Notes: Ben's appearance will be based on Omniverse after the episode And Then There Is Ben, while for Amphibia, it takes place with Commander Anne about halfway through. Also this is an alternate version of Omniverse, meaning there are going to be a few surprises in store.
Omniversal War, Ch. 1: Hero from Another Dimension
A hero's work is never done, and that is especially true for Ben Tennyson ever since he got the Omnitrix at 10 years old. During his recent patrol he saw Albedo running down the street who somehow went back to being a 16 year old Ben. Before he can escape, Ben blocks Albedo's path and is ready to fight his evil doppelganger.
"Ah, Ben Tennyson, it's good to see you again, pity it will be our final encounter." Albedo said.
"Right back at yeah, Albedo. I see you have somewhat fixed your stabilizer." Ben said.
"Yes, I was able to get back to 16 year old you, in order for me to pull it off I had to…" Ben then interrupted before Albedo could finish his sentence by saying, "Yeah, yeah blah blah blah you hate chili fries…. Let's just do this!"
Albedo clenched his fist after hearing that remark.
Ben then said, Now then, let's see if you can handle Humungousaur!
Ben then slaps his Omnitrix hoping to get Humungosaur, but he ends up with Stinkfly instead.
"Aw man! Can you get it right for once Omnitrix?" Stinkfly said to his Omntrix.
"Ha! Is that all Tennyson? Let me show you True Ultimate Power!" Albedo hits his Ultimatrix and turns into Negative Humungousaur, but it is not over yet. Negative Humungousaur then immediately turns Ultimate, gaining more armor and the ability to shoot missiles out of his hands.
Stinkfly then said, "So what if you can use Ultimate Aliens, I still kick your butt, Albedo!"
Negative Ultimate Humungosaur then said with confidence, "Let's see if you can put your money where your mouth is, Tennyson."
However, before they could fight, a portal opened near them and a frog-like robot appeared in front of Albedo.
"Who are you?" Negative Ultimate Humungousaur said.
"Organic life form, give me your transformation device." the robot said to him.
"What?! Never! The Ulitmatrix is mine!" He said as he was about to punch the Frobot.
The Frobot then fired an electricity net at Negative Ultimate Humungousaur electrocuting him which forced him to change back to a 16-year old Negative Ben. He then takes him back to the portal. Stinkfly give chase and followed the Frobot into the portal.
"Get back here with Albedo!" He said.
Stinkfly then followed the frog robot into the portal. Ben, Albedo, and the Frobot kidnapper made it to another world. Ben saw the place devastated by the same Frog-like robots who are mining the place for resources. There was even a flying castle looming in the skies.
"OK, this definitely is not my Earth." Stinkfly said.
The Frobot soon then turned and saw Ben as a Stinkfly and pointed its plasma cannon arm at him.
"Uh-oh." Stinkfly was too close to evade and was hit by the blast and knocked back into a tree. "Ouch. I gotta watch where I'm flying."
When he recovered, the Frobot and Albedo were gone.
Stinkfly then said, "He got away with Albedo, now how will I find them?" Just then, screams can be heard nearby. "What was that? I better check it out."
Stinkfly flew around and spotted a teenage girl, 2 frogs and a tadpole stuck in quicksand and being attacked by the same robots who took Albedo. He quickly heads over there to help them.
Sprig smells Stinkfly odor and says in disgust, "What is that smell coming from?"
Polly then said, "Guys, look in the sky!" They all see that Stinkfly is flying towards them.
"Sprig, Hop Pop, Polly, have you seen that bug before?" Anne said.
"Nope, I have never seen bugs like that in the valley." Hop Pop said.
"Hang on! I'm coming to save you guys." Stinkfly said.
"Oh my frog! It talks!" Spring said with shock.
Stinkfly then spat goo from his mouth on 1 of the Frobots and swung it on the other one to destroy them both.
"Well whoever he is, at least he is good in battle." Hop Pop said.
Stinkfly then grabs Sprig's hand while the others grab each other's hand so they can be pulled out.
"Thanks dude, you really saved our skins!" Anne said.
