Jays pov: this last couple months has been crazy first of all one of our CEOs. Anna went crazy and stabbed a major cartel person and then when she was a standoff with Hank, she shot him and then Haley how to shoot her. She later died at the hospital., sensory incident Hank has been doing things his own way lately. I've been very distant toward Haley myself I don't know why but a couple days ago I went to go find the drugs someone was looking for and when I found them, somebody came after me. We got into a huge fight, and I had to stab him to death so that I didn't die, once I did that I turned around and saw that Haley was standing behind me and then five minutes later Hank showed up I was why did you take responsibility for what I just said, but then Hank and Haley decided to come up with a lie, so I am not guilty at all but the idea didn't sit well with me so after I slept on it, I decided I was done playing the Hank Voight way so I went straight to the cheif to tell him my side of the story and then I also decided to not be a cop anymore so I turned in my badge because I decided that I needed to go back to the army to see what was right and what is wrong because my life has been crazy lately, I then went home, told Haley she wasn't very happy with me, but then we said goodbye and I headed off to the airport
HV= hey
J= I thought you hated long goodbye
HV= you can have any job you want in our department I'll tell you I'll make sure of it but you don't need me you're pass that if you don't want to be me
J= no it's worse than that I do I do want to be but it's like you've always told me I'm not, and I shouldn't try
Once I shake Hanks hand I'll head inside to get ready to leave what has happened in the last year to be in my rear view mirror.
WH= wow you decide to leave town without even saying goodbye to your brother not even a text. Wow what a great brother you are.
J= oh wow hey what are you doing here will
WH= well, some little birdie told me you were done being a cop and was going to resisted to the army
J= wait let me guess Kevin told you
WH= oh, yes he did. I wish I didn't hear it from him in for my little brother himself.
J= yeah, my bad this whole decision came about really fast. I didn't have much time to make sure I told everyone.
WH= well I'm not everyone I'm your brother
J= I'm so sorry. Well it's been a crazy 24 hours for me.
WH= oh, really why is that
J= it's a long story, but also something you probably shouldnt know
WH= all right enough said
J= pretty much what has happened made me think I need a little break from everything
WH= makes complete sense, so what about you and Haley?
J= I don't know will, but we will work things out the best we can
J= so are you mad about me leaving?
WH= no I'm not mad about that. I'm still very mad that you got married without telling me or you didn't even invite me to the wedding
J= yeah, my bad again things were crazy then to this more of the reason why I needed to leave town for a little bit

