Chapter 32: Carter's Arrest, Group Meeting And The Case Begins

Before Caine moved behind him to catch him if he collapsed a second time on them as Weine crossed his arms as he watched him carefully at that remark. 'Young man does the word reverse psychology mean anything to you right now. Because my cadet obviously knows this, you're surrounded by Cops, soldiers and paramedics, one false move.'

'And you seal your fate as the one who is under psyche for the rest of your life.' Caine thought as he exchanged looks with Weine, who nodded sternly. 'Prevention over cure is our one option, but the more injuries Alex takes in this situation. And the more chance the last could mean he's in the hospital for three months to heal right now from it.'

'Young man don't try it right now, you're surrounded and you're in enough trouble already with us at the moment here. His parents, their new gang, us and the trio, even Clear, we're all worried out of our minds, you don't have a scratch on you. But he's recovering from several injuries that the next could be the one that kills him right now.'

'Reverse psychology, good thinking, get him to lash out and we take him down anyway, he knows he attacks him again and we got just cause to arrest him anyway.' Weine thought as he got what he was doing as he saw him shaking in anger then. "Honey what are you doing exactly?" Clear whispered and he explained that to her and Lewton then.

"He knows that he makes one move to rush us or even attack me a third time, he blew his case, which is the same as a black ops trying to get themselves out of zipties. By cutting it, but in the process cut his arm across the same spot he did. When draining the drugs, which blows their case with the CMO and base psychiatrist at the moment."

"We're, if we were in the military, still cadets and the general, CMO and the base psychiatrist are testing him till he makes that choice. As that seals his fate as under scrutiny until the school term for college starts with him on drugs and drunk here. Weine's my future mentor, he's just waiting for him to lash out so he can arrest him."

"But he took a guess at my theory and seeing the alcohol was one piece of it and if I'm right he's showing every sign of speedballing with the caffeine pills. Though he is, he's showing every symptom of mixing caffeine with alcohol right now that there is." Alex told her and she nodded as Lewton pulled him closer to her as she said it to Carter.

"Or just speed, but if he did, that could do a lot of damage, which explains his behavior right now, but if he was addicted that explains it right now. As trying to go cold turkey is having him suffer mood swings and violent behavior. Though that theory is true, then we got to get it out of his system before he goes." Weine said softly to her and she nodded.

"We already had that discussion boss, but frankly, he doesn't realize, or he's pretending not to right now, that he barely destroyed my life by one thing alone. He thinks I destroyed his life by this, but that's not the case, by one remark alone. He just destroyed or would have destroyed my life, but he's refusing to see this at the moment here."

"That if I never prevented them from leaving or reacted to his remark, it's over, but he's convinced himself he's innocent and I'm guilty. Survivor's guilt, that doesn't even begin to cover this, the anger at him is so bad, he pushes it now with me. And I'm too worn out for a fight, but junior cadet/agent, he doesn't realize that Clear and I out rank him."

"And I got the authority now to have him arrested, it's him, it was always him now, three deaths because of him and his damn temper. Let alone the class and the trio, my uncle, I hate him as much as the narrator hated the guys that attacked him. Before their leader died and he lost two of his friends, but that's this now, if I don't prevent it here."

"With Terri, Val and Billy, leaving only us and Carter left, before the final injury in my case, but a double whammy. But we both know what happens from stress, let alone the grieving process here now. You forget your own health and if this was in reverse, loss of weight is a big one now, that I take the shot for her, and get blown into the garage."

"But that's it, my body is spent, but I've reached the other stages I need time, before I can even think of actually being around him now." Alex told them and they nodded gently to that news. "We get it, it's alright, we understand, but I'm making that highly clear if this was in reverse right now, that he doesn't realize just who he ticked off right now."

"You spend enough time around us as it is that to us we see this the way his teacher would, if we found out the truth, through that book. As he realizes that you just threw him to the wolves as he gets taken from his parents. And is spending a few months in the system as he sees what's like to be taken away from his family, because of his temper."

"If they would just control this kid, he wouldn't be on the edge of being taken away from his parents until the year is over. He may say we can't do that, but he needs serious help right now, if what was written in his records was underlined in red ink. And all that says right now, is he's two steps away from needing to be committed for rehab and anger."

"But I can see he's as crazy as Dallas Winston is and enough we got to put him behind bars right now. Your body can't take this level of abuse repeatedly and frankly his atitude is wearing thin on my patience. Let alone his arguing with us at the current moment, but the fact he was possibly the ring leader in your near murder, but this at the moment."

"With us joining forces with the cops we just turned into the federal marshals for kids your age." Shreck said and he nodded as he looked between them as he answered him then. "He's right, I don't care who's fault this was, but seeing your side of the story that is enough to annoy me and I'm not budging." Weine said and he nodded to him then.

"Anyone want to test that debate with them they're used to this, but you, you're the more stern version of the cops, that he just pushed your patience. And a bit too far at the current moment right now, but either way I just threw him to the wolves. After I realized, he was the ring leader in their attempt to drug me right now at the current moment."

"And technically you are the wolves, he wants to continue biting the hand, wait till the hand bites back. Because we all had all we can take of this crap by this point, they want to go to war, then he's the one getting arrested as I'm in no condition for this. Though at the moment, you guys are not budging on the fact he's dangerous at the moment."