"No problem. Wait a minute, are you missing a shoe?" Stinkfly asked.
"Arrgh! Come on! Not again!" Anne said in frustration.
Sasha and the others were surprised when they saw a big bug help Anne and the Planters.
Sasha then asks, "Uh Anne, who is this bug who saved you and the Planters?"
She answered: "I don't know. So, who are you anyway?"
While the Omnitrix is powering down, Stinkfly said, "What? You two really haven't heard of me?"
The Omnitrix timed out and Stinkfly revered back to being Ben. "I'm Ben Tennyson! Ben 10? Like the biggest hero in the world?"
Anne and Sasha just looked at each other in confusion.
Sasha then said "I don't think we even heard of someone called that."
Ben thought to himself, "Oh great, that portal must have taken me to another dimension."
"Anyway, my name is Anne, Anne Boonchuy. This is my friend Sasha Waybright, and the Planters, Sprig, Hop Pop, and Polly. Over there is Wally, Mrs. Croaker, and Loggle."
"So what's up with those robots, and what is this place?" Ben asked.
"To make a long story short, this world is called Amphibia. As for the robots, they are part of King Andrias army, he is going to invade the Earth. He even took our friend Marcy prisoner." Sasha said
Ben then says, "I see, a similar robot also took a villain I was fighting back on my world in Bellwood."
Anne then said, "Wait a minute, your world? Are you from another dimension?"
Ben then answered to Anne, "Yep, my earth is actually different from yours."
"So, how did you turn into that Stinkbug anyway?" Polly asked.
Ben then explained to them all, "It's Stinkfly, and it was the Omnitrix. It let me walk the mile in the shoes of other alien life forms to save the day."
"Alien life forms? Well you better hope Mr. X doesn't know about it." Anne said.
"Mr. Who?" Ben asks in confusion.
She then said: "I can tell you about him later. Right now we need to focus on defeating Andrias, and saving Marcy and Amphibia. You can help us too, Ben."
"Yeah, let's do that, with your help we can have a much better chance at defeating this evil king you talk about as well as finding Albedo."
"Anne, are you sure we should trust this shapeshifter?" Hop Pop asked.
"What if he turns into something that eats frogs?" Polly said.
"Guys, he said was a hero so he must be a good guy. Plus, he helped us out of that quicksand."
"Ok, Anne, if you said so." Sprig said.
"So where are all of you going anyway?" Ben asked.
Sasha said, "We are going to take out a factory that makes the mind controlled collars that control the wildlife. If we are successful, it will make a big dent in Andrias' army. Let's get going!"
5 minutes later, the resistance made it to their goal.
"Finally!" Wally said in exhaustion.
"There's the factory." Hop Pop said.
Unfortunately, they can't go forward due to a chasm of spikes. Unable to cross, they then asked Anne for advice.
Loggle asks, "How do we get across Anne?"
"Yeah, what's your Anne-tuition tell ya?" Wally said.
While Sasha brought out a grappling hook, Anne thought about it for a minute then said: "How about we build a bridge out of ourselves!"
Then Ben immediately said, "No need Anne, I got this."
Ben turn the dial on his Omnitrix and hits the symbol to turn to his Segmentasapien form, Bloxx.
'Ok, here we go." Bloxx said as he transformed into a bridge across the gap. "Everybody go across now."
The resistance went across the Bloxx bridge, afterwards, Bloxx then changed back, then he saw Anne and Sasha arguing.
"Sasha, will you please just take command and tell us what to do?" Anne asked.
"No, you need to be in charge." Sasha said in denial.
"Uh, ladies?" Bloxx questions as he hits his Omnitrix symbol to change back to normal.
As Ben, he said, "Can you two tell me what's going on here?"
Anne said, "It's kind of a long story." Before Anne can tell Ben, the factory doors suddenly opened! A mind controlled snake guardian appeared out of the factory and attacked them.
"Everyone attack!" Anne commands.
"What kind of attack?" Loggle asked.
She answered, "Just whatever feels right!"