Me and we'll talk for about another 30 minutes then I say goodbye to him after talking with well I decided I need to make a quick pitstop before I go to Bolivia, so it goes up to the counter to see what I can do
AL= hello sir how may I help you?
J= hello so I have this ticket to believe you, but I want to go somewhere else first is it possible I could trade in this ticket to go to New York?
AL= well let me see what I can do for you
J= all right thank you
Within 10 minutes the airport lady get something figured out now I go to in the area waiting on the airplane to go to New York
GM= hey there stranger
J= wait no way mouse. What are you doing here
GM= well first of all can you please give me a hug
J= of course I can ( hugs ) oh man it's so good to see you
GM= oh yeah, same
J= all right then please tell me what you're doing here mouse
GM= well I came in town to do something I went to go see you at the district and then ran into platt and she said you don't work there anymore so I'm wondering how come
J= well, it's a long
GM= oh really well we have time, so please tell me
J= all right so this whole thing started about a year ago and everything started with Kim getting kidnapped
GM= wait no way
J= oh yeah, so we were tracking down this big group of bad guys in when Kim went to go check on this one house by herself she got knocked out and drive somewhere and then at some point someone came by and shot her twice and left for dead
GM= oh man poor Kim
J= yeah so we all learned she was kidnapped and we all started going to look for her
GM= let me guess Adam was going crazy the whole time
J= oh yes, he was well that's when the team got divided
GM= oh, really wby
J= call me and Kevin wanted to find her the legal way and Hank and I don't wanna not to go about it the legal way, but then Haley was more in the middle
GM= wait a minute who the hell is Haley
J= oh yeah, I forgot you never met her
GM= oh no I didn't
J= well Haley is my wife
GM= wait a minute you are married and where the hell is Erin
J= well short story Erin move to New York, about eight months after you left then Haley came into the unit we were friends for about three years then we dated and got married less than a year ago
GM= oh wow that sounds crazy
J= yeah well anyways back to the real story after a few hours me and Kevin ended up finding Kim we got her to the hospital just in time
GM= OK that's good, so did you catch the guy that kidnapped her?
J= well Kinda of
GM= what do you mean Kinda of
J= well Hank decided to find him the way Hank likes to
GM= typical Hank
J= well Hank found him, but I guess at one point Haley also decided to start seeing where the guy might be in. Followed Hank and came across Hank and the bad guy.
GM= what did they do?
J= well I'm telling you what I heard from both of them since I wasn't there, so it may or may not be right
GM= all right makes sense
J= well I guess Hank made Haley believe that Roy The bad guy had a gun at him so Haley shot and killed him and Hank moved his body so that nobody could find him.
GM= oh wow
J= and I didn't find out till about a month later when I noticed that Haley wasn't acting like herself but when I confronted Hank, he blamed everything on Haley
GM= but it wasn't the case
J= like always he did this with Erin and now he did it with Haley
GM= I bet you were pissed
J= oh yeah, I was I even punched him in the mouth
GM= wait no way you did that
J= oh yeah and to be honest, it felt pretty good
GM= I bet it did
J= well from the moment on, I decided that hank, can't control me anymore so I pretty much took charge of hank hank
GM= oh, I bet he didn't let that
J= yeah probably well anyways at one point FBI started to look into the bad guys death so the one FBI dude came after me
GM= because they need a fall guy and it was you
J= oh yeah, well me and he came up with a plan to blackmail him and it worked
GM= well that was good
J= yeah but I decide me and Haley should get married so we can still protect each other just in case something fell through with the blackmail
GM= makes sense
J= well from that point on everything was going good until a couple days ago
GM= what happened a couple days ago
J= well pretty much ended up in a fight with this dude he was choking me out, so I use my knife that I hadn't started, stabbing him to death, and I ended up killing him
GM= wow at least you remember what the Rangers always taught us about always having an knife on us
J= oh, yeah, well Hank and Haley came to me right after I killed the dude and decided to come up with this lied and and I didn't like the slides that they were coming up with so I decided the next day to turn in my badge and go join the army, because I got tired of feeling like I was turning in a hank, and also not knowing what was right and what was wrong
GM= wow I'm surprised
J= I am too but with how my life is felt like the last couple months, I need to do something that is clear on what is right and what is wrong
GM= makes Complete sense, but why are you at the New York gate? Is there a connecting flight from New York to Bolivia?
J= no there isn't but I ran into well when I got into the airport we were talking about stuff and it made me think about my life and I decided I need to make a quick stop in New York and see Erin
GM= why do you need to go see her?
J= I need to see her because Erin has always made me see things clear so I need to see her before I make a big like decision that could affect me
GM= all right I'm glad you have someone like her, but how long since you have seen her or even heard from her last
J= why I haven't seen her in about five years and I haven't heard from her in about 4 1/2 years
GM= wow that's a long time
J= oh yeah
AP= Chicago to New York is boarding now
J= well that's me
GM= oh yeah well glad I got to see you for a little bit and catch up with you
J= same here( hugs ) hey mouse
GM= yeah what's up
J= could you do me a quick favor
GM= yeah sure what's up
J= so since I haven't heard from Erin in forever I don't know where she works or even live, so could you see what you could find?
GM= yeah I can I'll text you the information by time you land

once I say my final goodbyes to mass, I get on the plane and head off to New York to get some clear answers. About two hours later I land in New York, and mouse lives up to his promises by getting me some information on where I can find Erin. even though he gave me her home address I choose to go to her workplace since she might be working right now. I live within 30 minutes to her work.
FD= hello how may I help you?
J= hello I'm wondering if Erin Lindsay works here and if she has time to talk
FD= well she does work here, but let me call him and see if she isn't busy. Who may I say who you are?
J= just saying I am an old friend from Chicago
FD= all right
E= agent, Lindsay
FD= hey Erin this is Lucy at the front desk. I have this gentleman here in front of me. He said he would like to see you and talk to you if you're not

E= um yeah let me go make sure my team is fine with me stepping away for a couple hours

While I wait Erin she goes upstairs to make sure she can leave

E= that's great so I'll go catch up and I'll be back by time. You guys are ready to go home

E= well, a friend I know from Chicago came into town and we are going to go hang out for a little bit and catch up
AS= wow that's cool
JB= based on how your smile is like is this a phone from Chicago more than a friend or just a friend?
E= umm yes we used to date. He was my best friend. I miss talking to him all the time.
JB= I knew it

We leave her office and start walking since it's a nice day out
E= so how have you been?
J= I've been OK. What about you miss leader of the FBI task force
E= it's been great. Definitely a dream job for sure.