"With him acting like this you better start treating him as though he's still like a 10 year old who is not getting his way. But you, as our teachers, mentors or parents, still see us looking younger then our real age with us on the edge of finishing high school. Still your cubs, no matter how old we get, if you're in your early 40's and I mean both of you."

"In that, then in this case here, with his acting like this, we look, to you, no older then 11 or 12, and his attitude. That it matches that of a 4th or 5th grader throwing a temper tantrum here, then again. Nothing he says makes any difference and not with us under age, we maybe teenagers, but to you until we get out of training or high school here."

"And you're the ones in charge, but he wants to act like a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum, well then you guys are treating him like one starting now." Alex told him and he nodded as that matched his opinion. 'Yeah that's an understatement, and he is acting like 5 year old, but thanks for the tip, I'll do that son.' he thought as he heard it then firmly.

"You and Clear are our students, so as I said mess with you, our cubs, and they mess with us, but they want to piss me off and they're going about it the right way. Where you're concerned, you two, but this kid even makes one move. And I'm taking him down right now, but he needs a time out." he said and Alex hid a smile to the remark then.

"Medical time out as he was already on the edge of it, before you and the chief made that decision, but he tries to run. And you got a repeater of what happened between George's side of the team and Parker right now." Alex told him and he nodded. "Kid cool down right now, because you're close to a time out." Shreck said under his breath to this.

"Well fortunately you're not having this type of fight with me this is, to you, I'm not about to break orders, but trying to run. That just makes him look guilty right now, as does arguing about this, when you're not budging at the fact. That he comes with you guys either way, so cool it already." Alex said and he nodded as he crossed his arms at that.

"But whether or not he agrees with this, but arguing about it and trying to run, that just makes him look guilty at the moment. But a chase down in the middle of the night is dangerous enough, as you can't see where you're going. Though he tries that and I'm really going to be ticked I had to leave you." Weine said softly as they listened to this.

"I would consider this a questionable sanity case as we already got plans for psyche being set up, but this crossed a line he can't take back right now. But the only friends he has are his quintet and the other kid you told me about. As he lost everyone he loves, but his decisions have him under our watch now." Shreck said sternly and Weine nodded to that.

"And he's under both our jurisdictions at the moment that frequent call ins and dragging him repeatedly is trying our patience at the moment. But them sticking around town for the first three and then it starts getting more dangerous after this right now. That if the house catches fire, you have to call us, that bottle explodes and you get hit by the glass."

"As covering your neck protects the carotid artery, but the blast hitting you below that and you dressed in dark clothing we won't see it untill you collapse on us." Ryan said under his breath and Weine nodded. "But Billy tells us he saw him running from behind the house, before we check the kitchen and find blood all over the floor right now."

"And nothing is saving him from an attempted murder charge and with it arson, as the explosion from the bottle hit you and we find a piece. And one the size of a steak knife or carving knife that has his fingerprints on it and your blood covering it. As this looks like he just tried to kill you and set the kitchen on fire to cover his tracks, to us right now."

"He's being arrested and whether or not he did it, we been in the run around for a week, but this time. It's we got him cornered after you saved the quartet, but got hurt in the fourth." he said and Alex nodded. "Yeah, but where being arrested by the cops are concerned they had to show they mean business, but with that attitude now."

"Make it clear, he's going with you either way, but try to fight it out and he's being cuffed as his temper at the moment with the trio. It has him close to being cuffed at the moment, but they give the stern father act in these cases everytime right now." he said and Weine nodded sternly to the news as he crossed his arms then firmly at that

"In my case this took a far more stern note as I'm still pissed at the fact he attacked you without provocation right now, but he lashes out, and I will. But you, young man, cool down." he said and Lewton tried to reason with the other boy. "Carter listen to me, at this rate if he never told us this, it's your reaction in there could have killed us anyway."

"Just look at this from our point of view right now, you were drinking, and then attack him for no damn reason after he said was leaving himself. Jumping to conclusions and you're trying to turn our scrutiny back over to him. You see this as we might think you were desperate to keep from getting arrested as you sound like O'neill's twin now."

"Who's trying to get out from under their scrutiny for attacking him twice in six months, and nothing you say makes any difference as to us you're dangerous. When you lose your temper at the moment, causing us to question your sanity. As this is turning into a serious psychosis at the moment now." she asked and he snapped at that remark then.

"So that's it, for the next seven months I'm stuck under scrutiny, nice work Browning, just destroy all our lives while you're at it." he snapped and Caine crossed his arms. "Hey I never drugged you earlier, nor did I say I was turning you into the coach. I did nothing for you to attack me, so you did the crime and you can do the time now, starting now."

"But I'm close to switching mentors, but they're locked into the country government, one is member of the military, the others part of country civil services department. But either way you never developed a bond that has them acting like you're their own cub. But as any criminal mastermind should know that to a mentor, mess with their student now."

"And you got their wrath as a result, but with your temper you wanted them to treat you fairly you should have controlled you temper. They're seeing you the way the cops and the faculty do at the moment, a troublemaker with a violent temper. But nothing you say makes a difference in their eyes, you're drunk and you're going either way right now."

