When they got to GUN they went to Towers' office and sat down.
Shadow sat down next to her holding her hand.
"I have a deal for you." Towers said.
"Which is what?" Sonic asked.
"Your options are get experimented on, put to sleep like agent Shadow or join GUN. Other than the color and certain abilities and skills you're the same thing as agent Shadow."
Shadow was shocked and Sonic sat there quietly then nodded.
"I-I'll join you on one condition." she said.
"What is it?"
"Whenever Eggman or someone else is here let me fight them like I do now."
Towers looked at her then nodded.
"Deal."
Sonic nodded and Shadow held her close.
"Can she at least join Team Dark?" he asked.
"That one is up to you and agent Rouge."
He nodded.
"Is that it?" Sonic asked.
"Yes. See you tomorrow agent Shadow, agent Sonic."
They nodded and went to Shadow and Rouge's office.
Rouge was there writing about her last mission.
"Hey." Shadow said.
Rouge looked up confused.
"Shadow? What are you doing here? And why did you bring Blue?" she asked.
"Did you hear about her?"
Rouge nodded and looked at Sonic.
"Commander made her join us, didn't he?"
They nodded.
"So, you up for a new Team Dark member?" Shadow asked.
"Sure."
Sonic nodded.
"I'll see you tomorrow then. I'm gonna go visit my mom, Sonia and Manic." she said. "Maybe spend the night at the castle."
They nodded.
"Use them." Shadow said. "Use them like I do mine. Since you joined GUN a few minutes ago you'll have missions and everything we do now. Use them for everything it takes."
Sonic stood there quietly and nodded.
Then she sighed and raised her hand.
"I can Chaos Control without an emerald." she said shocking them both. "CHAOS CONTROL!" she said and was gone.
A few seconds later she was at the beginning of Mobotropolis.
She sighed and ran to the castle.
People smiled recognizing that light and wind anywhere.
Then she stopped right outside the castle.
"Princess Sonic! It's been a while hasn't it?" a guard said smiling.
"Hey Tom." Sonic said. "Mind if I?"
"Of course not." he said and opened the door.
"Thanks!" she said and ran.
Tom shook his head smiling.
"She gets faster and faster every time." he said and chuckled along with the other one.
When she got inside she went to the throne room and saw Aleena sitting there as usual.
'Sonia must be with Knux and Manic must be in his room or town.' she thought.
"Mom?" she said and Aleena looked up from her book and smiled.
"Sonic." she said and got up and gave her a hug to feel tears coming down. "What's wrong?"
"T-Towers is making me do something that I don't want to!"
"What is it?"
"J-join GUN or get experimented on and put to sleep like Shadow!"
Aleena was shocked.
"They saw the paper didn't they?" she said and Sonic nodded.
"Now GUN knows I have Shadow's and my own abilities!" she said. "Shadow said I should use them now."
"You should. If you use them you defeat him for good and then we can fix this. Alright? You can come home and become queen."
Sonic nodded.
"When that happens I'll have commander go to court and we can free you and Shadow."
Sonic nodded again.
"I'm gonna stay here tonight. Have to get up early but I need to stay away from them right now."
Aleena smiled.
"This is your kingdom and castle, you can come whenever you want to."
Sonic nodded.
"I, I'm gonna go lay down." she said and Aleena nodded.
Then Sonic went to her room and laid down.
Meanwhile Shadow was furious at what people were saying about Sonic now that they found out like he thought.
He doesn't know how but some people found out.
Tails and Knuckles hadn't left her like Shadow, Rouge and even Topaz.
But Amy, Cream, Blaze and Silver left her. To his surprise Chris, Chuck, Ella, Tanaka, Francis, Helen, Danny and everyone else left her.
Hopefully they'll realize what they're doing. After all the times she saved them this is what she gets.
When he got home he saw Tails and Knuckles sitting on the couch.
Them, Rouge Sonia and Manic have a key to their house. Sonic, Shadow Sonia and Manic have a key to Knuckles and Tails' houses.
"Tails? Knuckles?" Shadow said.
"Hey." Knuckles said.
"What are you doing here?"
"For you to tell us what exactly happened. What did he do to her?"
Shadow sighed.
"He threatened her. Join GUN or get experimented on and put to sleep like me."
They gasped in horror.
"So she joined GUN and made a deal saying let her still fight doctor and he agreed. So she joined Team Dark now. She's at the castle tonight."
They nodded.
"I don't blame her. I'd be there to. Sonia and Manic will look after her." Knuckles said.
"When does she start?" Tails asked.
"Tomorrow. Get her jacket and probably a gun tomorrow and she'll use her true powers now. Show them what she can really do." Shadow said.
They sat there quietly.
"I'm sure she told Aleena what happened and when she defeats Eggman for good she'll do whatever it takes to get her free. Probably same thing with you and Rouge, if she wants to." Knuckles said.
They nodded.
"I can't believe we're the only people staying with her now." Tails said.
"After everything she's done for them this is what she gets." Knuckles said.
"She doesn't deserve this." Shadow said shaking his head.
They nodded.
They were worried about what was going to happen next. They know she was going to have to fight Dark Sonic and probably have trouble by next month.
