Author's Note: Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I am back with my third Naruto/Game of Thrones Story. I am getting these ideas out on paper before I get too busy with job and such. Please do read and review generously. I am grateful to those who have given me help on this. I will still appreciate ideas here and feedback as well.
This story is a rewrite of seasons 6 to 8; a story with many interesting changes and people who should be dead that are alive and thriving in a way. The updates will not be regular as job and real life take precedence over everything, but I hope to do a good job with this as well.
Without further ado, let us begin.
Prologue- The Presence of One can change many things
XXXXXX
"I have seen much of life. I have grown up in the wastelands and lived among killers and monsters. I was forced to confront my own naivety and my own foolishness. I have lived, loved, lost, and endured. I have made mistakes and I have triumphed while learning many lessons. And yet, perhaps, this is the greatest challenge of my existence. Another rules the land of my ancestors. The man that rules it is far more powerful than I ever believed; his existence defies everything. And yet, for some reason I am drawn to him. Perhaps, he and I are destined to burn together, to usher in a new dynasty." –Daenerys Targaryen, Future Empress of the Rebuilt Valyrian Freehold
"I hated the term bastard. It brought me sorrow and pain. I never ever got to know who my mother was or why I was forced to live a life like this. I was supposed to end up as nothing, perhaps a Silent Sister, or the wife of some Lord. And now, because of that man, I have learned my true identity. I am not a bastard; I am the Song of Ice and Fire. I am meant to rule. And with my beloved by my side, I will rule fairly and justly. And yet, I can never ignore the true evil that lies deep in the North." Lyarra Snow, aka, Visenya Targaryen, Future Queen of the Seven Kingdoms
"I was once a naïve girl, dreaming of song and dance, and the gallant prince who I would marry and all the lemon cakes I would get to eat. And now, I know better. Life is not a song, it is a cruel, harsh test. And now, those lemon cakes fill me with revulsion. I do not know what fate has in store. Yet, there is one truth. I will never ever be another's play thing. I will always be a Stark, no matter where I go." Sansa Stark, Future Hand of the Queen
"You have become quite powerful, dear aunt. You not only wield three dragons, but you also wield a sword of the Conquest. One might say, Aegon the Conqueror is reborn and walking amongst us once more. Yet, you will never be able to rule anything without earning the Maelstrom's approval. The Maelstrom is the free realm's force of nature that can never be untamed. Some days, I truly wonder why he has not chosen to sit the throne and bring peace to the realm himself. Perhaps, there is a game he enjoys playing." Princess Rhaenys Targaryen

She remembered seeing him in Winterfell. She never knew how he got there and when he got there. She had no idea who his parents were. He looked different from any person living in the North that she met before. There were whispers and gossip about this man; some said he was from Yi Ti, some said he was from Essos, and the wildest of these talks were that he was a Half-Lannister, Half-Baratheon bastard.
The man was strong, however. He either would work in the forge making swords, or he would go out and chop wood for the keep, or he would hunt and bring back food. Her father never talked much about who he was, and was just grateful for the good help and work. The man was also quite handsome, and she saw many a woman giving him discrete looks of lust and longing. Yet, he paid them no mind.
Whenever she met hem, he never looked at her with disgust or hate, or even indifference. He treated her warmly and kindly and even spoke to her on occasion. She did find the behavior odd. Apart from her father, her brother Robb, and her sister Arya and the Maester, not many really spoke to her with suck kindness and warmth. He always had a smile on his face and he was so cheerful and loved to play ranks. And yet, she, Lyarra Snow, the Bastard of Ned Stark knew better. She knew that this man carried great pain and sorrow in his eyes.
Her life in Winterfell was not all sunshine and rainbows. Though she grew up in a castle, bastards were not viewed with great warmth in Westeros, even in the North. Catelyn Stark, her father's wife, always viewed her with distaste and scorn. After all, she was the reminder of her husband's infedlility to her.
Though she got along with most of her siblings barring Sansa, it made her feel like an outsider. It filled with her bitterness and she would always brood and be sad. She did not ask for this life, this life of being a bastard. Her father never told her about her mother, and whenever she asked about her, he would change the topic firmly. This was not the life she wished for. She wished for a life where she could ride into battle as a knight and live a life of glory. Alas, some things were not meant to be.
And yet, life was nothing if not unpredictable. The King had come to the North to ask her father to be his hand. And she had made up her mind to leave Winterfell. She was going to be a Silent Sister, a member of the Faith. She would no longer be under Catelyn Stark's cold gaze, and she could live her life in peace. She hated that woman just as much as she loathed her. That woman's bitterness would never end. When her younger brother was injured, she came to say goodbye. And that cunt… she had the audacity to tell her that she wishes it was her lying in bed, broken and defeated. She wondered what her father ever saw in this idiot.

