Somewhere in an alley.

'Did anyone see you?' Hetty asked.

'You know me better then that. And I brought food.' Granger replied., and gave her 2 waffles.

'Oh yum! Did you make these yourself?'

'Not exactly. I had to get Nell to make them.'

'Let me guess, you tried to make them yourself and burned them?' Hetty smirked.

'Some days, I actually improve!' Granger insisted.

Hetty didn't really believe him, but it was cute when he thought he was a good cook.

2 days later in the morning.

'Gotta say, those rags make you look fetching!' Granger remarked.

'Please. You can't possibly think I look great in these rags! Plus, I smell terrible. I think flies are buzzing around me because they're attracted to me!' Hetty complained.

Smirk. 'Deeks is still saying that you can't beat him in the 'going method while being homeless' bit.

'Did he ever smell rather skunk like and numerous flies buzzing around him all day?'

'I'll, have to ask him. At least you only have 2 more days of this.'

'Can't come soon enough.' Hetty sighed.

2 days later, Hetty's undercover operation came to an end. Granger went to pick her up, wearing a gas mask!

'Take that off! I do not smell that bad!' Hetty exclaimed, insulted.

'Not taking my chances! And you're sitting in the back.' Granger replied.

Scoff. 'Ingrate.'

Later, Hetty's house

'Well, took 2 hot showers, a whole lot of scrubbing, plenty of checking to make sure I didn't have lice, but I think I got the last of the smell out!' Hetty proudly said.

'I told Deeks how bad you smelled, and he really couldn't believe it. He just couldn't believe that someone could actually beat him at being more method at being homeless then him.' Granger replied, setting the table.

'Well, that's his loss. Hey, one question. Did you really think I looked good in those rags?'

'H, you always look good in anything. You could make a burlap bag look attractive.'

'Is this real honesty, or are you trying to be silly?' Hetty asked.

'About, 96%? Hey, we all have our reasons for saying someone looks good!'

Hetty smirked. He was sweet, up to a point.

Endnotes: As to where the inspiration for this came. Back in June, another 1 of Linda's past roles that I made gifs of, her role as a homeless person in the movie 'Twenty Bucks' was one of them. And I can definitely say, she could give Deeks a run for his dough with the homeless person bit!
