I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here things are getting a bit worse as the overzealous Ministry members are determined to capture the magic-based Kamen Riders, and it looks like things won't slow down…though that might change…

The Durmstrang students went to the battlefield and stood in front of the ministry officials while aiming their wands, telling them to leave as their actions caused a student here to get injured, but the ministry officials attempted to use their authority to make the students back off but Viktor Krum showed up and sternly told the ministry officials to leave as their actions resulted in a casualty.
"Leave now. Your actions have caused a mess here!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
"This is official ministry business! Stay out of this!"
Suddenly, Wizardragon showed up flying around and spewed fireballs which were actually warning shots, as the blasts deliberately missed the ministry officials, and there Kamen Rider Beast saw Haruto standing there and he was relieved to see him, and Haruto told Nitoh that everything will be okay now as he has no reason to cause another magical move.
"Haruto!"
"Its okay, Nitoh."
"Be careful! Those clowns are…"
"Don't worry. I got this."
"Huh?"
"You don't have to do another magical move."
"Really?"
"Really."
The ministry officials were taken by surprise as they saw Haruto there, and their plans are now in jeopardy as it appears that Haruto is aware of the fact that Nitoh is here and someone may have tipped him off about their secret activity here.
"Damn."
"Why is he here?"
"Did someone tip him off?"
"Has the minister…?"
"No…"
"It can't be…"
"She can't…"
"This is bad…"
Haruto then saw the sprawled Durmstrang student and checked on him, seeing that he is seriously hurt, and there Nitoh told Haruto what is happening here, which Haruto nodded and told Beast to try a magic that is would heal the hapless student, which the latter nodded, as he took off the Buffa ring and puts on another ring then pressed it onto the right side of the Beastdriver.
Beastdriver: "DOLPHI! GO...DO-DO-DO-DOLPHI!"
A magical circle appeared and the right shoulder area of Kamen Rider Beast glowed, from red to blue and there the right armored shoulder pad change shape, which now resembled that of a dolphin's head and the cape is colored blue, and there the Durmstrang students are baffled at what is going on, but Krum told the students that the Muggle is attempting to use magic to try healing the injured Durmstrang student.
"Don't be alarmed. He is going to use a different type of magic to heal the injured student."
"Eh?"
"What?"
"Seriously?"
"Yes, so do not worry."
"If you say so…"
"I hope that person helps him…"
"Me too…"
There Beast swings his right arm where the blue-colored mantle glowed and magical glow appeared as it enveloped the ailing Durmstrang student, and after a minute he slowly sat up, as he appeared to be healed, the swelling on his body disappeared and he is breathing normally now, no longer in painful discomfort.
The other Durmstrang students checked on him and asked if he is okay, which the Durmstrang student said that he is fine now as he is no longer in physical pain and his injuries are now healed.
"Really, I am healed."
"What?"
"Seriously?"
"For real?"
"Yes. I am no longer injured."
"Unbelievable!"
"I can't believe this…"
"A miracle…"
Beast then told the Durmstrang students to go inside as he said that he has a feeling that things would escalate, but the students said that they are not going to ignore what they saw and reiterated that they will not let the ministry officials get away with this and told Beast that they will watch his back and not let them take him away just like that.
"But…you guys might get…"
"Don't worry."
"We will help."
"You can count on us."
"Are you sure about this…?"
"Yes."
"You helped our schoolmate…"
"So allow us to return the favor…"

Meanwhile, Haruto confronted the rogue ministry officials and demanded an explanation on why are they causing a ruckus here and why are they using violent force to apprehend Nitoh as he has not committed any crime here other than retaliating in self-defense, and the ministry tried to save face by telling him that this is official ministry business and demanded that Haruto step aside at once or he too would be arrested for obstruction.
"This is official ministry business! Stand aside or you'll be charged!"
"This is official ministry business! Stand aside or you'll be charged!"
"This is official ministry business! Stand aside or you'll be charged!"
"I won't. Tell me why you guys are targeting Nitoh. I know that person. He's with me…"
"This is official ministry business! Stand aside or you'll be charged!"

