Iron Man: I couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone wrong here when Daredevil and Jocasta didn't answer my calls" he said passing through his students who smiled in relief seeing the number one hero "so I rushed and flew here, passing by Mr. Maximoff on the way and he told me what was going on" the students couldn't tell but inside his helmet, the hero had a angry look on his face thinking about everything that happened, if he wasn't being a hero in the morning, his students wouldn't have gone through this horror and wouldn't be in bad shape, but none of it mattered now, he needed to reassure them as the symbol of peace "don't worry kids, I'm here now" he sounded more serious different from his usual tone
Kei: I-Iron Man! We're saved!" he smiled with tears of joy seeing the hero
Kamala: he's here
Peter: Iron Man
Ezekiel: the guest of honor is really here" he said standing back up, glaring up at the staircase at the hero with his bangs fall over his eyes a bit "the heroic tincan arrives"
"Dude. Its really Iron Man" one of the villains said in fear "I've never seen him in person before"
"He looks so intimidating" another villain said in the same tone of scared
"Hey, this is no time to talk, you idiots" one of the villains tried snapping his accomplices out of their fear and focus "if we strike now, we can kill him‐‐" before he could finish, unknowing to them, a set of mini-guns concealed in the shoulders Iron Man's suit emerged they fired a total of 6 shots. Each shot hitting the 6 individual target of villains simultaneously, causing them to drop to the ground passing out once hit. Iron Man flew in high speeds passed them, getting his colleague once done, he checked Daredevil's vital signs even looking back that the knocked out villains and saw they were stable
Iron Man: sorry, DD, I should've been here" he said looking down at his injured unconscious colleague. He then turned to his three students in front of the two villains, using pieces of his armor that flew in high speed, injecting from his back and attaching themselves to the students, controlling the trajectory and bringing them beside Iron Man and the unconscious Daredevil at the pieces then reattached themselves back to Iron Man. The students looked shocked in what happened, seeing they were by their teachers
Kei: w-what happened?
Iron Man: head back to the entrance. And take Daredevil with you, he doesn't have much time" he ordered the teens
Kamala and Kei: yes sir!" they went to Daredevil, Kamala enlarged her palms to lift their teacher
Ezekiel: no, no, no. This wasn't supposed to happen this way" he said through his teeth, clenching his fists before taking out a small package from his belt some sort of pasty substances. He tears it up and starts consuming it until it was gone, wiping his mouth with his arm, he changes his tone "his armor is still fast doc, I didn't expect him to be so fast. But he's not as fast as before, so it looks like the rumor is true... he is getting weaker" he smirked
Iron Man walked ahead, Peter looked toward from his classmates and passed out teacher, knowing that Iron Man was their only hope he couldn't send him into danger after seeing what that robot was capable of
Peter: Iron Man, wait! That robot took the full force of my punch and there was no effect on him, he's crazy strong.." the armor hero raised his hand to the boy, stopping him from talking
Iron Man: don't worry kid" he looked over his shoulder to the teen "it'll be okay, I got this" he reassures them before turning back to the villains. Peter looked at his mentor belief before turning to his classmates in going with them carrying Mr. Murdock away
Kamala: Kei, it'll probably be faster if you summoned one of your monsters to take us to the exit
Kei: r-right, on it" he then pulled out a sheet of paper, drawing on it when he finished, he threw the paper on the ground from it came a green flash and a shape became to take form. A bipedal insect like creature about two and a half meters tall, green skin, hands and feet with red claws, wings, purple eyes and small antennae on its head
"Know, O mortal world! Know and regret! Know that the mighty Scragg wishes for a peaceful resolution to this conflict! But unfortunately-" his appearance wasn't what confused or shocked Peter and Kamala as they seen Kei's other monsters, but his accent is what got them
Kei: Scragg!" he interupted the monster "stop with the Sheakspeare! I didn't summon you to fight!" he informed the creature
Scragg: you didn't?" he looked to his creator
Kei: no, I need you to take us to the exit in getting us and our teacher to safety!" he pointed to Daredevil
Scragg: well! O mortals, rejoice! Your prayers have been answered! The mighty Scragg will use his presence to help the less fortunate!
