She seemed like a child to him, wide eyed and chasing butterflies as he watched her from the trees, but as he noticed her figure he saw that she was certainly old enough. He'd spent the last half an hour watching her specifically, running around and touching everything; watching her big blue eyes take in her surroundings with what could only be described as childlike wonder. It confused him. Before, he had been ready to kill the invaders, every one of them, without a second thought. This was Treekru territory…his territory and he would not hesitate to defend it from an invading tribe like these strange sky people. His bow had been ready, arrow notched and trained at one of the young sky men, when he'd seen her flitter into the forest almost directly in front of him. Now, thirty minutes later and unable to tear his eyes away from the spirited beauty, he knew he needed to gather more information on these invaders before killing them…before allowing his men to kill her people. He tells his warriors to observe only…no killing and no contact.
He wants to know who she is.
