Mario: He has the same look and personality. He's the most famous hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, Luigi's older twin brother, Bowser's archenemy, and Princess Peach's boyfriend. He's the leader of the Super Mario Brothers and the adoptive father of Prika Luma Mario. He loves her like his own child and can be protective of her.
Luigi: He has the same look and personality. He's the brain of the Super Mario Bros and the adoptive uncle of Prika Luma Mario. He enjoys having her as his niece and acts as the cool uncle. The 2nd most famous hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, twin younger brother of Mario, the archenemy of King Boo, and boyfriend of Princess Daisy.
Pepperoni: Luigi's beloved Polterpup has the same look and personality, but I gave him Pepperoni's name. He's loyal and lovable to his owner, family, and friends. He may be a playful critter, but he will protect his owners at all costs. He stays near Prika since she is just a little Luma.
Prika Luma Mario: She's the reincarnation of Bowsette Jr. She's an adorable purplish-white Luma with three eyelashes on each of her golden spotted eyes. She's courageous in trying anything and intelligent to know what is happening around her. She's innocent, playful, and loving. Since she loves the Mario Brothers as her father and uncle, she rarely gives them some space, like being carried in Mario's overalls. She's very determined to prove herself useful to everyone. She enjoys teasing Peach and Daisy by calling them, Mama or Aunty. But she is still traumatized by what happened in her previous life. She manages to gain the power of telekinesis; whenever she uses it, sparkles and glitter will be on the things she uses her powers.
Princess Peach: She has the same look and personality. She's the Mushroom Kingdom princess, best friends with Daisy and Mario's girlfriend. She's the co-leader of the Super Mario Bros. She treats Prika like a daughter and does her best to help Mario and Luigi raise her.
Princess Daisy: She has the same look and personality. She's the princess of Saraland, best friends with Peach and Luigi's girlfriend. She's the brawn of the Super Mario Bros. She treats Prika like a niece and does her best to help Mario and Luigi raise her. She now has Plant Powers.
Cauliflower: A Polterkitty with only one tail, black fur, and one eyelash on each eye wears a pink collar with an orange jewel, no eyeshadow, and a green bow on her right ear. She lived on the Isla de la Inmortalidad for her entire life without anyone noticing. She's playful, sweet, and adorable as Pepperoni but sturdy and robust as Daisy. She assists the girls in saving their friends and now is Daisy's pet. She's also in love with Pepperoni.
Yellow and Blue Toad: They have the same look and personality. They're twin brothers and wild cards of the Super Mario Bros. They want to protect the Kingdom, fans of the Mario Brothers, and have a sense of peace and justice. They now have girlfriends named Yvette and Bernadette.
-Yellow is the older twin, despite his immaturity and happy-go-luckiness. He's also the brawn twin, the crazy one, the light-head one, the "evil" twin, and the adventurous twin. He does love to read and eats a lot of food. He's dating a yellow Toadette named Yvette.
-Blue is the younger twin, despite his maturity and sarcastic chillness. He's also the brain twin, the calm, the hardheaded, the "good" twin, and the well-prepared one. He loves to play sports and listen to loud music. He's dating a blue Toadette named Bernadette.
Yoshi: He has the same look and personality. He's the powerhouse of the Mario Bros. He's the boyfriend of Birdo, and he didn't appear in the 1st story for unknown reasons.
Birdo: She has the same look and personality. She's the backbone of Mario Bros. She's Yoshi's girlfriend and didn't appear in the 1st story for unknown reasons.
Rosalina: She has the same look and personality. She would assist Mario and Luigi in how to raise Prika. But she can be too much of a perfectionist when growing Lumas, which can annoy her friends. Polari and Baby Luma live in the Mushroom Kingdom, while her brother lives in the Cosmic Observatory.
Baby Luma: He has the same look and personality. He became Prika's best friend and close friends with 6 Golden Keepers of the Star Realm(The Golden Gearmo Prince of Trojan Toylandia in Child Play Galaxy, Prince Leo the Golden Lion Cub of Yarnopolis in Feline Galaxy, Prince Jin of Island Paradise in Aquatic Galaxy, Mayor Eucalyptus of Treehousetropica in Backyard Galaxy, Honey Prince Aurelio of Jungleina in Great Green Galaxy, and the Golden Jibberjay Chief of Winging Wilderness in Temperature Galaxy.) He then developed a crush on her when she reincarnated. He's eager to get close to her by doing fun activities and having playdates with her. He manages to gain the power of repair, which makes things that were destroyed or erased back to the way it's supposed to be. Like Prika, it'll sparkle and glitter on the things she's using her powers.
