Olga saw that many of them were confused and still looked scared. No doubt, the aura of the Death Knight was quite intimidating to them. Olga noticed they were also giving her and Chloe some curious looks but lacked the pure hate that the Knight's eyes had.

There were also looks that were clearly lustful, with a few of the men eyeing at her and Chloe in a way that made Olga feel revolted.

"You have been saved. Be at ease." Ainz said in what Olga guessed was meant to be a kind tone, but his voice still carried power in it that made the villagers scared.

Eventually, one of the villagers managed to gather enough courage to ask.

"You are…" he asked while never taking his eyes off the Death Knight, that was now collecting the bodies of the dead knights and taking them outside of the Village.

Olga made a note to pretend to have them burned, and then they could run tests with resurrection magic and gather more information before they were killed again and turned into Death Knights.

"We saw your village being attacked and simply wanted to help," Olga said to the brave villager.

"Ohh..."

As the noises spilt out, looks of relief grew on the villagers' faces.

Even so, they were not completely at ease. Olga guessed they thought they would ask for something for saving them, and given they were a poor village, they wouldn't have anything to give.

"That said, we would be happy if you could help us. We are new to this part of the world, so we know very little about it. In exchange for us saving you, would you be able to help us understand where we are?" Olga asked.

"You just want information, not money?" The villager asked, confused.

"Yes, as you can see by our clothing, we don't need money, but we are not from around here, so we really are sorta lost. We didn't even know there was a village here and have been walking for days," Olga lied.

Olga knew that getting money wouldn't be a real problem for them. They could just sell a ton of raw iron they had, or maybe some of the gemstones they had that had no purpose other than jewellery and decoration.

{"We could ask for some small amount of money?"} Momonga said via message skill

{"They wouldn't have much look at the state of the Village. I would rather just sell some iron ore or gold ore to a blacksmith in a town, but we can always ask how much things cost so we aren't taken advantage of when we sell the iron or gold,"} Olga suggested back.

{"We should ask the village mayor as they most likely have dealings with any towns like selling grain and such,"} Momonga said more to himself than to her.

Ainz raised his hand to silence the other man before continuing.

"We'll discuss that later. I rescued a pair of sisters before I came here, and I will go bring them over now. My two friends will stay here just in case any so-called Knights come back," Ainz said and flew off towards the two sisters.

Olga guessed that he would change their memories so that the Village didn't know that he was an undead. Olga thought from the looks that the Death Knight was getting that an Undead was not exactly a welcomed sight. She was just glad no stupid priests were around. Just because magic was common, she doubted they would be any more open-minded.

If she had to guess, they would no doubt say they were given the power of magic by their gods etc etc, and that is why you are evil for being able to summon the undead.

It turned out that the villager that had spoken up was actually the Village Chief which Olga guessed shouldn't have been a big surprise. Still, Olga expected the Village chief to be a very old man and not around 50 years old as the man in front of Olga was.

It made her wonder if people here tended to die earlier, like in Earth's medieval times, even with magic. Or he could just be the Village's most educated man, and that is why he is the Village Chief.

The adults in the Village quickly got up and started to clean up the Village and gather their dead Olga was glad that the Death Knight hadn't touched any of the dead from the Village.

She wondered if Momonga had ordered that or if he had ordered them just to collect the Knights and was curious how much free will the summon had.

Would a higher-ranking undead like an Elder Lich have more free will and intelligence than the Death Knight?

Ainz returned to the Village ten minutes later with the two sisters, who ran to their dead parents' corpses, and both broke down crying as the older sister hugged the younger one.

"Please, let's talk in my house," the Village chief said and led the way to his house.

The village chief's house wasn't extravagant and was only a tiny bit bigger than the houses nearby. Upon entering, one would be greeted by a large living room with a kitchen off to one side.

A rickety old table and several chairs occupied the centre of the room. On the other side was a small shelf with a few books that didn't have any titles, so Olga would guess the accounting books for taxes of the Village.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, so what information do you need?" The village chief said as he took a seat across from them with his wife standing behind him.

His skin was dark and covered in wrinkles. His body was very muscular, and it was obvious that those muscles had been honed through heavy labour, no doubt working in the fields and general day-to-day tasks like getting firewood.

More than half of his hair was white. Though his crudely made cotton shirt was stained by dirt, it did not stink, so general cleanliness was clearly a thing, which was a bit of a surprise for Olga.

"A map or where we can find a map would be best so we know what countries are around us and where we can find larger towns," Momonga said, asking for what they needed the most.

"Im afraid that we don't have any maps of the surrounding area or countries. That is something that only nobles and merchants would have and would be very expensive," the Village Chief said, looking awkward.

"How do you get around without a map?" Olga asked.

"We only go from this village to E-Rantel, and there is only one path to and from here that we have used for many decades," the village chief said.

