Wheeler /Linka
The next morning, Linka woke up before the alarm sounded, felt Wheeler's arm around her waist, felt the happiness she had been missing for a few weeks, took a deep breath and felt his arms in hers, she could feel his breath under her neck, she could hear the birds chirping through the window. And seeing the sun's rays through the curtain, the serenity of that moment was only disturbed by her urgent need to go to the bathroom, as it was the usual time for morning sickness. She jumped out of Wheeler's arms and hurried to the bathroom.
"What's the matter, Babe?" Wheeler woke up frightened, but the answer was the sound of vomiting through the bathroom door.
"Oh God this is sexy hot in the morning" He rubs his face and eyes with the palms of his hands.
He went to the bathroom to check on her, opened the door while she was still collapsed on the floor flashing the toilet seat" are you ok babe?"
"I'm dying here "As she was trying to get up, Wheeler helped her and she went to the sink to brush her teeth
"Don't say that you'll be fine, usually how long this situation will last ?"
" I don't know it depends." She finished brushing her teeth and washing her face then went walking tiredly to bed again
"Depends on what?" He wraps his arm around her waist and helps her walk to bed
"I don't know, Yankee, that's what the doctor should tell me." She adjusts the pillow behind her head and breathes hard after every vomiting as usual.
"Okay. Relax, Babe. I'll make some breakfast for you."
"Nyet, I don't want breakfast, I feel nauseous, for the past week I've only been eating some pretzels after an hour of waking up."
"Linka, how could you be so neglectful of your health, there is another soul growing inside you."

"Yankee, how are you going to take a shower, you don't have clothes here, you were supposed to get your suitcase from Kwame's apartment yesterday."
"Oh, yah, and see Kwami there sleeping with his date, and who told you I didn't leave some clothes here?" He handed her a box of salty biscuits
"Really, you left some clothes? Why? I thought you took them all" and she puts her jeans and pink shirt on the bed to put on after she showered
"I was sure I'd be back to you, Babe, I knew I was innocent so I left some stuff here, you just didn't rummage through some drawers after I've left." He places a kiss on her lips, wraps his arms around her, and pulls her to his chest.
"Actually, it was really hard to get into the room without you, so I slept on the sofa." After a few seconds, "Come Moya lyubovʹ , let's go take a shower." She grabs his hand and drags him behind her to the bathroom
"Oh no babe, you stay here and take a rest, I'll take a bath first." He takes her by the arms and puts her on the bed
"Don't you want us to get shower together, like in the before?" The disappointing look on her face
"I… I want.. very much …but, I can't see you naked and do nothing baby, …I don't think I can resist, , but I don't want to hurt you or hurt the baby." He came close to her and started rubbing her cheeks by his finger, giving her a look of love. "Let's check with the doctor first."

"Da, I think we are." She takes her towel and goes into the bathroom. "Gi, I have to hang up, I have to go check on the baby."
"Will Wheeler go with you?" She seemed so excited for her best friend
"Goodbye Gi." Wheeler grabbed Linka's cell phone before she hung up
"Hey Gi, yeah we're back together, ... Look I want to thank you for everything... good... see you... bye"
"Can you believe that Kwame and Karen are dating? Karen didn't tell me that." She leans against the bathroom door
"Yeah, nor Kwame told me too, I think they prefer it to kept it a secret at the beginning, remember that's how we used to do in college too, when we started dating" He dried his wet hair with the towel that was on his waist