Ben then said in excitement, "All right, now we're talking!" Ben turns the dial on his Omnitrix and stops on Four Arms' symbol.
"Four Arms can easily toss this snake out of here!" Ben then exclams, "It's Hero Time!"
He then hit the symbol hoping for Four Arms, but the Omnitrix gave Ben his Pyronite form instead. "Heatblast? Seriously?!"
"Why do you even call them out like that?" Mrs. Croaker asked.
"I don't know. I've been asking myself the same question every time this happens." Heatblast said.
Then suddenly a stone-like crab with a rhino horn appeared near the factory.
"Ben, what is that?" Anne said.
"That Crabdozer, Heatblast's natural predator. Wait a minute, he is wearing the Nemetrix. Not good, that means…." Ben then looked up and saw Khyber on top of the factory.
"Khyber!" Heatblast shouted.
"Hello again, Tennyson, nice to see my quarry here even in another dimension." Khyber said.
"You know this guy Ben?" Sasha asked.
"Yeah, this guy has been using his pet to hunt me." Heatblast said.
"Hold on, that thing is a pet?!" Polly said.
Heatblast then explained to them, "It's not always like that. It is actually a Panuncian using a device called the Nemetrix. It's like my Omnitrix, but it uses Predatory Aliens species. It's basically a cheap ripoff of my watch."
Khyber then turned to Anne and said, "You must be Anne Boonchuy, King Andrias sends his regards to finish you off so you won't interfere with his invasion."
"Your fight is with me, Khyber. Leave Anne and her friends out of this!" Heablast said.
"You have no choice in the matter, Tennyson. The hunt begins now." Khyber then whistles which causes Crabdozer to attack Heatblast while the mind controlled snake attacks the Resistance.
Sasha then said while drawing her sword, "Hey Bounty Hunter, You battle my troops then you battle with me!"
"Very well." Khyber said as he drew out a hunter sword. "Let's see if your bravado isn't just for show, Resistance Leader!"
He then attacks Sasha with his sword which she blocks with her own sword.
"Sasha!" Anne said while getting her tennis racket. Khyber soon sees Anne behind him and immediately gets his knife from his pocket to block Anne's racket.
While this is going on, Heatblast attacks Crabdozer with a flameflower, but it has no effect on the heat-resistant predator.
"Man, why can't I remember that fire doesn't melt rock?." Heatblast said.
Crabdozer then charged at Heatblast who then grabbed him to avoid getting flown away.
Heatblast then said, "This isn't going to work. I need to change into something else." He then hit his Omnitrix symbol and transformed into Armadrillo.
"Are you ready to get bulldozed?" Armadrillo uses his jackhammer arms to launch Crabdozer away from the factory and into the trees.
Khyber saw this and said, "No shortage of predators to match my prey."
Then, a Crabdozer appeared out of the trees, and immediately transformed into Slamworm. He is about to body slam Armadrillo, but he jumped out of the way. He then burrows down in the ground.
"Oh, that can't be good." Armadrillo said.
Slamworm then went up to the surface and grabbed Armadrillo in his mouth.
Armadrillo then said, "Hey, no snacking on the superhero!" He then uses his drill arm to hit the inside of Slamworm's mouth which causes him to release Armadrillo.
During the fight against Khyber, Anne and Sasha are arguing why Sasha doesn't want to be in charge.
"Please just take over as commander!" Anne said.
"I...I can't." Sasha said.
"Why not?" She asked.
She explained, "Because the last time I was in charge I ruined our friendship!"
Anne was shocked. She then calls back to Newtopia where Sasha betrays her for the Toad Rebellion.
During that the resistance is getting swallowed whole by the minded controlled snake.
Armadrillo then said, "Anne, Sasha, I don't want to bother you both, but the resistance frogs are getting eaten by that snake! And I'm about to get devoured by my natural predator here!"
"I hope you two haven't forgotten about me." Khyber there knocks both Sasha and Anne off their feet. "Because if you do, this hunt will be over quickly."
"Oh no! I got to help them!" Armadrillo used his arms to drill the ground causing an earthquake to cause Slamworm to lose his balance and fall down. Then he uses his jackhammer arm to attack Kyber knocking him unconscious.