"I see. I guess we need to go to E-Rantel to better understand the countries around us." Momonga said.

"I can tell you the names of them and the rough direction of them to the northeast was Baharuth Empire, which was in open conflict with the Re-Estize Kingdom and would have a large-scale fight every year.

To the south was the Slane Theocracy," Olga noticed that he quickly looked at both her and Chloe as he talked about the Slane Theocracy.

"There are a few other countries, but I have no idea where they are exactly. If it wasn't for the constant wars with Baharuth Empire, I would only know about Slane Theocracy," the Village Chief said.

Next, they moved on to money. All the countries used the same currency. Copper was the lowest, and platinum was the highest. 10 copper made one silver, and so on, 10 silver was 1 gold, and 10 gold was one platinum Olga was happy it was straightforward, and the value of the coin came from the weight of the coin.

Olga was sure that it was the same in their original work at some point in time but couldn't remember when it was. Picking up one of the silver coins, Olga gave it a close look.

Olga could see that the faces of the coin had a crest on it, but the more interesting thing was that the edge of the coin was ridged clearly to stop people from scraping the edge to try and lower the value of the coin.

It was a simple but no doubt effective way to ensure that the value of the coin was roughly right.

Ainz also had them check the value of a gold coin from Yggdrasil, which seemed to be worth two times the price of a standard gold coin based on the weight of the Yggdrasil coin. And Olga was sure that the same held true for the silver and copper coins of Yggdrasil as well.

After finishing talking with the Village Chief, both Ainz and Olga left the house with Chloe, and Albedo followed behind them and watched as the rest of the Village started to bury the dead from the attack.

{"We could resurrect them,"} Ainz suggested via the message skill.

{"No, it isn't worth the risk. We have no idea if it will even work if we offer and can't do it, then the goodwill of the Village will vanish immediately,"} Olga replied.

"Olga-sama, Ainz-sama, the knights you let go have been caught and taken to Nazarick", Albedo said quietly to the both of them.

"Good. Hopefully, they will have much more information. Tell Neuronist that she doesn't need to be gentle with them." Olga said as she watched the Village say their last goodbyes.

"Don't worry, my Lady, no one in Nazarick will be kind to them," Albedo said in a dark voice, making her sound like a member of the demon race that she was.

Olga raised an eyebrow at what Albedo had said before guessing that Chloe had told her about what the Knight had said about her being a filthy elf.

If that was the case, then she knew they would suffer far more than they would typically, and Olga didn't find herself upset with this outcome. At least they had gotten some information out of helping the Village.

They knew the best options for scouting now were E-Rantel and the Baharuth Empire.

Given the looks that the Chief had shot her and Chloe, they would have to avoid the Slane Theocracy. When talking about it, Olga could guess that they were either human supremacists like many people in Yggdrasil or a religious country that hated elves for some reason, but she was leaning towards the first one.

Olga wasn't too worried about bumping into over players. She and Momonga could take four or five level 100s on and still had a very good chance of killing them.

"Well, let's head back to the Village before we make out next move. I am sure the real plot will show itself soon," Olga said as they started walking back to the Village.

"Understood." Albedo's replied with disgust, which confused Olga slightly. There should be no reason for her to sound so disgusted in a harmless place like the Village.

"Do you hate humans?" Olga heard Ainz ask Albedo and maybe even Chloe.

"I detest them. Humans are weak and inferior lifeforms. They would look so pretty if I squashed them like bugs..." Albedo said, with Chloe nodding along to what she said.

Olga decided she would have to speak to Momonga and see if he had noticed anything about himself change as Olga had noticed some parts of herself change and wondered if it was due to her race changing.

Not only was she a Dark Elf, but she had also gone through demonisation in order to gain access to two new unique racial classes both Dark Elves and Demons were cruel creatures in lore, and she wondered if that had made her crueller after all she didn't seem to mind that the knights would be tortured horrifically.

Not only that, but she hadn't spared a thought about using dead bodies in experimentation which was not like her.

As they walked back into the Village, they noticed the Village Chief walk up to them, looking worried.

What's wrong, Chief-dono?" Momonga asked.

The Chief's face lit up as though he had glimpsed the light of salvation.

"Oh, Ainz-sama, Olga-sama. There seem to be some mounted people who look to be warriors that are approaching us..." the Chief said, trailing off at the end.

{"Don't say anything,"} Ainz messaged Olga.

"I see well, don't worry, we will deal with this if they have come to cause any harm", Olga said to the villagers, who all let out a sigh of relief.

Olga and Ainz walked to the village entrance and saw a group of people on horses making their way to the Village.

"Why are we still helping them?" Albedo asked, confused.

"A few reasons the first group of knights were no doubt just there to kill the villagers, so they would be weak. The next group of people should be stronger,"

"And that will let us understand how strong we should expect most people in the world to be," Momonga finished.

