Preview Summary:

Arthur Arc, the last king of Remnant, was on the last battle of The Great War the Vacuo campaign. As Mantle and Mistral tried to take Vacuo to cut off the supply of Dust to Vale, King Arthur halted their plans by decimating the enemy forces with the relic of destruction on hand and the relic of choice on his head, laying waste to countless men. As the sand was soaked red with blood and Grimm came in droves on the single-most deadliest battle of the war. As the leaders of the three nations bowed down to his highness in surrender, time suddenly stopped before King Arthur as he was given a vision by the relic of choice.

The mysterious voice spoke, "Arthur of the Ancient Arc Bloodline, I am Djnn of the Relic of Choice, but you may call me Seer."

Arthur was surprised by this predicament as the Relic of choice was never used, but only worn as a precaution in dire circumstances in the future if they appear based on what Ozpin told him. Then it suddenly clicked for him that the Relic must've come to warn him of something if it had activated. He then responded back to the Djnn,

"Oh wise Djnn of choice, what has come for you to appear yourself?"

Seer, The Djnn of Choice, replied, "Oh wise king, I have come presenting myself to show you a vision of the future."

Suddenly Arthur was transported to an empty white desert, barren. He looked up to the sky, but no sky nor clouds could be found, rather all he saw were the stars themselves which lit up the starry night. He then saw the beautiful world filled with wonders upon seeing it up close, he recognized the landmasses and concluded that this was his home, Remnant. Then if so, this place he was currently standing on was their shattered moon, Luna. He started to wonder as he stared on, what had the Djnn of choice wanted him to see? When looked back, however, that was when he saw something so large it was almost impossible to exist. He still couldn't understand what he was seeing but the shade of black and white was something of familiarity to him. The texture of life's enemy, the Grimm, if so then this was the largest Grimm he had ever seen, equal to the moon even! Following it was a dark cloud so vast it blocked the light of the Sun itself, in which he recognized an innumerable number of Space Grimm following the Large Abomination. Then as the Abomination landed on his world, a Black substance flooded aplenty as it covered the world in pitch black. After a few seconds, which felt like days for him, the world started to crack as more and more started appearing upon the world until it hatched open like an egg. He felt himself kneel as his legs gave out, appalled and horrified of what he was seeing as his world shattered like their very moon. Within his world, he saw a smaller abomination emerge from within the cracks. He closed his eyes screaming until his lungs couldn't handle. As he laid his eyes upon his now broken world once more, he saw that it was fine and whole again. As he looked around trying to find the Abomination he'd seen, it had been replaced. Instead, what he saw was a countless number of ships of different variety and sizes as they left Remnant in droves. Suddenly, the moon started shaking which caused him to stumble and lose his balance as he fell. He then saw a Giant ship of metal with the likes of technology he'd never seen, even greater than the technological wonders of Mantle. It couldn't even be compared to it as its manufacture and technology was a century far ahead at least. Its beauty and glimmer displayed the sign of efficiency and Utilitarianism. All the ships he saw earlier followed the ship with structural efficiency unlike the mess-like formation of grim which followed the abomination. He concluded that this was not man made but was made by something inhuman as he saw the ships lacking hulls for man. It reminded Arthur of the machines made by Mantle on the war against Vale which had been cold and soulless. Despite its sheer might however it didn't bring him terror, unlike the Abomination he'd seen, but relief instead as he saw it going towards the direction in which the abomination came through before. Suddenly however, the world shifted and rumbled as the vision faded which left him back to where he was, seeing the faces of his two adversaries including his friend Adrina Armstrong, once more. Adrina looked at him worriedly and his two adversaries looked at him in fear.

Then Adrina spoke,

"Arthur you were spacing out while looking at them. I ask thee again; do you wish to accept their surrender or not?"

As soon as Adrina was done speaking his two adversaries spoke their minds,

"Please your highness, accept our surrender and we would do anything to appease you. Just spare our families, please."

The Schnee spoke desperately which Arthur recognized as Nickolas Schnee. Then the other spoke,

"Please! We are willing to give our eternal servitude. The war had been on our hands! Punish us but not our families, I beg of you!"

The Nikos begged desperately which Arthur recognized as Leonidas. He stared at them with a critical eye as he thought of what he'd seen in the vision. He needed to warn Ozpin of what he saw. He thought to himself,

"No, I need to do something about it!" He looked upon his two adversaries and spoke,

"As King of Vale, I shall accept your surrender and spare your families along with your kingdoms, in honor of my ancestors. However! You would not go free of punishment as both of your families will resign from your post as royals. If not, then we will make you resign through force. Are these conditions suitable enough or not?"

