The moon lit the city up below hik as Izuku checked his phone which had the cameras pulled up. Rolling back about twenty minutes he found that no one had left the building was across from since he started this way. Which was good. He was tired of tracking the drug dealers for the past month.

It had been a long month of focusing on tracking these four down. They had escaped from the local jail where they were awaiting trial on separate charges. Izuku knew they had immediately started dealing again but it was a chore to track them down. Entering his chat he sent off a message.

Nightly Annoyance:

Kitsune: .

Kitsune: Might need a hand here.

Needssleep: What are you up to now, Kitsune?

Pantsonfire: What are you doing up at three in the morning? Eraser isn't the Entrance Exams in a few hours?

Izuku blinked? Where they? He could have sworn those were still a few weeks off. He checked the date. Sure enough it was the early morning of the day of the Entrance Exams. Damn it. He should be in bed not out here. Then again he didn't sleep much anyways. Better finish this quickly regardless.

Needssleep: I'm on my way. Kitsune wait for me.

Kitsune: Yeah that's not happening.

Kitsune is now offline.

Pantsonfire: Damn it. I'm on my way too.

Izuku climbed down the side of the building and crossed the street. Once at the building he had seen the drug dealers enter he pulled off his glove and closed his eyes. A mental map of the building began to appear in his mind. It was two floors separated by concrete with stairs leading up to the second floor. Five almost translucent figures stood in the middle of the first floor in a loose circle.

Pulling back his hand he replaced his glove thoughtfully. Maybe it would be better to wait on Eraser. Eh where was the fun in that?

Using his gloves for better grip Izuku climbed up the side of the building until he reached a window. As he drew in a breath he called up the winds to hide his presence. It wouldn't fully protect him but most were unable to sense him unless he was right on top of them.

Silently he opened the window and carefully entered the building. It was dusty and nearly completely empty. There were set of stairs leading to an upper level to his right but the only other things were the people. As his quirk suggested there were five men in the center of the room. He couldn't make out who was who in the dark. Mentally he made a note to build night vision into his next upgrade of his mask.

A voice growled, one of the escapees, "Do you have it or not? We cannot stay here much longer. The heroes are still looking for us."

"Calm down," said the unknown man, "We have plenty of time before the police will think to look here. Unless one of you were reckless and were seen."

Another of the escapees tried to soothe, "No of course not, Chisaki. It's just we have been moving constantly. We have already been here too longer."

"Don't call me that," hissed the second man, Chisaki, "We don't use names here. You know that."

Why did that name sound familiar? Izuku made a mental note to look it up in his database later.

"I'm so sorry, Overhaul," said the third who had been quiet along with the fourth up to this point, "But we must really be going. Now do you have IT?"

A cold thrill of fear went down Izuku's spine. He knew of Overhaul. Anyone who worked in the Underground knew of him. It was a tie between him and Quake on who was the most dangerous active "villain". Currently the police and heroes didn't have proof that Overhaul was in fact a villain. His reputation though, that spoke for itself and it made him want to go back out the window and forget this ever happened.

Unfortunately he couldn't do that. Eraser was on his way and had no idea of what he would be walking into. There were too many things that could go wrong if he walked into this without back up. So Izuku watched and plotted. And plotted some more.

From what he knew of the drug dealers they all had common Animal Spirits. Two had pigeons, one had a house cat, and one had that of a beagle. Nothing too dangerous. All the spirits were minor considered to be apart of the earth element. Though they had no control over it. Low level spirits couldn't control an element just be apart of it. While those like Izuku could call upon the element at will. The only unknown was Overhauls.

Suddenly he felt his phone buzz. Slowly so that the men wouldn't notice him he pulled out his phone. The light was so low it should be unnoticeable to the five men. A message from Eraser.

Needssleep: I'm outside where are you?

Kitsune: Inside underneath the window. Careful when you go through. There are five here not the four we were expecting.

It took less than five minutes for Eraser to join him under the window. They both assessed the situation silently.

Then Eraser signed, 'Do you have a plan?'

Izuku signed watching the five criminals, 'The four drug dealers should be easy to bring down. Their quirks aren't dangerous besides the big guy. Even their animal spirits should be easy to handle. The one worry I do have is the outlier. That's Chisaki Kai also known as Overhaul.'

Eraser frowned, 'Im not familiar with that name. What's his quirk?'

'His quirk is the same as his name, Overhaul. It can disassemble and reassemble anything that he comes in contact with. The reason you haven't heard of him is because he typically stays in Tokyo. He is the leader of the Shie Hassaikai, a Yakuza organization comprised of villainous Quirk-users. Allegedly.'

Eraser looked sharply back towards the criminals who were seeming to breakup their meeting. They had to make a decision go after Overhaul or the drug dealers. Overhaul was a bigger fish but he wasnt sure the two of them would be a match. There was too little known on how exactly it worked. If they chose wrong it could very well end up with both of them dead.

Glancing at Eraser he could tell the man was thinking the same thing. Risking everything here would be stupid. They needed more information and likely help if they wanted Overhaul. The Shie Hassaikai would rebuild itself if they stepped in now.

Grabbing the hero's sleeve he shook his head. Dark eyes looked back at him for a long moment they just stared a silent conversation passing between them. Then Eraser let out a silent sigh before he nodded. They would wait for Overhaul to leave.

They did not have to wait for long. The two watched as Overhaul and the dealers exchange two small boxes. Izuku felt a thrill of fear go down his spine. Whatever was in them meant no good.

They waited five minutes after Overhaul left before they attacked. As he expected it was easy to bring them down and get them handcuffed. Izuku helped Eraser get them outside before he left. If he stayed any longer there was a chance one of the adults would try to arrest him. No need to take the chance.
