Author's Note: So this is the first chapter of the Fanfic. I don't have much to say except that i plan to have this series go well beyond Pahkitew Island
Not So Happy Campers Part 1
The scene faded to a body of water in the Background. The camera switched to a man on the screen who appeared to be in his early to mid 30s. "Yo, we're coming at you live from Camp Wawanakwa somewhere in Muskoka, Ontario, I'm your host Chris McLean dropping season one of the hottest new reality show on television, right now.
"Here's the deal" He explained walking down the dock, "twenty-two campers have signed up to spend eight weeks right here at this crummy old summer camp, they'll compete in challenges against each other then have to face the judgement of their fellow campers. Every three days, one team will either win a reward or watch one of their team members walk down the Dock of Shame, take a ride on the loser boat, and leave Total Drama island for good. To be honest tho these rules are subject to change, since i have all the power when it comes to the decision making. Man, I love to be in charge."
"Their fate will be decided here" He points to the Tree stumps situated behind him. " at the dramatic campfire ceremonies where each week all but one camper will receive one marshmallow" He ate it before continuing. In the end, only one will be left standing and will be rewarded with cheesy tabloid fame and a million dollar reward, which let's face it, they'll probably blow it in a Year"
"To survive, they'll have to battle black flies, grizzly bears, disgusting camp food, and each other. Every moment will be caught on of the hundreds of cameras situated all over the camp, who will crumble under the pressure? Find out here, right now, on Total...Drama...Island."

