Stuck in my Cube
Chapter One
It was Saturday. I sat completely relaxed on the edge of my bed. I was enjoying a good round of SSB Melee's vs. mode on my Cube (GameCube). I, as Kirby, was laying serious waste to Bowser, Mr. Game & Watch, and Link at my home court of Green Greens. As I usually did I was moving my body with my characters moves. This was as good as life got. I was about to home run (smash attack with bat) G&W when the phone rang. I paused and went to the living room to pick it up. "Hello?" "Oh hey Cassie, no I'm playing Melee." "Really.when." The conversation went on like this for about ten minutes. I continued my chatting unaware of the happenings in my room. When I finished talking, I hung up the phone and headed back to my room. When I arrived there, I was alarmed to see my TV glowing a bright blue-ish color. I walked over and proceeded to hit the top. I glanced back at the screen, still glowing blue. I stared long and hard at the glow. The next thing I know I'm in the middle of a blue-ish fog, like the color of the TV. I was in this fog or about five seconds then it cleared, when it did I wasn't in my room any more. I looked around for any familiar object or landmark. I turned, my jaw dropped, and my eyes went gigantic. Right there was Wispy Woods, the background from Green Greens. I hit myself to see if I was dreaming. I wasn't so lucky. I was wide awake, staring directly at Wispy Woods. I glanced to my left and saw the well-known, yellow, star blocks falling form the sky as they did in the game. There was only one explanation; I had been pulled into my Cube somehow. "Holy crap on a stick!" I exclaimed. "How can this be possible? Why did I.but.wait if I'm in my game, where are all the characters?" No sooner had I finished my sentence when something pegged me in the back of my head. I spun about to see Link running at me, full force. I had but one choice, move, now. I did just that, I jumped to the above platform, giving Link room the plow through. The platform was not a good place to be, for Bowser had been standing there. With one solid smash attack I went flying. For the few seconds I was airborne, I could clearly see Link, Bowser, G&W, and Kirby. I knew I was off the playing field, which meant game over for me. Or so I thought, after I fell into oblivion, I found myself and a small hovering thing. I had more then one life. I then proceeded to worried how I could get out of the Cube. The the area went dark.
