As he entered the huge building, he was surrounded by people not much taller than himself running around with an air of importance. He went up to one of the desks and bowed to the teller. He was pretty sure that was the right thing to do because the people, who he would later find out were Goblins, all stared at him in shock. His teller greeted him nicely asking what he would like done today. Harry replied asking if he could please go and retrieve money from his account and the Goblin asked for his key. Harry replied that he didn't have a key and the goblin told him he could get a blood test so he could get access to his account. Harry with a bit of encouragement from Hydra agreed and so they went off to a small room. He was given a dagger and had to put three drops of blood on to the parchment. What popped up surprised the goblins.