The two royals looked at each other and thought as they reached an agreement then spoke in unison,

"Yes, your majesty we shall accept these conditions. Thank you for sparing our families despite our long feud. We will forever be grateful for your mercy!"

Arthur looked at them again and spoke,

"Then heed my words as this shall be my first order! Call your kingdom's scientists, noblemen, prominent families, and all-important people for a meeting."

Both adversaries replied, "Pardon your highness, but bringing such a vast amount of people might make it suspicious and may even be seen as an assassination if we were all to meet on Vale itself!?"

Arthur thought and nodded as he then replied, "If so then we will meet on the island of Vytal as neutral grounds for all our kingdoms. There, we shall all discuss and affix problems that are wrecking our countries. Are we clear?"

Arthur spoke with a commanding tone.

2 leaders replied hurriedly, "Yes your highness, it will be arranged." Then Arthur glanced at them for a bit before walking towards his soldiers and surrendering enemy troops. The soldiers silently waited for what the king will say then he spoke,

"I am King Arthur of Vale, and I hereby declare that this war is over!" With that declaration came the cheers as the Vacuoans and Vale soldiers erupted into cheers, while the defeated soldiers were grateful that this war was finally over albeit silently.

After 4 months at the end of the war, all leaders and important people were gathered on the Island of Vytal. Here Arthur ordered the construction of a meeting hall. After two months, it had been constructed as they then discussed issues on Remnant.

Arthur spoke, "The Vytal summit is in session. Please speak your mind." The gathered leaders, prominent families, and people glanced at the king as the hall was filled with silence.

Then one spoke, "Your highness, massive Grimm incursions on all the kingdoms are becoming prevalent by the minute. We lost a lot of settlements, cities, and towns in the war not because of the war but by the Grimm themselves!."

Another one spoke, "The man is right. They destroyed settlements and the war itself was causing more negativity, hence also attracting Grimm in droves, which made more negativity as it went on a never-ending spiral."

One of the families spoke, "The Grimm is also making logistics on food and services in the surviving settlements difficult. These are making them isolated and vulnerable to Grimm attacks and it's also worth mentioning the rising banditry on the settlements."

Another spoke, "My king, in our current estimates we would be overrun by Grimm in around 20 years including the Capitals themselves if we don't curb this soon."

A food producer spoke, "My king the food crisis is not just felt in the outlying settlements, but in the Capital cities as well! If this will not be solved, it could cause a riot on our hands hence more Grimm!"

Another food producer spoke, "Don't the Capital cities produce their own food?"

the food producer previously replied, "Yes, the capital City does but it only amounts to 40% as 60% of the food in the capital's is directly imported from the settlements. The poor will riot if we don't do something about it! Not to mention that the Faunus, having been exploited for so long, would eventually riot and rebel, especially on Mistral and Mantle!"

A mantle family spoke, "Serves them right! Considering animals don't deserve the same right as humans."

A Vacuoan family spoke, "You Racist shit! Serves you right to be defeated for once you fool!" The Mantle Family replied, "What did say you animal!?"

Then King Arthur spoke, "Enough! Silence both of you! We came here to listen and solve issues, not to hear you're bickering! Understood?"

The two families spoke, "Sorry your highness."

They spoke hurriedly so as to not offend the king. Arthur spoke again, "So, any ideas on how to solve this crisis? Gentlemen?"

The hall was silent as the people on the summit thought heavily until one finally spoke, it was Ozpin himself, "My king I would like to propose creating academies in all the kingdoms."

Someone questioned, "Academies? How would that solve our current crisis you fool?"

Arthur interjected, "Silence! Continue Ozpin, how would this fix our current predicament?"

Ozpin answered, "The creation of huntsman academies to be exact which would teach people to hunt and combat the Grimm."

Arthur spoke, "Can we afford the time to train children to become huntsmen?"

Ozpin replied, "In the future, yes, but in the meantime, all soldiers who are currently unemployed could be retrained to fight Grimm instead of their fellow man."

Arthur spoke, "then so be it, your idea shall be implemented as a stop-gap measure which would temporarily halt the Grimm."