"They don't look like high-ranking knights, do they?" Chloe said, confused, as they got close to the Village's entrance.

Olga had to admit that Chloe had a point the warriors that had arrived all had mismatched armour and equipment, and just like the Knights, none of the stuff they were wearing was enchanted.

"They seem to be in an even worse state than the last group?" Momonga said in a confused voice.

"Err, im not really sure who they are... I was expecting some better-geared people," Olga said, just as confused.

The riders finally arrived at the entrance to the Village. There were about twenty of them in total Olga noticed that they kept sending nervous glances to the death knight before they formed up neatly before Ainz, Olga and the village chief.

The speed and discipline that they did so were far beyond a sellsword, but Olga still couldn't work out why the gear they were wearing was of such poor quality.

After getting off his horse, a man stepped forward from the rest of the force. Olga could tell this man was the leader. He projected a type of confidence that the other men just didn't have.

The leader's eyes rested briefly on the village chief, no doubt looking to see if he was panicked or trying to see if Olga and Ainz were holding the village hostage. His eyes then flicked to the Death knight before moving on to Albedo and Chloe and then finally looking at Olga and Ainz.

Olga could see that man was very wary of all four of them as they no doubt due to the Death Knight and the clothing they wore that would put most nobles to shame.

Olga was happy to see that the man didn't seem to care that she and Chloe were elves or if he did, he was amazing at hiding it, which Olga doubted as hate was one of the most challenging emotions to hide as humans find hate easy.

It was a good thing for him as had he shown any hate towards her or Chloe, then she would have killed the lot of them instantly.

The man, looking satisfied, spoke in a clear, firm tone.

"I am the Warrior-Captain of the Re-Estize Kingdom, Gazef Stronoff. By order of the King, I have been visiting each of the frontier villages to exterminate knights from enemy countries who have been making trouble here."

His voice echoed through the Village, and there was some commotion from the Chief's house behind Olga and Ainz as they all walked into the village square.

Olga wondered if he really was the Warrior-Captain of the Kingdom. Looking at his gear, it was nothing more than trash. Is that really the gear they would give to the highest-ranking warrior of the kingdom? If so, how poor was the kingdom? Olga wondered inwardly.

"What sort of man is he?" Ainz asked the Chief.

"According to the traders and what I heard in E-Rantel, he is the man who claimed the championship of the martial arts tournament held before the King, and now he leads the elite warriors who are loyal to the King." the Chief told Ainz.

So he is under the personal command of the King, and he looks like a poor sellsword, so either the kingdom is poor beyond belief, or the King must dislike him, and that is why his gear is so pathetic, Olga noted in her mind.

Gazef looked at the Chief and said, "You must be the Chief of this Village. Can you tell me, who are the people beside you?"

Ainz interrupted the Chief, who was about to answer, before nodding to Gazef and introducing himself.

"There is no need for that. Pleased to meet you, Warrior-Captain-dono of the Kingdom. My name is Ainz Ooal Gown, and next to me is Olga Ooal Gown. We are magic casters. This Village was being attacked by some knights, so we stepped in to save them."

{"Olga Ooal Gown?"} Olga asked Ainz flatly via telepathy.

{"It just came out,"} Ainz replied back, embarrassed as Olga giggled through the message spell.

{"If you want to ask me to marry you, then you have to date me first and then ask for my father's permission. Are you trying to make me live in sin,"} Olga asked in a fake tearful voice.

Gazef bowed deeply. "Thank you for saving this Village. I have no words that can adequately praise your kindness."

Olga didn't pay the man any attention. She was far too busy trying to work out what the plan of the people that had attacked the Village was. He said he had been going around to look for knights that had been causing trouble, but Olga had a hard time seeing this group of so-called knights beating the ones that were attacking the Village.

Did that mean that she was wrong about thinking this was a trap?

"Please, do not stand on ceremony. In truth, we did what was right. Our friend always said to help people." Ainz said to Gazef.

"Are you all adventurers?" Gazef asked hesitantly, looking at the clothes they were all wearing or, in Albedo's case, the armour.

"No, we are travellers that came from a far-off country across the sea," Olga replied.

"Travellers, you say, could you please tell me about the blackguards who attacked this Village?" Gazef asked Ainz, annoying Olga that she was overlooked. Even if Olga could see where he was coming from. She was a soft, delicate-looking female elf.

And that was if Gazef himself didn't hate elves. Then he was undoubtedly preconditioned to look down on women like all medieval societies tended to do in the past.

She wondered how he would react if he knew that Olga, most of the time, could beat Ainz in a one v one. Most of Ainz's skills were made for large-scale PVP, unlike Olga, whose build was made for one v one or small-group fights.

Olga was curious about the so-called adventures that Gazef had mentioned. It was clear that they were not part of the army, so it seemed anyone could join and then were no doubt this world's version of sellswords.

