1997-
With Cyber-Kong, Mechani-Kong and Mecha-Mothra having all proven failures, G-force decides to create their own Mechagodzilla, giving it the ability to separate into the GUNDALVA and NAGA vehicles. One day, G-force discovers the Rodans and the baby Godzilla on Adoana island. Mechagodzilla is sent to kill them, and the male Rodan is killed while the female is blasted into the ocean, and the child is taken. Sensing the child, Godzilla marches towards Mechagodzilla, as the female Rodan absorbs nuclear energy from a submarine and turns into WHITE RODAN. The 3 monsters converge at a G-force base, and Mechagodzilla easily defeats the organic kaiju. However, White Rodan sacrifices herself to power up Godzilla, allowing him to destroy Mechagodzilla with a red spiral heat ray, and then leave with the baby.
1998-
A crystaline entity from a far off galaxy arrives on earth, encountering the now 30 meter LITTLE GODZILLA on Birth island, and absorbs his DNA, transforming into ASTROGODZILLA. After easily defeating Godzilla and Anguirus, Astrogodzilla takes control of Little Godzilla and builds a base in Mount Asho. An enraged Godzilla heads there alone, and battles Astrogodzilla alongside Mothra and the new G-force battle mech MOGERA. Eventually, Godzilla uses his Red Spiral heat ray to blast Astrogodzilla into space, seemingly killing him. Later, the American military claim to have killed Godzilla after bringing down a creature with backfins and a long tail. The creature is quickly identified as a separate species dubbed ZILLA, and Doctor Nick Tatopoulus helps its last child escape.
1999-
Varan emerges from his cave and begins attacking humanity, causing Godzilla to rush to Earth's defense to protect his territory alongside his son. During the battle, Little Godzilla learns how to use the atomic breath, and together with his father defeats and kills Varan. Afterwards, Varan's body enters the earth, and the spirits of those killed by him 2,000 years prior begin to regenerate him.
2000-
Astrogodzilla regenerates in outer space, and fuses with a space station. The evil monster unleashes crystal attacks on earth, forcing G-force to send Mogera to stop him. Mogera pushes Astrogodzilla to earth, where Godzilla is able to destroy him. Meanwhile, with Zilla dead, the termite kaiju begin spreading out and destroying villages. A task force is created to stop them, with them getting Nick to help. They discover the now fully grown ZILLA JR and his brood, and the global task force kill all of the brood except for one, THE RUNT. Eventually Zilla Jr fights the QUEEN BITCH, showing off atomic fire breath and killing her, gaining amnesty afterwards and leaving with the runt.
2001-
Godzilla heads to the middle east to feast on suitcase nuke energy, as 3 new sea monsters appear in other countries, led by a bipedal dragonic kaiju. To counter these kaiju, G-force creates a serpent like aquatic Mechagodzilla, which goes to stop them. It eventually culminates in a 5 way battle between the aquatic Mechagodzilla, the new kaiju and Godzilla, which the monster king wins. He then leaves, another battle won.
2002-
G-force discovers a tiny creature lurking in Tokyo bay close to where the first Godzilla had been killed. They put the monster under their control, dubbing it the Biomonster and learning that it had the ability to rapidly adapt. The biomonster's first test is being sent to battle an ANGUIRUS HOUND, a subspecies of Anguirus that had emerged from the hollow earth hole created by Super Nuked Godzilla in 1989. Barubaroi not only kills the Anguirus hound, but assumes its appearance. G-force then sends Barubaroi to destroy Godzilla, but it goes rogue as they learn that Barubaroi had been created by the oxygen destroyer. Alongside Anguirus, Godzilla is able to kill Barubaroi.
2003-
The Mauna Loa volcano erupts, awakening Miba. Sensing this, the Atlantean Godzilla surfaces in Honolulu. The military confront him, and knock him out using the same method from 1996. However, Miba then attacks Hawaii, and upon being unable to kill him, The military awakens the Atlantean Godzilla, who fights and defeats Miba.
