I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe that he was gone. The last marauder friend of mine was now gone as well. Sirius was no longer here as of June 18,1996. The day of the Battle of the Department of Mysteries was his last day here.
How could it be possible that he's gone? I don't know but I wish he wasn't gone. Since Halloween 1981,he was the last marauder friend I had. And now almost 15 years later,he was gone. June 18,1996 was the second day I would never ever forget. It was the day I lost Padfoot.
He is not just a memory to me. He was my best friend and the only marauder I was friends with since 10/31/1981 when James and Lily Potter parished. Sirius Black is more than a memory. He was the only maurauder friend I had left since Halloween 1981.