That was another faction that she and Ainz had to worry about till they learned how strong they were compared to themselves.

In the middle of Olga's thoughts, a horseman rode into the square. He was panting heavily and had an urgent report. In a panicked voice, the horseman said:

"Warrior-Captain! We've sighted a lot of people around the Village! They've surrounded the Village, and they're closing in!"

{"It seems that you were correct,"} Ainz messaged Olga.

{"Maybe, but it makes no sense to me. Are this group of people really that strong?"} Olga asked back.

{"The first knights were no doubt around level 7 or 8. If they were bait, then Gazef and his men bust be around level 15ish, right?"} Ainz asked.

{"Let's not get involved till we see how strong everyone is. I would expect someone under the King to be around the same level as our battle maids,"} Olga replied, looking at Gazef.

The entire Village took shelter inside a large barn that was used to hold all the farm animals of the Village, with Ainz, Olga, Chloe and Albedo following alongside them.

Olga and Ainz looked out the window to see the people surrounding the Village. They were unarmed and were not wearing heavy armour. The type of amour that mages usually wore and the summons next to them was even more convincing.

The winged summons was something that both she and Ainz had seen many times, even if it was normally the higher-ranking versions of Angels.

They were clearly Archangel Flames summoned by 3rd-tier magic, meaning that these people were at least lvl 16 and could be up to lvl 21 and the level of the Archangel Flames depended on who was summoning it.

Suppose the person summoning the Archangel Flame was level 16, the lowest level you could be to summon them. In that case, the Archangel Flame could only be lvl 16. However, if the person summoning it was level 20, then the Archangel Flame could be up to level 19.

Looking around, Olga had yet to see a Principality Observation or Principality Peace, which required 4th tier magic to summon, let alone anything like Dominion Authority which required 7th-tier magic.

Which was good Ainz was undead and took two-time damage from holy-based magic. Albedo was a pure demon, so she also took double damage from holy magic as well, but her armour no doubt reduced some of that damage.

As for Olga, she had gone down the route of demonising herself to get two unique classes, so she also took double damage from holy magic, so the only one that didn't take extra damage from holy magic was Chloe.

Ainz turned and looked at Gazef. "Who are these people? What do they want? I don't think there should be anything that valuable in this Village, and I doubt they are here for us as we only just arrived at the Village, and this looked like it was well planned."

"Gown-dono, you do not know either? If it is not wealth they seek, then there can only be one other answer." Gazef said with a sad smile on his face.

"They must really hate you, Warrior-Captain," Olga said, looking at the group around the Village. Olga was curious to know what type of man Gazef was. It wasn't impossible for him to get away.

If he and his men charged, they could most likely break through the people that had surrounded the Village. But once he did that, then he would be sentencing everyone in the Village to death.

"It comes with the job of Warrior-Captain. However... this is troubling. Judging by the way the other side has so many people who can summon angels, they must be from the Slaine Theocracy," Gazef said, his eyes drifting to Olga and Chloe.

Olga was surprised that he had time to worry about her and Chloe, even if the people outside couldn't pose a threat to her and Chloe. It seemed that the man really didn't have any negative feelings towards elves which made Olga's impression of the man rise somewhat in her mind.

"I have been told of their dislike of Elves," Olga simply said.

"They hate elves and have spent many decades in a war with them, and all the elves they have captured end up as slaves being worked to death," Gazef said, looking away from Olga and Chloe.

Olga reached over and placed a hand on Chloe's shoulder, knowing that she would be furious at what had happened to the elves. Olga found that she was also furious at the situation of the elves and their treatment.

But she found herself angrier at the person or people that were ruling over the elves. How could they allow such things to happen? Were they really that powerless, or did they just not care due to their position.

"If I had to guess, the people carrying out this operation must be one of the special operations unit... the legendary Six Scriptures. It would seem that both in numbers or ability, the opposition is superior to us." Gazef said lamentingly to his men.

Olga was caught off guard by this comment. So far, given the summons, they could be stronger than level 21 at the very best, or they would have used 4th-tier summons.

"Well, they've certainly gone through a lot of trouble, using the Noble faction to strip me of my gear. Still, I didn't expect the Slaine Theocracy to have their eyes on me..." Gazef said as he shrugged.

Olga was even more confused at this. Why would the Slaine Theocracy want Gazef dead? From what the village chief said, the Theocracy was meant to be on the human's side and fight for all of humanity.

She could guess why the noble faction wanted Gazef dead. Given his high position and the fact that he was a commoner, they no doubt saw him as an insult to their so-called nobility.

Gazef turned to look at Ainz and Olga and asked: "Gown-dono if it is alright with you, would you be willing to let me hire you four?"

"You may name your price, and I will meet it," Gazef said after there was no reply.

"Please permit me to refuse. You just told me they hate and enslave elves, and two of my companions are elves, so if they were caught…." Ainz said, trailing off as Gazef also gave a knowing grim nod.