"This is official ministry business! Stand aside or you'll be charged!"
"That won't do. Now then…how about this…"
Haruto then asked how the ministry officials would explain why a student here was injured, but the ministry officials feigned ignorance and gave Haruto a harsh warning to move aside or else he too would be arrested, which Haruto would not budge, as he appeared to be aware of what happened just now.
A Durmstrang student came forward and told Haruto what really happened here, and how his schoolmate was caught in the crossfire and that Beast tried to use diplomacy but was almost struck, hence Nitoh was forced to transform into Beast to fight back in self-defense and protect the students here.
"What…? You can't be serious…"
"I am."
"…"
"That's the truth. I saw everything that happened."
"Then these guys…"
"Yes. They started this. They suddenly attacked that person without warning. He tried to settle it peacefully but they instead attacked him."
"…"
"And we all witnessed it."
The rogue ministry officials were starting to panic a bit as they realize that their stealth plans are beginning to fall apart, and are now considering in striking Haruto down, and as they are about to raise their wands, Wizardragon roared as it landed on the ground and threatens to retaliate, surprising the rogue ministry officials, as this is the first time seeing a Phantom.
"What the…?"
"A magical creature!"
"How…?"
"No way!"
"How fearsome!"
"This can't be!"
"This is absurd!"
"The wizarding world is in danger!"
Things took a turn as Harry Potter showed up and this shocked the rogue ministry officials as they did not expect to see him show up, and there Harry used his authority to make the rogue ministry officials stand down, as he sternly warned them not to provoke him as he demanded that they drop their wands immediately.
"Stand down now."
"…"
"…"
"…"
"And don't force my hand."
"…"
"…"
"…"
The rogue ministry officials are now panicking as they realize that they have been exposed, and before they are about to do something rash, other ministry officials appeared and surrounded the rogue ministry officials, ordering them to stand down and not resist, saying that they are now under arrest for unlawful and illegal operation and for endangering a wizarding student.
"Stand down!"
"Surrender your wands!"
"You are under arrest!"
"You are all under arrest!"
"…"
"…"
"…"
"…"
Haruto then approached Beast, who powered down, and asked what happened and how he got here, which Nitoh explained about encountering some men in masks and wands, which he and Yuzuru accidentally got into an encounter and ended up somewhere here and got separated, and then these men showed up and tried to capture him that led to this.
Haruto became worried upon hearing that Yuzuru is somewhere here and tells Nitoh that once things are stabilized they will look for Yuzuru and figure out a way on how to send Nitoh and Yuzuru home. Nitoh nodded and asked what is this place and how they ended up here, which Haruto said that it is a complicated story.
"Quite a long story."
"Er…how long?"
"A complicated one."
"Seriously…?"
"Yes."
"…"
"For now, stick with me."
"Okay."
As the rogue ministry officials are disarmed and arrested, Harry approached Haruto and is introduced to Nitoh, and there Harry explained that Haruto is his guest and revealed that he received intel about what is happening here, as well as hearing that another Muggle possessing an ARTIFICIAL MAGIC like Haruto, prompting him and Haruto to arrive at Durmstrang.
Harry then assured to Nitoh that everything will be okay as he sent other ministry officials to Beauxbatons to see to it that other rogue ministry officials are stopped, and there Harry invited Nitoh to come to the Ministry Of Magic headquarters as his statement would be needed after Nitoh mentioned about Death Eaters. Haruto nodded to Nitoh as assurance that everything will be okay.
"Don't worry, Nitoh. You're not in danger."
"Really?"
"Yes. All you need to do is answer some questions."
"That's all?"
"Yes."
"…fine…"
"Good."
"…"
As Nitoh appeared to consider Harry's invitation, he has something else in his mind and asked Harry for a favor, which made Harry wonder what Nitoh has something in mind, and there he is willing to listen to what Nitoh has to say.
"Say…can I ask for a favor…?"
"A favor…?"
"Yeah…if it's okay with you…"
"…"
"…"
"Okay."
"Really?"
"Yes…so what favor are you asking?"
