing for Hundreds of years.
Those memories of countless spells, how to improve the Blacks in terms of wealth and influence, how to manipulate people, and how to use wordless and wandless magic helped me in my goal to create new spells or improve those already existing, how to grow my house's power and more in order to become akin to a god when it comes to controlling my future victims in every way possible if I so which.
During that time I used a time turner so many times that those 8years were probably equivalent to 20 years. I used some of the time to teach the three little girls to obey me when they were supposed to sleep and created an alternate identity for each of them in their minds for when I teach them how to become perfect cumdumps for their master. Of course the adequate spells were put on them during that time to not cause problems in their development as little girls.
When I inherited the Lordship in 1959 I took the decision to give all the powers to Arcturus Black, my little brother of 3 years, except I would still be Lord until I decided otherwise. A decision that shocked my new family as this had never happened.
Eventually they came around to the idea and all went as it should. A few years after Bellatrix finally graduated and oh boy that body was really something. My rule for those three was to fuck only their asses and mouths until they graduated and when the other personality was in control meaning that the brainless cumsluts were always oblivious of what was happening at night, sometimes for hours. At the end they would be literally covered in gizz with their assholes gaping.
However when I took her cherry she was still the normal, boring version of Bellatrix. I hadn't even corrupted her one bit. That night was the most pleasurable and seeing her mind breaking was the best thing ever. All three of her holes were used and two were gaping, being large enough for a wine bottle to slip in easily.
I locked this memory and hid it in the deepest region of her mind. Even though she had been taught occlumency I had installed in the three sisters very carefully a loophole that would let only me enter and exit her mind without a fight or even her noticing. Her sisters experienced the same when they graduated.
It's been a few years since I have seen either of them but I plan to get Bella out of Azkaban and replace her with a permanently transfigured muggleborn who nobody will mourn the day of her incarceration. I don't want her looking remotely like the Bellatrix in the movies and since I plan to kill Voldy during the Triwizard Tournament I won't need to let her see the light of day after I get her back.
Instead of getting rid of her normal personality leaving the other I think it will be amusing to have the devotion she has for Voldy be redirected to me and make her believe I had ordered her to fake the previous one. Perhaps I'll even merge the two personalities after that, who knows.
In 1975, after having manipulated the Dark and Grey faction I decided to make the status of witches in general reach rock bottom. Already Witches were seen as inferior. They were seen as dumber and unlike where I came from, were paid half or even less for the same job, were less likely to get a food job or a raise. In pureblood circles they were used by the Lord or just the regular males of their house (brothers, uncles, fathers) as bargaining chips. Female muggleborns had next to no chance to get more than the lowest paid jobs, those that can't even let you live in a shabby little cottage, and needed to attach themselves to a male muggleborn to make ends meet.
In this alternate Wizarding World, if muggleborn weren't raped or killed in daylight then even the so called Light side wouldn't give a damn as even they by the standards of the book would be Between Light and Dark. You are a product of your environment I suppose.
I, misogynist that I am, passed laws worsening to the extreme those inequalities between males and females.
After using blackmail and contracts where money was owed to the Blacks by most houses in the Wizengamot, money that they weren't close to reimbursing. I guess being loan sharks has benefited House Black to the point where what we say goes even though we don't use that power very often. In total, in the world, we are owed tens of billions of galleons and have twice the amount in multiple vaults, most being kept safe in hidden locations and only one minor one in Gringotts.
These laws that I forcefully installed will make me in the long run more money than there currently exist in the wizarding world. How you ask? Well I'll explain later. To come back to those laws.
These laws give House Black complete authority over female Muggle-Borns from the time of their birth till they are sold or their death.
House Black is exempt from any taxes over the possession of a witch of any blood status in their household. Other Houses must pay 5 Galleons a month to keep a Muggle-Born Witch as a slave, 10 for a Halfblood and 20 for a Pureblood unless it is a member of the familly when it comes for the pure-bloods.
Moreover, they state that male muggleborns are the property of the Ministry of Magic and that female Muggle-Borns are to be treated as property of House Black who can:
•Choose if they will attend Hogwarts, any other magical school or none but will have to pay the fee for all 7 years at once if they choose to send them.
•Treat them as they see fit (if the female muggleborn gets tortured or even terminated it will be seen as normal and not punishable by law).
•Use them as they wish in every location except the Ministry and other Lords' home unless given permission by the Minister or Lords.
•sell and buy them again.
•Breed them and still do what they want with the baby as long as it came from a property of theirs.