"Even the loan of that knight you summoned would be fine," Gazef said desperately.

"The Death Knight only obeys Ainz, and once it goes too far away from him, it can no longer be controlled and would then just become another foe for you to fight," Olga said, adding sadness to her voice.

"Not to mention that the Slaine Theocracy are all magic casters, and they are all at least in the third tier, so they possibly could take control of it for themselves and use it against all of you", Ainz added, which Olga thought was a really good lie for someone to come up with on the spot.

Gazef narrowed his eyes and looked at Ainz and at the strange mask.

"What's wrong? Is there something on my mask?" Ainz asked.

"Ah, no. I simply felt that mask was exceptional. Since that mask is used to control that monster, it must be a very powerful magic item... am I correct?"

"Well, about that... I would say that it's a very rare and valuable item. One could even say that it was exclusive." Ainz replied.

"If you have someone that can cast 5th tier magic, then they could try wearing it," Olga offered, knowing that they were all warriors and most of them probably couldn't even cast 1st or 2nd tier magic, let alone 5th tier.

"If we had someone that could cast 5th-tier magic, then we wouldn't be in such a bind," Gazef said, chuckling.

"I see that it's meaningless to keep going on about this. Then, Gown-donos, please take care of yourself. Once again, thank you for saving this Village." Gazef asked as he stood up.

"I will do my best, but if they are so strong that we can't stand a chance in a fight against them, we will help the villagers flee as we do. After all, I have my two friends to think about." Ainz said.

Gazef removed his metal gauntlet and shook Ainz's hand. "If you should ever visit the Royal Capital, I will give you anything you desire. I swear this on the name of Gazef Stronoff."

Olga had to stop herself from scoffing at such an empty promise. If she and Ainz weren't here, then Gazef would be a dead man, and he was under the impression that he was about to ride to his death, so what good would his name be.

"...Before that, please take this with you." Ainz took out an item and handed it to the smiling Gazef. It was a small, strangely carved statuette, and Olga recognised it as an Exchange Puppet that would allow them to swap places with Gazef.

"If it is a gift from your good self, I will gladly accept it. Then, Gown-dono. Time grows short, but I must now leave."

"Then, I wish you all the best, Warrior-Captain," Ainz said.

Ainz and Olga quietly watched Gazef's back shrinking into the distance as he rode off to meet the people that had surrounded the Village.

"You plan on swapping places with him?" Olga asked.

"Yes, this could be a good opportunity to gain lots of knowledge from the people of the Slaine Theocracy," Ainz said.

"You not worried about fighting the Slaine Theocracy?" Olga asked.

"No, all the casters out there are around level 20 to 21 at the very best and wearing nothing more than robes. I wouldn't even call it armour.

As for the person that is leading them, let's just say they at two times as strong then he is what level 42 at best why would we run away from a level 42? We can kill him with a single 9th-tier spell," Ainz reasoned out.

Olga felt a smile on her face. Though Ainz may not be the best at being a leader, he was very good at making strategies when it came to PVP or raids and even filled in for the Chief Strategist of PK and raids if he wasn't able to come online for a raid.

Albedo, order the servants to search out the ambushers around us, knock them out once they are found, and take them to Neuronist, "Ainz ordered.

"I will do so at once... Ainz-sama, the village chief and the others are here." Albedo said before walking off to pass the message on.

They reached Ainz's side, panting heavily. Filled with tension and unease, the Chief spoke immediately, as though breathing were a luxury he could not Afford.

"Ainz-sama, Olga-sama, what should we do? Why did the Warrior-Captain leave us behind and not protect us?"

"They are not here for your Village. The whole thing was a trap to lure out Gazef. As long as he dies, there is a chance they will leave the Village alone," Olga told him.

She personally knew that wasn't an option. The Slaine Theocracy had projected an image of protecting humanity. Even if she didn't know why they wanted Gazef dead, she knew that they couldn't allow the rest of humanity to know what they had done, so everyone in the Village would have to be killed.

"So, we safe?" the village chief said.

"It will be fine as long as Olga and I are both here," Ainz said to the Chief.

"I see..." the Village chief said before walking off to calm the other people in the barn.

Both Olga and Ainz were watching the fight. They were both taken by surprise by the skills that Gazef was using as they were not part of the game, so they must be unique to the new world.

"So, what level do you think he is?" Ainz asked Olga.

"Hmm, given that the Archangel Flame is around level 18 to 20, depending on the proficiency of the person summoning it. I would guess he is around level 27 at the very best level 30," Olga said after watching him kill six angels with one skill.

"Hmm, not very high for the strongest person in the country," Ainz said.

"Well, he did say the noble faction took all his gear from him, so maybe that gear is High-level gear; his power would be around level 33ish?" Olga said.

"That is weaker than CZ2128 Delta," Ainz replied.

