When they got there Aleena had them go to the infirmary to get looked at.
When they got to the infirmary Shadow gently put Sonic down then went onto his own bed exhausted to.
Rouge took out his limiters and put them back on while Tails did the same thing with Sonic's.
The only people Shadow trusts with his limiters is Sonic and Rouge. Even after making him new ones he doesn't trust Chris with them.
The only people Sonic trusts with her's is Tails, Knuckles and Shadow. Even though they're her real family she doesn't trust Aleena, Sonia or Manic with something big like this.
That hurt but at the same time they understand.
Especially Manic after being raised by thieves.
While doctors took care of them Shadow started to dose off.
He wanted to stay up and find out what happened to Sonic but finally gave in and fell asleep.
The others stood there looking at them worried about them.
Especially Sonic.
After so many years of fighting they knew she lost a lot of her Chaos and if she wasn't immortal she would've died a long time ago. Even though she didn't take her necklace off until a few months ago.
A few hours later Shadow started to wake up and groaned.
Everyone looked at him and saw him slowly opening his eyes.
"What happened?" he said and looked around.
"You're in the infirmary after a fight of Towers and Sonic from Alan." Rouge said.
Then Shadow remembered, quickly sat up and winced.
"Ow." he said.
"Easy king Shadow." a doctor said.
"What happened?"
"You have a concussion after smacking your head from a fall, sprained ankle and stitches on your right wrist."
Shadow nodded and looked at Sonic.
"And Sonic?" he said worried.
The Doctor said nothing for a minute.
"What happened to her doctor?" he asked then thought of something. "As king of Mobius and Station Square I order you to tell us what's wrong."
It felt weird saying that.
"Yes your majesty." the doctor said. "Queen Sonic has a broken wrist, more stitches then you, bruises, cuts, sprained ankle like you, she used a lot of her Chaos and is now, in a coma."
They all sat there quietly
"What about the pup?"
The doctor shook his head.
"I'm sorry but, after being hit in the stomach she had a miscarriage."
Shadow sat there quietly and shook his head.
"I knew that's why she winced and held her stomach so much during the fight." he said and felt tears going down. "I shouldn't have let her fight."
Sonia and Tails were being held by Knuckles, Rouge was being held by Manic and Cream, Cheese and Amy were held by Aleena.
"I'm so sorry your majesty." the doctor said but Shadow said nothing.
"What am I going to tell her when she wakes up?" he said.
"We don't know if she will wake up."
"She will!" Shadow said. "She's immortal like me. And if I have to I'll heal her myself."
Everyone looked at him wondering if he really could heal her.