And then she found herself on the road with her father's men and her dear wolf Ghost, headed to Oldtown to swear her vows. And then, life's twists reared it's head in a way she never expected.
On the road they had met a cloaked figure who had knocked the guards out with such speed and silence that she never could imagine. She could not even scream, she could not even move as the cloaked figure simply stared at her.
He had removed his hood and was shocked to see who it was. It was the same golden haired man from Winterfell. He had a cheerful expression on her face while she had a look of fury on her face.
The blonde really did not care. He had a casual, bored look on her face as he listened to her rant. And then after, he spoke and gave her a proposition. She was to hear him out, and after, he would take her to Oldtown personally if she wished. He just wanted for her to know a truth that would make her whole, and a truth that would change her life forever.
Lyarra had nodded as he took her to an isolated place where they would not be bothered. The truth that she was bombarded changed her life forever and set her on a path she never expected.

Flashback Begins
"All right, I am listening. You don't have much time. I am sure my father's men will arrive soon. I want you to speak your peace and then take me to Oldtown."
The blonde had smiled and decided to speak to her. She really did not expect what he would do in this moment. He simply opened his palm and a fire was emanating from his hand. She rubbed her eyes to make sure she was not being toyed with. Ghost was simply mesmerized and just staring at his palm.
"Go ahead, and touch my hand. Do not worry, it will be okay."
Lyarra shook her head, wondering if this blonde was a bigger idiot than she thought. She had frowned for a moment before slowly walking forward and placed a finger slowly next to the fire. It did not affect her at all in any way. She slowly brought out her hand to touch his, and she felt nothing. She thought she would feel pain, but she felt warmth, exhilaration, and peace.
There was confusion on Lyarra's face. "What is this… who are you? Are… are you able to use magic?"
"We can cross that bridge when we get there. If you wish to know that knowledge, you will have to earn it. Now, on to what I wish to say. What is it you really know about your mother?"
Lyarra was angry now. "If you mean to insult me with this conversation of yours, than you should know I do not suffer fools lightly. You know who my father is, everyone in Westeros does. As for my mother, I will never know the answer. She could have been a tavern wench for all I know, someone who caught Ned Stark's eye and made him sully his honor."
The blonde known as Uzumaki Naruto sighed. When he ended up in this world, he thought it was a good place. He had changed his mind quickly, hearing about all the bullshit and the sheer disgust of Westeros. In his mind, Westeros was a cesspool that needed some severe cleaning. There was so much disgusting politics as well as so much war, civil war, and unnecessary bloodshed. He had discovered this woman's truth through his own skills. He was taking an honest gamble here, but he hoped it would pay off. Perhaps, this woman, this woman who had suffered and endured, could be the person that would make Westeros feel whole once again.
"I don't mean to insult you… and no, I am not playing a game. I just want to know, do you know anything about your mother?"
"No… I don't."
Naruto sighed. Well, there was only one way to rip off a band-aid like this.
"Lyarra, I want you to know something. The truth is bitter and heavy, but it's the best thing for you to hear. I swear, what I am going to tell you is the truth and nothing else. And this is the truth… you are no bastard."
Silence had reigned through the area, as Lyarra digested the words that came out of the blonde's mouth. She wanted to rage, she wanted to scream and tell him was a liar. Yet, when she was in Winterfell and spoke to this blonde, he never deceived her or treated her like she was dirt under his fingernails. Was this true, was she truly not a bastard.
Lyarra spoke again. "If what you are saying is true… then who is my mother? Please… please tell me… who is my mother?"
"You, Lyarra Snow, are a Stark. You are not Ned Stark's daughter however. You are the child of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen."
Once again, there was nothing but cold silence. And when it ended, something had broke inside of her. She screamed at Naruto and tried to attack him. She thought he was different, but in the end, he was like the rest of them. She screamed and sobbed, and started to hyper ventilate.
Naruto simply dodged her attack and held her shoulders as Naruto forced her to look at her.
"Look at me… Lyarra."
Lyarra had tears and anger in her eyes as she looked at him. And in his eyes, she saw warmth and no deception. Rather, she saw understanding and acceptance in his eyes.
"Listen to me, Lyarra. I have never lied to you, not even once in your life. I have always been truthful with you. And the truth is that you are Lyanna and Rhaegar's child. That is the truth."
Lyarra's blood chilled. "So… that means, I am a product of rape? Rhaegar raped Lyanna, and kidnapped her."