Kei: Scragg!" getting his monster's attention once again
Scragg: oh yes. Of course. Of course" he lowered himself in the direction of Daredevil's body with Kamala holding him in the air, he started loosening webs quite similar to Peter's, but from his mouth instead. Using his hands, he coils the teacher in his webs forming a cocoon and holding him firmly, but lightly in his paws spreading his wings
Kei: come on, guys. All aboard!" he told his classmates as he climbed onto Scragg's back position himself on his head, holding the antennae. Kamala followed suit, Peter took another look at the number one pro hero before climbing onto the monster, grabbing Kamala's waist as Scragg started flapping his wings taking off into the air. Seeing that his students were away from the danger, Iron Man turned to the villains, Ezekiel gave a sinister look at the hero. Activating his thrusters in his feet, Iron Man soared toward the villains while activating energy blades in his arms, preparing to 'X' slash the villain
Ezekiel: Sentinel" he spoke the robot's name, it immeditately got between him and the hero, taking full force of the blow
Iron Man: huh?" he saw that the robot didn't seem to be effected by the hit what so ever, instead it just stared at Tony with its yellow eyes trying to grab him, but he used his thrusters to evade it 'guess the kid was right, this thing is tough' he thought as he then morphed his hand into a ram hammer hitting the robot directly in its abdomen area then followed using his other hand morphed into a ram hammer to hit in its face, which didn't effect it in the slightiest, it tried swinging down at the hero, who propelled himself backward avoiding it. Once he was at a distances, he morphed his hands to normal and fired repulsor beams at the robot hitting it in several points on it, but it didn't budge, it continued to chase after the hero in a attempt to crash him "it doesn't matter where I hit you, does it?" he said still avoiding the robot
Ezekiel: that's because our precious Sentiel was designed to have energy absorption" he smiled seeing the hero struggled against his creation "the only way to beat him would be to reach his source of energy, but its not as if he's going to wait for you to do that sitting, right? It looks like you've finally met your match"
Iron Man: thanks for the info!" he said as he swerved dodging a swing from the Sentinel, moving further away from it launching an sort of techno gunk at the robot's feet which quickly solidified stopping it from moving "now all I have to do is wear him down" he quickly materializing missiles on his back, firing them at the Sentinel causing explosions on impact. The explosions send a gale of wind rising dust and smoke, Ezekiel covered his face with his arms feeling the pressure groaning slightly, it also got the attention of the students at the entrance
Amadeus: yeah! That's showing the tin can brain!" he cheered
Azari: amazing
Amadeus: that's what happens when you underestimate him" Wanda and Tandy were comforting a beaten Jocasta kneeling on the ground, the girls looked at each other smiling in relief
Kei: did you see that?! Those weapons caused a huge explosion! Iron Man's on a whole other level!" he said watching the fight on top of Scragg, who flew lightly towards the exit carrying Daredevil
Kamala: but yet he still has to look at his notes when teaching us" she said as she and Peter watched the scene taking place while everyone was cheering for Iron Man seeing him win, but for Peter he looked concerned
Kei: beat him! Take him down! Kick him in the balls even!" he shouted, pumping his fist in the air
Kamala: maybe we were worried about these guys for nothing. Iron Man's unstoppable" Peter didn't say anything, he was the only one who knew of the hero's condition, he shouldn't be wearing his armor, using the iron mask of his helmet to hid the fear on his fear, he had to maintain in being the Symbol of Peace giving people hope. He remembered the conversation between Daredevil and Jocasta had been about Iron Man related to him reaching his limit, hence his absence.
Peter: he's saveing us, but at what price?' he thought 'everyone's rooting for him, but they don't know what's really happening to him'
When the dust of the explosion cleared, terror returned. The Sentinel remained with its feet still in place, without having left, there was a portal at its waist and its upper half gone, another portal behind the hero where the robot's upper part appeared and holding the hero crushing his side with its hands
Iron Man: ugh! Behind the back? Cheap shot!" he groaned in pain observation his situation
Ezekiel: good time" he giggled watching the hero rubbing his chin "trying to restrain Sentinel and then try to damage in one spot. Sorry to ruin your party, but he's too strong and it wouldn't have worked anyway" as his companion appeared beside him "nice work, Spot. Now we have him right where we want him" Iron Man then start to felt the robot's fingers rotate at high speed, functioning as a drill to pierce his armor, he was able to reconstruct automatically, but there was a limit, he had to think of something quick
Iron Man: don't know you're fooling. If this is your best, then you picked the wrong place to attack. You should just give up now.