"But you want to test my boss, our unit, and you're going about it the right way, right now." Alex said to him and Shreck nodded sternly. "Young man, you're going whether you want to or not right now, you know that we don't tolerate this. In what you just did, but try it and you're being arrested right now." the chief said to him sternly at that remark.

"Guys take the quartet to the hospital, now." he said and the secondary unit nodded. "The leader is the one that, in our case we're bringing in personally, but interrogations once they're all thinking straight at the moment. Before we got these guys under watch at the moment, so get ready." Shreck said sternly and they all nodded in agreement.

And Weine said it sternly to that. "You want to test me right now, young man, as your one action away right now. And from being arrested at the moment, but your attitude towards her at the moment now, that you're convinced he lost it. When you're the one who committed a felony here, just adds on to our theory of psychosis and with that."

"And that's exactly why you're coming with us, Carter, because we need to analyze this right now, but with your behavior. As, to you, the source to your problems is all pointed at Alex and not yourself right now, blame everyone but yourself, is that it. Don't think so young man, Alex never did a thing for you to attack him, you did this to yourself."

"That temper of yours wrecked your life, it's not his fault and you convinced yourself he is the reason you got arrested, but no, you did that all by yourself. By not staying sober and controlling your temper, young man, but that is a clear psychosis. And you would want to be out of our scrutiny, by painting him as the prime suspect at the moment right now."

"By provoking him, but seeing everything in the tape, I saw what I needed to see to know he was never the one that could have killed everyone. He read my direct thoughts correctly that I considered this to be related to drugs and alcohol. But I see just one change has this changing directions, his resisting your barb just proved him now."

"And in his innocence, I could see this as one false move, one remark can destroy lives and you nearly did just that. But looking at this from our point of view, before the explosion, we see you trying to provoke him. But in our eyes we see that provocation as a way to turn this around, get out from under the cops and your teachers scrutiny."

"If we never checked those tapes I might have seen it your way, if he never prevented Larry from leaving and delaying the flight. As you get off and he has his life destroyed as a result here, but no to both of those things in your case. He stopped it and and we catch you and your friends with the evidence in your pockets, the wallet and your carry ons."

"So tell me, if you never believed him, why get off the plane at all right now and why get up at the same time he did. If you thought it was some joke why rise to it and get up at the same time your teacher and peers did, huh, why?" he asked and Carter swallowed hard at that, as he realized his reaction pointed him as the prime suspect in their eyes.

"If you had a problem with each other right now, why did you react like that, it was like you, in our eyes, wanted to repair your friendship with him. Your peers of the six of you told us everything, and to us adults this is a clear psychosis now. Because you never wanted to get exposed and your jealousy at him pointed a severe jealousy of him."

"If you were not drinking or on drugs would you have still attacked him, and even when it never was focused on you at the time. But simply a case of trying to protect your fellow passengers and getting them off the plane?" he asked and Carter swallowed hard as he realized he was right as he went further at that as he removed the bottle from his coat.

"Whether or not you realized you weren't the reason, it's you attacked him without provocation, based on what he translated to us. Regarding his non spoken remark to you after you threatened him with your own remark. That's enough to have the finger pointed at you right now, when he's sober and you're reacting without thinking here right now."

"And instead of a near murder where you dump the alcohol, he got the canteen and gave it to us, so nothing you say to us is going to get you out of this. With the evidence all over your clothes and we have the canteen right now in this case. You think you still would have attacked him if you were thinking straight, but not us, but the security."

"Instead of him being seen as the prime suspect, you are, but whether or not you're speedballing is the next question. But instead of getting away with it, you get caught, instead of getting him to lose his temper, he resisted that barb thrown at him. Instead of justifying your threat with any type of response, Todd does everything for him now."

"And you get it by us finding this in your suitcase, like your police department, we never tolerated that type of fight either." Weine said as he showed him the tube of whiskey and he swallowed as he tried to say it quickly. "I didn't realize it wasn't about me." he said quickly and Lewton nodded and Weine crossed his arms then sternly as he watched him.

"It doesn't matter, it's done and now you been arrested at the fault of no one's actions, but your own, Alex never did anything. This was an unprovoked attack, an attack through no fault of anyone's actions, but your own. You did this to yourself, all Alex had to do was show up for it and you did the rest." Shreck said sternly and he tried to say it quickly.

"Carter you're going on 18, at that age, you know we had procedures put in to keep alcohol out of your hands till you were of age. You know the airlines never sell to minors, one reaction, that looks like a reaction to cross chemicals. Has us questioning your sanity out of a psychosis, looking like you want to sabotage him, having it appear now, that."

"To us, you want out of our viewpoint, our scrutiny by you getting him to say one sentence that has us eyeing him for what happened." Weine said sternly and he quickly said it. "And nothing you say can erase your actions on the plane, as one false step could kill hundred of lives at the moment." Murnau said sternly and he quickly said it then.

"But I never did anything!" Carter said and Shreck held up the bag. "Never did anything, as accident or not, you did the deed that could have killed everyone on the plane. As such right now, that's why we need to get a clear determination on this." he said and Carter swallowed hard as he tried again and Weine held up his hand at that remark.

