It had been a month since the implantation of Olive and David's embryos. Both had been implanted because the chance of even just one resulting in a pregnancy were low. But the pregnancy test in Maya's hand proved that miracles happen.

"How do you want to tell them?" Jeff asked, after Maya had told him the news.

"I don't know," Maya said excitedly. She was tempted to just call Olive and David up right then and there, but this was huge and she wanted them to find out in a big way.

Rachel was big on making these types of announcements with t-shirts (it's how Kurt and Blaine found out about Maya and how Jesse found out about Clementine). But Maya wanted to do something different.

"Could you do something with theatre? Maybe the Hudson could help," Jeff suggested.

"That's a great idea!" Maya exclaimed. The Hudson theatre was the theatre where David and Olive had met eleven years earlier doing a musical theatre workshop led by Rachel. It was also where David had proposed - at the curtain call for a production of "Mamma Mia" he, Olive, and Rachel were all in together. When not onstage, the couple also worked in the Hudson box office. It only made sense for Olive and David to find out they were going to be parents there, too.

"Doesn't Olive's aunt work at the box office?" Jeff asked.

"Yes. I'll call her," Maya said. Part of her felt strange telling Annie before Olive, David, Jesse, or Rachel knew but she also knew that in order for the Hudson theatre to be able to help make the announcement, somebody who worked there had to know before the parents and grandparents-to-be, and who better than the great aunt-to-be?

Annie, as well as Olive and David's parents, and Clementine, knew that Olive and David were going to look into surrogacy. They did not know however, that ultimately the couple had chosen Maya to be the surrogate. In addition to the pregnancy, finding out *who* was pregnant was going to be a whole other surprise.

Maya called Annie, who was, as expected, ecstatic. She and Maya formulated a plan - and got Jeff in on it too. Part of the plan involved Annie printing a couple of tickets in the box office, and she'd have to do it while Olive and David were not working. They didn't work weekends so this shouldn't be an issue.

Then, Maya called Olive.

"Hey, Oli," Maya said.

"Oh, hey!" Olive answered.

"Jeff and I were wondering if you and David wanted to go see Little Shop of Horrors with us at the Hudson next week?" Maya asked.

"Sure!" Olive said. This was surprising - usually the only time Maya went to a show was if Olive invited her (generally when she was performing in the show in question).

"Awesome…does Friday night work?" Maya asked.

"Yes - we should be done with work by then," Olive answered.

"Great! Meet you guys there at 6:30ish? Since the show is at 7:00," Maya said.

"That sounds good to me!" Olive said.

"Great! And don't worry about the tickets - Jeff and I will buy them," Maya said.

"Aw, thanks," Olive said.

The sisters said goodbye.

Maya texted Annie the new developments and Annie said she would take it from there.