In the waiting room at the gynecologist's there were some pregnant women, some with their partners, different sizes of bellies there, some so small they could hardly be seen, some of them medium size and some of them big stomachs, Linka was reading a brochure she had found at the reception, the fact was that she didn't really want this pregnancy, and her worst nightmare was that Greg is the father of the child, she is so afraid of this new stage in her life, she is not ready for these physical and psychological changes, "If only I know that Wheeler is the father of the baby. She was not sure if she's afraid of pregnancy and the changes it will make to her body, Or angry at Wheeler for looking at that woman, or if She's worried about what the doctor will tell her in the exam room, she just doesn't know what, she feels emotional and doesn't know why.
"Babe, calm down, everything will be fine, I promise." Wheeler got up, grabbed her hands, and tried to calm her down
"Please just take me home" She felt like she was going to cry
"Linka, we've been waiting all this time to make sure you're okay and see our baby." Wheeler is getting embarrassed because the rest of the people in the waiting room are looking at them
"I don't want to see anyone, I want to get out of here" She raised her voice a little, and tears filled her eyes
"Linka Kovaleva" The nurse's voice interrupted them
"Come on Lin, I promise you everything will be fine." He grabbed her hand and whispered in her ears. She looked baffled at the standing nurse, hesitating, "Lin, this little one needs a medical follow-up, and you know that, right?"
"But I... but I'm not ready." Her voice was choppy, she felt suffocated as if she unable to talk
"You're ready babe , trust me." he looked at her silently, squeezed her hands with his , then quietly pulled her into the examination room.
There the nurse took her temperature and blood pressure. She returned to the chair opposite the doctor's office, where Wheeler was waiting for her. He was careful not to let go of her hand, and always place her hand on his lap
"Hi Miss Linka, I'm Doctor Christina, tell me, my dear, why are you here today?
"I... I did a pregnancy test a few days ago... and the result was positive, so I think I should come here to make sure."
"Was it a blood test, or a home pregnancy test?"
"Home pregnancy test"
"Okay, what the last time you had your period?" She writes down everything Linka says to her

When Linka went to the examination room the nurse gave her the blue robe to wear and then she lay on the examination bed near that little computer.
"Make yourself comfortable, Dr. Christina will be coming soon," the nurse said to her
"I'm so proud of you Babe, see, I told you it's going to be all right." Linka took Wheeler's hand and put it on her chest, so he could feel her pulse racing and frightened.
"Calm down my love, you'll both be fine." The doctor's voice interrupted them as she entered the examination room, she pressed a few button into the computer.
"It will be a little cold." She took a tube and squeezed it on Linka's stomach. Then she placed the small device on her stomach, started moving it right and left until it stopped at a small white circular shape, then she took a pause. "Yes, pregnant, and this is your baby. He or she is six weeks old. The embryonic sac looks normal."
It was an orgasmic moment for Wheeler and Linka. She couldn't speak and squeezed Wheeler's fingers into the palm of her hand, Wheeler didn't think he was going to cry but there were some tears of happiness in his eyes "Look, babe, he's sleeping comfortably on that black pillow."
"Just like his father" With some tears of happiness as well as she looks at Wheeler
"It looks like a chickpea" Wheeler said as he looked at his computer screen and tried to figure out the details of his picture
"Oh no it's much smaller than that, after about two weeks it will be the size of a chickpea" doctor said
Then they looked at each other with tears of happiness in their eyes, Wheeler kissed her hands, while the doctor brought another tube and put it on Linka's stomach, "I think you'll like that too."
The voice was as weird to them as the radio sound when the station was jammed
"What is that sound?" Linka said with a smile
"Congratulations, that's the sound of your baby's heart."
"Oh," Linka puts her hand over her mouth, while Wheeler kisses her cheek, "Did you hear that, Babe?"
"It's beautiful, yes, you're right, Wheeler. That's a very beautiful."
"Well, I'll give you two moments, and I'll wait for you in my office to tell you what we're going to do in the coming months. This is a picture of the fetus, you may want to put it in his or her private album "
When the doctor left, Wheeler kissed her on the lips and got down on the bed to deepen the kiss, and then they parted to catch their breath.

"The expected Birth date is about June 15, now I will prescribe you some vitamins, folic acid and calcium pills, you must go to the laboratory and do a blood and urin test, and I will contact you to tell you the results after two days" The doctor said as she records the information in Linka's medical file
"Thank you doctor" Linka said as she took the lab paper from the doctor
"Is there a certain thing she should eat or certain things she should avoid?" Wheeler asks the doctor, and puts his hand on Linka's back
"Oh yes, you should focus on green vegetables and whole grain products, drink milk and its derivatives, drink plenty of water, of course alcohol is prohibited and smoking too, as well as energy drinks and everything that contains caffeine, and avoid raw meat and fish, and stay away from violent sports try to rest for the next three months"
"And what about the physical relationship, doctor?" Wheeler wanted to ask this question from the first moment when he met the doctor, but he preferred to make it the last question.