"All these idiots wanted was to get out of school for a few days and away from their scrutiny, and try to get their attention on someone else for once. But their plan backfired right now, but if they searched the luggage and I just..., hold on." Alex said as he checked the other sets with ten bottles each and they nodded sternly to that news then.

As Shreck gripped his arm as he helped him get down as the duo stood in front of them as they double checked. "We searched the carry on luggage, but we found 5 bottles per bag, but someone had more then 5 in their luggage, and whoever left their carry on. They screwed up here, but how much in them is the next question right now."

"But this crossed a serious line, but Alex never did anything, he just attacked him." Clear said and he nodded. "Meaning the reason they did it, in attacking and drugging him, is because there is more then 25 bottles, way more." Weine said firmly and they nodded. "Yeah and the next question is how many." the chief said sternly and she nodded firmly.

"Don't get up too fast in standing up, pal." Caine said to Alex as Clear moved to him then as she and Alex checked the first and nodded. "You got to be kidding, the carry ons had 5 bottles, these primary luggages have double that!" Clear said and they nodded sternly as Alex looked at their quintet and said it quickly then as he looked between them quickly.

"We got 45 bottles, all the same brand type: J.D." he said and the trio nodded in shock to the news. "Better check the others right now, you did 2 bags, if they're all marked like this and someone is going to get it right now." Shreck said and he nodded as he looked at his quartet then quickly as she steadied him to keep him from falling over then.

"Terri, Billy, Todd, George." Alex said and they nodded as they started digging through each one and saw they all had the items and nodded. "They all match up boss, all of them and with the fact you saw their reactions, they know they're screwed here." Alex said and Weine nodded as Clear gave the prognosis as she looked between them gently.

"Fifty bottles in the main luggage and five more in the carry on, a packet of matches, per bag, and they're all carrying these canteens, no getting passed the evidence." Clear said and Shreck crossed his arms then as that did it finally. "They better have a damn good reason for trying to frame you, or they're spending 3 to 5 years in Juvenile hall here."

"Because this is beyond cruel right now." he said and Weine nodded in agreement. "And we arrested his gang already, so if he's the ring leader, then he's the one getting it. But they got 2.5 years in the system, he has double that, if we have repeated close calls." he said and the chief nodded in agreement as he crossed his arms at this remark then.

"Aside from a black box, there was standard procedure to follow in case of a plane explosion, so what's the rule on that?" Alex asked and Weine, getting what he was doing, answered him. "That if the explosion destroyed the name tags on your luggage, leave your spare I.D. in the luggage if you're a student." he said and Alex nodded to him then.

"Well that's their undoing boss, their student I.D.'s are in their luggage, and we just found the mother lode in evidence to have them arrested. And sentenced to Juvenile hall for up to 5 years and Carter twice that now." he said and the duo nodded sternly. "Well first this and then you get some research done, guys." Shreck said and they nodded.

" Guys just found something else in his carry on right now in truth, but we got what looks like a bottle of caffeine pulls here. But caffeine and alcohol don't mix, and neither does whatever this junk is right now, then again, only you know code names for this stuff. Maybe you could clarify what these these letters stand for?" Todd asked and he took the bottle and saw the letters.

"ANE, that's the chemical code for amphetamines." Shreck said sternly and he nodded quickly as he thought it over carefully and then his eyes narrowed. "Where the hell is he getting it from is the next question, with us living this close to the dangerous part. And of downtown, we got a drug dealer in town." Murnau said and he nodded to that remark.

"Just got worse actually." Billy said and Weine looked at him. "Why exactly?" he asked and Billy pulled out a device that had an open top with a straw like piece coming out the side, before pulling out a tube of rock like cubes. "He's on crack." Clear said as she took one look at it and nodded and the group nodded slowly to the news at that remark.

"Cocaine, speed mixed with alcohol and he had a reaction to it, he was definitely speedballing and they never wanted you to find that out. Because they're sick of being held under scrutiny they try to frame Alex for taking drugs. But gets caught by me long before the conclusion, in being his best friend here." Todd said sharply and they nodded sternly to that news then.

Taking the bottle, Weine nodded slowly. "I knew it, I knew that reaction was due to drugs, as one of the indicators is delusions of persecution. But that doesn't excuse the fact he attacked you for no damn reason right now. He reacted without thinking, there is only going to be one action for this situation in my eyes and one only right now."

"But until he is clean and it's completely drained from his system which, I might add, takes 18 hours under controlled conditions. So he's staying here so we can keep an eye on him as he detoxes from this crap, what he just did is beyond dangerous anyway." Weine told them and they nodded to his decision as the co pilot nodded in agreement.

"Blow a half a day in Paris, how about three days as we do a more thorough search in his luggage and carry ons. Because there is no way in hell I'm allowing him to be on the next flight out without a strip search here." the TSA head said sternly and Weine nodded in agreement to his thoughts at the remark as he looked at Alex gently at that remark.

"Guys take the quartet to the hospital, Carter we're doing ourselves, before this really gets physical." Shreck said and the seven cops nodded as they handcuffed the trio and lead them out of the building, as they watched Carter carefully then. Looking at him, they could see the angered fury that Alex once again exposed him and hid a stern nod then.