Naruto did not laugh, rather he shook his head at this. In the end, humans were their own worst nightmares. Lyanna and Rhaegar's love was selfish and destructive, and Lyanna was a hypocrite and Rhaegar was the world's recent dumbfuck. The wounds they had unleashed upon their families and the Seven Kingdoms would not heal so easily, and even today, it could still be felt. He understood Ned sacrificing his honor for Lyarra, but he never accepted his actions after. He was sending her away and denying her birthright; not unless he had something to say about it.
"No, Lyarra. Your father did not rape your mother. They married under the Heart Tree and they fell for one another. However, I will admit your mother and father were the greatest fools in recent times. They did not think about their actions and unleashed grievous wounds upon Westeros and their own families. And to this day, Westeros has not truly healed."
Lyarra had so many questions. " Did… Did my uncle know about this? Was he trying to protect me… or was he trying to protect Robert Baratheon?"
Naruto sighed. This was not an easy question. While he respected Ned, there were some things he just could not accept.
"I… I am not sure, Lyarra. Perhaps he was trying to keep you safe. Robert Baratheon still hungered for the deaths of the Targaryens. You would have died. Maybe he was trying to protect his friend's throne. Your mother's actions caused serious pain to House Stark. He was trying to protect you, but I do not agree with all of his actions. It is what it is. In the end, we humans can only do what we can do. I am very sorry."
Lyarra shook her head. "So… what happens now? I am still a bastard, and my life is ruined."
Naruto laughed now. "Did you not hear a word I said? You are no bastard. You are the future of the Seven Kingdoms. You are its chance for redemption and true glory. Westeros is a cesspool, and one that needs cleaning. The Seven Kingdoms need a person who is kind, yet firm, and will be able to do what is right and not what its easy. You will sit on the Iron Throne, and I know your rule will bring peace to the Seven Kingdoms."
Lyarra laughed. "Really, me a woman, will sit on the Iron Throne? I don't know how to fight. I am not the rightful heir. Have you forgotten about Daenerys Targaryen and her brother? They will come for the throne themselves. There will be nothing but a senseless war… pathetic."
Naruto had heard about Daenerys Targaryen and her own trials and tribulations. The poor woman had suffered greatly at the hands of her brother and that witch. And yet, she learned harsh, powerful lessons that would drive her to bring dragons back from the stone. The mother of dragons had a great heart and had been freeing slaves and bringing peace of her own. She had made many mistakes and experienced failures along the way, but she was learning. And she had acquired allies, namely Barristan the Bold and the legendary Arthur Dayne. He had wondered how the latter had managed to escape death.
Something in his soul and gut told him that Lyarra was meant for the throne, and Daenerys had a much greater destiny. He did not know at this time what it was, but if he had to guess, it probably had to do with the Valyrian Freehold itself.
"We do not know where Daenerys Targaryen's destiny will land. Yet, I know yours. You are the one who must sit on the throne. I know it."
"Why… why me? Why do you care so much about this? What had convinced you that I am worthy to sit the Iron Throne?"
"You have never desired power, or strength. You have desired acceptance and love. You know what its like to feel pain and sorrow. You are worthy to sit the Iron Throne. You will make mistakes and you will stumble. This will be the greatest endeavor in your life. Yet, in time, Westeros will join you in the sun, Lyarra. And in time, you will accomplish wonders. I know one day, you will rule as Jaeherys the Wise once did."
"I believe in you, Lyarra. I believe that you will bring peace to the Seven Kingdoms. I know this."
Lyarra gulped. She never had anyone believe in her like this. And yet, here was a man
"What about the Starks? What about my family? I cannot abandon them. They need to know…"
"In time, they will. Now, is not that time. Ideals and pretty words alone will not help you reach the throne. You need a position of strength. You need a dragon, and you need to be a warrior. You will need to become the conqueror to win. Now is not the time for honor. Now, is the time for action."
Naruto stood up and pulled something out of his sleeve. Lyarra's eyes bulged as she saw a sword appear out of thin air. She marveled at the blade. It was beautiful and large and long. It was ornate and yet conveyed nobility, kingship, and power. Lyarra's eyes widened.
"This can't be… is it truly that blade?"
"This is the sword of kings… Blackfyre. It is the symbol and strength of House Targaryen. You will prove yourself worthy of this blade. And when you learn to wield it well, we will see who stands against you."
"Now, are you ready to create your own fate? Or… do the Silent Sisters call you to their ranks?"
Lyarra closed her eyes. She had been hit with a lot of truth this day. She would need time to process this. It would take time to come to terms with everything.
For now, she had made up her mind.