"Welcome Back to Total Drama Island" The Host said. "It's time to meet our first 11 campers, we told them they'd all be staying at this five-star resort so, if they seemed a little T.O.-ed, that's probably why." A boat drove by that revealed the first Camper. She is a black girl who is large in Height with black hair, and has an Australian slouch hat. She has a Khaki vest over a white T shirt, and Khaki Shorts. "Jasmine! How are you feeling about the competition?"
"This is gonna be great." The Australian Survivalist Thought to herself for a few seconds. "It would be better if the place wasn't so fancy and I would be able to show off my survival skills."
"You're in luck then, there will be plenty of chances to show off your skills here at Camp Wawanakwa" The host said.
"Nice" Jasmine whispered to herself as she walked to the end of the dock.
The Next contestant was a White Man who was somewhat tall with a muscular build.
"Caleb What's up?" the host said, offering a fist bump to the teen.
Caleb hesitated for a few seconds as he was checking the place out but connected with him on the fist bump. "Yo Chris, are you sure this is the right place? Where's the hot tub at?"
"this is it, Camp Wawanakwa"
Caleb walked off and Muttered "Talk about False advertisement"
The next camper was an Attractive Asian Women who had a medium size Build. "Hey Brenda" The Host Greeted.
"Is this really where we're staying?" She asked.
"No, You're staying here, He replied. My crib is in an airstream with A/c thataway."
"I did not sign up for this"
"Actually" He said holding up a stack of papers "You did." Brenda took the stack and ripped it in half, Letting the pieces fall into the water as she looked smug. Chris unaffected and with a sense of pride, said "The great thing about layers is they makes lots of copies"
"I'm not staying here"
"Cool, I hope you can swim though" because you're ride just left"
"Jerk!"
Caleb was looking at Brenda from behind, "See ya at the Campfire Gorgeous"
"Drop dead you skeez" Brenda Replied harshley.
The Next boat Finally arrived, Showing the next contestant. He was a white Teen who had brown Hair and Blue shirt.
"H-Hey Chris" He politely Greeted.
"Sup Jake, How are you man?"
"I'm good, but did you know that there are 195 countries on the planet?"
"And what relevance is that to anything?" Brenda Said
"I don't k-known i just thought it would be interesting." Jake starts sweating. "But if you D-Don't like it i could list a different fact." Brenda looked at him with a weirded out expression.
Chris interjected "Jake i don't think anyone wants to hear that, look man i know you have a lack of social skills due to not going out much and being homeschooled you're whole life, Just try not to get kicked out too early, Okay?"
"F-For sure"
The 3 contestants on the dock all looked shocked by his lack of social skills and stuttering.
"Everyone" Chris said, gaining their Attention, "This is Wanda." Wanda was a Small sized pale girl who was wearing all Pink and had a Pink ribbon in her hair.
"Oh wow, I'm so glad to be at a summer camp with such a diverse set of contestants, I hope we all have a great time and achieve our goals!"
"Okay?" Caleb said out loud, instinctively after hearing her talk.
She Continued to talk. "I'm glad to get away from school since so many people at my school are mean bullies, but I'm sure you guys will be just a delight!."
"That's great but-" the host was interrupted by more talking.
"Oh i hope we all do great in this competition if only there could be 22 winners"
"Wanda," The host warned. But she kept on.
"Also we-"
"Wanda!" Chris yelled "Get over there and stop talking. Yeesh."
The next girl that stepped off was Hispanic. She had dirty blonde hair and appeared to be very athletic.
"Caroline, how's it going? The Host asked.
Jake walked up and introduced himself "H-Hi i'm J-Jake, What's your n-name? Also, do you wanna b-be friends?"
Caroline looked shocked by his sudden introduction to her. "Sure," she replied.
Chris looked a little mad at what was happening. "Jake what did i just say? Also I already said her name so why would you ask that?"
Jake looked a little embarrassed and looked sad. "S-Sorry Caroline"
Caroline was still shocked but replied, "It's okay, You didn't do anything wrong"
Jake seemed satisfied by that answer so he smiled and walked back to the dock, Caroline followed along.
The next boat was carrying a normal looking teen who was of Medium build and had black hair along with tan skin.
"Evan, Dude what's up?"
"Nothing much, just ready to get this game started"
"You're an eager one aren't you?"
Evan was walking to the end of the doc while Chris said this. "I guess you could say that," he replied while arriving at the end of the doc.
The next camper was a black man who had black hair and a Light green shirt with a jacket on it.
"Louis" The host said.
"Chris" he Replied
Louis walked to the end of the doc and stood there.
Caleb looked at Louis in confusion causing him to notice. "Is something wrong?" Louis said
"Why in the world do you have a jacket when it's so hot outside?"
"Oh This?" Louis said, referring to his jacket. Caleb subtly nodded his head in response. "I don't go anywhere without this jacket, it's a total babe magnet.
"Are you being Serious?" Caroline Interjected. "Yes" Louis replied, a little annoyed that people thought he was joking.
"If that's a babe magnet then i can't imagine what type of girls it's attracting." Evan said, Everyone let out a little chuckle at this joke besides Wanda and Jake.
Louis glared at Evan for his joke, but Evan didn't notice him.
"Alright, save the drama for when we start the actual game" Chris said. The next camper was a White Medium sized Teen with blonde hair. "Christian, welcome to camp"
He just started looking around Promoting Jasmine to ask what he was looking at. "Sorry i was just Viewing my Surroundings to see if there was anything strange or unnatural"
"Notice anything?"
"To start off it's obvious you lied about the 5 star resort, and this is for sure a very dangerous island"
"Let's hope so"
Christian rolled his eyes and walked to the end of the dock
"Contestant number 10 is Allen" Allen had messy dark hair and was holding a guitar case.
"Hey man," Allen greeted. "Good to meet you. Saw you on that figure skating show. Nice work!
"Hey, Thanks man i knew i rocked that Show"
"I s-saw that" Jake said "one of the guys d-dropped his partner on his head! They got immunity that week"
"Lucky," Louis Said, "I hope i get dropped on my head"
"Seems like that already happened." Brenda Replied.
Everyone chuckled except for Wanda and Jake, yet again. Louis glared at Brenda jokingly this time who noticed but brushed it off.
"So This it?" Allen asked and upon seeing the others, including a nose picking Jake, said "Al righty then" and walked to join them.
The Next camper was still on the boat. She was A black women with black hair and a small figure. "Hi! She greeted the host happily
"Erica welcome to the island"
"I like your outfit," Allen Said.
"Oh, you do? Erica asked shyley.
"Yeah it's pretty...cute" he replies nervously.
"Ok. We've all met her" Brenda Complained. "Can we get on with the show please?"
"Someone missed their cappuccino macchiato this morning." Caleb mocked.
"Get bent" she bit back.
Another boat drove off revealing another camper. He was a white man with medium build and black hair. He was wearing a teal shirt. "Our next camper is Nick!" The host said.
"Hello Chris, and hello to everyone else"
Nick went to the end of the dock and stood by Brenda who stared at him before he gave her a big smile, so she looked away.
The Next camper was a Medium Sized black girl who had a navy blue shirt. "What's up Y'all?, it's Romona hope we get along well, not too well because I'm trying to win. Ramona went by the end of the dock.
Another boat drove into the distance. This time holding a white female with Red Hair and a black shirt. She was also noticeably tall for a women
"Donna Welcome to you're New home for the next 8 weeks" Chris said.
"This is gonna suck so hard," Donna said as she walked to the end of the dock.
The next boat had a blonde white haired girl with an athletic build Who was holding a bag.
"Annie what's up?" the host asked.
Annie had ignored him and his question and sat by the end of the doc.
Louis attempted to give her a high five but she accidentally dropped something on his foot.
"Ow, what's in there, Dumbbells?"
"Yes" Annie Replied.
"She's all yours, man." Caleb said Referring to Nick who was right next to him.
The Camper in this boat was a white teen who wore a brown shirt.
"Jonathan Welcome to Wanaka" Chris Said
The Boy looked Around and Said " It's truly an honor to be here Christopher."
"Uh it's Chris"
Jonathan Scoffed "Yeah that's what i said." Then he took his spot with the others.
The New camper was White with a medium sized build and had Auburn hair.
"Garry, dude how it's going"
"You know this looks nothing like a resort right?" Garry Asked
"Yep!"
"Alright i guess" he walked to the dock right where Donna was "Hey"
"Hi" she said with a slight smile and blush. "I'm Donna"
The next camper was in her boat. She was a medium sized white girl with dirty blonde hair and a blue shirt.
"Molly nice glad you could make it"
"Hey girl, what's up?" Ramona Said.
"Nothing Much" replied Molly as she walked to the end of the dock.
The next camper had the look of a typical teenage mean girl with Blonde hair.
"Welcome to Camp Chelsea" Chris Said.
"Ugh it's disgusting here i thought we were gonna be staying at a resort"
"We are," Chris Replied. Camera pans to a wave hitting a bird.
"Great '' Chelsea Said sarcastically and walked to the end of the dock.
"The Next camper is Faith"
Faith was average height and had Brown hair with a blue shirt. She jumped off the boat and almost injured herself in the process. "Hey you guys must be the campers, I'm so glad to meet you all."
"Hey" Louis said shaking her hand "I'm Louis"
"Well it sure is nice to meet you" Faith said.
The Next camper was a white male with a white shirt and an athletic build and was noticeably handsome.
He walked down the dock with a smirk "This is Shawn, Welcome to Total Drama Island"
"Thanks Chris this is great."
"Just so you know you know we picked you entirely on your looks."
"I can live with that" He replied as he walked to the end of the dock.
The last Camper was standing in the Boat. He was a black man with an Athletic build and a red shirt. "Hey everyone. It's Lamar!"
"What's up Chris" Lamar says as he Fist Bumps the host.
"Nothing much just hosting Season 1 of total Drama" Chris Replied.
"When are we eating lunch? I'm pretty hungry right now"
"That's what I wanna know!" Louis Added.
"First things first," Chris Injected, "we need a Promo shot. Everyone at the end of the dock! Ok, one, two, Oops. ok, forget the lens cap. Hold that pose, one.. Two wait, Card's full. Hang on.
"Come on man," Ramona Snarked "My face is starting to freeze"
"Ok! Everyone say: Wawanka!"
"Wawanak-waaa" The dock snapped mid phrase and the resulting photo was of various campers in the water.
"Ok Guys" Chris said. "Dry off and meet me at the campfire at 10"
(Fade to Commercial)