2004-
The original Godzilla's skeleton is discovered in Tokyo bay, and when a piece of the bone is taken by a scientist, the ghost of the original Godzilla begins searching for the bone. After the bones are returned to the sea, the attacks stop, but an Aurora Godzilla soon appears in the ocean. A TV show crew transports Little Godzilla to fight the ghost, but it ends up possessing him and causes him to grow to adulthood. Sensing this, Godzilla heads to Tokyo and fights the ghost. Godzilla defeats the ghost, but seemingly kills Little. However, Ghost Godzilla then possesses Godzilla, forcing the JSDF to use a Neo oxygen destroyer on him. Godzilla is killed, but Ghost Godzilla escapes and becomes CRYSTAL GODZILLA. Luckily, Little is revived by Plutonium and becomes the 40 meter GODZILLA JUNIOR, defeating Crystal Godzilla, and leaving afterwards.
2005-
Fearing what Junior would do next, G-force harnesses a black hole and creates a time travel device. Using it, they manage to transport Junior to the past, but accidentally land him in 1954 during the first Godzilla's attack on tokyo. The two Godzillas battle, and Junior seemingly kills the first Godzilla, then rampaging through Tokyo himself. Realizing their mistake, G-force send a team to 1954 to stop Godzilla Junior. Collaborating with the JSDF, G-force attempt to lure Godzilla Junior to tokyo bay to be killed by the oxygen destroyer, however the original Godzilla reappears and the two fight, their battle reaching tokyo bay, where they are both killed by the oxygen destroyer. With their work done, the G-force group returns to 2005.
2006-
A space shuttle astronaut named Takegami is exposed to cosmic radiation and transforms into a kaiju called M. Sensing this unnatural occurrence, the Atlantean Godzilla ventures to japan to battle. Godzilla ends up ultimately defeating M, and with that done, he returns to sea.
2007-
The spirits of those killed by the imperial Japanese army in world war 2 possess and regenerate the bones of the first Godzilla into a DEVIL GODZILLA. In response, the prophet Hirotoshi Isayama awakens Baragon and Varan to fight it. Baragon fights Devil Godzilla first, only to be killed in the process. When Varan awakens and flies to Japan, Anguirus notices this and follows after him. They meet Ghost Godzilla in Yokohama, along with Baragon, who had been revived by a lightning bolt. While Varan and Baragon are killed, Anguirus absorbs their lifeforce and manages to hold the beast off long enough for the Gotengo to finish him off. Afterwards, Anguirus returns home, much stronger than before.
2008-
A weather experiment conducted on the remote Solgell island transforms a mantis living on the island into the kaiju KAMACURAS. After killing the research team, Kamacuras attacks New York city, only to be intercepted by the Atlantean Godzilla. Kamacuras is easily killed, and upon seeing the Atlantean Godzilla defend humans once again, G-force reluctantly grants him amnesty.
2009-
A new kaiju called DEATHLA, another member of Hedorah's species, arrives on earth and attacks Brazil. The Atlantean Godzilla fights him, and when he gets the upper hand, Deathla transforms into a swarm of locusts and retreats. Their second battle reaches New York, and Godzilla defeats Deathla using an ultra spin tail punch, which slices Deathla in half. He returns to the sea afterwards.
2010-
G-force discovers Gamera frozen in the arctic and thaws him out for study. However, as soon as Gamera is freed, he goes berserk and begins attacking the scientists studying him. After killing them all he proceeds to rampage until he suddenly explodes, leaving only a crater and several eggs. G-force gathers up the eggs and places them in high security quarantine.
2011-
One of the Gamera eggs hatch, escaping its imprisonment and discovering a young boy, who takes him in. The baby Gamera begins growing rapidly, and the Atlantian Godzilla senses the return of his old enemy. He makes his way to Gamera as he grows to full size, and the two kaiju have a rematch. However, when the Atlantean Godzilla sees Gamera protecting humans, he realizes that this wasn't his old enemy and simply leaves. Afterwards, Gamera flies away.
2012-
Rokmutul and the Pterodactyl are freed from their suspended animation by the volcano erupting, and after killing the Pterodactyl, Rokmutul begins hunting for food. G-force scientist Honda Serizawa (nephew of Daisuke Serizawa) pursues the kaiju with the aid of Marine corps reserve member Ford Maddox. Rokmutul first attacks the Jancorp power plant in Hokkaido, and battles the Atlantean Godzilla until being driven away. Eventually the two have a final battle on Alcatraz island, with Atlantean Godzilla decapitating Rokmutul with a swing of his claw before leaving.
