Jinx sighed she was trying to summon a familiar but instead she turned herself into a small black cat and teleported half way across the city, she started her way home, she tried to make her way home but was chased by some dogs down an alley.
She scoffed, "is this really how I'm going to die."
A bright green light flashed in front of her, she knew that blast.
Starfire picked jinx, "you are adorable I shall show you to my friends."
Jinx didn't like this, Raven would definitely know it was her, she tried in vain to escape the alien.
She just hoped for the best as Starfire carried her inside, "friends, look at this kitten I found." Star said.
Robin and Cyborg came over and Beast boy just looked over his shoulder then away.
Cyborg rubbed under her chin, it felt rather nice to her, "they are adorable star but you know we can't keep her, plus you have silky." Robin said.
"come on Rob, she can stay for tonight, it's not like we can just dump her in the city." Beast boy said.
Robin thought for a second, "you're right, we can take her to the adoption center tomorrow." he said.
Jinx knew what that meant, microchip and dessexing, she needed to escape before morning.
After being shown off to everyone except Raven she was left in the common room, she searched for an exit but couldn't find one then she heard the door open, Jinx hid where she could.
Beast boy smiled he could tell that it was Jinx from the moment Star entered with her, he let out a sigh, "it's a shame Jinx is a bad guy, I always thought she was hot, especially in that black dress and stockings." Jinx took advantage of her current form and jumped up on the bench and pressed their noses together, Beast boy smiled, "wow was my acting that good, Jinx."
She looked at him, "what the fuck, you knew it was me." she said but all that came out was meows.
"yes I knew it was you from your scent," he smiled, "do you want some help changing back?"
She shrunk, "yes please." she said, Beast boy picked her up and walked to the roof, "what are we doing up here?" she didn't get an answer she only felt herself take off.
She screamed until she was placed on the ground, "so what do you need to turn back?" he asked.
She looked at him as angry as a small cat could be, "if you must know I just need a white rose to undo a transformation." she scoffed at him.
He looked around, "like the ones from that stall over there." he pointed out.
She looked at the stand then down the street, "and a book from my place, which is on the other side of town." the green titan sighed, "and we're not flying."
He groaned, "fine give me a minute." he said walking into an alley and out walked a boy with white skin and blonde hair, "so shall we get going?" he asked picking her up.
He walked over to the stall, "oh hello young man what's your name?" the lady asked.
"Um, it's Garfield. Would I be able to get a red and white bouquet?" he asked.
Jinx was confused, "oh you want to tell your girlfriend how much you love her." the lady said taking the money and give him a bouquet.
After they walked away Jinx had to ask, "why did you buy a whole bouquet not just a rose?"
"well it would be weird if I only got one, now what bus do I need to get on?" Gar asked.
"take the cross town subway and get off at the last stop." she said.
It was a rather shot ride thanks to the express train, they stood at the exit of the subway and Jinx led him down street after street until they where at a rundown building and walked inside, up to the top floor.
As he opened the door, the room was a 180 to the rest of the building it was clean, fully furnished and looked almost brand new, Jinx jumped out of his arm went over to a bookshelf.
"Um, can I have some help? third shelf down fifty book from the left." she said.
Garfield smiled and opened the book and found the transformation section, he flicked the pages until he found the reverse transformation spell.
Jinx look in horror as he read a book written completely in Latin, "Garfield you can read Latin?" she asked.
"yes, I can everyone is always surprised, and it says that someone else needs to do the spell." he said pulling a rose from the bunch and holding it over her, he started the spell, "Hoc unum est verum, et solve fasciculos ad reditus sui."
Jinx saw out of the corner of her eye that her clothes where on the floor but it was to late she had been turned back and she saw Beast boy staring at her, she screamed and curled up to hide her self as he ran out.
She stood up after he left and put her clothes back on, she stood next to the door, "I hope you enjoyed the view perv, because next time we fight I'm going to beat the memory out of your head." she said to him though the door.
"well I guess you owe me a favor, I might just have to use it next time." he replied.
"remember I'm a bad guy I might not keep my favor to you." she felt better now he made a joke, "now get going before I just beat you up now." she heard him run down the hall way and smiled.
She looked at the flowers and decided to keep them as a reminder.