(Campfire Pit)
"This is camp Wawanakwa," the host explained. "You're home for the next Eight weeks. The Campers around you will be your cabin mates, your competition, and maybe even your friends. Ya dig? The camper who manages to stay on total drama Island the longest, without getting kicked out will win 1 million dollars."
"Excuse me," Caleb Interrupted. "What will the sleeping arrangements be because I'd like to request a bunk under her,." He said pointing at Brenda.
"They're not Co-Ed, are they? She asked.
"No girls get one side of each captain, and dudes get the other"
"Excuse me Chris?" Shawn asked. "Can I get the best cabin since I'm the most attractive?
"Yeah, That's not really how things work around here so..no!"
"Ok but if anything happens to this face i'm gonna hold you personally responsible"
"Get over yourself Dude," Allen said.
"Of course an average looking person like yourself would say that."
"Calm down, Ladies." Donna said, causing Allen and Shawn to have dejected looks.
"Cheer up Guys" Wanda said Grabbing Christian and Erica. "It's like a big sleepover!"
"At least you don't have to sleep next to him." Christian said, pointing at Caleb, who was giving a noogie to a bear.
"Here's the Deal" Chris Explained. "We're gonna split you into 2 teams. If i call your name, go stand over there. Ramona, Donna, Molly, Allen, Wanda, Louis, Erika, Jonathan, Shawn, Garry, and Chelsea, From this moment on you are officially known as: The Screaming Gophers
"Yes!" Wanda Remakered, "I'm a gopher."
"The rest of you over here. Caleb, Brenda, Lamar, Christian, Jasmine, Evan, Nick, Faith, Jake, Caroline and Annie. Move, Move, Move,"
"It appears we have been randomly assorted into the same team, how would you feel about forming an alliance together?" Nick asked Brenda
"I guess we could, I have to think about it tho" She replied.
"You guys will Officially be known as the Killer Bass!" The host told them.
"That's an awesome name." Lamar said.
"Alright campers," Chris explained, "You and your team will be on camera in all public areas during the competition."

