A/N: Hello again, everyone. Zephyr here back with another story. Yes, the said story can be found on my Wattpad acc, but I'm posting it here so ppl who don't have a Wattpad acc can read this story without any complaints.
Yes, I am incredibly busy with a lot of things, especially going on fishing trips and planning on going somewhere later this Winter, but I'm back with another story for you guys to read.
Now that's out of the way, let us all begin the journey.
(NOTE: This story does NOT take place where my actual experience of playing this game is. Instead, it takes place in a different universe.)
"Goooon!" A loud noise can be heard across the entire Pokemon camp where Zephyr is currently out there, cooking something for his team. Tyrogue, who'd just won the Pokemon league against Leon, took notice of the loud cries of the badger coming across the fields. It was rainy, and most of the trainer's Pokemon were STILL in his tent.
Alongside his Hawlucha, Carlos, who'd been caught earlier ago also took notice of the cries just several miles away. They were all in Hammerlocke Hills, some were busy on just playing with each other until the rain had came by to ruin the fun. "What's that noise?" Zephyr placed a paw onto his ear to hear the sounds coming across the area.
"Haw-cha.." The bird luchador responded, explaining to the anthropomorphic kangaroo that a certain Pokemon has been attacked by another who'd never been to the same area the Tyrogue had been in the past year. "Hawwlucha!" Carlos then pointed a claw next to where the sounds are coming at.
"Carlos. Take Tyrogue to the Lake of Outrage." Zephyr demanded both of his Pokemon to take each other to the lake where the Obstagoon is currently attacking at. A few seconds of silence, and the two nodded, turning back where the trainer is at, and soon left the camp a few moments later.
Several miles in, and the two Pokemon reached the Lake of Outrage. Normally, Pokemon would just mind their own business and roam around. However, this creature is attacking something unfamiliar. The Tyrogue took a couple of minutes to figure out what the badger is currently battling with, until sudden realization.
It appeared to be a Hitmontop, just a few minutes away from going unconscious. "Tyroo!" The Tyrogue cried out, trying to get the spinning Pokemon's attention. Hawlucha placed an arm in front of the fighter, preventing him from continuous cries for attention.
"Hawcha.." Carlos barked, coming up with another idea. Turning back at the Tyrogue, he demanded him to climb onto his back. Just to make it more safer to cross the lake, the scuffle Pokemon demanded, and climbed onto Carlos's back.
Flying over to where the Obstagoon is at, Tyrogue jumped off of Carlos amidst perparation for a fight between young fighter and badger. Carlos would just stop him from fighting off strong Pokemon like Obstagoon, but since he is just almost ten levels away from it, he decided to let him fight off like a true fighter he is.
"Tyroooo!" He yelled, and jumped as soon as the Obstagoon was about to send a strike against it, yet was avoided. The badger took notice of the Tyrogue that was up in the air. Lowering his head, he darted his eyes upon the Hawlucha, who was now protecting the weakened Hitmontop, then back at Obstagoon.
With his head now fully lowered, he struck his head against the Obstagoon, knocking it out just a second later. With a successful backflip, Tyrogue soon landed on the ground, turning back at the Hawlucha, who was protecting the Hitmontop from any further attacks. It appeared to be in a bad condition, moderate but not too severe. It had several cut marks all over its body, some are mild like a cat scratch, and the rest are nearly deep compared to most wounds.
With blood dripping out from each wound, Hitmontop was just a few moments away from passing out. Carlos wasn't able to take both Pokemon at once, since Hitmontop is slightly heavier than Tyrogue. Carrying the wounded Hitmontop would prevent him from flying back at Zephyr's camp while the young fighter was riding on his back, so he decided to come up with another plan.
"HAWWCHAAAA!" Carlos bellowed in an attempt to get his team's attention. Since his calls were loud enough to let everyone else take notice, Kiri, Zephyr's Noivern soon flew over in a flash.
Reaching where the Hitmontop is attacked, Hawlucha took the weakened Hitmontop onto Kiri's back, including Tyrogue. "Ouuvern!" The bat dragon growled, nodding as she saw the Hawlucha holding onto both the Hitmontop and on her back. With a swift moment, Kiri soon flapped her wings, and flew back to camp.
"There you guys are!" Zephyr cried, hugging their Noivern, Kiri as he soon turned back at Carlos, holding onto the Hitmontop with one wing, the other onto the dragon's back. "Carlos! Ty!" He ran back at the two Pokemon he'd caught in the past, now looking back at the severely-wounded Hitmontop. "W-Where'd you find this?"
"Chaa.. Hawlucha.." Carlos explained, describing most of the wounds the Obstagoon gave it moments ago. Taking the wounded Pokemon over to Zephyr.
"C-Carlos." Zephyr shook, staring at the weakened fighting-type spinner, then back at the Hawlucha. "T-That's..That's a Hitmontop!" All three Pokemon shook as the kangaroo revealed its name. "The same species of Pokemon in the Lake of Outrage!"
Darting his eyes at the Hitmontop, Zephyr looked around the campsite to see if he had any medical kits to cover its wounds. "Tyrogue. Look in my tent if you see a medical kit. If not, I'm taking it to the Pokemon Center." He had no other choice but to fix on taking the weakened Hitmontop back at the center to get its wounds treated, unless he actually has a first aid kit to do so.
"Rogue!" The young fighter obeyed, and went back into the tent to look for the first aid kit. Zephyr was worried that if the wounds weren't treated on time, the spinning Pokemon would get infected. "D-Don't worry, Hitmontop. We're gonna take care of these scratches as soon as possible!"
Tyrogue came out of the tent with Zephyr's first aid kit that was left inside. "There's my medical kit! Thanks, lil' Ty!" Thanking the young fighter for his help, the Tyrogue nodded and went back to where Zephyr is currently at.
"Medicine." Zephyr demanded, Carlos nodded and gave the trainer the medicine bottle as he was told to. Spraying most of the fluid onto each wound, the Hitmontop let out a painful "Tooop!".
"Don't worry, Hitmontop. It only stings a little." Carlos went back to the first aid kit to grab the bandages. Zephyr was about to speak, yet soon was offered a roll of a white bandage from him. "Oh, good. I was worried that if I don't have any, it'll be a lot worse." Zephyr sighed, now wrapping the white cloth onto the deeper wounds Hitmontop had received.
As soon as Zephyr finished taking care of each wound the Pokemon had gotten, he then carried the Hitmontop back inside the tent. "Get some rest, buddy. You'll feel a little better once you wake up."
