Hello everyone. It is my first fanfic here. OC's appearing throughout the whole story are from the respective people in MLB discord server. I hope you'll enjoy!
In a dusk of the day a car was driving through the long roads. The roads were empty so it was going quickly without any problem. Inside the driver was minding his own business, while in a secluded back of the car a young boy was bored out of his mind, looking out the car window and tapping his fingers.
The boy was a fit build light-skinned male. His eyes are grey, but his left eye was covered by bandages that wrap underneath his bangs. His hair was puffy, middle length, white coloured, which slightly covered part of a bandage on the forehead and on the back of his head. The hair was tied in a short ponytail. The boy was wearing a blue t-shirt with a white crescent moon, grey denim pants and navy and white sneakers. Near him was a brown leather jacket that he liked to wear.
The boy sighed and pulled away out of the window. No one have explained to him where and why was he going…. Well, the first question was answered when he looked outside. French sounding town names really helped to that. Second question was still unanswered which infuriated him. The boy lied his head and closed his eyes as the sound made him feel that the road was never ending, it just gets longer and longer and…
The boredom was interrupted by his ringing phone. Quickly straightening up he saw who was the caller and picked up the phone.
"Hello?" The boy asked. It was easy to detect a note of boredom in his voice. "Could you finally tell me why you send me to…France of all things?"
"You'll understand it when you get to Paris Arthur" the monotone calm voice answered "The only thing I'll tell you now is that I trust you'll use your heritage well. Understand?" he continued while the boy hummed in confirmation.
"Only one thing. Why Paris? The town of the two miraculous heroes. Why do I have to go there straight after my training?" he asked now slightly interested.
"The answer will be given when you get there" the voice replied unsatisfactory to the boy's curiosity. "Now go. Call me after you check Paris and its surroundings." Before the boy could reply the call ended.
"Cryptic as usual… dad." the boy sighed as he looked at the only other thing next to him. He picked up his jacket and started fishing in the one of the pockets. Pulling out he brought a small dark coloured box with grey detailing and a folded note attached to it. Taking the note, he unfolded it to see a message.
- Heritage of your family. It will be useful on your destination. -
Putting the message back into the pocket left him with questions. Why was he going to a place where there were superheroes, villains and Akumas? Pretty noisy place in his opinion, but if he was going to be there then he will. The boy took a sigh as the sun shone even more brightly.
"Well then… Paris, here I go." He smirked as he slowly saw Eiffel tower in the distance. The car seemed to drive faster to arrive at his destination.
The summer light shined brightly upon the beautiful city of Paris. The bright light shined through all the streets casting no shadow in the city. It was a slow close of the summer time, which to the dread of some young students marked the beginning to another school year. For a certain group of teens, it was the best time to get together and enjoy the calm day.
"C'mon girl. They'll be waiting on us if we slug up even more." exclaimed the dark-skinned girl with red-orangish hair. She was tugging a smaller dark-haired girl with two pigtails. The pulled girl was trying to run along without falling flat on her face with how fast her best friend was going.
"Calm down Alya. The boys will be patient. There is no need to run like that. Besides… do you know where we need to go?" said Marinette between breaths. The girls have been running for a long while and the ravenette felt like Alya was dragging her nearly straight through whole Paris just to get to their friends.
"Don't worry Mari. We will get there. We can't keep Adrien waiting!~" Alya said giddily to which her friend sighed loudly. Throughout whole summer her friend was constantly trying to put her together with the model to finally let him fell in love with her. Unfortunately, every time was failed due to the many circumstances, with Chloé being the most appearing.
"Can't you let me ask him out myself? It's already hard for me to talk to him even without your constant attempts of putting us close together." she said a bit angered. She wanted to continue, but was stopped by the hand of her friend.
"Girl! I know what I am doing. Without me Adrien would already be taken or you would finally confess it, but when you were an old cat lady." her friend said which made Marinette huff in annoyance. 'Alya will, never quit…" she thought before continuing strutting behind her friend.
The girls arrived to the park where they finally found the boys, which waved at them. Marinette seeing one particular boy started smiling dumbly as her face started to turn red and waved, to which Alya started smirking as to proving her point.
"Hey babe, heya dudette. Are ya ready for today's fun?" the dark-skinned boy asked while hugging Alya and fist bumping Mari. The boy was emitting chill vibe from himself. His friend shot a big smile which made Marinette turn even more red. "Adrien was worried sick over you two and wouldn't stop going in circles" the boy continued pointing at the blond with his thumb. Adrien looked embarrassed as the light tint on his face and the uncontrollable scratching on the neck betrayed it. Seeing their friend like this Nino and Alya bursted into laughter, while Marinette looked at the model and went quiet as a mouse amused by how his face changed colour.
