A\N: My original character of 'Hope' from "Finding Hope" is one of my favorite charactrses I've ever made up. I thought she deseeved sher own one-shot series. These one-shots will be loosely connected together but they can be read as stand alone's. I'm keeping them all under one name as they are all part of the same series.

A\N 2: This series starts six months after the last chapter of "Finding Hope" I tried to keep Hope's speaking similar to that of an actual seventeen month old. You may mot be able tp understand everything she says but sometimes it is hard to understand what toddlers are saying.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything, the Baby Shark toys are show were inspired by a new Baby Shark movie on Netflix.

Hope Meets Santa

"Mommy, Daddy! I tee!" Seventeen-month-old Hope squirmed as much as she could in her stroller seat to try and see what was going on, "Wait long," She looked up at her parents with a sigh.

Shane tried to control her laughter at her daughter's ever-growing attitude and sassiness, "A lot of other children want to see Santa Clause as well. You and Jessica need to wait your turn. I think it's best if you stay in the stroller with your sister. You can't run around right now."

"Line go!" Hope waved her hands and then frowned when nothing happened, she tried to turn around and hit her six-month-old sister but couldn't' reach her due to the two-tier set design of the stroller. "Where Ica?" She looked at her parents and asked about her younger sister.

"You know your sister's seat is above yours," Oliver told his oldest daughter, "You sit at the bottom because you are the oldest. "I know you do not like this new stroller because it denies you the opportunity to hit your sister. That is why Mommy and Daddy purchased it."

"Bad!" Hope responded. "I be good no hit. See Ica?" She asked.

"You can see Jessica when you're with Santa. I know you love your little sister but somethings you forget how to act nicely," Shane responded to Hope after ticking Jessica and making her giggle.

"New dress," Hope smiled at her new red dress for her picture with Santa, "Baby ark new dress too," Hope held up her beloved toy who was wearing a similar dress. "Ica new dress. Mommy new dress?"

"Yes," Shane leaned in and kissed her daughter, then knowing they were getting closer to the front of the line she decided to lift Hope out of the stroller. Now that she'd be able to see Santa she wanted her to know that there was nothing to be afraid of. "We're all dressed up for the nice pictures we're taking after we see Santa."

"Baby ark, Pink blankie!" Hope tried to escape her mother's arms to get her toys. So, Hope did not fall Shane had to place her on the floor and quickly hand her toys to her.

"Hope, that's very unsafe, you have big girl words. You need to ask for help."

"No ank you Mommy," Hope smiled up at her mother as she sucked her thumb while holding onto her blanket.

"Hope, thank you for using your manners but you do need to be safe, if you fall, you will have to go to the hospital and that would not be fun," Oliver lifted his daughter up.

"Anta!" Hope yelled happily as she saw Santa Clause sitting in a chair, "Me now!" My turn!"

"Almost Hope, "Oliver told her, "Now what are you going to do when you see Santa."

"Pretty hat," Hope babbled.

"Hope," Oliver readjusted her so she was looking at him, "We talked about now you need to be a good girl when you see Santa, You need to be a big girl and show Jessica how to act."

"I be good, I nit," Hope told her father, "Hat pretty," She pointed to the hat Santa Clause was wearing.

Before long it was Hope's turn to see Santa, she all but climbed out of her father's arms and ran up the stairs as fast as she could "Anta!" She squealed happily, "I Hope, I big girl. Baby ark good too," She held up her toy.

Santa looked down at Hope and smiled, "Well aren't you a very happy little girl. I love your Baby Shark doll."

Hope smiled with happiness, "My Mommy, My Daddy, My itter," She pointed to where her parents were behind her, Oluver carrying Jessica who looked a little scared.

"Hope," Shane looked at her daughter, "Why don't you sit on Santa's lap and tell him what you want for Christmas."

"Oday," Hope smiled as Santa put her on his lap, "Pink Blankie sweeping," Hope pointed to the stroller and explained to Santa.