"Cubs and good behavior, he wants to be let out of his cage, he better control his temper or he has us on his trail to catch to get him back in his cage. And with it lay off the spiked drinks he's screwing around with here right now." Shreck said bemused and Weine nodded in agreement to his thoughts as he hid a smile then.

"Doing okay cub?" He asked and he nodded as the man looked into his eyes gently and as he said it to Alex gently as he felt the bond deepening between them every minute. Running his hand through the hair at the back of his head, and pressing his forehead to his and Alex smiled as the man gave him a hug and he buried his head into his shoulder.

'There's my little cub, 17, but my baby cub, not leaving you cub, I promise, shh, it's okay, it's okay, it was close, but it's okay, buddy, shh, it's okay.' He thought as he felt him leave his head against his shoulder and hid a smile. 'Yeah cub is exhausted right now, not leaving him alone, he needs me when this get started, right now and then during his parents trip right now.'

'My being his adopted papa bear as his mentor, but my being his adopted father with his parents gone and out of town for a few months. Going to be fine, I can be a father, look after my students, it's going to be just fine now.' He thought as he thought it over at the fast connected that developed between them gently then.

"At the moment, with that attitude, he knows he's getting the same spiel we would have given you if you never stopped Larry from leaving right now. Then again it's getting the fact that who knows when the attack starts again right now, and even then if your parents need me looking after you, I'm doing it with you still recovering here." Weine said and Alex nodded, as he hid a smile seeing the look of paternal love for him.

"You and her, the group is intact, but there is no getting passed the fact he's dangerous in your eyes when he's like this." he said and the two agents nodded sternly. "We been arguing about it all night, that we all had enough of this, so you take charge guys, but enough is enough of this already now." Lewton said and he nodded sternly as he looked from the orderlies, the chief and his team and the guards and said it quickly.

"I don't think he realized who he crossed here, after you guys, and before I got you up here right now. But he's been trying to out from under their scrutiny, as instead their choice just threw them back into it, but this is pushing all of you to be too exhausted mentally and emotionally as we are." He said and they nodded as he answered him gently.

"Get ready for this, as he knows he's busted with me at the moment, for attacking you and in a non provocation. He tried to provoke you and you resisted it, so all that tells me is he's desperate to turn this around right now. But I am not debating this right now, and young man." He said sternly as he crossed his arms then.

"That's enough of this already, now stop arguing with me right now. But you're not thinking straight at the moment so enough already, because you're going whether you like it or not. That that's enough of the arguing right now, Dave stand by." Weine said and the chief nodded sternly as he crossed his arms. "God when you guys sound like this in addressing us, in either gender and we know we're in trouble at the moment.

I hate to be them right now, as you don't have problems with the guys and me right now. Then again, we're not the problematic patient in your eyes at the current moment. Here, that they're all getting sick of the frequent medical arrests and he finally crossed that line to get it after a repeater of George now." Clear said to that tone and he nodded gently at that remark.

"Too late, he doesn't realize how close he is to being sedated here, but trying to fight it out with us is tantamount to failure when outnumbered. Especially if he tries to fight it out with us right now." Weine said as he carefully watched the other boy, as he waited for him to try it then as the chief said it under his breath to him, Shreck and the couple gently.

"We're 30 feet off the floor and that door is locked, there is no way out and no where to go, so as a result we're standing in the way of the only exit. But fifty adults and the only way out is trying to get passed us right now, then again it doesn't surprise me as a result here, but honestly. There is no where to go, so don't try it, don't fight us." he said softly as Weine nodded in agreement then firmly.

"Looks like he's ready to go out fighting, but when surrounded by 45 adults, there's no going anywhere right now. But I see this reaction in a drunken officer at the base, but a cadet, we have this reaction every time if he's 21 or younger." the doctor said and the quintet of soldiers nodded. "And 10 times too." the leader said and Weine nodded sternly.

"If these guys, in either age group, would stay clean, we wouldn't have to keep resorting to this right now, but how many times do we have to do this. And just to make sure they're clean of the toxins exactly?" Shreck said, keeping his eyes on Carter as he waited for the attempted escape then and Weine nodded in agreement to his thoughts then.

"I'm contacting several of my orderlies on Monday and they're on the next flight out, for Paris, but that should help now. But once out of sight of you, my team has him until Eric gets to him, but under no circumstances is he to be given anything. And I mean anything that has alcohol in it and check everything." the doctor said and Campbell nodded then.

To the order. "One thing's for sure, it's that nothing he says can erase the fact that he blew his first good impression with us. But he never spoke to me immediately on our arrval, he never was acting as rational as possible. And finally, if he was thinking straight he would realize that assault and battery in a non prov loses points with us right now."

"He's too late, you got to us first and it's game over by delaying the flight long enough to dig through the evidence, as we see your theory in action. But this crossed a line, that he can't take back right now, but what did you ever do to these guys. To have them pull a stunt like this as that is their one chance of staying out of jail right now in this case."

"So tell me, just what did he and his friends ever do to you guys, for you to to pull a stunt like this, huh what. Did he insult your families, get you in trouble with the faculty, the cops, what exactly?" he asked and they paled at that. "There is no excuse for this, is there, after you attacked him for no reason." Shreck said, crossing his arms sternly then.

