Nurse vs Nurse

Inside Crotus Prenn Asylum, the only sound that can be heard is the screams of the insane. The caretakers and nurses are dealing with them except one. Nurse Sally Smithson has dealt with the most deranged and it has affected her mind. She sees them as monsters that must be put down. She opens one of the rooms to reveal a pregnant woman asleep on a bed.

Sally closes in with her bonesaw, ready to end her when she wakes up screaming. This shocks Sally who wonders if she realizes what she was about to do. That was until she feels a liquid on her shoes. "Her water broke?!"

"She's giving birth?!" One of the other nurses must have heard her screaming and the door begins to open. Nurse Smithson tosses the bonesaw under her bed and rolls up her sleeves as other nurses enter.

"Good you are here!" A nurse said as they do their best to help the pregnant woman. She was able to give birth and give the baby a name before dying due to complications. Now Sally is holding the baby in her arms and thinks of her husband that died. She is lonely in this town and now perhaps she has found what she has always wanted: A child.

"I will not let you suffer like I have, Yu. I will take care of you and make sure no one hurts you. Any that tries will wish for death."

Yu Smithson has finish his cleaning and looks proud at his clean hospital hallway floor. Yu has been going to the Inaba Hospital for his part-time janitor job. He walks away but stops once he hears footsteps. A beautiful nurse reveals herself and smiles once she sees Yu. This young man has help Nurse Sayoko Uehara in her work and even nurse her back to health when she collapse from overworking.

"It is good to see you working so hard." Sayoko puts her hand to Yu's cheek which he can't help but like.

"It is also good that you are taking a break." Yu jokes which she chuckles at.

"Perhaps I can tutor you on how to nurse people. Things like examinations." Nurse Uehara offers with a sly smirk which Yu jokes with.

"I'll hold you to that."

*CRACK*

Both of them jump a little when they hear a loud sound. As if something hit the wall. They walk to the side and look around the corner only to see what looks like another nurse exiting through a door. Yu can see red hair on her before she goes through the door. Red hair that Yu knows all too well. "It can't be. How is she here?"

"Mr. Smithson! You need to see this!" Sayoko shocked words causes him to turn around and she points at the wall. It is cracked, like a car went through it. The heart of the impact has a fist-like dent. Like someone punch it. Yu looks at the wall crater and then the ground to see pieces of the wall litter the ground. Any other would wonder how someone could hit the wall and create a crater or where are they now. Yu Smithson's reaction to this?

"I'll get the broom."

"I will admit, your dedication is quite admirable." Sayoko comments to Yu. Both of them have ended their shift and are walking out of the hospital. She is surprised that he was willing to clean the wall all by himself. He shrugs that compliment off.

"Yeah... I just didn't want to lose all of that hard work I did."

"Heh, of course." Sayoko can tell a lie when she hears it. He clearly didn't want any of the patients to get hurt from the rubble. Yu claps his hands due to a thought.

"Oh right! This is going to be last day until you take that African volunteer mission."

"Yes. It's thanks to you that I have regain the drive to help people." She then gave him a sultry look and leans on him. "Perhaps I can give you a reward tonight."

Behind them, a woman in a nurse outfit is hiding behind a lamp post. She is growling at that woman's advancing. "Grr... Get your hands off him you skank. Don't listen to that succubus Yu. I swear, I will- EK!"

The couple turns around and the stalker quickly hides behind the post. Sayoko shivers. 'Why do I feel like I'm in danger?'

"Hm... How about we celebrate your last day in Japan?" Yu offers and she accepts, causing the Nurse to clutch it in anger which causes it to bend a bit.

Yu and Sayoko enter a tea restaurant, which makes the Nurse suspicious. 'That tea shop. It looks normal but there has to be something to it. Wait... could it be?! What if it is disguised as a restaurant and in fact one of those Japanese gimmick shops!?'

She can see it now. It will be full of scantily clad nurses and they will be given a private room. That unclean woman will look at her poor boy and will be all over him. Shove him into a sofa and mount him.

"You know Yu, I know a great way to check your temperature. You just got to lose the pants and I will do the rest."

Suddenly, the door to the tea shop is blast open and a redheaded woman in a nurse uniform is waving a hacksaw around and spewing bloodlust. "You get away from my baby you-"

"Mom?!" Yu is sitting with Sayoko, both of them enjoying tea until someone breaked the entrance door. Once Yu realizes it is his mother, he is both shocked and embarrassed. Nurse Sally Smithson looks around the shop and it is a normal shop. No unclean people that need 'purifying.' Now calm, she walks to the scared cashier.

"Excuse me. Can I get a herbal tea?"

Yu smashes his head to the table and Sayoko is interested to meet the mother of her love.

(3 years later, a small African village)

Day 30 since the Red Cross has set up camp near a village that has been ravaged by the civil war raging across the country. The poor people are happy once they enter with trucks full of food, water, and clothing. One of the volunteers of this harrowing mission is Yu Smithson. Once he graduated high school, he volunteered to be with the woman he loved, Sayoko Smithson. They reunited and got married shortly after. Now this couple are seen as saints all over the world for their willingness to go to every corner and help everyone. From the most dangerous warzones to ones dealing with natural disasters, there is no country that they have been grateful for. Sayoko stands beside her husband and they cuddle. They are about to kiss but someone gets between.

"No!" Nurse Smithson, appearing out of nowhere, shouts at them and pushes them away from eachother. It was quite odd and suspicious that Sally volunteered as well and made sure to work above them to become their leader. Rumors say that her guidance is how the couple was able to get away from all danger.

One of the villagers come to them. "Thank you all for your care."

"No problem. We are just doing our job." Sayoko said and Yu nods in agreement. Though they said something odd.

"Not only have you give us care but you have dealt with the bandits. Thank you all."

"Wait what?" Yu wonders what they are talking about and Sally quickly interrupts them.

"AHEM! Well, we better get back to work!" Sally orders them and they walk away to care for any sick villagers. Unknown to either of them, Nurse Sally waits for them to be out of view and disappears, only to appear again with a bloody hacksaw. Well... there is another reason why those two can help people while being near or even in a warzone.

'You have my respect Sayoko. That is why you and my precious son are under my protection. Don't worry my baby, no harm will come to you or your wife so long as I am here. But if you break my son's heart.' Even with blood, Sally Smithson's reflection can be seen and it shows a woman that will do anything to protect her family.

Sayoko is putting stitches on an injured man and Yu hands her some bandages, which she rewards with a kiss on the cheek.
