Author's Note #1: Tiny bit of implied slash, in the first and last
paragraphs. I have no beta but I did re-read this a couple times. If you
see any glaringly obvious spelling/grammar errors feel free too say so in a
review, thanks! Also, I don't own Harry Potter or any of the characters.
Severus, Remus, Sirius, and a Certain Muggle Game
Severus wasn't sure how he let himself be coaxed into playing the game; maybe it had been the mention of strip Twister for after?
The dice rolled agonizingly slowly, flipping end over end, and finally tilting leisurely to one side as if reluctant to stop and reveal his fate. There it was, stopped on 4. He sat calmly for a moment, pondering his move. Damn! He could do nothing with that roll, and he was so close too. Only one more left to go. Please don't be me, he thought desperately. He obligingly shifted his 4 spaces. Swiping a piece of unusually greasy hair off his forehead he indicated to Lupin that it was his turn.
Remus' roll took only a few precious seconds and than he off, racing 6 spaces across the board and screeching to a halt inside the Astronomy Tower. He laughed merrily before giving his statement. "I suspect Professor Snape in the Astronomy Tower with the singing Valentine." Sirius high-fived Remus when no one had any cards to show him. "And I win again," gloated Remus, "How many games is that now?" ("3," supplied Sirius helpfully.) "One might wonder if the board was perhaps fixed?"
"Fine," grumbled Severus. "You've had your fun, now lets play that game of Twister!"
Author's Note #2: Yep, they were playing the loveable game of Clue (but the wizard version that I came up with the other night, which uses weapons, places, and people pertaining to Hogwarts). So if you don't get it, these sentences: "Only one more left to go. Please don't be me, he thought desperately." Refer to Snape only have one more thing left to figure out (the suspect) and he was hoping that suspect didn't turn out to be him.
