The video turns on as it shows Bruce Wayne as he adjust the camera as it stops staticing.
"If your getting this video then I'm dead, therefore code black has been activated."
The figure pulls down his hood revealing him to be Jason Todd.
Barbra Gordon types on her keyboard as the screen shows the footage of Bruce Wayne's video.
"Scary isn't it, huh? I may be gone but I'm not leaving you with nothing, as the Batcave has been destroyed but i have a new base you and the rest of the Bat family, the Belfrey may have some outdated tech but it's still functional…"
Nightwing is attacking some thugs, he has the video playing through his ear piece.
"And who destroyed the Batcave? That… was me."
Tim Drake puts his Robin suit in a display case, he turns to the video playing.
"This is Goodbye, you are Gotham's Knights, stand up protect the city, help people, don't trust the police, they're too corrupt since Gordon's death, and Goodbye "

Jason, Dick, Barbra and Tim all look as co ordinates to the Belfrey appear on each respective's screens.
Some time later all four members of the Bat family stood on the side of the Belfrey, a clock face behind them.
" Who knew Bruce had a bat cave at Wayne tower" Jason said, Tim nodded, " I think this was his first base when he was just starting out" Dick says, " Sounds about right" Barbra answers " Look we are Gotham's protectors now let's make Bruce proud " she continues.
All four look out onto the city " Yea lets " Tim says.