(Confessional)
Chris - You will also be able to share your innermost thoughts on tape with video diaries, anytime you want. Let the audience at home know what you're really thinking. Or just get something off your chest
Allen - I really don't like the fact that Shawn is on my team, the dude is such an egomaniac. I am glad however that Erika was put on my team….J- just cause I think we can be good friends and she's cool, no other reason. Ok you got me she's Cute but can you believe what i said earlier? It's pretty...cute, that was so stupid.
Brenda - Nick asking me for an alliance is interesting because of course I don't trust him, but I need allies to make it far in the game. So I think I should accept his alliance offer and then stab him in the back when the time is right.
Garry - Donna is someone i can align with in this game, she seems cool and somewhat trustworthy. I of course won't trust anyone fully in this game seeing how we're playing for a million dollars.
Louis - Listen up everyone, I have something very important to say. He opens his mouth, buth then a fly flies in, causing him to choke. The confessional ends with him trying to cough the fly up.

"Alright! Any questions? Cool, let's find your cabins."
(Cabins)
"Gophers, you're in the east cabin. Bass you're in the west.
(Gopher Cabin)
"These are the beds?" Molly asked. "They look uncomfortable"
"What were you expecting after seeing this dump?" Donna said as she went to her bunk.
"I was expecting something at least halfway decent but i guess this will have to due"
"Hey! Faith called from the Bass cabin "Where are the outlets. I've got a straightening iron."
"There are some in the communal bathrooms, just across the way. Chris told her.
"Ugh this camp stinks i can't believe i signed up for this" Faith Complained.
"Um, Chris? Evan asked "are they any chaperones here?"
"You're all sixteen, as old as a Counselor in training at a regular summer camp. So other than myself You'll be completely unsupervised. You've got half an hour to unpack and meet me at the lodge starting...now!
"Nice," Evan said Enthusiastically. Then a loud pitch scream is heard through the camp.
It's revealed to be Erica, on a stool trying to distance itself from a cockroach. "Kill it, kill it now!"
Caleb sees it and screams and jumps into a bunk. Which Shatters it. 'That" Molly signs, "Was my bunk"
The other campers all tried to kill the bug, Except for Wanda and Jake who were hidden on the top bunk. Until Lamar appeared with an axe. He raised it up to the roach and cut it in half.
"Well that's one way to kill a cockroach" Christian Remarks.
Allen helped Erica from her perch. "If you see another one of those, just let me know. Cause I can do that too." This caused Erica to smile and blush at him.
"They always go for the Musician" Lamar remarked.

(Main Lodge)
"Listen up" said a large black man in standard camp cook gear and Chef's hat. "I serve it three times a day, and you will eat it three times a day. Grab a plate, get your food and sit your butts down"
"Excuse me" Shawn said, "Are we gonna get the proper nutrition requirements? Cause it's not easy to look this beautiful.
"Y-Yeah" Jake added. "Cause I get H-Hypoallergenic if i d-don't get enough sugar."
"You'll get a whole lotta shut the heck up! The cook said and the 2 campers fled the scene.
"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning." Jonathan whispered to Ramona.
"What was that? The cook asked. "Come closer i didn't hear you"
"I didn't say anything important." Jonathan said.
"I'm sure you didn't." He replied.
Further down in Line, Jasmine tries to speak to Annie. "Hey what's good mate? The quiet girl rolled her eyes. "Oh it's gonna be like that is it?"
"Next!

"So my doctor said I should avoid beef, don't wanna catch mad cow again," Louis told the cook.
"I doubt that will be an issue." Brenda told him. "I hate to complain on the first day but I think mine just moved. The cook smashed the plate with a meat tenderizer. "Right," she replied nervously, "Ok then"

All the campers were eating food until Chris walked in. "Campers," he said, "welcome to the main loge"
"Can we get a pizza or something?" Chelsea said. A knife was thrown into the wall right by her. "I mean this is great, right guys?" Everyone nodded their heads at this scared.
"Your first challenge begins in one hour." the host said while leaving.
"W-what do you think w-we have to do?" Jake asked Donna.
"It's our first challenge." She told him. "How hard could it be?