Ezekiel: Spot
Spot: I usually don't like to have blood in my portals, but I suppose I can make an exception for a hero as great as you. Since you're too fast, Sentinel will restrain you. After he puts you hallway through one of the portals, I'll squeeze the portal until you split in half" he said with a joyous tone as he started moving the portals closing to Iron Man "this is gonna be delightful"
Peter: Kamala, Kei, you guys make sure Mr. Murdock is going to be okay
Kamala: uh, okay. But what are you going to do?
Peter: something crazy" suddenly he jumped off Scrapp causing his classmates to gasp
Kamala: Peter!
Kei: is he crazy?!" Peter jumped in the direction of the fight, he fired a web latching onto Scrapp's leg, the momentum of the swing picked up as he dropped, when he deattached from the web, he landed rolling on the ground, getting up still running toward the hero and villains
Peter: Iron Man, I won't let you be killed... there's so much I want you to teach me. It can't be how it ends. I already lost someone I cared about' he thought thinking of his Uncle Ben in the last part 'I can't lose anyone else! I can't!' Iron Man saw him coming toward them
Iron Man: kid, what are you doing? Don't' he thought wanting to say something in stopping his protégé from coming, but suddenly spotted villain appeared in front of the boy to stop him from interfering
Spot: my how foolish" he ready a portal for the boy to send off who knows where, Peter was inches away but before he could come in contact with it. Jumping on top and slamming the villain face first into the ground , a figure with large black claw hands bearing an fierce animalistic expression was Flash
Flash: move it, Parker!" Peter stopped and sliently gasped seeing Flash appear, suddenly chains emerged wrapping around the Sentinel robot around its hands, fingers to prevent it from harming the armored hero any further
Iron Man: chains?' he looked at the chains and thought of one person with that ability 'Reyes..' he looked to see the boy stand firm with both chains stretched and wrapped around his hands, keeping the robot at bay with his own strength
Robbie: one of your poorly trained henchmen told me you're here because you think you can kill Iron Man
Iron Man: he controlled his Quirk so that the chains stopped just before it reached my body. I think I can loosen this robot's grip now' he managed to pull its fingers from his armor, using his thrusters to escape its reach and regroup with his students. His damage was severe, he quickly repair the damage that consumed a large amount of power "nice save" he told the boy. Using this chance, Luke was landing down to smash his fist down at Ezekiel, but the villain was able to avoid him
Luke: damn he's slippery" he jumped back regrouping with his colleagues
Flash: got you now, you spotted jerk!" he smirked pinning Spot to the ground
Robbie: there's no way the number one hero will be defeated by punks like you" he still held the Sentinel in place with his chains
Peter: Flash... everyone.." he was so surprised by his classmates actions in how well they came to their teacher's rescue, he exhaled sharply before nodding, getting into a fighting stances with a determine face as they faced the last villain.
Ezekiel:... hmph" as he looked at the brats the ruin his chance of victory with a neutral look
Watching from above on Scragg, Kei and Kamala saw everything that happened
Kei: Robbie... and Flash
Kamala: Luke too" Daredevil groaned getting their attention again "we'll have to leave it to them"
Kei: right. Scragg, hurry!" he told his summon
Scragg: righty-oh" the bug monster flew faster to the entrance way. Hearing the buzzing of his wings, the rest of the class looked up see Scragg heading toward them
Amadeus: whoa what is that?! A villain?!" he yelled, they stood ready thinking it was another villain coming
Wanda: no wait! That's Kamala! Hey, we're all here!" she waved her hands getting their attention
Kamala: there they are!
