Truth
After the Doctor defends the Master and he notice a small silver watch that Martha is holding in her hand. He slowly walks toward Martha to see if her watch is a fob watch and he thinking that he is not the last of his kind after all. He needs to Martha where she got the watch.
"Martha answer me carefully please," the Doctor with a calm voice, "how long have you had the watch in your hand," he points at the watch in her hands.
"I had it for a long time now," she explain to the Time Lord, "but don't remember how I got it in the first place."
He is thinking that Martha Jones must be a Time Lady but who she is? Why was she turned into a human in the first place? The two question in his mind about him not being the last of the Time Lord. He is trying to find away to tell her that she is not from Earth and that she is from Gallifrey in the first place.
"Doctor are you lost in your through again," Martha wonder if the Doctor is okay.
"Sorry. I was very deep in my own mind," he replied to the young woman that is standing at the y been in the control room of the Tardis. He is thinking that it is a good time to tell her the truth about herself, "have you had dreams from a planet that you don't remember or have you heard a voice from the watch itself," he finish his question to her.
"Yes I have but I don't know why I am," she explain and slowly lowering her head to the ground, "and could you explain to me why it is happening."
"well I think that you are a Time Lady and that you are from Gallifrey just like me but you don't remember at all," he told her trying not to scare her and she pass him the watch so that he can look at it for her.
As the Doctor looks at the watch and he saw markings on the case of the clock. He knew who it is straight away that Martha is his wife that he thought she died in the great Time War.
"I know who you are if you want me to tell you," he ask and she nodded yes to the question, "you are my wife that I lost in the Time War and here is your watch back," he hands the watch to her.
As she got the watch back from the Doctor and all she hard from it is, 'open me, open me, open me now,' all over again from the watch. She knew that she needs to tell the Doctor about it.
"Doctor I just heard a voice came out of my watch," she told him about it so that he could tell her what to do with a look on her face of contortion.
"Just open the watch," he said to her, "and see what happens to you and just to say that your human self is brilliant towards me."
After the Doctor said to open the watch to her. she decide to open the watch slowly and all that comes out of it is a gold light fills the room. All of the gold light begins to fill Martha's head with all her memories of her life on Gallifrey and her family. After the gold light disappear from the control room and Martha fell on to the ground and then the Doctor rush to aid Martha off the ground and he is very happy to have his wife back after the Time War.
"How are you doing?" he ask to see if Martha is okay.
"Just a bit shaking trying to get used being a Time Lady again," she answers when she slowly getting back on her feet. She slowly walks toward the Doctor after the Time War and she decide to hug her husband because she loves him with both of her hearts.
The Doctor is happy to get a from his wife and he wants to give her a kiss to welcome her back. He got a idea to make Martha a sonic screwdriver just like his but a dark purple. He place a order for screwdriver into the Tardis control and after 10 minutes the sonic screwdriver is done so he gives it her. What the Doctor did for his wife is a sweet thing to do witch made her happy with him.
"Thank you for my own sonic device," she came towards him to kiss him on the lips just to say thanks.
"Your welcome dear," he enjoys the kiss from his love of his life.
Then the Doctor notice a gold glow coming from Martha and he knew what it means and he thinking on how did she get injured in the first place to trigger the regeneration to her. As he is thinking about it and then it clicks into his head and it was when he was turning back into his normal self after the Master turned the Doctor into a old man. It was when the Master's laser screwdriver tried to kill the Doctor it shot Martha in the back and for her to go through a regeneration from one of her husband enemy that tried to kill countless times in his life.
" I am going to changing when you just got me back into your life," she said after she notice the gold glow from her hands, "I wish we had more time together as a couple in as a Time Lord and Time Lady. And from now, ONWARDS we are never going to leave each other again," she explains to the Doctor and he thought that she was joking with him but she notice it, "I am not joking dear husband."
