Cersei smiled as she watched her children heading off to their chambers. they were all so much like her in their own way. And yet, they were so different. There were times she wanted to tel them the truth. But she knew she couldn“t do that. No one could know what she had done.
Still, she thought at least one of them would be able to accept it. Maybe she was dreaming. But she didn't think so. It seemed almost impossible that all three of them would hate her. Either way, she couldn't take that chance.
It didn't take long after arriving at Winterfell to learn some of the dynamics. And she quickly realized the youngest Stark girl seemed to be a little like her too. It appeared she was a fighter. She wasn't a perfect lady like her sister.
Eventually, decided to take matters into her own hands. She didn't really like these people. They were dangerous. But if she could find a way to work with them, maybe it could help everyone.
"My lady."
Cersei smiled. "Hello Arya. Forgive me for saying so, but you don't seem like the kind of girl who woould enjoy court life."
Arya frowned. "I'm probably not. Some would say unfortunatey. But I'm happier with a weapon than in some room talking politics and whatever else."
Cersei nodded. "It might surprise you, but I used to be much the same. I tell you what Arya. If you can find some way to persuade your father to accept Robert's proposal, I'll make sure you get the chance to reach your full potential."
Arya's eyes widened. If this was true, she might be one of the greatest warriors Westeros had ever seen. Cersei was queen. The Lannisters were one of the most powerful families. Surely she could help her.
But what could Arya do? If she pushed hard enough, her father would be suspicious. But she owed it to herself to try. "I'll see what I can do."