Kei: Scragg down there!" he ordered his monster fly to their classmates and he complied once he landed
Scragg: not to be rude, but he was very heavy" as Kamala enlarged her hands, stretching her arms downward carrying Daredevil to the rest of the class
Azari: Mr. Murdock" he said as Amadeus gently took the hero in his arms and laying him on the ground, they gathered in worry seeing their homeroom teacher wounded as he was
Jocasta: its alright. Iron Man will handle the situation. When the other teachers get here, it'll get dangerous, so find someplace to hide" she was still damaged due to the Spot villain
Tandy: yeah, okay" she wiped her eyes
Ezekiel: Spot. How could you have let yourself be taken down by some kid? You've put us in a complication situation
Flash: heh. You got sloppy, you dumb villain" he scoff "wasn't too hard to figure you out. While you have the portals to move other things. Portals that cover your actual body, right? Thinking that made you safe! That's why we missed" he analyzed the villain's Quirk while thinking back to when he and Luke tried to attack Spot when they first encountered and were send to the abandon building
Spot: my. I must say you live up to your school's reputation" he groaned struggling slightly trying to lift his head up against the dark haired boy to tighten his grip on him
Flash: don't move. Try anything and I'll bash your skull into the ground!" he held up his other hand balled into a fist reeled back
Luke: whoa, whoa, now. That isn't very heroic
Ezekiel: they escaped uninjured and captured my two strongest men. Kids these days really are amazing. They make the Masters of Evil look like amateurs. We can't have that. Sentinel" hearing its name the robot clenched its fists, swinging its arms breaking out of Robbie's chains causing the teen to stumble slightly. Getting up from the portal where it was with its arms, breaking out of the trap that held its feet as well, standing tall and ready for battle against the students and hero emitting a sort of orange glow
Peter: what is that?
Iron Man: everyone stay clear!" he told the students "I thought you said that thing's power was energy absorption"
Ezekiel: its not like I should've told you the truth" he smirked "and I didn't say that was its only power, it also has energy release in the form of heat. The Sentinel was programmed to defeat you even with 100% of its power. Its basically special punching bag that hits you back" the students stood ready for an attack "first we'll have to free our escape route" he looked to Flash restraining Spot "go Sentinel" hearing its order Sentinel charged at the teen holding Spot, it moved so fast that no one seen him when the robot was close enough, it swung an powerful punch that caused a cloud of dust to rise and a gale of wind that blew the students back as the being hit everyone assumed was Flash crashed into a wall. The students recovered standing up seeing and being impressed by the robot's power
Peter: that's some power" he commented before seeing the dust settle, seeing the Sentinel crouched beside the spotted villain still on the ground, he saw Flash was nowhere to seen "wait.. where's Flash?"
Flash: I'm right now you damn nerd" they turned to see Flash was right beside them, looking amazed while keeping his angry tone 'that speed... I couldn't even see it coming' he thought being irritated
Luke: but how did you get there?" Robbie and the others turned to the figure hit through the hall
Robbie: think that's obvious" the dust settled in the hole of the wall, revealing to be Iron Man he had his arms in front of his body, formed in a shield to better withstand the impact, but his armor was all scratched and damaged, his movements went with his panting, he was in bad shape. He most likely switched places with Flash to take blow instead of him
Peter: Iron Man!
Ezekiel: he protected the kid, like I thought
Iron Man: these are kids, and you didn't even hold back?" he panted while having a angry tone
Ezekiel: its not like I had much of a choice" he said mockingly "he had my partner and besides these kids are far from angels; a psychopath, a brute, a demon and a kid who has no sense of his known power, that could've killed me with that punch of his. What kind of heroes are teaching here? Hmph, you heroes always hiding who you really are, using gratuitous violence in the name of justice or any similar crap. And you're even worse, The Symbol of Peace, after generating so much war with Stark armaments, has turned itself into a weapon, yet another doll of government violence and American supremacy! But don't worry, when I make you obsolete, no one will need guns anymore"
Iron Man: wow, you truly are insane. You talk like you're doing something good, but really you're just doing it because you like it" he dematerialized his shield and took his stance
Ezekiel: for leisure it certainly is not" he smiled "but I admit that I like it"
Robbie: we've got them outnumbered
Peter: and Flash found a way to beat that portal guy, we might have a chance
Luke: these guys may act tough, but we can take them down with Iron Man's help. Lets do this
Iron Man: stand down!" he told his students getting of them causing them to gasp "get out of here"
Robbie: you would've been in trouble earlier if it weren't for me, remember? You need our help.
Iron Man: I appreciate the assist really, but I'll take care of it
Peter: but you're armor's already damaged and your time is-" he stopped himself from saying too much. He looked to see Iron Man giving him a thumbs up in reassurance
Ezekiel: Sentinel, Spot. Kill him. I'll deal with the kids
Iron Man: Friday, analysis" he told his A.I.