As she helped him stand as he sat on the ledge of a chair as they discussed it then, with Clear standing next to him. "To you, we maybe adults at 18, but on the other hand we're still teenagers, but 21 is legal to get married, to start drinking and a few other things, but with us several months short of 18 you guys, and our parents, make the calls."

"As a result, but one is a serious penalty at the moment in your eyes, but this, he wants to tick you guys off and he's getting killed for it." she said and they nodded to that remark. "Yes and as soon we get started, you guys are my responsibility now after this, but to us, though young adults, you're still our cubs." Weine said to her gently at that.

And they nodded as they hid a smile to his remark. "After that reaction earlier when you lost your temper, I think he got the message. But your paternal instincts went to over drive, but now, he pushed it too far finally here. Does he expect to get away with this as you two are furious enough already without adding this to it right now, but with it."

"We're the only ones that read you two that easily to realize that once you figured this out, if this was in reverse. And nothing was stopping you from arresting him for framing me like this at the time, as by then, you had a few weeks getting to know us. And by then you're getting overly protective." Alex said and he nodded in agreement to that.

"Yes and with the fact you got to me first, before that happened, he just ticked me off at the fact that something like this crossed the line. A line that can not be taken back right now, but the kid is pushing my patience further then I can take it." he said and Shreck nodded in agreement as he looked at the other boy sternly at this situation then.

"This is going to get nasty now, if he tries to fight it out with you guys right now, but in the building you got multiple guards, but five units in the cops, plus you two. Does he think he can run on you guys, and with him not thinking straight at the moment. As one bottle of Jack Daniels is the damn fuse and you saw his reaction when I dragged it up."

"If this was in reverse, that reaction if you guys saw us, was a dead give away as only an adult knows what these initials stand for. If they know the perp has a drinking problem and has been arrested once too often right now. And by the town precinct, prior to the accident." Alex said and the trio nodded sternly as he answered him then gently at that.

"You mentioned the name of that whiskey and he loses it?" Shreck said and he nodded. "We already saw the reaction before you got back up here and he lost his temper." Hawkins said sternly and they nodded. "If he grabbed your arm in the way he just did a bit ago and we know something is is up." the chief said and Weine nodded sternly to that.

"Once I saw that reaction, I decide to check the luggage and finding a few dozen broken bottles and all with the same brand of alcohol in the carry on luggage. As I take it to Dave and he tells me Carter has a drinking problem and with it. Is sick of being stuck under scrutiny and that does it, if he tried to frame you for arson and manslaughter."

"If you're hurt right now, I switched targets, but on the one hand is a manhunt and the other is a missing person's case. But I'm leaving the cops to deal with him as I try to find you myself and dig further into what the heck cause that explosion. Before it hits me why we have him losing it every time he sees you, and it's because he's afraid you told us."

"Told us and Clear finally that you figured it out and he's about to get turned in for multiple murder now finally. Before his trying to shoot a cop and he's the one getting eaten alive by the cops as I get you to come back. What with your original mentor dead, I'm close to his personality to help you heal now." Weine said and he nodded softly then.

"Then again as I just got cleared what's the next concern in your case after stopping one back to back attack. And we got a second barely two weeks later and I haven't been released yet from the hospital?" he asked and Shreck answered that one. "That our biggest concern after getting you back is having your system crash finally here now."

"And you're going to her and possibly a second back to back attack is about to hit that we know you're no where even close to being recovered. That we got to bring you back to the hospital, that's one thing, but you too fatigued to focus right now. That we just realized she was next and you're injured after Billy was killed that's even worse."

"But this is too much after we lost four people in a month right now, and we're close to losing both of you in one shot right now. But not this time, once we hit you two, we're not leaving you, but he forces us to, well then he's being confined as you recover." he said and Alex nodded as he knew the duo were growing protective with him and Clear.

"Did he honestly expect you guys to take it lightly they tried to set me up and then he attacks me in a non prov?" Alex said and he crossed his arms. "I think he did, but he knows your department entirely way too well at the moment. He doesn't know us at all, but 6 to 9 weeks with you guys always around us, that's you and Clear right now."

"That you know me better then he does, if this was in reverse at the moment, and you know exactly what I'm thinking once I get the entire truth. That I would kill him for framing you for something like this right now and you're right. I would consider this a severe psychosis that he needs to be committed for, but a link activated between us."

"That you know me better then he does right now and in knowing where an innocent man is going for, if this was like the scandal on the movie. You lead me right to him as I find the evidence, before checking the records and you get the evidence. But an innocent man returning to the crime scene to find any evidence, that says you been framed."

"That to you that's the easy part as you can get in my head to know what I'm thinking right now in this case, with us involved right now. Your precinct was jucidial, we're covering the D.A.'s office that he just ticked off the wrong people, as with us. That's a bit more strict and we just turned into the arrest team that was ran by the U.S. marshals."

"For kids your age as a result, that we don't need outsiders getting involved and not when Max and I spent this much time around you guys at the moment. That you and Clear we spend the most time around, but your group is the easy part now. If this was in reverse, having it end up on the roof and preventing a shoot out by a sniper is the key."

