Basically, the plot goes like this: both the Justice League and the Avengers get a shocking report, that Darkseid and Thanos have teamed up with villains from other universes, such as Salem, Doctor Eggman, the Decepticons, Sigma, Shadow-Moth, Bemular, the Shredder, and others, in an attempt to rule the Multiverse through fear. However, they get some new allies, such as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Paris Miraculous Team, Team Sonic, U.A High-School Class 1-A and U.A City's Pro Heroes, MegaMan X, the Heroes of Stern Bild, Ruby Rose and her friends, the Autobots, the SSSP and the Ultraman Suit users, Hellboy, Spawn, Ben 10, Generator Rex, Invincible, and others, in order to stop the Order of Evil. Chapter 1: How It All Began
It cuts to a town in New York City, where we see a young man with brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a Midtown High sweater, jeans, and sneakers. This was Peter Benjamin Parker. He lived a normal life in NYC with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben, until one day, during a field-trip to an OsCorp laboratory, Peter was bitten by a genetically modified spider exposed to radiation, and developed superpowers, such as superhuman reflexes, extrasensory perception, and adhesive toes and fingers. He used these in a wrestling match against Bonesaw McGraw and Joseph "Crusher" Hogan, but unfortunately lost his Uncle Ben, who told him "With great power, comes great responsibility" prior to all of this. Peter then became the web-swinging hero, Spider-Man, and has protected New York from the forces of evil ever since.
"It's been a while since I've faced off against a supervillain that's tried to take over NYC," said Peter. "I mean sure, I've put a lot of bad-guys like Scorpion, Rhino, Electro, Vulture, and even Doc-Ock behind bars." he added, remembering the times he faced off against Adrian Toomes, AKA The Vulture, a disgruntled OsCorp employee who wanted revenge against Norman Osborn for stealing his designs for zero-gravity flight, as well as Alexsei Sytsevich, AKA The Rhino, a Russian criminal who was fitted with a cybernetic titanium exoskeleton, Max Dillon, AKA Electro, who was a former electrician who ended up being electrocuted by genetically-modified electric eels, and was fitted with an insulated suit to keep his bio-electricity in check. Mac Gargan, AKA The Scorpion, a detective who Jameson fitted with a cybernetic suit of armor to try and destroy Spider-Man, but it backfired, and now he's after both Jameson's blood, and Spider-Man's blood, and Dr. Otto Octavius, AKA Doctor Octopus, a brilliant scientist who created a harness with mechanical tentacles to act as extra limbs, but a freak accident caused the harness to be fused to his spinal-cord.
Suddenly, Peter got a police-report on his phone "Police reports of what appears to be a group of ninjas being led by a figure clad in steel armor. A majority of the officers have either been fatally wounded or murdered in an attempt to apprehend this armored figure."
"Ninjas, huh? Definitely not The Hand." said Peter. He then headed into an alley-way, and changed into a red and blue costume, with a black webbing pattern on the chest, boots and gloves, a black spider emblem on the chest, a red spider emblem on the back, and a red mask with a black webbing pattern and white lenses. He also attached two small devices onto his wrists.
Spidey then swung to the scene, and looked to see a group of ninjas in black, with an image of a circle with a foot emblem on their suits. Among them was a man in silvery-gray armor and a cape. The man in question was none other than Oroku Saki, AKA The Shredder.
"Search the building for anything connecting to Feudal Japan's mythology," said Shredder to his soldiers.
"Hai, Lord Shredder." said a Foot Ninja. Spidey then wall-crawled on the ceiling, and managed to knock out a Foot Ninja, and web him to the ceiling.
"It appears we have a new adversary, someone far different than the Turtles," said Shredder. He then threw a shuriken at Spidey, which managed to cut his mask.
"Who might you be?" said Spidey, entering a fighting stance. "Some kind of walking kitchen utensil?"
"I am The Shredder." said Shredder, scowling at Spidey behind his Kuro-Kabuto helmet. Two Predator-style claws extended from his gauntlets, and he then fought against Spidey, with each of Shredder's attacks having the intent of murdering our wall-crawling hero. The claws managed to shred some of Spidey's costume off.