Friday: we may have a minute, if that boss
Iron Man: it'll have to do" he balled his hand into a fist "I am the Symbol of World's Peace"
Ezekiel: lets wrap this up and head home" he dashed toward the students
Luke: here he comes" he and the boys stood ready
Iron Man: Friday, activate Iron Might!" his A.I. complied as his armor increased in size of his arms and chest, decreasing the energy of the thrusters and functions. Before Ezekiel could any closer to the teens, Iron Man and Sentinel charged at each other, their fists clashing creating a large gale of wind that pushed back the teens, Ezekiel and Spot
Ezekiel: weren't you listening?" he recovered skidding the ground on his feet "one of his powers is energy absorption"
Iron Man: yeah. About that" he and Sentinel's fists clashed and collided with each other in great speed, each clash created a gust of wind. This was a reckless strategy, since he wasn't much a hand to hand combat hero, but he had a plan. The Iron Might armor was specialized in reading combat and proximity fighting, he was able to identified the robot's fighting pattern and act accordingly, punching the exact moment it would, not letting it get close to his Arc Reactor which was charging slowly
Peter: he's gonna fight it head on?" he and Flash kneeled on the ground, trying not to be carried by the wind, they weren't the only ones Robbie and Luke were the same expect they were able to stand slightly
Luke: they're so fast
Spot: I can't get near them!" he told Ezekiel kneeling beside him. Using propellants on his elbows and forearms, Iron Man continued to unleash precise and calcuated blows exactly where the robot aimed to protect his cortex
Iron Man: heroes will always find a way to kick villainous ass" he quickly grabbed the Sentinel, activated his thrusters at his feet, giving it a strong enough boost to launch the robot upward and with a quick movement, chasing after it and slammed it down creating a crator in the ground on impact "you said its power only energy absorption, not nullification. That means there's a limit to what you can take, right?" he descended landing close to the robot shortly after, all the students were impressed while Ezekiel glared at the hero "now for a lesson. You may have heard these words before, but I'll teach you what they really mean" he saw the robot rising from the crator as he prepared for his final attack, morphed materialized his fists into cannons and with four energy plates auxiliaries leaving his back, all storing energy concentrating in front of him "Rise Higher. Excelsior!" firing his cannons at max power unleashing a powerful energy blast, his Arc Reactor glowing, creating a bundle of light and blinding energy, firing into the Sentinel's chest in which after seconds was launched to the top, reaching and creating a hole through the ceiling of the USSR, shaking the entire building after sending the robot flying probably miles away
In the Storm Zone
Tyrone: what's going on? Everything's shaking?" he and Groot looked feeling the vibration
Groot: I am Groot
In the Fire Zone
Sam blasted a villain as he and Riri felt the vibration as well
Sam: what was that?
Riri: something big
At the Entrance Area
Azari, Amadeus, Wanda, Tandy, Danny, Kamala and Kei all saw and were impressed by the actions that happened
Amadeus: um, did a villain just fly by? Or am I going crazy?
Azari: it was that robot
Danny: such power
Kei: that's Iron Man for you. That's why he's the most amazing hero in the entire world!" Wanda, Kamala and Tandy smiled and cheered
Luke: that was like the finishing move in a video game" he and the others looked up at the hole in the ceiling "he beat the energy absorption right out of him. I've never seen that kind of power"
Flash: imagine having it. He rushed in and blasted that thing, overheating it enough that it could barely counter
Robbie: he really is the best' he thought
Flash: that's how you get to be a pro' he thought. They couldn't believe what they seen, not even Peter, who looked to his mentor. Iron Man recollected the plates and equipment to his back while morphing rematerizing his cannons back to hands
Iron Man: I'm too old for that" he panted while staring at the remaining villains "if it had been a few years ago, I would've kicked that robot's ass with one hand on the wheel, but this time I had to get creative" he then saw his warning sign of losing energy display in his helmet along with his armor starting to smoke 'times up' he thought "so.. you wanna give up now?" he asked the villains, Ezekiel gritted his teeth tighting his fists "it'd be easier and quicker if you did"
Ezekiel: there's no way... no way" he said through his teeth "he cheated"