"You're a very smart little girl, what would you like for Chrstmas?" Santa asked Hope.

Hope giggled and reached up to take Santa's hat off, "My hat!" She attempted to reach it but Shane gently took her hand.

"No, Hope, you can't have Santa's hat, he needs that." Shane told her daughter, "Why don't you tell Santa all about what Baby Shark needs for Christmas. Mommy wants to take some pictures."

"Ica come?" Jessica asked as she looked at Jessica who was still hiding in Oliver's arms, she was clutching her purple blanket as well.

"I think your sister is a little scared and that's okay," Shane explained.

"Ica, Anta I here." Hope told her sister, "You dit die me." She explained happily.

"You are being a very good big sister Hope," Oliver praised his oldest daughter, "Jessica would you like to sit beside Hope and Baby Shark."

Jessica finally turned her head around to look at Santa, shr also looked at Hope and how she was smiling, "Oh!" Jessica reached out for her sister.

"You're being such a brave girl Jessica," Shane told her six month old daughter as Oliver put her beside Hope, Jessica immediately reached for her sister's hand and Hope hugged her to let her know she was safe. Shane was able to get a few good pictures before Jessica started to cry again.

Once the girls' turn with Santa was finished Hope blew Sanata a kiss and smiled as he blew her a kiss back. She then walked off the stage with her parents and climbed down the stairs carefully.

"Hope," Oliver parked the stroller near some benches and made sure it was locked, he took Hope by the hands and made sure she was paying attention, "You were a very good big girl and a very good big sister when you were with Santa. Mommy and Daddy are very happy."

"I good girl," Hope smiled as she spun in her new dress. "More Phones?"

Shane laughed, "Hope now we go to a photography studio here in the mall. Someone takes pictures using a real camera, not a phone."

"No way!" Hope shook her head, "Mommy phone."

"You know way too much about technology," Oliver lifted Hope up and placed her back in her stroller seat.

Luckily the photographer was ready for the family as they arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Hope saw all of the Christmas toys and decorations and started babbling happily happily. "I pay peese?" She asked.

"Hope, sweetie we need to ask the nice photographers if they are finished setting up the room first. It would not be nice if you played with the toys If they were set up a certain way." Oliver tried his best to explain a photo set to the toddler.

"They be ad? Hope pouted her lip as an example of what the photographers would be like if she played with their toys and they got sad.

"My name is Patrick and this is my daughter Caroline, she's in high school she helps me out with family pictures," Patrick explained to the family, "Now I usually ask what pictures you want to take first but I've hardly ever seen a toddler so anxious to play here," He smiled, "I try to take natural pictures of children as I find those are sometimes the best ones, however we can try poses if you would like."

"I think Hope could pose for pictures," Shane laughed, "She does it all the time when she sees my phone," Shane took Hope out of the stroller, "Hope, the photographer Mr. Patrick said it was okay for you to play with the toys. Why don't you and Jessica go and play with the toys for a bit, then you'll need to be a big girl and show Jessica how to sit nicely for pictures."

"Oday Mommy!" Hope ran off and got two small Santa hats, she put one on herself and then worked hard at getting the second one on Jessica's head as her sister wasn't as cooperative as she would like. Hope gave her some toys to play with as she finished getting her hat on and then she saw the stuffed reindeer. She ran to get one and put Baby Shark on the reindeer and made Jessica laugh. Hope then decided they needed more toys and went to find more toys to play with, what she didn't know was the entire time she was playing and helping Jessica put on a Santa hat Patrick was taking pictures.

After that, with lots of prompting and reminders Hope helped Carolone clean up the toys so posed pictures could be staged. After the toys were cleaned up Caroline started to show Hope how to pose for a picture and Hope decided she wanted to be a ballerina so she attempted to stand on her tippy-toes and stand and wait for music to start.

"Mommy, I waiting!" Hope glared at her mother, "Baby ark!"