"Crap." Spidey gulped, noticing that there was barely anything left of his costume. Shredder gripped Spidey by the neck.
"Time to meet your maker." said Shredder, ready to impale Spidey on his claws. Suddenly, a shuriken sailed in and struck the side of Shredder's helmet. He then turned to see four humanoid mutant box-turtles
He then turned to see four humanoid mutant box-turtles.
The first had emerald-green skin, and sapphire blue eyes, and wore a blue ninja mask, and brandished dual katanas. This was Leonardo.
The second had kelly-green skin, and reddish-brown eyes, and wore a purple mask. He had a technologically-advanced bo-staff. This was Donatello.
The third had dark-green skin, emerald green eyes, and wore a red mask, and carried dual sai. This was Raphael.
The fourth and final mutant turtle had light-green skin and baby blue eyes. He wore a orange mask, and carried two sets of nunchucks. This was Michelangelo.
"Figured you would be here." said Shredder, scowling.
"Let Spider-Man go, Shredder." said Leo, pointing one of his ninjaken at the leader of the Foot Clan
"What in the Hell!? Mutant turtles?" Spidey blurted out, shocked to see this. 'I must be hallucinating. Yeah, that's right. I've probably had too much coffee this morning.'
"Let's do this, guys! It's Ninja Time!" said Leo, as they helped Spidey in fighting Shredder. They managed to dispatch Shredder's Foot Ninjas, and managed to fend off Shredder.
"ENOUGH OF THIS FARCE!" Shredder bellowed, infuriated by this.
"Shredder! Come in!" said a voice in one of Shredder's earbuds "Have you found the artifact yet?"
"Negative. I've run into an obstacle in the form of both Spider-Man and the Turtles." said Shredder. "I will deal with them right here and now."
"Not yet." said the voice on Shredder's communicator "Return immediately!"
"Very well." said Shredder "We'll meet again Turtles, because one day, I will dine on suppon-nabe." With that, Shredder left with his forces.
"Thanks for the save," said Spidey.
"We tracked Shredder here to the museum," said Leo, explaining everything.
"I nailed ol' Shred-Head with a tracking bug on his armor." said Donnie, with a smirk.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet some fellow heroes." said Spidey, as he went home, while the Turtles headed back to their lair.
Later, Peter arrived home, where he saw his Aunt May rush up to him. May was Peter's legal guardian, and one of several people who knew of Peter being Spider-Man
"Peter, I saw you fight that Shredder character at the local museum! Are you okay?" said May, worried.
"Yeah, Aunt May. I'll be OK." said Peter. "I met some new allies in the form of-"
"Those mutant turtles?" said May "The one in purple is taking some risks with that fancy bo-staff."
Peter then got a phone-call on his smart-phone "Y'ello?" he said.
"Peter Parker. This is Doctor Reed Richards, otherwise known as Mr. Fantastic." said a voice on the other end belonging to Mr. Fantastic himself. "Me and several others know of you being Spider-Man."
"How do you-?" Peter blurted out, shocked to hear this.
"Not to worry, your secret's safe with us." said Mr. Fantastic. "Neither me, my team, or any of the other heroes are like that prick, Jameson, and his entourage of like-minded sheep."
"Phew." said Peter, with a sigh of relief.
"Come to the Avengers Building, there's something we should discuss." said Mr. Fantastic.
Meanwhile, it cuts to the Avengers Building, where we see the members of the Avengers themselves: Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark, AKA Iron Man, Dr. Robert Bruce Banner, AKA The Incredible Hulk, Clinton Francis "Clint" Barton, AKA Hawkeye, Natasha Romanoff, AKA Black Widow, Janet van Dyne, AKA The Winsome Wasp, Scott Lang, who was the new Ant-Man, Thor Odinson, the God of Thunder, Sam Wilson, AKA Falcon, Major Carol Danvers, AKA Captain Marvel, and King T'Challa of Wakanda, AKA Black Panther.
