(rising up underwater rays of light beaming down, as we exit the water we see Sento holding the Rabbit Bottle. He turns to look at us as we zoom in on his eye. His red eye turns blue, then into a rainbow of colors. Scene changes to the Pandora Box as it opens)

(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)

Construct 135: Final Revolution
We are Sento… Katsuragi Residence…
Entering my front door, I step through the silent halls. 'Can't believe I came here and never knew this was my home.' Entering into the Living room, my eyes fall on the collection of pictures in frames sitting on the table to the back of the room. Stepping over, I picked up one of my pictures from High School… Placing the picture back down, I quickly begin searching around, when I open a closet door to find a Namba signed cardboard box. Lifting up the top tab with a taped on piece of paper reading my fathers name I pull the box out of the closet. "Dad's belongings…" I muttered, placing the box on the floor, I opened it and began searching.
Katsuragi:(in his head) Don't bother, it's no use searching. You won't find anything.
Sento:(sighs) You again?
Katsuragi: The Lost Bottles are Demon Bottles.
Sento: Demon Bottles?
Katsuragi kneels down to the box opposite of me. Our eyes meet as the image of a Lost Bottle flashes in my mind. "They make humans aggressive and easy to control." Katsuragi explained. "Why did Dad create something like that?" Katsuragi asks, as I continue to dig through. "That's why we are searching." I said grabbing a notebook and opening it only for something to tumble out of it. 'The back of a photo? There's a name!' "Kine Reika?" I mumble picking up the photo, turning it around I see a familiar peer with a familiar face.
Meanwhile… We are Madoka…
Peering out behind a tree, I stare at the Faust Facility off in the distance. 'Sorry, teach. I know you told me not too but…' Sneaking onto the facility, I hide behind pillars as Guardians patrol the premises. 'No more human guards, huh?' A group of gas mask wearing researchers enter the facility. 'Ah, a simple disguise.' I follow the group.
Inside…
Securing the gas mask on my face I flip on the suit's protection hood. "Sorry for the bother." I said, glancing back at the knocked our researcher on the ground. Entering into the lab I come to the Gas chambers where I was placed to transform me into a Rider. 'Now where… Ah.' On a table adjacent to the chamber are my buddies Lost Bottles. 'You're going home boys.' I step over to the bottles and slowly reach out to take them. "I'm sorry, are you new here?" I hear behind me, I turn around to see Utsumi deck me good across the face as I hit the ground. 4 Guardians approach, two pick me up while two others keep their guns trained on me.
Madoka:(looking around) Ah Shit! Busted!
Utsumi:(steps over) Did you think we wouldn't smell a rat?(smiles) Heh.
Back in Touto… We are Observers…
Neon lights light up the stairwell, as Gentoku descends now in an overly pink cringy outfit. Arriving at the bottom of the steps, Gen is met by a line of judges. Gentoku strikes several poses to show off the outfit. Gentoky finishes his show by flashing his shirt with the word 'Friendliness' "What do you think?" Gen asks.
Chloe:(shaking head) Lame.
Rin:(facepalm) Too much pink!
Cecilia:(waving away) Mismatched!
Charlotte:(points at jacket) Why do you have a see through Jacket? It's unnecessary!
Luara:(looking away) Just… No on the jacket.
Tatenashi:(hides face behind fan) White High heel shoes? Really? Really?
Kanzashi:(cringing) Eww…
Gentoku:(grabs jacket) What? You still don't appreciate my style after all the compromises I've made?
Chloe stands up and points at Gen. "Of course not, you weirdo!" Gentoku steps up to Chloe. "Weirdo?" Gen shouts look at his outfit. "What's weird about me?! Tell me!" He demands, as he and the girls begin to argue, Sawa steps away and over to Ichika and Chifuyu on the computer. "So? What do you think?" Sento asks over the phone, Ichika looks at a live feed of the picture. "Ah…" Ichika recognizes the image.
Ichika:(nods) She's the one who helped smuggle us. I never would've thought she knew your dad.
Sento:(over phone) But this is strange. There's a Guardian in the photo.
Ichika:(leans back in chair) What's strange about that?
Sento: Touto only started using Guardians five years after the Skywall tragedy. Dad committed suicide half a year after the Skywall tragedy. That means this photo was taken after Dad died.
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) He's right. So why did he have that photo?