Captain Toad: He has the same look and personality. He's the leader of the Toad Brigade. He's dating Toadette but gets distracted by his duties and couldn't have time with her.
Toadette: She has the look and personality. She assists Peach and Daisy with their princess duties and helps her boyfriend, Captain Toad, with missions.
Bowser: He has the same look and personality. He's the ruler of the Koopa Kingdom, father of Bowser Jr., and adopted father of the Koopalings. For years, he tries to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom by kidnapping Peach to marry or ransom. But his plans fail when his archenemy, Mario, is in the way. He's jealous of Mario that he's dating Peach but helpful when raising Prika.
King Boo: He has the same look and personality. He's the archenemy of Luigi and king of the Boos. Like Kamek is very annoyed by Bowser's habits, like kidnapping Peach and complaining about losing Mario. But he and Bowser get along well since they're archenemies to the Mario Brothers.
The Super Detective Siblings: Prika and Baby Luma became friends with six children on their first school day. These kids are fans of the Super Mario Bros who want to become heroes. So, they formed a detective club to solve any mysteries. They let Prika become their leader and Baby Luma as their second-in-command.
-Tallulah Tabon T.: She's the founder and heart of the club. She's a red Toadette. She's very kind, happy-go-lucky, cute, cheerful, and energetic. She'll make sure that she lifts her friends' spirits and make sure they don't give up.
-Garth Golan: He's the organizer of the group. He's a Goomba with an orange tie. He finds cases, keeps everything clean, is a total bookworm, and has a great fear of germs. He can get easily annoyed if any of his friends aren't organized or neat.
-Kennedy Kooperson: She's the nature lover of the gang. She's a Koopa with a yellow shell, a sunflower in her brunette ponytail, and wearing a pink dress with red rose prints on it. She's big on animals and nature. She wants to help them by doing so many charities and volunteer work.
-Brandon Boyd: He's the brains of his club. He's a green Bob-omb with black glasses, red shoes, and a silver key. He makes them go over an A+ when it comes to grades and gadgets; he makes them go over an A+. He ensures the devices are good enough to help with the tasks and impress his favorite hero, Luigi.
-Bruce Boon: He's the rebel of the group. He's a fighter, a blue Boo with a red bandana tied onto his head. He likes to feel solid and rigid, but he craves adventures and action, even if they can go wrong or it's dangerous. He loves metal music and sports.
-Lyla Lakerson: She's the fashionista of the gang. She's a purple-shelled Lakitu on a white smiling cloud with a green headband on her curly red long hair. She's good at fashion and can create good designs for disguises for her group without getting detected.
"The Fun Killers": They are a group of snobby rich eight children that thinks the Super Detective Siblings will never be heroes. They were once popular and ruled over Shroomerton School until Prika, and Baby Luma came in. After Prika stands up to them, the children lose respect for "The Fun Killers." Together with the Super Detective Siblings, they are in Blue Toad's class in Room 3-1.
-Stephanie Sunshine: The pink Sparkie is wearing a red bow with three eyelashes on both eyes. She's the leader and archenemy of Prika. She's jealous that the famous Mario and Luigi adopt Prika.
-Bryan Von Blooperton: The Blooper is backward, wearing a black baseball cap. He's second-in-command and archenemy of Baby Luma. He thinks that Bloopers are superior to Lumas.
-Paula Peterson: The Parakoopa is wearing a sparkling red dress with a red shell, long brown straight hair, and red eye shadow. She's the fashionista and archenemy of Lyla Lakerson. She thinks Lyla lacks high-quality clothing.
-Mark Merton: The Monty Mole has an orange jacket vest. He's the organizer and archenemy to Garth Golan. He finds Garth's potential unbelieve due to his lack of arms and hands.
-Cora Cook: The Cheep Cheep has yellow lipstick and yellow blush. She's the heart and archenemy of Tallulah Tabon T. Since she's a cheerleader, she believes Tallulah's spirits are lacking.
-Saul Smith: The Spike has lime green pants. He's the brains and archenemy of Brandon Boyd. He enjoys barging about his academic success.
-Sally Stewart: The Spiny has blue nail polish. She's the nature lover and archenemy to Kennedy Kooperson. She may act as one with nature, but she secretly eats meat.
-Barney Baker: The Buzzy Beetle has a purple bandana covering its mouth. He's the rebel and archenemy of Bruce Boon. He thinks he's way more challenging than him.
