The Beginning: Please, don't even ask. I was watching Pretty Little Liars and I was just like, what if there was a version of this based in the world of Harry Potter. So here we are. The idea bit and I just could not leave it alone. Here I am, obsessing over the events of PLL and how to reshape them with Wizarding World qualities. Send help.

Canon: I'll be totally honest, I'm going to be taking a lot of Canon themed events and twisting them to my little heart's content. The world of Harry Potter will not be unrecognizable, but I will be reshaping a lot of it to fit the needs of my ideas for this story. There will still be Seven years of study at Hogwarts, though the same cannot be said for other institutions, as you'll see. If you're looking for something the completely follows canon, this isn't for you. Some who die, survive. Some who survive, die. It's a big huge mess, and you're going to love it.
AU Elements: This story is going to be heavily influenced by the likes of Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl. I was watching episodes from both a few weeks ago and the idea of what it would be like to have the HP World influenced by similar events/settings bit me and refused to let go. Thus, this was born! I know I have many other stories, including a different HP work, but I just cannot leave this alone. Some characters that you're used to loving, you might not love so much by the time I'm done with them. Some that you typically hate, may just steal your heart.
Credit: Some Pureblood Customs/Traditions will be displayed/practiced, inspired by so many amazing works of art in the fanfic world, including Ellory's works with Pure-Blood Culture. Creative Licensing: I'm setting this in present time, it just makes things easier. Also, above you'll see a list of who I picture for each of the cast characters. You do not have to picture the same as I do, this is just a visual aide for myself, and others! Additionally, I've kind of had fun with the character names. I know some have established canon middle names, or even first names, that I've changed or twisted a bit. But I just like playing with names sooo...
Beta: Unfilled at this time. I'm unsure on rather or not I'll be taking a Beta for this story. I don't currently have someone that fits the bill, but the HP World is such a huge undertaking, especially when I'm flipping the script.
