Chapter 1: Transported( Marinette's POV)
She breathes heavily. Where is Chat? The akuma is too strong without him. And where's Master Fu? Shouldn't he be offering some assistance with this akuma? Her back and arms are bruised from fighting with the akuma.
She turns her back on the akuma and then she hears, "Switch!"
Mainrette gasps forward as she feels the hit from the akuma.
A purple dense light surrounds her and what see she's next is a purple chamber of some sort.
Where am I? She thinks. What is this place? Is this Hawkmonth's layer? What am I doing here? Did the akuma place me here? How? All she remembers is the purple light swallowing her up.
Something comes out of the ground and she starts to swing her yo-yo for defense.
The person is purple with red highlights in his face. His eyes are pure yellow and there are no hints of irises. It's not the same as the Akuma so could he be Hawkmonth. No he couldn't be the man standing there is just as surprised as her that she is even here.
Marinette yells, "Where am I?" She still swings her yo-yo in case the man is dangerous.
"You're in a Blade of Marmora base, miss. I came down here to see why the red lion had stopped attacking and found you in Keith's place."
She suppresses an impressed smirk. Apparently whoever this man is he has enough cells in his brain to know that she is dangerous and since Matinette wanted an answer to her question he answered the next one as well. Very impressive.
"Who is Keith?"
The man looks at her confused, "You mean you don't know him?"
"Of course dummy! I don't know how I got here, so why in the wide world would you think that I know Keith! I come from Paris I'll have you know!"
Marinette crosses her arms and inwardly scoffs. Can't believe that I even thought he was smart.
"Miss what is Paris?"
"What!? How have you not heard of Paris! It's the city of Romance and Love! Wait a minute. Ahh! I'm so dumb. You aren't human which would explain your purpleness and your yellow eyes with no irises. So that means I switched with Keith who must have had a few bad bruises like me from fighting something. He wasn't your prisoner, was he?!"
Marinette starts panicking, if they force prisoners to fight then I would have to and I have to feed Tiki something and if they find about her earrings would they take Tikki away then she would be nothing! She wouldn't even have the strength to fight or the will to.
"Miss, he was not our prisoner. Just someone who had something of ours and we wanted to test if he had our blood and if the blade actually belonged to him."
"Oh that's a relief."
"Now I suggest you leave with Keith's partner to tell them that we would be happy to have an alliance with them."
She turns around and finds a handsome adult in a black uniform that looks like armor and his helmet looks like it can be used for space travel. He has a scar across the bridge of his nose and his eyes look gray-blue from here.
He forcely drags her out, unaware of everything. So Marinette takes the time to look into his eyes and sees a deep sadness. Kind of like Adriens when he thought she hated him. Well she hated him, but ever since he gave her his umbrella she has been in love with him.
But there is always a sadness around Adrien when he's not smiling and actually having fun.
When she sees the Red Lion the purple alien was talking about, she gapes in astonishment. The metal work is very good and detailed for a spaceship. It looks majestic, and beautiful sitting there. It's hard to believe that the Lion would go berserk because it's pilot is hurt or being hurt. It's so amazing. More than a kwami trapped in a magical jewel that gives her powers and a superhero suit. After all, getting that piece of machinery to feel something for it's pilot is something else.
The mouth of the lion lowers down to let them in. The inside looks like metal. They take left which leads them to the head where the pilot's chair is.
"Go on, sit down," commands the black uniform man.
"But I don't know how to pilot something so majestic and I could mess up or"
"I'll guide you. But I better introduce myself first. I'm Shiro, I pilot the Black Lion of"
"There's more! How!? I mean if this Lion can attack to protect it's paladin that means all of them can. Which means they can all feel things which should be impossible as they are mechanical ships but I'm not that surprised, after all I have a kwami that grants me superpowers if I say a certain catchphrase and then they go into a jewel and power me up. This is basically the same thing except with ships and in space instead of on Earth. Right? And so if I switched with Keith that means you don't have one of your"
"Slow down. I could barely understand your ramblings. A kwami, superpowers?"
"I'll explain once we get to your friends. After all, I bet they're worried after this Lion tried to attack those people."
"You're right. But can I at least have your name?"
"Marinette Dupain-Cheng."
It couldn't hurt to let this stranger that's disconnected from her world know her secret identity. Wait, how could she speak English so well? She did learn it at school but? Did the akuma know where he was going to send her? It would explain why two completely different people ended up switching places. Come to think of it, didn't the akuma say something about switching friends before she fought him and ended up here. If he was upset with his friends and wanted new ones then that would explain why the language barrier was off for her and Shiro. Because if he wanted new friends then sometimes the almost exact same person probably wouldn't be in Paris.
Well that makes things easier for Keith and her.
