Requiem V
Note: This is set a year after The Balance. Sunnydale has been rebuilt, new people have moved in, and the destruction of Sunnydale has been written off as a massive earthquake.

Disclaimer: I don't own the Buffy, Angel, and Stargate characters, but the other characters and the plot are mine.
Summary: As the mysterious attacks from the dead turned into monsters increase at frightening speed, Buffy, Athena, Neil and gang desperately search for the cause of this plague and how to stop it. Elsewhere, Eppy, Spidey, and SG-1 investigate something strange on the moon...
"Oh my god! RUN XANDER!" Willow cried out.
"No Will! You run! I'll hold him off! Get to Buffy's house!" Xander shouted back.
He aggressively swung his baseball bat at the transformed Jesse, but he just laughed and using one of his multiple hands, slapped the weapon away and freeing it from Xander's grasp. Then he slashed with one of his clawed hands across Xander's chest, drawing blood. He screamed and fell to the ground.
"XANDER!" Willow shouted desperately. She ran to him and knelt beside him, inspecting his wound. Jesse loomed over them and they looked up at him in raw terror.
"Xander. Willow. Goodbye." He raised his taloned hands up, all eight of them, and brought them down sharply.
But before he could complete his attack, a powerful leg lashed out, knocking him away!
Jesse regained his feet and found himself facing a seven-foot female vampire, vamp face and all.
Jesse hissed menacingly, but received a savage snarl in response.
Another huge female vampire stepped up next to the first one. She growled threateningly.
He didn't like these odds. Clearly deciding a tactical withdrawal was in order, he turned away and fled as fast as his four legs could carry him.
Athena and Diana watched him go, and when he was gone, Diana turned away to check on Xander and Willow.
Athena just kept watching.