Shane tried her best to not laugh at her daughter's request. She knee Hope shouldn't be talking like that but it was very cute.

"Hope that's how to dance at home but Carelone is showing you how to pose for some nice pictures. Can you sit like Caroline?" Shane asked her daughter.

Hope looked up at the teenager and sighed, "Oh fine!" She sat down and copied what Caroline was doing and then smiled.

"Very good job sweetheart," Caroline praised Hope and got out of camera range so her father could take some pictures.

Once Hope was finished with her pictures Shane and Oliver attempted to have Jessica sit for some pictures but the baby didn't last as long as her older sister did. She was more down to earth and shy compared to her sociable enetgerci sister.

After the family pictures were taken Patrick explained ti Shanw how to look at and purchase all of the pictures online.

"Hope," Oliver carried Hope out of the photography studio, "You have been such a good girl today. I think you deserve a little present. Do you want to go to Build-A-Bear and get something for Baby Shark or do you-"

"Baby ark!" Hope yelled in excitement."Baby ark car," She looked up at her father.

"Oh yes," Shane nodded, "Build-A-Bear has new underwater toys for Baby Shark including a car that is also a submarine. Hope heard an older toddler talking about it at school."

"Baby ark toys," Hope clapped her hands happily.

Oluver put Hope in the stroller and looked at her. "Hope, you can get one thing at Build-A-Bear. You need to be a good girl and stay in your stroller, I know it's your favourite store and there's so many toys you are interested in but you need to listen."

"Oday Daddy," Hope nodded her head.

For the most part while in Build-A-Bear Hope stayed in her stoller, the only time she tried to climb out was when another child had dropped their soother and Hope wanted to return it. When the soother was returned Hope finally got a chance to pick out a toy for Baby Shark. Hope held Baby Shark up to look at the toys and started talking to the toy. "Baby Ark want car peese," Hope pointed to a pink underwater car.

"Hi," A teenage sales associate walked up to the family "My name's Eva, we're having a two for one sale today so some of our Baby Shark collection is on sale. Would you like some help today?" She asked.

"Yep," Hope answered before her parents had a chance to, she held up her Baby Shark toy, "Baby ark need car."

"Oh," Eva smiled as she picked up the pink underwater car Hope was looking at, "This car takes Baby Shark around underwater to visit all of her friends. Have you seen Baby Shark's new S-H-O-W? Olivia spelled the last word.

"No, we try to limit Hope's television time but I am sure she will find out about it," Oliver explained.

"Well all of these toys here are based on the new S-H-O-W on Netflix." Eva explained.

"Baby Ark," Hope excitedly pointed to a spaceship toy that another Baby Sharkwas sitting in, "What at?"

"That is a spaceship it takes people called astronauts to outer space," Oliver told Hope.

"No Baby ark," Hope shook her head,

"Yes, this toy spaceship can take Baby Shark to space but there are real astronauts as well," Oliver attempted to add some educational value to Hope's favorite toy. "Would you like Baby Shark to have an underwater car or a spaceship?"

Hope whispered in her Baby Shark's ear and then nodded like she was listening to her speak, "Ace Daddy," Hope pointed to the spaceship.

"You are a very creative little girl," Eva complimented Hope, "I love how you and Baby Sahakr are such good friends."

"Ank woo," Hope smiled, "You big girl."

Ava laughed, "Well I guess sixteen is big to you. I'll help you check you out if you're all finished shopping," She told the family as she led them to the check-out counter.

When the family got home Oliver got started on dinner while Shane changed Hope and Jessica's diapers. Once diaper's were changed Shane let the girls play in their play area. Hope ran happily around all of her toys. She put Pink Blanket on Baby Shark and put her toys in the new Spaceship then she walked with it around the play area. "Mommy Baby Ark more ace."

Shane laughed, "If you and Baby Shark are good maybe you'll get some more Baby Shark space toys for Christmas."

"Yay," Hope cheered happily as she kept playing.