To say that life was now interesting for Lyarra Snow was a mere understatement. Naruto had first taken her all around Westeros to learn more about the smallfolk, to see their suffering and to live among the common people.
Lyarra still could not come to terms with what her blonde friend and savior could do. Not only could he manipulate the elements, he could change their appearance at will. No one was able to recognize them.
They slept in forests, in meadows, sometimes in a Lord's castle and keep, as Lyarra learned more about the world as she lived among the smallfolk. Westeros did need healing… and she hoped she was up to the task. Living with all these people made Lyarra grateful for living in a castle. The smallfolk craved warm food for their bellies and the comforts of family and home. They cared little for the games these high lords played.
And then there was her training. She had to admit, that the blonde was a difficult taskmaster. Not only did she learn how to wield a bow, but she learned how to wield Blackfyre along with a shield. Naruto did not take it easy on her at all. Not only did he train her in the art of war, he also taught her how to train her physical body and strength.
It had taken time, a lot of time. She had transformed herself into a competent fighter and a learned individual. Of course, she could never defeat the man in battle. The blonde was something that she could not describe. Sometimes, she wondered if he was a god, and the blonde simply laughed at her. Whatever it was, he was powerful, mighty, and something fierce. She seriously wondered why he never made himself King of the Seven Kingdoms. His response to that was something along the lines of it being too troublesome, and that made her jaw drop.
And soon enough, the blonde had surprised her once again. This time, he brought a dragon hatchling to her. It had shocked her greatly. She wondered where he found this hatchling. Ghost and the Hatchling simply stared at one another for a moment as Ghost regarded the young dragon. The hatchling chirped and screeched, but when Lyarra held it, it had calmed itself and trilled happily.
And as her savior stared off into the clouds, she could see the sun shining upon him. She wondered what it all meant.

Apart from Westeros, they had also gone to Essos, steering clear of Daenerys Targaryen and her allies. And yet, this exotic continent and the Free Cities made her long for home.
She had heard about her uncle, about Robb, about Sansa and Arya, and Bran and Rickon. Her family was scattered and left broken. She needed to go back. She needed allies to take back the Iron Throne. She needed to avenge her family. She felt sorry for Sansa, for what she had to endure. She had no idea what her cousin thought of her, but she would not leave her to a cruel fate that was Ramsay Bolton.
Through all the battles she had with her savior, she had gained his respect. And when she gained his respect, she learned his name.
"Naruto… when can we return to Westeros?"
"We will go back soon enough. In time, we will avenge them. First, we need to gather allies and strength. And I think I know exactly who can be of help to us."
As Lyarra was busy entertaining her dragon, Naruto was lost in his thoughts. Besides who would sit on the Iron Throne, there was the matter of the evil growing in the North.
Once again, he was caught up in another war. He wondered how things would turn out.
And as Naruto was lost in her thoughts, he failed to hear what Lyarra said about him.
"One day Naruto… I may sit on the throne. And if that day ever does come, I promise you will be my husband. You are the only one who is worthy."

The Journals of Lyarra Snow, aka, Visenya Targaryen
Subject: Uzumaki Naruto
Titles: The Savior, The Warrior, The Annoying Knucklehead, A Dragonwolf's Mate
Description:
Some days, I fail to understand or comprehend who Naruto is. And to this day, I truly do not know. Is Naruto a magical being… or a god? He has taught me to fight and to be strong, but I still do not know where he got these abilities from.
I do not how Naruto ended up in Winterfell. I only know that apart from a few, he treated me with kindness and warmth. He set me on a path of good, a path that is hard and difficult, but one where the reward is truly a rich one.
The truth is bitter and heavy, but one that is necessary to hear. It had set me free. I do not know what to think of the honorable Ned Stark now, or what his intentions were regarding me. Maybe in the afterlife, I will know. It does no good to speak of paths not taken.
I still do not know what to think of Rhaegar and Lyanna. Maybe they were idiots. Maybe he was mad. Maybe my mother was a hypocrite. Yet, I will be better than them. I must be if I am to rule the Seven Kingdoms.
I do know how Sansa and the rest will view me. Will I still be their sister or an outsider? Only time will tell.
One thing is for certain. The Seven Kingdoms need a just ruler, and I will be that. I will erase what my mother and father did to Westeros. And soon enough, Naruto will be my mate. He truly is the ideal mate for a Dragonwolf.

Chapter End
Well, this is the first chapter of my new story. I hope you all like it.
I appreciate ideas and thoughts. Please do share them. What do you think the second chapter should be about?
This story is an AU of seasons 6 to 8. People like Oberyn Martell, Rhaenys Targaryen, Arthur Dayne, and Barristan Selmy are still alive. And the harem for this story is Naruto/Dany/Visenya (Lyarra Snow), and perhaps Sansa Stark and Rhaenys Targaryen (Daughter of Rhaegar who is alive).
Lyarra will be the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Daenerys will be the Empress of a Rebuilt Valyria. Let's see how things go.
There is lots to show and see and explain. The updates will not be regular. I will do my best to churn out quality content. There will be more about how Naruto ended up in Westeros soon enough.
Once again, please do share your ideas and thoughts on Discord, in your reviews, and in your PM's. Stay safe and much well wishes to you all. See you in another update.
