LOVELY PRESENT
Young Sally waited alone atop of Halloween Hill---a flower was in her hand, a petal between her lips---. The cemet'ry served as home around she could wander free, far from her creator's grasp, waiting for her groom-to-be to come back into her patched arms.
Skelleton Jack slowly gets near while hiding behind tombstones; he wished to surprise Sally as this was his true nature. However, since Halloween Hill offered his visitors with great views, to catch someone by surprise there was almost unprobable. So Jack decided he was going to climb the hill with his eyes closed.
Of course Sally thought it was imposible for her to be frightened by the King of Halloween. She saw him jumping from behind a tombstone and walk clumsily trying to reach her. She saw Jack step over slippery stones and his foot got trapped on the fence; she smiled ammussed at the guy who tried to reach her blindly stteping over pumpkins.
Finally, one long arm reached out and came to find Sally's face; ''this lovely lady thinks herself to be inmune to The Pumpkin Kings' most delightful charm,'' said Jack, gallantly and suave, taking her in his bony embrace; ''right?'' and suddenly openning his hollow eyes...
...showing a sudden sparkle which made Sally jump scared as Jack Skellington presented her with two fat diamonds as if they were his own eyes.