Back with Madoka… We are Madoka
I struggle within the chamber, exposed to even more Nebula Gas, I feel like my entire body is numb as the latch of the chamber is unsealed and lifted open. A pair of masked scientists lift me up out of the tank. "Now you're one of our slaves." Utsumi said, my body feels so numb it's hard to even speak. "Be thankful." Utsumi said, grabbing my face to make me look at him.
Utsumi:(smiles) We gave you a high dosage of Nebula Gas. Which instantly raises your Hazard Level.(steps back) Though if you are defeated, you'll be Dead.
Madoka:(nods) … Is… That right?... Well, then… No real Change!
I push Utsumi back as I stand up kicking and punching the Guardian guards out of my way. Grabbing the first Guardian head I slam it into the chamber smashing in the head of the Guardian on the chamber edge. The second Guardian swings its blade at me, I step back dodging the blade as I kick the rifle out of the Guardians hand. Then spinning around I round house kick the Guardians head off as I quickly turn and bolt down the hall. "After her! Don't let her escape!" I hear Utsumi shout. 'Oh man, Teach is gonna be pissed now!'
Madoka:(running) Assuming… He's figured out by now…
Meanwhile… We are Sento…
The phone rings in my ear as I wait for Madoka to pick up. No answer. Hanging up, I quickly check my phone for Madoka's location. 'She's not…' Low and behold, she's in the center of the frying pan. "Damn that Banjou! She's as bad as her brother!" I shout as I bolt for the Faust Facility.
We are Madoka…
Swinging open the door to the outside, I'm immediately spotted by a Guardian. Diving down the steps I dodge the Guardians gun fire. A firing line of Guardians appear, line up, and aim their guns at me, the Guardian that was following me grabs me from behind. Shaking off the hands, I grab the Guardian and spin him around. "Guardian Shield~!" I shout as the firing line opens fire tearing through the Body shield as I charge into the firing line. The Guardians quickly run out of ammo in their magazines, as they do I immediately lift and toss the Guardian into the firing line. I dash past when I turn the corner to see a familiar face followed by two Clone Smashes.
Madoka:(stops) Wha… Prime Minister Tajimi?
Tajimi:(shaking) It's been a while, Grease.(smiling) You useless Kamen Rider!
Madoka:(steps back) What have they done to you?
Tajimi pulls out the Owl lost bottle. "What are-" I ask, Tajimi opens the bottle and puts the bottle against her skin. The two Clone Smashes fuse with Tajimi and transform into an Owl Smash. "Syoukichi's Smash…" I muttered. The Owl Smash dives at me, I roll out of the way as she circles me and dives to attack again. 'Damn it!' I strap on my belt and insert my jelly. "Robot Jelly!" "Henshin!" I shout. "Squish! Stream! Overflow!" The armor forms on me, just as the Owl tackles me. "Robot In Grease! Burrah~!" Managing to grapple the Owl, my feet grind across the concrete floor. Just as we hit the edge of the platform I toss Owl off the side, quickly dropping down after I drop kick the Owl into the ground.
Grease:(stands atop Owl) Sorry Prime Minister!(raises fist) This is gonna-...
Utsumi:(flashback) Though if you are defeated, you'll be Dead.
Grease:(holds fist) Shit… That's right, she too will…(pushed off) Gah!~
Tumbling to the ground, Owl takes flight again and goes in for another dive bomb attack. Only for a fist to fly overhead and hit the Owl. Build in Rabbit Rabbit jumps into the fight. "Teach!" I exclaim. Teach steps over to me and knocks me over the head. "Idiot!" Build shouts, then grab my arm to help me up to my feet.
Build:(enters combat stance) I told you not to act on your own!
Grease:(grabs Build's shoulder) Wait, Sento! That's Prime Minister Tajimi! She's been hit with a massive dose of Nebula Gas. She might die if you defeat her.
Build:(turns to Owl) What?! …Sigh~ This is the worst possible outcome…
I look up to see Owl flying at the two. "Look out!" I shouts, the Owl tackles us as we attempt to grapple and hold Tajimi. "If not for you two…" Tajimi shouts, grabbing both of us by the neck and throwing us into pillars. "...This country would have been mine!" Tajimi shouts. "Stop it!" I shout getting back up to my feet and trying to knock her to the ground.