(Author's Note: My version of T'Challa/Black Panther's costume, the Panther Habit, resembles a cross between the one from Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, the costume from the Square-Enix original Marvel's Avengers game, and the Marvel VS. CAPCOM: Infinite version, with the gold parts having been recolored silver.)
"This is J. Jonah Jameson of the Daily Bugle reporting." said a man with an Adolf Hitler-like mustache, wearing a suit. "Recently, I have been getting a lot of hate-mail, but besides the point, there has been an assault on the Smithsonian Museum, by this "Foot Clan", and their leader, the Shredder. But, one person who had a hand in making a huge mess of the place was that web-headed menace, Spider-Man! I swear to God, AM I THE ONLY PERSON WHO SEES THAT WEB-HEAD AS THE PUBLIC MENACE TO SOCIETY HE IS!?"
"I swear to god, Jameson's this close to getting clocked in the fucking jaw." said Widow, scowling "Spider-Man has helped us, and other heroes, and saved New York, possibly even the world several times over, and all Jameson is doing is trying to drag Spider-Man down to his level!"
"No matter how many times Spider-Man tries to "save the day", he causes more problems than he solves! He should be publicly unmasked, and forced to leave New York City for good!" Jameson added, continuing with his Anti-Spidey rant.
"That's it." said Widow, as she changed the channel to GARO: The Vanishing Line. "I am this close to wringing Jameson's neck with a garrote wire if he keeps this up. One of these days, his Anti Spider-Man rants are gonna be the root cause of his downfall."
Suddenly, Spider-Man arrived, and looked around Avengers Tower "Holy moly, I'm actually in the Avengers Tower!" he said, getting excited.
"Hello there, Peter." said Iron Man, smiling at our web-headed hero.
"Hiya, Mr. Stark." said Spidey
"Heya, Spidey." said Falcon, as he high-fived Spider-Man.
Later, Spidey looked to see a briefcase that Tony left for him. "Me, Reed, and the scientists at S.H.I.E.L.D decided to make you a new suit since the one you have got torn all to Hell by that Shredder guy." said Iron Man.
Spidey then opened the briefcase, and saw the new suit. It was red and blue with some black on it. He then put it on in the changing room.
"The suit has a nifty feature to it, too." said Iron Man. "Just tap the spider-emblem on the chest, and see what happens."
Spidey then tapped the spider-emblem on the chest of his costume, and his suit turned from fabric to steel armor plating.
"Whoa! Now I'm all armored uuuuuUUUUUUPPPP!" Spidey exclaimed, as he then fell backwards and landed flat on his back.
"That form turns the material of the suit from fabric to steel armor plating, which increases durability, but sacrifices speed." said Iron Man. Spidey then tapped the emblem on his suit's chest, and it turned black with green lines on it, including green lines on the chest and green lenses.
"This form can bend light and sound, and allow you to become nearly invisible." said Iron Man. Spidey then tapped the emblem on his chest, and his suit turned black and red, with black lenses, and red mechanical spider-legs emerged from his back
"Holy fuck!" Spidey blurted out, shocked to see this.
"That's the infiltration mode, which allows you to pose as a supervillain." said Iron Man. Spidey then tapped the emblem on his chest, and his suit turned gray, with yellow lines, and yellow lenses.
"That is the bulletproof mode, where the suit material turns to 100% Kevlar, and protects you from getting shot." said Iron Man. Spidey then tapped the spider emblem on the chest, and was clad in a lightweight armor suit which was more futuristic.
"This armored form is made of lightweight metals, and has numerous technologies to help you." said Iron Man.
(Author's Note: I was inspired by my friend, WOLFWATCHER12's Spider-ManxBlack Widow fanfiction, What A Strange Web We Weave to give Spider-Man a new form-changing suit that changes form when the spider-emblem on the chest is tapped. The base form is based on the Stark Suit, the first armored form is based off of the Spider-Armor MK1, the stealth form is based off of the Big Time Suit, the infiltration mode is based off of Superior Spider-Man's second costume, the bulletproof form is based off of the Spider-Armor MK2 from the "No One Dies" storyline, and the lightweight armored suit is based off of the Spider-Armor MK3 from the "Ends Of The Earth" storyline.)