"Before I get you to listen to me finally, if I realized he was the reason the others are gone, but this crossed a line he can't take back. That nothing is stopping me now from arresting him as you recover from what injuries you took at the time here. But never mind the visions, we're doing some digging as we figure this out, but the motive is solid."

"Solid enough that if he's trying to us get off his trail by trying to set you up by man slaughter and arson is not going to work at the moment. Before shooting a cop in your precinct and he's getting eaten alive once this gets to us at the moment. Never mind lethal force, we go to hand to hand, but a fully grown man is one thing here now."

"But a teenage boy and one just out of high school is another matter entirely, and thinking straight it just takes 3 of us on you to arrest you. But drugged and 5 to 6 on 1 right now, there is no escape, if he's desperate enough to try to have you shot now. And by making it look like you killed one of the guys." Weine said and Alex nodded firmly.

"But I know you, you're not the type, you got a clean record, but all this says is who are we going to believe: the troublemaker, who gets in trouble repeatedly. And has a drinking problem or the teenager with a clean record and never gets in trouble. And stays sober, but if you never attacked anyone and you got shot in trying to save her life right now."

"All that says is you're innocent, and would an murderer risk exposure saving a child's life right now, or being exposed at the hospital. Risk exposure to the cops by being at the one place when they knew that the marshals check there and he's in trouble. So though these guys are good, you're better, as hiding in plain sight is a useful skill right now."

"For the U.S. marshals it's an adult, for us, it's your age group and technically, our area also covers the social services at the moment." he said and Carter paled at that remark. 'Aw great, these kids are juvenile delinquints on the edge of getting taken from their parents for four years now.' the chief thought to that reaction, knowing he was scared.

"And never mind the updated status, so with you going on 18, stuck in the system till you finish college, buster, but things are in reverse now. So you pushed your limits and our trust, your parents, till it snapped finally, you had this coming for years. And you just pushed us into getting it now finally." Weine said to the scared look in his eyes sternly.

"I don't think he considered that, with us still under age, you got the authority to take us away from our parents and put us in CPS." Clear said sternly and he nodded. "And instead of Alex, it's him as we got enough to put him in juvenile hall. And for 2 to 5 years right now, but this continues in that same direction and it could result in that now."

"If you guys were just starting high school and that would be 4 years stuck in the system, until you were of age. But this just took a far more stern tone to it, but if he's trying to resist arrest and he's just digging himself into a deeper hole here. With us stationed in Buffalo, you're our jurisdiction right now and as a result we do it ourselves."

"But a teenager along these lines, it's to us, does this kid ever quit right now, which is my direct thought here right now. As he's forcing us into shooting him, but we're taking him alive either way, if you headed for her house. And we knew there was only one place you could be going, we go there." he said and Alex nodded as he refocused at that firmly.

"Stand by guys, he makes a move and we take him down, as he obviously thinks he can get away with that reaction after being arrested once too often. But that's not the case anymore, nothing changes the fact they could have killed everyone." Weine said and they nodded as they shifted position and Hawkins stood behind him as he waited for it then.

Seeing the stern look in his eyes, he watched his eyes narrow and Carter swallowed hard, knowing his eyes were dilated, telling them he was strung out on something then. "The effects of it are wearing off in my case, so check again." Alex said and he looked into his eyes and nodded as the doctor nodded gently as he got what he was doing then.

"That's 3/4's clean, and it's worn off by morning so you're off the hook right now, but every symptom of hallucinogens is wearing off in you, but speedballing. That takes 9 hours to wear off, but under controlled conditions if this happened before. Tell Hawthorne to put him under when you get there." he said and they nodded sternly to that remark.

"He's speedballing at the moment, he thought you caught him and he attacked you?" Shreck asked and he nodded. "Well we just found what he's screwing with lately, but before we go to questioning, we need to get that out of his system as he did it again. First George and now Alex, that's it for me." the chief said and Weine nodded to that.

"If this was you it's one thing, but us, that's another thing altogether, and when my cub never did a thing for them to attack him like this. I don't care who's idea this was or why they did it, it doesn't matter right now, what does. Now, is making sure he's completely clean if we have a chase down tonight, because that only makes it more serious."

"Right now, if he knows what's coming and is ready to bolt because of it, but at the moment, he doesn't realize how serious his situation has become here. But I can see the look that says he blames Alex for his getting arrested by us now. But the more he holds on to it, then the deeper the hole he digs himself." he said as he crossed his arms then.

"Well now he crossed me at the moment, he's not only drunk, he's stoned, fast thinking under pressure, he would have realized that based on situations. That my first theory would prove true in the way it did for your precinct at the moment. That a close call like this only comes from loss of temper and not staying sober, in both ways right now."

"But he blew his first good impression with me that nothing is changing my mind right now, we already know which of you was innocent. But the first priority in my eyes is not the investigation, but making sure he's clean of this crap." He said and Shreck nodded to that. "Kid don't start with us right now." he said in stern annoyance and Weine nodded.

"Oh boy, now he's done it, if he thought we were bad, then these two are even worse where that's concerned." Alex heard from Hawkins, who was standing behind him. "Yes and attacking my student is the reason why I am not tolerating this. He wants to cross me, and he's going about it the right way." Weine said and he shuddered at the remark.