While helping Sasha back up on her feet, he then saw Anne heading for the snake and asked: "Anne what are you doing?"
Anne answered by saying, "Putting my faith in a real commander."
She jumped and the snake ate her in one bite.
"Did she just jumped into the snake's mouth?!" Armadrillo said in shock.
"What the heck, Boonchuy?!" Sasha screamed.
Armadrillo then immediately said, "Hey Sasha, calm down, we need you to lead us out of this situation."
Sasha calmed down and said, "OK, I got Anne and the resistance you get that worm"
"Got it." Armadrillo hit his Omnitrix symbol and transformed into his Polar Manzardill form. "Articguana? Cool, literally." He opens his mouth and uses his ice breath to freeze Slamworm. "That takes care of him."
Khyber then regained consciousness and saw Articguana have defeated Slamworm.
"Ok, Khyber, tell me this. Why are you here in this dimension?" Articguana asked.
"Poor naive Tennyson, you don't know that the odds are stacked up against you." Khyber said.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
Khyber then explained, "I'll just leave you with this, many of you foes have joined with Andrias mainly to finish you once and for all."
"Oh no, this isn't good. I just have to take you all back to my dimension starting with you, once I figured out how to do that, but for now I'll just capture you. The resistance can keep you under lock and key until I find a way back to my dimension."
"Sorry, Tennyson, but this hunt is over." Khyber then threw a smoke bomb on the ground which cover him and Slamworm. When the smoke cleared they were both gone!
Articgauna then says in disappointment, "Aw come on!" The Omnitrix finally timed out and changed Ben back to normal. "I'll get them another time."
A thud is heard behind him. When he turned he saw the Resistance fighters all save and sound and the snake back to its senses now that the collar was destroyed, so it slithered off.
"Nice job, so what next Sasha?" Ben asked.
"It's time to mess this place up!" Sasha gives a ton of Boom Shrooms to Anne and the Planters.
"Ok, I have an alien that can help out with that." Ben activated his Omnitrix and slapped the dial to turn into Ditto.
"So how does this alien help us out?" She asked.
"Like this!" Ditto then split into three clones each clone carrying a few boom shrooms.
They then say one at a time: "Ok, let's… get this.. done Quickly!"
Soon the resistance placed boom shrooms all over the factory while Loggle built a bring so they could make an escape. As soon as they leave the boom shrooms detonate and the factory is destroyed. The Dittos then merge back to one as the Omnitrix powered down and timed out and he reverted back to Ben.
With the factory now blown to bits the resistance heads back to base.
"Sasha, I think you should be the leader." Ben said "Without you we could have never destroyed that factory or defeated that snake." Anne nods her head in agreement
"I don't know." Sasha said doubting herself.
Anne then grabbed Sasha's hand and said, "All in favor of Sasha Waybright as your new leader?"
"Oh yes!" Mrs. Croaker said.
"Oh frog please, Sasha!" Wally said.
"We need you!" Loggle said while begging.
She blushes as she puts the helmet of authority on her head.
"Anne, even though I'm calling the shots, I want you to know this is a partnership." Sasha said while holding her hand
They both shake hands, which cause Anne to hug Sasha, repairing their friendship.
"Good to see friends patching their friendship after being gone for so long." Ben said.
Sasha then turned to Ben and said, "Ben, we tell you everything about what happened here when we got back to base."
"Thanks Captain." Ben said.
"Uh, Ben, now we know we can trust you, can I see you watch?" Sprig asks.
"Sure, just be careful. You might turn me into Walkatrout or something" Ben said.
"So can you turn into a frog-like alien?" Polly asked him.
"Yep, I got one of those. I named him Bullfrag." He said.
"Cool!" She said in excitement.
"Do you have any aliens that can do farming or gardening?" Hop Pop asked.
"Yeah I got a few aliens that can work well with both." Ben said.
Sasha then told Anne "Wow, the Planters have really started to like him."
"Yeah, with his help we have a great chance at defeating Andrias." Anne said