J= well Adam and Kim are together again in raising a little girl. Kim found about two years ago.
E= wow that's amazing for them
J= oh yeah, then Kevin is just still the same

J= nope he had one, but he lied to her and she just cut him off

J= so I'm guessing you know Antonio move to Puerto Rico
E= yeah, he told me
J= well there is a new guy. His name is Dante. He pretty decent guy I got to train him a little bit
E= well that's great to hear, so is Hailey Upton still in the unit or did she leave too
J= yeah, she's still there
E= well how is she doing? Has she dated anyone? Did she get married? Give me the details
J= well she Date Adam for a little bit
E= wait no way Adam dated someone else besides Kim
J= oh yeah, it only lasted for about six months and to be honest I think after they dated Adam become a better man

J= well she did actually me and Her are married

J= yeah, we've been married for almost a year in December
E= wow well are you happy then that is all that matters to me jay is that you are happy
J= well at first I was, but I'm not certain I'm happy anymore
E= wait why is that chair you married her shouldn't you be so happy that you met someone great and amazing and that you wanna spend the rest of your life with somebody
J= you would think but after what I've gone through this last year, you would understand
E= OK so what's been going on?
J= I bet Hank told you a lot that has been happening

J= all right so it's a long story
Over the next 30 minutes I tell Erin everything that has gone on and at some point we make it to local coffee shop and grab some coffee and sit down to discuss it more
E= wow you sucker punched Hank Voight
J= oh yeah, at the time I did it I was surprised with my actions, but after a while, I realized it felt good to do it because I think sometimes I've wanted to do it for a while
E= oh really you did why
J= well my anger has been building up for him for years with the way he was when we were dating and how he drags you down with all the illegal stuff you did for example the stuff that happened to Justin's killer I was just pissed that Hank is driving yet another person I care about done with him
E= it makes complete sense Jay, so after you told me everything I'm still wondering why are you in New York with me and not back in Chicago with your wife
J= well it's because I'm on my way to Bolivia to work
E= wait why are you going to believe you to work? Do you have to work a police case over there?
J= well I'm going over there to rejoin the army
E= wait you reenlisted into the army what about your job in Chicago?
J= well, I actually resigned from the Chicago Police Department
E= ( spilts ) wait you did what
J= well with what just happened and it made me think that I was turning in to hang and I didn't like that so I figured if I go back to the army where I can get a more clear picture on what is right and it's wrong then that's what I need to do
E= that makes complete sense Jay I'm glad you were doing something for yourself I'm still wondering why are you in New York? I didn't think New York was a spot in between Chicago and Bolivia.
J= there isn't, but I decided last minute to come to New York to see you
E= why do you want to see me?
J= I just wanted to come and see you because I know when I talk to you about things you make me feel like I can make the right decisions and I'll
E= well I'm glad to hear that but don't you have a wife that can help you make a decision
J= yes I do but the thing with Haley is totally different than it was when you and me were together
E= OK so I got a question for you
J= all right , ask me
E= so do you love Haley?
J= to be honest Erin I don't know if I love Haley
E= what do you mean you don't know if you love her, you married her Jay
J= I know I'm married to her, but the only reason we really got married was to protect her from the FBI so she didn't go to jail or me go to jail, because I know of the crime she committed
E= well that's nice of you, but Jay did you ever love her?
J= I did love her Lily up until the one thing that happened a year ago
E= OK so next question I know it's been a while but do you still love me
J= of course I do Erin I never stopped it took me a while to move on from you and when I started falling for Haley, my love for you was still in my heart it was just pushed to the side, but then looking at you now my love for you is still full force again, and my love for Haley has completely disappeared from my heart
E= wow Jay, I didn't even know what to say to this
J= you don't have to say anything Erin ( kiss her )
E= what are you doing Jay
J= I don't know I just wanted to kiss you
E= okay I get that too but I think you were going through something and I think you going to Bolivia will help you figure things out so maybe you should go there now

