Omega adjusted herself and the purple gown she was placed into.

"Do I really have to wear this now?" Omega asked, finding the dress a little constricting.

"As a princess, you'll need to get used to having to walk in a lot of different outfits, including ones that are a little hard to move in." Lamenta said.

"But do I really have to wear these too?"

Omega lifted the skirt to reveal a pair of purple heels.

"I've walked on pointe before. Heels are nothing." Lamenta said, motioning to a pair of heels she was wearing. "I'm gonna show you how to walk the walk."

Lamenta began walking in the heeled shoes, showing Omega how to stand up straight, keep her shoulders back, and walk with confidence. She walked across the room like a runway model.

"Now you try, Omega." Lamenta said.

Omega looked at her feet and took one slow step in the heels. She seemed okay, so she took another step, and then another, but then started to wobble and lost her balance as her heels proved even harder to walk in than she thought.

And Omega ended up stepping wrong and falling down, spraining her ankle!

Omega cried out in pain as she hurt herself.

"Omega! Are you okay?" Lamenta asked worriedly.

"No." Omega winced as her ankle hurt really bad.

"Mommy!" Lamenta called.

Caroline helped Omega ice her ankle until Gabby got to her and gave her a kiss to heal her.

"First order of your training as a princess, Omega." said Caroline. "For now, stick with flat shoes."

"I won't argue with that." Omega said.

Padme showed Omega a selection of flats fit for a princess and told her to pick any pair she liked. So, Omega tried some on and found a pair of orange flats with little butterflies on the toes.

"Now that you've got the shoes," said Gabby. "Let's show you how to walk the walk."

"Don't forget the books." Boba said, bringing out some books he found.

Omega took a book and looked at the cover.

"The Three Musketeers?" Omega asked confusedly. "How is this supposed to teach me walking like a princess?"

"You put the book on your head like this." Gabby said, putting another book on her head. "If you keep the correct posture and take the right sized steps, the book will stay balanced."

Gabby took a few steps with the book on her head to demonstrate.

"It's a lot harder than it looks." Boba said. "I should know."

Omega took a couple steps with the book on her head, and it fell down.

"Rats!" she cursed.

"Don't worry, Omega." said Padme, picking up the book. "That was only your first go."

Omega placed the book back on and tried again.

"Try standing a little straighter." Caroline said. "When I started ballet lessons, my teacher told us a trick to stand straight. Picture yourself as something that stands up straight and tall... like a tree or a pole."

Omega thought about it and imagined she was a tall tree and stood up straight and tall, but when she walked, she forgot to loosen up a little in her steps and looked like she was walking with hurt legs. And the book fell off her head again.

"This may take a little longer than we thought." Gabby said, scratching her head. Then she got out her phone and started to dial. "But don't worry. I know someone who can help."

A formal dinner place setting was placed on the table for Omega to study.

"This is how some dinner tables might be set at various formal events." said Obi-Wan.

Omega looked at the intimidating place setting. There were so many forks, spoons, and knives in all different sizes, shapes, and styles. There were even different plates and different cups.

"Why would anyone need so many cups for one dinner?" Omega asked. "Wouldn't it be easier just to use one of each utensil?"

"It has something to do with showing off status or something." said Peppermint. "Friendly tip, though, don't try to slurp or lick soup from the bowl. That's very bad manners unless you're an animal."

"We'll take away the wine glasses and champagne flute since you're still a child." Obi-Wan said, removing the wine glasses. "We'll start with basic utensils."

Obi-Wan and the others each helped Omega learn how to identify each utensil by size, shape, and blades.

"Gabby told me a good trick to remember what to use," said Boba. "is to just work from the outside in. In other words, use the utensil farthest outside from your plate for the first course, and then use the utensil after it for the next one."

Later, Caroline got Omega to put on some unitards, a tutu, and some ballet slippers.

"One way we can help your balance is by practicing ballet." Caroline said. "We'll start with some basic ballet positions."

So, Caroline guided Omega through the five positions of ballet. But Omega found it surprisingly difficult, namely when she got to fifth position.

"Not to worry," said Caroline. "Fifth position takes a lot of practice. You'll get there eventually."

Caroline also showed Omega a few basic movements such as the plie, glissade, and a few simple turns and walks.

Of course, Omega did have some trouble at first, but Caroline kept helping her as best she could.

Gabby also showed Omega all the different styles of princess dresses and used her clothing change magic to help Omega try them on. But, Omega found some of them to be a little tight and restricting. But she did like the orange one, and some of the patterns on some of the others, which Gabby took note of.

She and Padme also taught Omega how to curtsy and greet important guests from different places.

And for the next three days, Omega kept practicing and practicing everything her family taught her.

Anakin also helped Omega practice waltzing, and then came the special day when Omega got a special surprise in the form of a royal ball in her honor.

"Your dancing's gotten better and better, Sunshine." Anakin smiled as he and his now officially adopted daughter danced the first waltz of the night.

"Thanks, Daddy." Omega said. "I had a lot of help."

Anakin smiled and said, "I don't think any of us could be happier now that you're a part of our family. Even before the finalizing of the adoption, you were always our special princess." Anakin kissed his adopted daughter's hand. "Princess Omega."