The gold light coming from Martha started to take control of her body but she knew not to fight the regeneration. As her husband watch her to begin the process that Time Lord and Time Lady go through when their bodies die but they have to change to keep themselves alive. As she slowly lifts both her arms to shoulder level also lifting her head to the swelling of the Tardis control room. All the people from Gallifrey are scared to change their body because of thing that they might like might not be the same as their last life.
"Aaaaaahhhhhh," Martha scream in pain as she is changing her body into a woman with lighter skin colour with red hair and deep blue eyes looking at the Doctor who is jealous because of her new hair.
"Are you ok after the regeneration," the Doctor said to his wife going towards her to make that she is taking it nice and slow.
"I am fine," she replied and trying to get used to her new voice, "okay that is worried to hear my new voice don't you think? Mind you I like my new voice," she trying to find a reflex surface to look at her new body and then she find one, "ok my new body I need to get used to," she finished explaining to herself and looking at her husband who is in shock with her new body. Deep down in her mind she knew that the Doctor wanted red hair but ever time he regeneration into a new body but doesn't get it.
"So tell me why you became a human?" he ask his wife to try and the answer he is thinking but he knew that not get the answer he needs.
"Ok I will tell you now," she agrees to her husband who is going to be shock on the story for the Doctor, "it stated on Gallifrey. It was hard to try not to sit around doing nothing when the war went you know, I was doing some work trying to get some of our people off our planet so that our spices can live. But it didn't goes to plan that I wanted I couldn't finish it because I had device that teleport but it only had enough for one person. Then Rassilon didn't let me finish because it was a of time get people out Gallifrey because of the war. Also he wanted me to died by his own hands. After I heard that I decided to use it but before I could a dalek found me and shot me and I started to regenerate into my last body and then I turned into a human."
"I am very happy to have you back," he told his wife, "but you are going to tell the Jones that you not a human."
"And how do I do that with a new face remember," she said with a worry look on her face.
"I will do it if it makes it easier on you and I wouldn't stop you if you step in you know," he explains his idea to his wife.
"Do it now because I want to get it over and done with if that okay with you?" she ask her husband as he start to put the location into the Tardis control.
When they got to the Jones family home to tell them what the Doctor discovers about Martha and she is his wife. She is nervous about telling the truth about herself even she didn't know about but thanks to her husband finding out makes her happy.
As the Doctor and Martha is about to nock on the door they finding Francine Jones to answer it. She looks at Martha but she didn't know who it is but she looks at the Doctor who knows the answer to her question about Martha. She let the time lord and time Lady into the house to know why they are here in the first place?
"Where is Martha Doctor?" Francine ask the time lord, "and who is she if I may ask?"
"The answer to your questions are the same," he answer the questions that Francine gives to him.
"What do you mean by that?" she reply from the Doctor.
"I tell you what I know if that is okay with you," he said when nods yes to know, "it stated on Gallifrey with a couple and that is me and Martha my wife. I thought that I lost her a very long time ago but it turned out I found her today. After I found her and she began to glow in gold and that a sine to change to a new body for me and her. And the person you see next to me is Martha and she was never your daughter. Also one thing that I want to say to you one big thank you for looking after her me."
"Thank you for telling me and I will always see Martha as a daughter to me," she explains to the couple.
After the talk with Francine the couple decide to leave the place to leave what they came their to do. The couple feel because it is a heart breaking thing that anyone can tell about someone that they know is not even human in the first place but one thing that the Doctor and can do is to try and keep on going in the universe. Both of them are happy that the people from Gallifrey can keep as time goes on in the universe.
"So What are we going to do with the Master's die body?" Martha ask her husband to see if he got any ideas for it.
"Just one thing that we need do with it," he start to explain, "and that is to burn the body because it could still have DNA of our people."
When the Tardis lands in a Field to dispose the Master's body because the Doctor knew that it still could be use as a weapon for the last two people Gallifrey. The Doctor and Martha built one big bomb fire for the Master. The Doctor still has the torch the Olympic when he lit the flame he use it to the bomb fire. Both of them watch the fire engulf the died time lord and slowly turns their backs and walks to their space ship to leave the Master to burn into ashes.
