Hey everyone, I'm back with the incident arc. It may be long or short, but it depends on the chapter length. So you may be thinking about what the incident is. I got this from some cartoons like family guy, season 16, episodes 6 and 18, The D in the Department and HTTPete, The Simpsons, season 28, episode 19: The Caper Chase, season 17, episode 19: Girls Want to Have Sum, and some videos and cartoons because American entertainment is putting political content on comics, cartoons, tv shows, and movies. All I want is a good story for fans to enjoy. That is why manga and anime are not like American entertainment. Did you see the 2023 little mermaid? They made Aerial's actor an African American woman; that is how American entertainment is going down the drain. Yes, my dad said to respect people of color and love diversity and equality, but that is just my opinion. So let's get to the story

Umbras: Utopia January 4: 2011
It was a beautiful morning in Utopia. The birds are chirping, the flowers bloom, and the sun shines. It was a beautiful day. We see a mansion which is a big one, like a five hundred million building. We see a young high school student with black hair and eyes. He has a Neo Academy uniform which looks like a business suit with a red tie and a white shirt inside the blazer. He also wears long pants to the ankles with white sneakers. His name is Daisuke Mirai, an OC of mine, and yes, he is one of the main characters of this fiction; and next character will appear in a time skip
[Daisuke Mirai. Occupation: Neo Academy Student, Martial Arts All-Star Club member, advisor, Board Game Club member, and Mirai Family's next squad captain]
Daisuke stretches and exercises in The morning every day. "Oh man, what a morning. Today is going to be a great day. I'm finally going to be a first-year student at Vanguard Academy." He said with much energy.
A voice suddenly heard behind his door. "Master Daisuke, your breakfast is ready. Shall I bring it in for you to eat?"
"Of course, I'm ready for school, and you can bring it in." He offered
Then the door opens, and a butler wears a butler uniform and has black hair and brown eyes. His name is Naoto Kudo, and he is one of the ten butlers of the Mirai household. No, he is not the main character. He is a supporting character, and the Mirai family is a military family, not a business family. So I don't know if military families have butlers or maids, but it's Fan Story. Let your imagination run wild.

Daisuke sits down on his chair next to his table. "Thank you for the meal." Daisuke eats his breakfast: rice, miso soup, grilled salmon, natto beans, and cucumbers. "Say Naoto. I thought if things went out of hand, what would happen if somebody said where students said that words are violent? What would happen." Daisuke asked
"I don't know, master Daisuke. If there was, then we have a problem. I mean, you are the following general of the Mirai family. If something happened like that, it might cause problems for you and your family." He answered
"I see. Well then, it won't happen today because I will be just fine. Besides you, my mother, father, and three siblings are the only ones that can support me when I become general." He said
"I am honored to be supporting you," Naoto said with grace
Neo Academy 7:32 AM
Neo Academy. A Middle and High School with many heroes and ordinary people that attend this school to train and fight. The building looks like the Osaka Castle, and the walls are 50 feet tall. No, there are no adult students here. The adults in this Academy are class instructors, so I'm not a fan of stories with adult students. The school has red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, black, white, pink, and gray buildings that look like spherical buildings with 100 classrooms that can fit as many students. The school has a giant clock tower that looks like the Sapporo Clock Tower in Sapporo, Japan, which stands over 100 feet tall, 50 inches wide, and 80 inches deep. Fountains are in buildings of red, white, black, gray, and purple. There are also food stands everywhere that serve burgers, pizza, chicken, sandwiches, croquettes, takoyaki, tacos, hot dogs, burritos, and so on.
The scene changes to a high school girl with white hair and purple eyes. She also wears a female Neo Academy uniform with a blazer, an orange tie, a short skirt, long socks that go up the top of the knees, and brown loafers. Her name is Rena Amano, and yes, she is one of the main casts of this fic.

