I mentioned that Fire for Stellar Effect had an RWBy part in it. I figured I make that a whole story as well.

Note that I am not a hardcore RWBY fan. I'm probably going to get character personalities incorrectly and that they might come out less like they are in canon. However due note that this is fanfiction ok? Nothing is realistic or close to canon. Unless you provide genuine advice/Criticism that I am doing something wrong with my writing, take your shipping elsewhere.

Also, note that I may be borrowing assets not only from Stellaris and RWBY, but other fandoms like Command and Conquer Generals (most notably their units. Stellaris doesn't have that many ground units) Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and a bit of Halo. Also, note that this story ties into 'Fire for Stellar Effect' (Mass Effect/Stellaris story).

Remnant- a world so much like the distant planet of Earth. It's not very hard to pick out the similarities: nitrogen-oxygen based, animals identical to ones on Earth, similar elements/resources, and even Humans along with a subspecies called Fanus.

And yet like Earth, threats existed to the continued existence of both the Humans and their Fanus counterparts: the Grimm. No one knows how the Grimm came about but each year, thousands succumb to the claws of the Grimm. In order to survive, the inhabitants of Remnant rely on a material called Dust to enhance their combat potential, surprisingly advance mecha-shift weaponry, and have been secretly guided by an immortal called Ozama, who is fighting a secret war against the Grimm leader.

Yet thousands of Years later, Salem, the Queen of the Grimm, plans to the eventual downfall of the Sapients of Remnant. Few know of her true objectives, other than the extinction of life on Remnant.

In another universe, her plans would succeed initially and many lives would be lost in the coming war.

Only this isn't that universe. This universe would be different.

Remnant isn't alone in the galaxy, nor the planet being the only one to have Humans.

In the Milky Way galaxy, the galaxy was in a Golden age after the War on Heaven (or commonly called the Unbidden War). Former rivals work together to rebuild shattered worlds and homes. New technology has eradicated poverty, disease, and corruption. The population has boomed to over 60 trillion and resource scarcity is non-existent.

All under the watchful eyes of the two largest Human nations, the United Nations of Sol and the Commonwealth of Man. Former rivals that came together to defend the galaxy from the Unbidden, their fleets and armies stand ready to guard the galaxy against any more external threats.

When they encounter Remnant, they find a threat that could one day threaten the entire galaxy and people in need of help. Armies are being mobilized and fleets reactivated. Agents deployed and Hostiles marked.

One way or another, the protectors of the galaxy would not see millions die again for some unknown goal. And once again, the militaries of Humanity, the masters of war, and their allies may once again march to war.

Whether against gods, monsters, or terrorists, the might of a thousand different planets and hundreds of nations will shatter evil in all of its forms.