Meanwhile, it cuts to Shredder in a building with several others, in the form of Loki Laufeyson, who was Thor's half-brother, Victor von Doom, AKA Doctor Doom, Thanos, the "Mad Titan", Prince Uxas, AKA Darkseid, Gabriel Agreste, AKA Shadow Moth, Dr. Ivo Julien Robotnik, AKA Dr. Eggman, Tomura Shigaraki, Megatron, Bemular, Salem, Tyrian Callows, Hazel Rainart, Arthur Watts, Cinder Fall, Emerald Sustrai, Mercury Black, Adam Taurus, Vlad Plasmius, and others.
"The Turtles appearing to aid Spider-Man was unexpected." said Shredder, revealing what had happened.
"Dammit." said Salem. Salem had pale-white skin with black veins, white hair, red eyes with black sclera, and wore a black dress.
"Never would have guessed that there'd be heroes from your dimension arriving here." said a voice similar to Baron Draxum, as an alien who resembled Absolute Tartarus from Ultraman, with the hands and forearms of Overlord Inves Baron, the head of Darrgon from Ultraman Trigger, the face of Perfect Cell, the horns of Vasto Lorde Ichigo, the dreadlocks of a Yautja, and the wings of Darkus Linehalt. This was Giganidas, a warrior-caste Giganoidian.
"This proves to be troublesome." said Megatron. "But, it will all be worth it, once we obtain all the Miraculouses, the Chaos Emeralds, the AllSpark, the Infinity Gems, the Destroyer armor, and the Relics of Remnant, and this world, and others like it will belong to the Order of Evil!"
(Author's Note: For Megatron's appearance, it's a hybridization between his IDW Autobot self, his War For Cybertron/Fall Of Cybertron self, and his Transformers Universe Online self.)
"Excellent." said Shadow-Moth, smirking.
Later, it cuts to the Watchtower, where we see one of the members of the Justice League, Kal-El, AKA Superman speaking with Captain America.
"It's gonna be up to all of us from Metropolis, Gotham City, New York, U.A City, Stern Bild, Paris, Japan, and beyond in order to stop this threat." said Cap, speaking to Superman.
"That's right." said Superman, nodding in confirmation. "Hearing that Darkseid has allied with people like Thanos and Shredder makes me fear if he's allied with villains from other universes as well."
Meanwhile, it cuts to a golden ring portal opening, and an anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur, peach skin on his arms and muzzle, and green eyes wearing white gloves and red shoes emerged.
"Never would have guessed that Eggstache would be here." said the Hedgehog, sounding like Randy Cunningham.
A ship landed near the forest, as a young man with brown hair that had green highlights, green eyes, a denim jacket over a black shirt, gray jeans, white fingerless gloves, and sneakers exited the craft.
An alien ship opened, and some humanoid robots exited the craft after scanning various vehicles for alt-modes.
A young girl with medium-length hair and blue eyes arrived on a bus, alongside a young man with blonde hair and green eyes, and a few others.
A young man with green hair and eyes, wearing a green superhero costume exited a plane with some friends of his.
A young man with brown hair, and green eyes wearing a green jacket, a black shirt, jeans, and sneakers exited a bus.
A young man with black hair and blue eyes then arrived at NYC by a plane.
A girl with black and red hair, and silver eyes arrived, with some other boys and girls.
This promises to be an interesting time.

Next time, on The Fantastic Justice Avengers, Spider-Man meets Ben 10, Team Sonic, the Autobots, Ben 10, Danny Phantom, Ruby's Group, the Paris Miraculous Team, Danny Phantom, and Nakashima Kazuma, AKA Kamen Rider Nebula. Meanwhile, a dejected Scorpion, feeling as if he's been reduced to nothing more than "chopped liver", is turned into an Akumatized Villain by Shadow-Moth, and it's up to Spidey and friends in order to stop him.