I made it so that when Muggle-born witches are admitted into Hogwarts, or any other school in Britain, their parents are obliviated to the point they won't remember that they even had a daughter in the first place. Instead of going back to their previous homes, they now must live in the Black Castle during breaks such as Christmas and during Summer.
There they will be marked in red iron as property of my house by me exclusively for now and receive a re-education by female muggles that I have brainwashed into trainers. During this re-education they will be brainwashed like in the red room who trained Black Widows and I hope that one of them will try to escape on their own accord to let me see how I can improve the system.
Furthermore, young Halfblood Witches are to be sold to me at a standard price of 500 galleons (which equates to 25 thousand pounds as 1 galleons is equal to 50) as slaves to be educated during every school break they get. They are forbidden from seeing their family unless I decide so, which I have not done in those 5 years to be honest.
However pureblood witches of every age who get to stay with their family, however the head of house is now their master and has full authority over all of them. The lords of each of the houses can choose to put their girls in Hogwarts, or any of the other smaller schools, and in our system in order to teach them their place in the world alongside the other girls, for a hefty fee.They can of course specify that they mustn't be touched in anyway or to not use physical punishments and even more.
If they don't have a male in the line to take on the mantle then the Ministry becomes the owner of the females in the said house and have to sell them in priority to house Black and their possessions rest untouched till there is a male descendant to take them. This doesn happen if there is an underaged halfblood or pureblood male who's too young to take the title. In this case all the females of the household are his to do as he sees fit but will be heavily encouraged to sell most of them to house Black and keep the oldest as the upkeep of too many, especially the young ones, would be too much for a young wizard.
Lastly, no Witches are allowed to leave on her own out of England and no Wizard who isn't at least a Halfblood can leave as well. Even if they do have someone who can allow them to leave, unless we're talking about Lords of houses, they must be able to justify their departure and come back within a set amount of time.
After that was decided with the Light side and Dumbledore watching powerlessly, we next started to discuss how to deal with the older Witches. Those who already were Luckily I already had an answer to that. I asked for there to be a mandatory reeducation session of at least two months or even more, if I decide that the woman isn't ready to accept her new role in society and needs to spend more time at Black Castle for every Witch over 17 and under 80. Witches age in slow motion and can even last for centuries if they are powerful enough. Even so, at a 100 most Witches look like they are in their mid forties which is the limit I go for when I want to fuck bitches. After that they're too wrinkly.
Of course I have potions to extend lifespan and thus youth but I will only use it on the girls I want to and will gain something by maintaining them alive for longer.
The older Witches under 60 have 20 years to come or be arrested and forced permanently into slavery by house Black. The closer they are to 80 the less time they have as once they hit 80 if they don't come to my program they automatically forfeit their status as Witches of houses with perhaps benevolent simps as Lords to become my dumb old sluty Mifls who I can use and abuse to my hearts content.
During this session of the Wizengamot I implied that House Black was open to trading properties as long as they were 12 years old and above and had spent at least 3 months at Black Castle with other lords.
The catch is that they would be sold at a higher price than what the Half-Bloods were worth as they would have undertaken the necessary training to serve their owner. Giving breadcrumbs to them would give them hopes of getting some pussy outside of their blood status.
These decisions faced little to no disgust from the Dark and Grey side as most of them were already treating their relatives like trophy wives and goods to be exchanged with other Lords. And the fact that half of them were death eaters that loved to brutally rape and kill muggles and Muggle-Borns alike surely helped. In fact, taking all of the women of lower statuses from a young age would actually do some good. Surelybeing groomed as cattle is better than being tortured and killed right?
The majority of the Light side had looks of disgust. However the fact that a lot of them were widows as their husbands had died fighting the death eaters explained a lot. I personally didn't care as they would soon get their views corrected in my little training camp.
After debating over the finer details, I became the owner of hundreds of thousands of Muggle-Borns and Halfbloods overnight. In this reality, thousands of students graduate each year meaning that thousands become 11 years old every year. Good enough for my lust and my greed to be sated.
I moved permanently to Black Castle in order to prepare the next school years to come and to organize the hundreds of adult female slaves that are at my beck and call. They will have unceasing work and revitalization potions will be used by them until the ones who are taught become the teachers themselves, helping their former trainers to brainwash their fellow victims and thus lowering the need to use as many potions. Yes there are consequences to using potions and not sleeping if they do it too much and no I don't care about some of them dying at the task. That's what they're for.
The fun is about to begin and I can't wait to get my hands on those young and innocent souls.
Do not worry, smut will be very prevalent in later chapters. Seth will have one true lover and a few girls he cares about like you would with a dog you raised. The others will be entertainment.
