This is my first fanfic I hope you like it
Taryn's POV:
The last thing I remember was getting ready for prince Dain's coronation when everything went black.
I landed on my back, inside what looked like the royal garden's maze. When I looked around, I saw Madoc, Prince Dain, Prince Balekin, Locke, and Vivi, but for some reason, Jude wasn't there.
I got on my feet along with everyone else.
"where are we?! This is unacceptable!" I could hear Balekin say. Locke was beside me, and I took his hand. It was reassuring to know that he was by my side.
"Calm down brother," it was prince Dain who spoke. "we will find out what happened after we get out of here," he said and guided us all out of there, but right as we were on our way out of the maze Jude walked in front of us.
She stopped as soon as she saw us, her eyes wide as she saw Balekin and Dain. Anger took over her expression for a second when she saw Locke, but went back to normal, and I couldn't decide if it was just my imagination. Her gaze went cold at the sight of Madoc and me, and she seemed surprised when she saw Vivi.
"what are you doing here?" her voice was dangerous and her arm went down to her sword, hand gripping the handle so tight her knuckles turned white. She wore a different dress than the one she had gotten for the coronation, this one had not been in her closet yesterday and it looked way too sophisticated to be anything else than one from the royal chambers. But how did she have one?
"We don't know we suddenly just were in there," Vivi said and motioned with her hand back toward the maze. I looked around and saw Guards heading toward us.
Everyone seemed to notice, and Dain made a sign for them to come faster. When they were close enough Dain asked:
"Could you tell us why we are here?" but the soldiers ignored him and turned to Jude. She told them to take us to the throne room, and that we should be supervised by guards till she came back. She turned around and left towards the way of the castle's royal chambers.