We are Observers…
Utsumi walks down the stairs into view of the fight to see all three battling each other. "So Build is here too." Utsumi said strapping on the Evol Driver. "I'll turn them both into Smashes." Utsumi said, giving his bottles a shake. Opening the caps and inserting them into the Driver. "Henshin." "Bat Engine!" Utsumi jumps off the steps as the runners wrap around him, transforming him.
"Surprise." Mad Rogue said, dropping behind Grease. "Shit!" Grease shouts. Mad Rogue slices Grease across the chest, knocking Grease back. Cranking his belt, Mad Rogue spartan kicks Grease. "Ready GO! Evoltech Attack!" Grease is knocked back and through the bars of the railing and down to the ground floor. "Now for you." Mad Rogue shoots at Build. Build creates a nano shield that deflects the ground as he rushes over to the edge and drops down.
Build:(rushes over) Madoka! Are you- Ah! Your- Your hand!
Grease:(looks at hand beginning to glow) C-Crap…(stops glowing) My b-body…
Build:(forms blades) Madoka get up! We have to retreat!
Grease:(getting up) It looks like we're Evolt's guinea pigs.
"What?" Build mutters, but Owl drops down forcing Build on the defensive. Mad Rouge drops down after. "Guess Grease was useless after all…" Mad Rogue said, glancing at Grease before running at Build. Grease reaches up to the side of her helmet and clicks a button as the visior piece melts away and the helmet folds away. "Is… Is this the end?" Madoka wonders aloud. Madoka reaches down and pulls out the Dog Tags.
Grease:(clenching tags) S-Sorry guys…
Mad Rogue swings at Build, slashing his chest as he tumbles back. "Tch!" Build gets back up and shakes the Full Full Bottle. "Tank!" Remote tank drones drive up the steps and fire on Mad Rogue and Owl. "Tank and Tank! Are you Ready?! Tank Tank!" Build jumps into the air as the Tank parts attach onto the Hazard Under Armor. "Yabe~! Tsue~!" Build drops down on Owl and begins brawling with Owl and Mad Rogue.
Mad Rogue:(swinging his blade) No matter how hard you fight. You can't escape from Evolt's Rule!(shoots Build) Why don't you guys realize you're just puppets?
Build:(kicked) Gah!(catches self on rail) We aren't puppets.(takes out Bottle) Humans have a mind of their own!
Build taps the top cap of the Genius Bottle. "Great! ALL YAY~! Genius!" Build inserts the bottle into the driver and cranks it. "Yay~! Are you Ready?! Build GENIUS~!" The new pure white armor clears away the Hazard as the platform and bottles attach into Build's suit. "Sugei~! Mono Sugei~" "We have souls." Build said. Grease looks over at the fight happening close by with the mic comms on.
Build:(fighting) We are ready to sacrifice everything to protect someone!
Grease:(looks at tags) To protect… Someone…(smiles) Spouting nonsense as usual…(slowly getting up) C-Classic Teach… You're a bad influence on me.(looks at Tags) …Sorry, it looks like I'll be staying here for a while longer.(helmet reforms) I won't be manipulated.(leans against pillar) I don't care who the enemy is or if the battle goes to space!
Grease pulls out the Dragon Jelly and the Crusher jellies. "Let's Fucking Fight!" Grease shouts, inserting the Dragon jelly into her belt. "Dragon Jelly!" A surge of blue flames ignites across Grease's suit. "S-So this is Kasumi-san's Power?!... Heh, Don't mind me! I'll just borrow SOME!" The flames burst away and Grease quickly swaps the Dragon jelly out for the Crusher. "Grease Crusher!" The new armor forms as two Twin Breaker gauntlets. Taking hold, the Crushers on Grease attach to the Twin Breaker. Two on each side of the wrists and one into the tip of the spike on the Breaker. The claw hands swing around and lock into the Breaker. The Crusher then projects a beam blade out.
Grease:(charges Mad Rogue) For Love and Peace!
Build:(looks back) Madoka!?
Grease:(attacking Mad Rogue) Don't get too cocky, you self-righteous Bastard~! Not enough! Absolutely not enough!(Energy dragon jaws from on the tip of the blades) Fan the flames and crush Everything!
Mad Rogue:(blown back) Guah~!(hits the ground) Agh!... So the Nebula Gas really raised your Hazard Level!