After the two teens stopped laughing Alya hooked her arm with her boyfriends. "Well then boys… What are we doing on the last day of our freedom?" she asked excided. Nino smirked as he brought his girlfriend closer and kisses her cheek. Looking as how close they were you could smell the love that was emanating in the air.
Adrien joined the group standing near Marinette. The ravenette nearly had a heart attack at the close proximity of the model. 'Keep yourself together Marinette' the girl continuously said inside her head.
"We decided to have a little picnic and then go to the small concert near the Seine. A man I know from my gigs is gonna be a DJ there" Nino said turning back to the rest of his friends and unknowingly helping Marinette focus on something else. "Maybe we would find André to get some ice-cream before the show begins" he said as Alya started smirking to her best friend.
Marinette shot a little glare at another Alya love-matching scheme. 'Sometimes Alya can be so...' Turning her head to the boys she quickly composed herself "Sounds like a flan uh... plan. Let's just met.. get to it" Marinette tried to say looking at the excited model.
'It is okay... It is certainly okay... Just a simple picnic and a concert with Adrien. I can do it.' The thoughts were running in her head.
Nino started dragging Alya to where they will have picnic and Adrien accompanied Marinette.
"Marinette. Are you ok?" asked the model. He was concerned of his friend. Every time he was near her she started acting weirdly.
"Yes! You're okay. I-I mean I'm okay. It doesn't mean that you're not okay. You're beautiful. No wait, no! I meant nice. But also you are beautiful, but anyway. You're really nice to care about my welling... wellbeing..." the ravenette blurred out in a quick succession "I-I'm gonna shut up now..." she ended with a red face.
Adrien looked at her with concern and wanted to ask her, but...
"Help! Akuma!"
The car was driving through the streets of Paris giving Arthur a little tour. Why Hawkmoth would seemingly attack people in a city of love was beyond him.
"Stop the car. I want to take a look around" he said to the driver which complied and stopped the vehicle. Arthur got out took his jacket and closed the door. The front window then lowered so the driver could pop his head out.
"Take my luggage to my new home. I bet someone will be waiting in front" he said to the driver before taking off as the car drove away.
Arthur walked around looking through stores, buildings and whatnot to get a feel around town.
Without videos on Ladyblog he would never believe that someone in polka-dot would save a day with a partner in a leather furry suit from butterfly infected people.
...Yeah that sounds weird even now...
"Get out of my way you peasant!" shrilled a nasty voice.
Arthur didn't finished registering the voice when he was suddenly shoved down inches before tasting the ground. Arthur quickly got up and shot a deadly glare at the culprit.
The person in front of him was a blond girl with blue eyes hidden behind her white sunglasses and a smug look on her face which in his opinion had a deathly amount of make-up. The girl's wore a yellow jacket over a black and white striped shirt. A "diamond belt on white pants and white shoes.
Now he knew who shoved him.
"You're Chloé Bourgeois aren't you? The daughter of the mayor?" he asked still sending a death glare on her.
"Yes! I'm the greatest and most popular girl in Paris." Chloé said pointing her hand at herself.
"More like the foulest and most brattiest girl in Paris" Arthur said under his breath, but the blond looked like she heard it.
"Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous. Everyone adores me. But you... You should know your place you fashion disaster. Otherwise my daddy will gladly throw you out of this country in a heartbeat." she smirked sickly. Unfortunately for her Arthur began chuckling at her. "Do you not understand? Do you really want to be thrown out of Paris?" the hate started seeping through her mouth which slowly made the boy stop laughing.
"You and your daddy have no power to kick me out of Paris" the boy answered with a wide smirk. "Without reason your father cannot do that. Plus if he did then he would kiss his status as a mayor bye-bye" Chloé started seething with anger.
It was first time in her life that some stranger was standing up to her.
She walked up to Arthur and started screaming at his face "How dare you talk back to me like that! You are below me and should stay there, or else..."
"Or else what?" Arthur screamed back startling the blond. "You have no leg to stand on in this argument and I will not allow you to treat me like some kind of doll that you can throw around" he said confident that that his words reached Chloé, which looked like could blow in less than a second. "You are not my boss and never will Bourgeois" he ended and walked away.
Chloé sent a death glare at the boy. How dare he challenge her and... win? Impossible. Her anger rose. This stupid idiot will pay...
Arthur sped up the pace to be as far away from the bratty blond as possible. He felt that his luck was against him, because c'mon... Only 12 minutes in Paris and already have a headache thanks to one person. He thought that somebody up there surely has a kick out of it.
His thoughts were interrupted by screaming people running nearly through him. "Help! Akuma is attacking!" he turned around to see...
"Bourgeois??" he said loudly shocked to which the akuma chuckled.
"Wrong you peasant. I'm Queen Greatest!!