"What about the Slaine Theocracy?"

"Well, they have summoned a Principality Observation which needs 4th tier magic, so at least one of them is lvl 22 to 28. If I had to guess, it was undoubtedly the person leading the scripture, as Gazef called it.", Olga reasoned.

"I would guess they are around level 35ish just to be on the safe side in case Gazef did manage to bring any of his gear, meaning they are no threat to use, but it is good knowledge to have.

If this holds true, then most nations probably don't have many people above level 40ish," Olga said to Ainz.

The scenery before the four of them changed instantly from the barn to the battleground where the Warrior Captain was just about to die.

The light of the orange setting sun covered up the blood staining the grass, and the stench of blood and death was blown away by the wind.

Nigun of the Slaine Theocracy's special operations unit, The Sunlight Scripture, looked at the four figures on the plains that had just appeared there as the Warrior Captain vanished before he was killed.

Nigun looked at two of them with perturbation in his eyes. And the other two, he looked at them with lust; they were undoubtedly the most beautiful and erotic-looking elves he had ever seen.

Not only were they some of the most beautiful and erotic-looking elves he had ever seen, but they were Dark Elves, something that no one had ever had in Slaine Theocracy. He could barely wait to see them raped and broken, and he would be rewarded immensely for capturing such a rare commodity.

Olga's eyes turned colder, seeing the look that he was shooting her and Chloe, and she didn't need to be a mind reader to know what sort of vile thoughts he was thinking.

Looking back at the other two, one of them was dressed like an arcane magic caster and was wearing an evil-looking mask that hid his face, and the other was dressed in a suit of jet-black full-plate armour.

Gazef and his men were gone without a trace and replaced with these four. Nigun guessed it was some form of teleportation magic, but he had no idea what type of magic it was as he only knew the very basics of 4th-tier magic, and there wasn't any teleport magic in the 3rd-tier.

Nigun wasn't able to use 5th-tier magic at the moment, so he wasn't qualified to meet and learn magic from the guardian deities of the Slane Theocracy. Maybe after bringing both the Dark Elves back to the Slane Theocracy, that could be his reward.

With such a thought, he was even more determined to capture the two Elves. He would even resist taking their virginities and offer them as a gift to the Cardinals.

"Pleased to meet you, gentlemen of the Slaine Theocracy. I am Ainz Ooal Gown. I would be glad if you could call me Ainz, and my friend is Olga Ooal Gown."

Nigun did not respond, and thus the mysterious man called Ainz continued.

"The person behind me is called Albedo. And the person behind Olga is called Chloe. I would like to make a deal with you, might I have a moment of your time?"

Nigun paused for a moment and tried to recall if the name Ainz Ooal Gown had any meaning, for he felt like he had heard of it before but couldn't remember where. So Nigun raised his chin and gave a nod to indicate that Ainz should continue.

No matter what the deal was, he would demand that they turned over the two Dark elves to them as part of the deal.

"Wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. Then, I would like to start by making one thing clear to you, gentlemen. You have no chance of defeating us, and my two elvish friends would not treat you well if they got their hands on you." Ainz said, his voice full of absolute confidence in his statement.

Nigun furrowed his brows. Olga could tell he was angry at the idea that what he no doubt assumed was simple elves could ever defeat him and his men.

PAGE BREAK PAGE BREAK PAGE BREAK PAGE BREAK PAGE BREAK

Olga looked around. There were over 30 people from the Slaine Theocracy, with 20 of them being men and the other ten females, which was unfortunate for them. She would make sure they suffered.

"Ignorance is truly deplorable. You will pay the price for your foolishness, and your two friends will be put in their place as nothing more than slaves for their betters," Nigun said darkly.

Chloe loudly snorted at what he said.

"You won't be so haughty when you're on your knees for my men, you filthy slave," Nigun said to the laughter of his men, who were looking at Chloe and Olga with a perverted and dark lust in their eyes.

Chloe stepped forward with fury and hate burning in her eyes before Olga stopped her with a raise of her hand, making her reluctantly step back.

"There will be plenty of time to take out your hate on them all, Chloe," Olga said calmly before looking at Nigun.

"Somehow, I think it will be the other way around. You will be begging us for mercy which will not come. After all, we watched your fight earlier.

Why would we swap places with him unless we knew we could win? If we weren't sure we could win, we would have left him to die," Olga said with a dark smile that clearly unsettled a few of the priests.

Nigun's eye twitched, and Olga guessed that he also came to the same conclusion, but he refused to believe such a situation.

After a period of silence, Ainz spoke again: "I have a question for you if you can understand it. The angels you have brought with you should have been summoned by 3rd-tier magic, and the large one behind you is summoned via 4th tier magic. Am I correct?"

"That's enough of your self-absorbed prattle. You wanted to make a deal. Well, here is the deal. You hand over Gazef and the two Dark Elves, and we will let you and the person in the black armour go," Nigun shouted in fury.