J= well funny story I ran into mouse at the airport

J= oh yeah, he came back to see me and we got to talking while I was waiting on my plane and then I asked if he could track you down since I didn't know where you were and now I'm here
E= well I am glad he found you so you can find me

Once I leave Erin I decide to stay in New York for the night and fly out to deliver the next day. I go to the airport to purchase a ticket then after 12 hour flight island and start doing my job I've chosen Bolivia for about four months and thinking about how my life has been. I decided that I don't want to be with Haley anymore so I decided to let your letter and I hope she understands why, in Chicago with Haley at their house

first of all I wanted to tell you that everything is going good over here so no need to worry about me second I wasn't planning on doing it this way, but since I'm going to be here for another few months, I wanted to get this over with, but I have been thinking a lot about things and I have made a decision that I no longer want to be married to you. We really didn't get married for the right reasons we only got married to none of us will cry chill, which isn't a good reason at all know that doesn't mean that I don't love you Haley I'm very thankful for the love you gave me, and also for being a very good partner, who didn't give up on me in the years we were together, but to be honest, my heart Will, and always belong to Erin she was my first real love. I hope you aren't mad about this when I come back for more. I'll come to Chicago to talk and get things figured out with you again I'm so sorry I did it this way, but I know it was a hard decision to make so I'm sorry love, Jay"

Haley is very confused and hurt after that J Center Baccouchi I spend the next couple weeks waiting to hear back from Haley about it my letter that I sent her

first of all I'm sorry it took me this long to write back but I needed time to think about what I was going to say. so first of all, I'm glad you told me no and not waited on to tell me about your decision for months on end so thank you for that but at first I was mad at you because the way you told me but I completely understand why and to be honest if you J I think in the back of my mind, I always knew you loved Erin and I could never live up to that and I just want you to be happy Jay I love you for just being honest and caring like you always are love always Haley " Wow she didn't sound too pissed. That's good.
For the next 2 1/2 to 3 months I just focus on what I have to do here when the time is up I jump on a plane and go to New York to see Erin after 11 hour flight I live in New York in within two hours. I arrive at Erin's house.

J= well I figured if I didn't come back in one piece, she would kill me

Erin fix us a small lunch and then we get done eating within 45 minutes
J= well that was good like always

J= of course you can so while I was down there, I started thinking about how my life has been when I've been with Haley like I don't think I really loved her like how I did with you also to be honest this last year with Her has made me think we are toxic for each other now that I've been away from her. I've had felt this huge weight off my chest and it felt great.

J= oh yes I did. It felt nice to be somewhere and just think about things.

J= my thoughts I had over there it was my life needs to change, and I need to make that happen

E= no you aren't Jay I've always thought about you for the last five years but as the year went on I push you out of my mind but then when you showed up eight months ago, oh my feelings came rushing back in for the past eight months I couldn't stop thinking about you, especially after that kiss we had I felt so much Sparks
J= when you feel a spark when we kissed
E= yes I did and I can't stop thinking about it that spark and it made me think about how we were back then I remember how happy I was when we were together and I haven't been that happy in a very long time, so maybe I'm ready to be happy again
J= so what are you saying Erin Would you like to get back together
E= yes, I would say I would love to be with you again
J= that is the best thing I've ever heard in a while ( kiss her)
E= wait a minute J what about Halle? You guys are still married, right
J= I already broke up with her about four months ago. I sent her a letter and she sent me one back and understood why she just wants me to be happy.
E= well that's good but you are married to her. How does that work
J= I'll have to go back to Chicago at some point and we would have to get a divorce so it won't be that hard hopefully since we both agree that it's the right thing to do
E= well that's good, so what are you going to do since you are no longer in Chicago police officer anymore
J= I don't know I haven't thought about it much
E+ do you still want to be a cop?
J= of course I do I just don't really want to go back to Chicago especially since I don't want to be away from you ever again
E= I don't either how about you become an FBI agent how does that sound?
J= that would sound great, but I'm not an agent right now
E= I know you will have to go through some training to become one maybe I can help you become one faster
J= well I think that sounds good
E= oh my Good, we will figure everything out together

We just enjoy being with each other after so long over the next month I go back to Chicago get things settled with the divorce with Haley. I see my final goodbyes to the unit then I start my life with Erin in New York. Over the next couple months, I come train does an FBI agent and then after I graduate I become an FBI agent in Erin's unit and we work together and everything is perfect now
