She was shocked and baffled, she had killed herself that much she was sure of but here she was as a baby an newborn.

the hero's go to an hero school and then graduate to become heroes she found it funny how before even battle hardened hero's who has been to wars kneeled before her like an dog, so she wondered how will the hero's of this world will fare against her, she asked her parents about heroes and and found out that being a hero is an quick path to success but only If you are at top 100 of your country, she observed them to see there level but what she saw disappointed her. They run when they are not 'equipped' with the 'abilities' to deal with an situation or just wait around like an fool, pathetic, even the foot solders of the army were better than them, even the ones who licked the sole of her shoes were better than that.
After some more investigation she found out that these heroes are just after fame and money and don't want to save people like the one which she was familiar with or had an ideal to fight for, she found that interesting that means that those heroes need to be popular and do there job do they can be more influential.
So expect the top 50 or 10 all the other are just garbage expect a few.
Then when she was 4 year old she awakened her quirk.

She looked at her family doctor then her parents they had her names age quirk then there was an arrow at the side she looked at the arrow with a little more Intensity then it showed more information about them personality likes dislikes etc. it told her more then she herself knew, for the next few years she experimented with her quirk and found that it doesn't provide information about the target but observe them , by analyzing the target or deduce the things that she didn't notice, it showed her all the detail about them the longer she observed or spent more time with them more details it provided, some times it showed titles of people, like for all might it showed the symbol of peace, its not powerful but deadly in the hands of an skilled user and with her tengu she will be an unstoppable force.
For the next few years she wondered whether to be a true hero or just pretend to be one and follow her previous life's path, unfortunately that question was not answered till she reached her teenage years.
She met the hamster which she met a few years ago he had an intelligence quirk so he figured most of her thoughts about the heroes but didn't saw her true self. Beside, she needed to graduate from a hero school to legally use ice power, well not that it mattered to her but it wont harm her in any way, the fact that she needed an hero license was set in stone, so she applied to UA.
In order to figure out what she wanted to become in this life, to follow her old path and be an ruthless murderer or be an hero and protect the week, or be an fake hero, then she can kill strong opponents and hide it all under an hero persona. The third one was tempting but she was not sure she wished to find love as well so she decided to experience the hero life, she had been an villain before and that left her with an regret which she didn't forget till this day.