Ozpin said, "You have my thanks, my king." Arthur spoke again, "I hereby order Ozpin to lead the creation of said academy on Vale, Ironwood will lead another on Solitas, Lionheart will lead one on Mistral, and lastly, Hazel shall assist Adira Armstrong on creating the last in Vacuo. Are there any questions?"

The Four replied, "No my Lord, your will shall be done."

Then suddenly a Vacuoan Faunus spoke, "My lord, if I may!"

A Mistral family interjected, "How dare you animal! To speak to his majesty on his behalf!?"

The Mistral and Mantle representative on the cabinet is in agreement. Then Arthur spoke again, "Silence! As a said everyone could speak their mind. I commend your bravery for speaking out, could I ask you what's your name?"

The Faunus replied, "I am Genghis Khan, a former slave from Mantle who escaped to Vacuo, your Majesty."

Arthur replied, "So what do you want to discuss Genghis Khan?"

Genghis Khan said, "I wish not to discuss, but to ask. Free all the Faunus from Mistral and Mantle as it was shown in your vision that in both Vale and Vacuo, there would be no slaves. Have mercy on us Faunus!"

The Mantle and Mistral representative spoke, "How dare you animal! To even make such an accusation of slavery upon us when we've taken you animals in. You should be grateful!"

Arthur spoke angrily, "For the last time Silence!"

Both representatives became silent with fear as Arthur continued, "As said before the War, I shall say it again. I, King Arthur, will abolish slavery. That which includes both Mantle and Mistral whether you like it or not! Understood?"

Both nodded. Arthur glanced to Genghis again, who was silent and hopeful, as he then spoke his mind, "As the King of Vale and the head of this summit, I hereby Declare all Faunus will be free on all kingdoms and that all Faunus who wish to remain will be respected. To those who want a new life, they will be given a Land to call their own and establish their own country."

Arthur look at Genghis Khan and pointed his finger at him, "You will lead them, Genghis Khan."

Genghis khan was in shock, but restored his posture back, "Thank you, your Majesty! I will forever be grateful. But I need to ask which land we would be given?"

Arthur in thought then spoke once more, "It will be the whole continent of Menagerie, go there and establish a land for your people. I wish you luck." Then Genghis Khan bided his thanks and proceeded to leave.

After Genghis Khan left Arthur spoke again, "I conclude that this meeting is over! All non-scientist leave, while all Scientists and engineers who were invited to this summit will stay."

After all the families, and leaders left the summit hall. Arthur spoke again, "Hello engineers and scientists, as of the invitation given to you by my trusted followers you are here to take part in the top-secret project that will solve all of Remnant's Grimm problems."

A scientist spoke, "How sir? That kind of thing is wishful thinking as despite how humanity had developed so many ways to combat the Grimm, we still haven't finished them off!"

Surprisingly it was not Arthur Arc that spoke it was another scientist, "Fools! Isn't that the purpose of a scientist? To find solutions to problems and make the impossible possible? If you got that attitude get out of here you imbecile! Right Pietro?"

Pietro palmed his head and spoke, "While I don't exactly agree with your wording Watts, I do agree with your point." The scientist in question was ashamed of what he said and stayed silent.

Pietro wondered the spoke, "But the lad does have a point my king, what ideas do you have?" Watts nodded and the scientist in the hall agreed.

Then Arthur holds a remote then opened a presentation then spoke, "Here I present my idea which is based on the prototypes on Mantle droids. I named it, Project Servitor!"

Watts spoke, "Project Servitor… are you saying that we would be making a droid army?"

Arthur spoke, "Yes, precisely your thoughts, but instead of them being controlled by man, the machine would do so on its own. Without the fault of man-made errors, it will fight the Grimm perfectly and efficiently without the risk of human nor faunus' lives…"

All the scientists present in the hall were intrigued. Arthur spoke again pointing his finger at Watts and Pietro, "You Watts will be the head of this project while Pietro will be your Vice-head. All the scientists and engineers here will join in the creation of this project which is to be built upon this island. It would serve to be for everyone not in control of a single nation!" Watts was in shock that he will be the head of the project with his friend as everyone in the hall applauded.

Watts said gratefully, "I thank you, your majesty, I will not disappoint on this task you have given me!"

Arthur replied, "Do your best Watts, I will hope to see it done after 10 years from now and will visit again after it's done. I hereby conclude that this session is done. Begun your work and my fate be in your favor!"

King Arthur then left the Vytal Island while leaving the scientists to begin their work.