Rena lets out a sigh. "Sigh, another day, another troubling moment for me to get in. I just wanted one day without trouble." She sighed because she got in trouble yesterday.
Daisuke walks up to her. "Hey there, Rena, what's up?" Daisuke said to Rena
"Sigh, I just got into an argument with Samantha. She said to stop going out on missions; that is how child soldiers trigger me. I understand why she started to get mad, so we argued, and both of us got in trouble for a week, but my parents run a farm; we're poor, but I love them, and they taught me to help people." Rena explained
"Huh, I think your friend is an activist or a social justice warrior. That's like someone who promotes socially progressive, left-wing, and liberal views. Guess your friendship had already ended when you two started arguing." Daisuke said
"I guess you're right, but you get paid big time if you complete a mission. It's only natural with the latter category—D-rank missions assigned for D-rank fighters. These missions are risk-free, and you can fight low-rank danger-level enemies. You receive 100 currency only, and C-rank missions only have 1000 money. However, B, A, and S-ranks are elite missions that only B, A, and S-rank fighters can only take on. The money is one million to ten million money." She explained that the mission was true.
The scene switches to a room where new students are attending the day of class. Many students who are first years are present. In the front, we see Light Yagami and Lelouch vi Britannia, wearing black suits with black pants and shoes, and Light also has a watch on his right wrist.
"Greeting everyone, and welcome to the first day of the Multiverse Neo Alliance Academy. Today some first-year students from Middle and High Schools are D-Ranks. However, if you take on a C to S-rank mission, you must only be associated with a C or S rank fighter; if you don't have one and are trying to complete it on your own, you'll be in detention. You gain reputation points when you work well on studies and tasks." Light announces and explains the mission system
"But don't worry, we are suitable to protect our students from stronger enemies and dangerous threats. You can still get the same amount of money you gain. I wish for this to be your best effort." Lelouch gracefully said with a smile
Then a girl walks up to the front. The girl looks very young despite her young age. She is immortal, so she is older than you think. She has green hair and eyes. She is currently wearing a black blazer with a white shirt inside, a red tie, a black skirt, black stockings, and high heels. Her name is C.C
[C.C. Occupation: Faculty Member, Assistant to grand headmaster Lelouch and probably his lover.]
"It is with great pride and honor to welcome you all to the Neo Academy. I hope you all enjoy it to the fullest." She said with honor and a smile
After the entrance ceremony, everyone heads to their classes
Lunch Time 11:30. Sapporo Clock Tower. Grand Headmaster Office
Daisuke is checking the clock tower until he hears an argument with the grand headmaster's office, and it looks like things are about to get ugly.
Daisuke heard A man's voice behind the doors.
"I told you we needed an all-age academy, but no, you decided to have a Middle and Highschool style academy instead." The man said with an angry voice.
"It is not my decision to have both Middle and Highschool students fight against invaders; the government decides to have it," Lelouch said with reason.
The man is in a dark blue business suit, pants, and shoes. He has dark green hair and black eyes. His name is David James
[David James. Occupation: Teacher and an activist that wanted to accept equality in the Neo Academy.]
"I'm sorry, you must think equality is not allowed in this school, is it," David said disappointedly.
"James, could you please listen to reason and logic?" Lelouch said with a reasoning voice
"You are assigned to be grand fucking headmaster despite looking like a student needing more education, Mr. vi Britannia," David shouted while pointing his finger at Lelouch
"You are blowing it out of reason and proportion. The government decided independently, and it is official without hesitation." Lelouch explained why the government decided to have a middle and high school
"The council will never agree to your standards, and it's offensive to people of age. It isn't the 19 era anymore; we must accept age equality in this school." David said by standing up
"Did you forget that the council will reject your decision, and you will not receive a dollar reward? Besides, this Academy is governmental; the world's government accepts it, and you, David, will not change that." Lelouch stated that David's choice to have an all-age academy
"You were a tyrant, a liar, a murderer, a corrupted leader that needs to be punished by justice, and what you are doing is absurd. I didn't come here to be all good with students that are teenagers." David stated of Lelouch's past
"So this is about you and not this Academy. You want some young and old teachers to be students, is that it." Lelouch said about the school system
"Yes, that Lilith girl needs her name to be changed and assigned to be a student here. That man Scar will be a student, not a teacher." David explained
The door opens, and Daisuke enters the office.
"Uh, sorry, headmaster Lelouch I didn't knock on the door first; I just heard your conversation. Is there something wrong? It's like you were arguing about something. You and Mr. James are talking about age equality. Is that true?" David explained in a nervous voice
David walks away and warns Lelouch with a scorning voice while pointing his finger. "Mark my words Lelouch, you will lose everything you have. Once I become a council member, I will run you out of business for good." He then opens the door and slams it shut.
"Um, headmaster, is there something wrong; it's like you were concerned about age equality. It is only a middle and high school academy, but Mr. James was furious about the school system here. What happened." Daisuke said concerning the argument between David and Lelouch
Lelouch lets out a sigh. "It's just that Mr. James had become enraged about this school. He said adults and elders need to be students here. Still, we have decided to have a middle and high school academy and assign people in their 20s and older to be teachers, and some of them, like Lilith Asami, a teacher of the Royal Biblia Academy, despite her young age, but some people hated the idea and started posting death threats and mean comments about it. They spread the messages like a raging wildfire, and it was so horrendous that the government deleted all the news and death threats about this school. James and I argued, and it is still not acceptable to have adults and elders be students." He explained about the school system
"I see; that's why I heard about your arguments. It's for age equality and representation. Still, the governments have already made this decision and cannot change that, but I would never expect some people to be sensitive about our academy system. That explained what happened in my dream when someone tried to destroy the Academy we built together with hard work and dedication." Daisuke explained his dream that some people were sensitive about the Neo Academy being a middle and high-school-styled academy
"I see; if that's the case, then the situation we know is worse than we expected. I request you to find and discover which people are rebelling against the Academy by tomorrow." Lelouch requested a task for Daisuke
"Yes, sir." Daisuke accepted
"Good, but I recommend having Ms. Rena Amano help you since you're not allowed in the girls' bathrooms, locker rooms, and other areas. Despite this, you are allowed to have your friends help you out. If some students catch you with your task, like the Trinity Seven, tell them I gave you this task but not to other people who are sensitive about it." Lelouch explained that if other social justice warriors know about this
Neo Academy: 4:15 PM
Everyone headed home or hangout with their friends. David is in the faculty office, still not used to the school, and he is not happy
"Goddamn system is trying to ruin the lives of society. I should be grand headmaster, not that micro-aggressive culture appropriated, triggered, offensive, hated, black-haired, mind-controlling, son of a bitch of a headmaster." David angrily said about the school system
Then a door knock is heard and opened, revealing a man who is 23 years old. He has black hair and brown eyes and wears a lab coat, a white collar shirt, brown pants, and shoes. His name was Jones Steelwoods.
[Jones Steelwoods. Occupation: Science Teacher and Science and Research industry member.]
"Ah, James. I thought you were going home, and yet you stayed spouting words of threats to headmaster Lelouch." Jones said with a calm voice
"Tch, that bastard didn't agree with everything that equality, diversity, and representation are not allowed in this goddamn school. If I could become a council member and grand headmaster, the whole school would be mine to run if I could get everyone's damn votes." David angrily ask
"What if I say you can have your cake and eat it too?

I had much fun writing this fanfiction, plus it's only the first chapter of this arc. I hope you all enjoy it because chapter 2 will get out of control with the students, Daisuke will seek some students that could try to destroy this school's reputation with Rena Amane, and three more characters will appear.