Olga felt fury roar through her body at what Nigun had said and almost killed him there and then before she caught herself.

{"They no doubt class the magic for summoning angels as a national secret. You didn't think he would talk about them, did you,"} Olga asked Ainz via message.

{"No, but it was worth a try im sure after being tortured, he will talk, 'I will leave this up to you and Chloe,"} Ainz replied, making Olga look over at him.

She was about to say something before she remembered how angry Chloe was and how angry she felt about the Elves being treated as slaves and how Nigun had looked at her and talked as if she was his property.

"We teleported him to the village," Olga told him, holding her hands out in a what can you do pose.

"How foolish. If you could teleport someone away, why would you send them to the Village that is still surrounded though I shouldn't expect an elf to be able to come up with a good lie after all." Nigun said in disgust.

Olga could practically feel the hate and anger pouring off Chloe. She had never allowed someone to insult her lady, and now she had to listen to a human talk as if he was her superior and how he would enslave her.

"It's not a lie. I do not need to lie. You are already dead men walking no matter what you learn or how you struggle. You have already lost," Olga said explained to Nigun as if he was a little kid.

"How dear you, a dirty fucking elf, talk to me as if you're my better. I will make sure every single man in our country fucks you like the useless fuck hole you are." Nigun roared in hate, his spit flying out of his mouth.

The men that were with him let out laughs at what Nigun said.

Nigun got even angrier seeing that Olga didn't even pay any attention to his threat, unlike every other elf that would break down and beg for mercy, knowing what horrors awaited them.

Olga took a step forward while activating the skill [Aura of Magic I].

Ainz's highest racial class was Overlord, which gave a ton of unique skills, one of them being [Aura of Despair], which went from I to V, which went from causing fear all the way to causing people to die.

Olga had the top racial class of [Avatar of (Wee Jas was the Demon God of Magic)], which was in no way inferior to the Overlord racial class.

[Aura of Magic] went from I to IV and would cause people's mana to be suppressed, stopping them from casting magic below a set tier for the first level. All magic below the 4th tier couldn't be cast anymore.

The single step made the men of the Sunlight scripture feel like a mountain was crushing them. Some of the lowest-level people of the Sunlight scripture fell to the ground and started panting, trying to breathe under her aura.

Several hoarse cries came from around Nigun. For the first time ever, Nigun was scared of the elf in front of him; Nigun was a powerful individual himself, a veteran of many battles who had grazed the edge of death countless times.

And even he was scared of the potent pressure that was radiating from the Dark elf who stood in front of him, causing his mana to feel sluggish and refuse to respond as he tied to cast magic.

Looking around, he could see many of his other priests trying to cast magic, only for nothing to happen as they tried.

Could this really be an elf? Were Dark Elves so much stronger than their Forest Elf counterparts? The Slaine Theocracy had never fought with the Dark Elves, as they had never once shown up on the battlefield.

No! There was no way elves were this strong… Nigun thought to himself angrily. Yes, it must be a trick with the magic caster using magic to make the elf look more powerful. That was the only option.

"Have the angel's attack break her legs and arms. Don't fall for the trick of that magic caster. There is no way that a dirty lowly elf could ever be that strong," Nigun shouted angrily for falling for what he thought was a trick.

Nigun's shout calmed his men down somewhat and boosted their hate for thinking an elf could ever be strong.

Two Archangel Flames flapped their wings in response to Nigun's command, launching an attack aiming for Olga's legs. Since they were summons that didn't cast spells, they were not really affected by [Aura of Magic].

"4th tier magic [Frozen ground]", Olga said as the angels got within range and a 15-meter circle around her turned to ice, and the Archangel Flames froze and shattered into a thousand pieces.

Nigun could not comprehend the sight before him. An elf had just cast 4th tier magic. With ease, not only that, but it was a spell that Nigun had never heard of, meaning it was most likely wasn't a low-tier spell in the 4th tier.

The strongest spell caster that Nigun knew could only cast 6th-tier magic, and he had never heard of an elf being able to cast 4th-tier magic.

"Impossible", one of Nigun's subordinates moaned, giving voice to the words in Nigun's heart.

Nigun gulped.

"Are you ready? Now it's my turn," Olga said with a demonic-looking smile.

A sudden spike of terror filled Nigun.

"All angels, attack! Hurry!" Nigun shouted in desperation.

"My lady, may I please deal with this scum," Chloe asked, stepping forward.

Olga inclined her head to Chloe to show that she could.

"5th tier magic" [Sodom's Firestorm]

The area in front of Chloe erupted into a massive firestorm that engulfed all the angels. The heat coming off the firestorm started to melt the ground before and turned dusk into midday from the glow it put out before it faded.

Not even ash remained from the angels that were caught in the firestorm.

"Im-impossible..."

