Saturday arrived and David, Olive, and Rachel were seated at the table waiting for the other cast members to arrive.

They were chatting with Dominic the director.

"It's so exciting to have an actual mother and daughter playing Donna and Sophie," Dominic said. "Especially a mother-daughter duo as talented as Rachel and Olive St. James!"

Rachel and Olive smiled at each other.

"We've never worked together before!" Rachel said.

"Really? Well I'm glad that's about to change," Dominic replied.

"Oh, I have an interesting update for all of you. Lindsay, who was originally supposed to play Sophie's friend, Ali, is no longer able to be in the show. The actress who was to be her understudy will be taking over - and she's very excited. She said she knows all of you. Does the name Naomi Phillips ring a bell?" Dominic asked.

Olive looked at Rachel and David excitedly. Naomi Phillips had also attended that musical theatre workshop led by Rachel. She remained one of Olive's closest friends, and for five years, she and Genevieve McAllister, another girl from the workshop, had been Olive's roommates. It'd been a while since Olive had seen Naomi however. Being able to work with one of her nearest and dearest friends, as well as her mother and boyfriend, was going to be so much fun.

The rest of the cast soon arrived and after Naomi caught up with Olive, Rachel, and David, Dominic called for everybody's attention.

"Hi everyone," Dominic said. "My name is Dominic Miller and I am so excited to be directing one of my favorite musicals of all time, Mamma Mia. Why don't you all go around and say your names, who you're playing, and your favorite ABBA song? Mine is Money, Money, Money."

Rachel started. "Hello. I'm Rachel Berry St. James, I'm playing Donna and my favorite ABBA song is Dancing Queen."

Olive had been trying to pick just one ABBA song before it got to her but was having trouble. When she realized everyone was looking at her expectantly, she smiled at the group. "My name is Olive St. James, I'm playing Sophie and my favorite ABBA song is Angel Eyes.

The rest of the cast introduced themselves and the table read began. They took a break for lunch after reading through the first act and then finished up the rehearsal by reading the second act.

During a short break, David pulled Rachel off to the side while Olive was using the bathroom.

"Hey, Rachel - I was wondering if I'd be able to talk to you and Jesse Wednesday afternoon when Olive is at her voice lesson?"

Rachel was confused, but also very curious.

"Of course! Is something wrong?" She asked. Why David wanted to talk to her and Jesse without Olive was certainly a mystery to her.

"Not at all!" David replied. "I just need your help with something…Maya and Clementine too."

Rachel was now even more interested.

"Her voice lesson is at 11, right? Why don't you come over shortly after she leaves for it?" Rachel asked.

"Yes, 11. And that sounds perfect. Thank you!" David said. Olive had returned from the bathroom and came up next to him.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Nothing - your mom and I were just talking about…the weather," David replied.

Olive looked at her mother quizzically.

Rachel nodded in confirmation. "Yes, it's so sunny today!"

Olive raised an eyebrow. "I guess," she replied, wondering what on Earth was going on.

Rachel was wondering the same thing.