Grease:(smacks gauntlets together) Strength! Tenacity! Fortitude! SOMEONE SATISFY ME~!
Charging at Mad Rogue, jets on the Crushers and on Grease's suit ignite as she flies into Mad Rogue and the two fly right into the forest. Build meanwhile, kicks Owl back and makes some space between the two. "Genius Form might be able to save the Prime Minister." Build deduces, he looks up to see the Owl fly into the woods after Mad Rogue. "No! Come back!" Build quickly flies after, as he flies after he begins to crank his belt. "One Side! Opposite Side! ALL Side!" Build quickly catches up to Owl and punches her in the back, sending her into the ground. Build lands close by as formulas float around him and Owl. "Yes, yes this can work!" Build exclaims, he raises his hand to his visior.
Build:(flicks hand) The Formula to Victory is set!
Owl charges Build. "Ready Go!" Build jumps up as a rainbow graph of a slide traps Owl in place. "Genius Finished!" Build drops down the slide kicking as the bottles on his suit blast out energy like a jet in their individual color. Inside Owl, the Nebula Gas is cleared out of her system. Build jumps back as Owl drops to the ground fading into smoke leaving a completely blacked Lost Bottle and the Prime Minister passed out on the ground. "Ah! Prime Minister!" Grease exclaims looking over.
Mad Rogue:(jumps back) Impossible!? A Lost Smash should be dead after they are defeated!
Grease:(steps over to Build) Sento, let's finish this.
Grease cranks her belt. "Scrap Finish!" The two Riders jump and launch towards Mad Rogue, the two smash into Mad Rogue as he is thrown through several trees before crashing into the ground. Usumi lies in the dirt as his armor fades off him, with a scornful look at the two Riders he runs off leaving the two Riders alone.
We are Sento…
Removing our bottles, our armor fades away into the air. Looking at the Genius Bottle in my hand. "Apparently this Bottle is able to neutralize Nebula Gas." I look at Madoka. "I should-" Madoka puts up her hand. "I'm fine. I've finally become stronger." Madoka said as she stretched. "This is my chance to show off in front of Mii-tan!" Madoka exclaims. 'That's your priority?' I step in front of Madoka.
Sento:(worried) But-
Madoka:(smiles) Don't worry. I'm counting on you if it gets dangerous.(takes out Dragon Jelly) Thanks for the support, Kasumi-san.(looks over) Now then…(walks over to Tajimi) Prime Minister!
Madoka kneels down and softly shakes Tajimi's body. "Prime Minister?" Madoka asks, Tajimi's eyes slowly open as she sits up. "Are you alright?" Madoka asks, Tajimi looks around, then to Madoka, then to her hands. "I… What happened?" She asks, 'The Pandora Box's effect must have faded when I neutralized the Nebula Gas.' I step over and put out my hand.
Sento:(holding out hand) You're not the same as you used to be now.
Tajimi:(takes hand and stands up) What… What have I done?!(looks at Madoka) I'm… I'm so sorry…
Madoka:(pats Tajimi) Create a new future for this country for everyone.
Tajimi:(tearing up) …Thank you…(puts hands in face) Thank you…!
Madoka then picks up the blackned Owl Lost Bottle. "Syoukichi's Bottle…" Madoka said looking at it. "It's blacked." She said handing me the bottle to take a better look. "I never thought a Lost Smash could be returned to normal!" A familiar voice said, we all looked over to see Evolt leaning against a tree. "Is that the effect of the Genius Bottle?" Evolt surmises. I step towards Evolt. "Madoka, take care of Prime Minister Tajimi." I ordered. "Got it Teach." Madoka said, as the two quickly headed off, leaving me alone with Evolt.
Evolt:(points at bottle) I need you to return the Lost Bottle.
Sento:(looks at Evolt) What do you want with this Bottle?
Evolt:(looks at Evolt) I'll use it to create a New World!
Meanwhile… Touto Port… We are Ichika…
Arriving at the port, me and Sawa visit Kino-san on her ship. "I see…" She said, crossing her arms. "So Katsuragi-san's son is Build…?" She said, "You know Katsuragi Shinobu-san?" Sawa asks her. She nods and gestures to her boat. "Yes, he was on my boat a few days ago." Kino-san said, Sawa and I look at each other surprised.
Ichika: Sento's Father… Is alive?