Olga heard someone mutter, and the voice was carried over the wind as silence fell. Nigun could not help but tremble. Not only had the first Dark Elf used 4th-tier magic, but the second Dark Elf had used 5th-tier magic, and she seemed to be the subordinate of the first Dark Elf.

Wouldn't that mean the first Dark Elf could also use 5th-tier magic as well?

"U-uwaaaah!"

"What, what the hell!"

"It's a monster!"

Once they realised their angels were useless, they wailed and, in desperation, fell back upon the spells that they knew and trusted in the hope of killing the Dark elf.

[Iron Hammer of Righteousness], [Hold], [Fire Rain],[Emerald Sarcophagus], [Holy Ray], [Shockwave], [Confusion], [Acid Arrow], [Anti-Evil Protection], [Thunderlance], [Holy Light]

Yet nothing happened as they tried to cast their spells as Olga was still using [Aura of Magic I], causing them to fall into more panic.

Chloe stepped forward. "We should just finish them, and then we can begin to let them suffer," she said with a cold and cruel look on her face.

"Ngk! Puh! Principality of Observation! Get them!"

The Principality of Observation was an angel in full body armour. It held a mace and a round shield. A garment that looked like a long skirt covered its legs. And it was a 4th tier summon.

As ordered, the angel floated over to Olga and Chloe and raised its mace before bringing it down on Olga and Chole. Chloe simply reached out and grabbed the mace as it came down before ripping it out of the angel's grip and turning the mace back around, and smashing it into the face of the angel that crumbled into motts of light as it was destroyed.

"How, how could this be."

"In just one hit..."

"Im-im-impossible!" Nigun shouted amidst his confusion.

The Principality of Observation was a high-tier angel. It boasted the strongest defence of all other angels in its tier. In addition, Nigun's natural-born talent, [Enhance Summoned Monster], could improve the stats of any monster Nigun summoned.

"It can't be. What are you two? You are not elves there is no way you are elves… You must be demon lords. Yes, that's it. You're demons, aren't you!" Nigun screamed in fear and panic, hoping to deny the reality infrount of him.

"Well, you are not wrong that I am indeed part demon, but Chloe is a pure dark elf. The fact is you're just weak."

"Cap-Captain, what, what should we do...?"

"Protect me! Protect me if you want to live!" Nigun said as he brought out a crystal in his trembling hand.

"I am going to summon an angel of the highest order. Hurry up and buy me some time!"

"Oh, is that a spell-sealing crystal?" Olga asked out loud.

"Do you want some help, Olga?" Ainz asked, seeing the crystal.

"If he really summons the highest-ranking angel, then sure," Olga said, but she doubted that he would be able to do so. After all, such a thing would be a national treasure, and it wouldn't be given to Nigun on a mission like this.

Nigun broke the crystal in his hand, and a brilliant radiance spilt forth. As if a hidden sun had been reviled upon the land, dyeing the land a steller white. The angel descended upon the earth, and Nigun exulted.

"Behold! The glorious visage of the highest angel! Dominion Authority!"

Olga looked at Ainz. "See how embarrassed you would have been to want to fight something that weak together."

"I was expecting something like a Cherubim Gatekeeper or Seraph Aerosphere," Ainz said, not even putting the angel in his view.

"Please! I could take a Cherubim Gatekeeper or Seraph Aerosphere on my own," Olga scoffed. Even if the Seraph Aerosphere was level 85, the 15-level difference was massive.

It was a mass of many shining wings, and among them was a pair of arms that held a sceptre, symbolising royal authority. Still, it was nothing compared to Cherubim Gatekeeper or Seraph Aerosphere, let alone the six Seraph Empyreans that the guild had to fight as a world boss.

"How can you act like that in front of the angel of the highest order?!" Nigun shouted.

He could not believe that Olga and Ainz were chatting leisurely, ignoring Dominion Authority. He had no idea of the angels that they mentioned. This was the strongest angel other than the two guardian deities of the Slane Theocracy.

"No, you're just trying to trick me. This is an Angel that can defeat a Demon God! In the face of a foe that humanity cannot beat, all you can do is pretend," Nigun screamed again.

"Use it! Use [Holy Smite]!" Nigun called, ordering Dominion Authority to attack Olga and Chloe.

Dominion Authority shattered its sceptre in response to its summoner's wish to use its most powerful attack. The fragments rose up into the air and slowly orbited its body.

The spell was cast, and a pillar of light broke through the sky.

With a loud whoosh, a seemingly endless cascade of holy blue-white radiance flooded down from the heavens before crashing down on where both Olga and Chloe were standing.

"Hahahahaha, as expected of Holy magic that has extra effect on evil beings. It's a shame that you won't have the honour that the rest of your kind have in serving humanity." Nigun called out.

The pillar of light vanished to show both Dark Elves, with both of them unharmed from the attack.