'Oh god now he's done it, that look in his eyes, he's gone to paternal guardian mode and never mind that Coach normally is the one in charge, with us out of sight. And for couple days, they're going to added orderly status until the side effects wear off.' Alex thought to the look in his eyes as he said it with a warning tone to him as they exchanged looks.

As he looked at the boy, his tone stern, but reasonable to the other boy then as he said it. "So that is the reason you lost it on us, these pills, when I was coming up here, I knew someone in the 6 of you was on drugs, and turns out my theory was correct. Only the one on drugs is you now, but trying to set him up is beyond cruel, young man."

"But if you wanted to keep from getting arrested, then you should have stayed sober and kept that temper of yours, young man. I knew I had it right, but the current problem at the moment is not the near accident that almost killed the entire manifest in my eyes. It's making sure you're clean of that crap, you been polluting your body with right now."

"And keep in mind that while you know your precinct, you barely know me and my partner, so take a guess if this did turn into The Fugitive, huh. Your desperation to keep from getting arrested that you shoot a cop and I already know why. But this is enough to have me preventing your peer from getting shot on sight at the moment, young man."

"If this was in reverse, if he never did it and lead me right to the real killer, before we arrested the mastermind in this plot. Trying to get me off your trail, by trying to frame him in a murder job, but even that doesn't work. Before I have to be the one to end this, but I'm not about to have an unarmed teenager taken in and by lethal force right now."

"My unit turned into Jones's character and with me, my boss, as we combine forces with your precinct starting now, so how far do you think you could get on foot. And before we trace your trail, before you ended up at the hospital, as someone recognizes you. Before changing your appearance, but even that doesn't work, as I know you on sight."

"After it ended up in the whatever we chased you into right now, before I see you face to face and you have to change your appearance again. But that doesn't work either as your accomplice is sedated and arrested before I go looking for you. And we find you at the court house as just as you're leaving, I'm arriving and I spot you, before confirming it."

"As you react to my calling your name out, and I know I found you." he said and he saw the boy swallow hard at that and hid a nod. "Did you honestly expect me not to wonder why he lead me to your place, as I recall the testimony he gave the cops. Digging further into that, I realize it now and I decide to switch targets now as I work in clearing him."

"But as I don't have to, I know what extended drug and alcohol abuse does to the body and mind, and if you were in rehab, and broke your rehab. All this says is we need to deal with it a third time in six months, but your body can't take this level of abuse. And repeatedly, how many times do we have to do this to make sure you're clean right now."

"Because your readings of the last one were ridiculous and you do it again, and this soon after you collapsed at the wheel of your car. This is too damn soon after the last one, you need time to recover and your body needs time to heal that you need to rest. And you're getting it whether you want it or not." he said and the boy swallowed hard as he went on.

"But don't start with me right now Carter, you're in enough trouble already right now, young man, but this. Whatever excuse you guys had better be good for trying to set him up right now, because this is beyond cold blooded at the moment. My partner just said everything I'm thinking at the moment, but thanks to Alex's quick thinking right now."

"He just prevented you from killing close to 600 people on two planes right now in both incoming and out going flights. So this issue of you being under scrutiny came close to killing 600 people, but you realize that if you destroyed the plane. That psychosis of yours is enough to have you committed for life?" he asked and the boy swallowed hard.

"I don't care why you tried to set him up, it doesn't matter right now, but you're coming with us whether you want to or not right now." he said sternly and seeing him look between them, shaking. "Don't try it, young man, don't fight us or you're being cuffed." the chief said and he sighed at that and decided to wait then as Ryan stood behind him.

"He's staying here for two days, so we'll see you when you get back guys." Weine said gently and Alex nodded. "Everyone we're boarding now." the stewardess called out and they nodded. "Be careful guys, see you in a couple weeks." Shreck said and they nodded smiling. "See you in two weeks boss." Clear said and he nodded smiling gently to them.

As he looked at his two students as they boarded, as Alex headed for his seat as he settled in as Todd took care of his carry on and stowed it in the overhead compartment. As Alex made an adjustment and put the pillow on his arm rest then, as she settled in next to him then. "Better get some rest guys." Caine said and they nodded to him softly.

As the doctor passed him a sedative. "Eric I could use some water." he said and the steward nodded and passed him a cup of water as Alex downed the pill. And in two swallows and passed it back to them, as they all settled in then. Waiting a few minutes and nothing, he hid a sigh of relief as he said it to him and the steward then quickly.

"That did it, the explosion was because of them, the chemical reaction, normal flight from here on in." he said and the pilot said it gently as he, Jenkins and Harrison moved to him then. "You're sure, not picking up on anything son?" he asked and he shook his head. "Nothing at all, Carter's reaction was the reason for the explosion as was their stuff."

"With them off the plane, we're good." he said and they nodded in relief, as he relaxed as Hanson, who had the seat behind him, gently looked at him. And as she watched him relax, as she knew the dose was taking hold as she gently ran a hand through his hair. And he leaned his head into her hand in response as his eyes closed and she smiled.

'Shh, that's it baby, we're right here, just rest.' she thought softly as she looked at Caine then. "Needing the reassurance now, watch out out for those nightmares for a while for the next few days." she said and he nodded. "Yeah I know, a few days to adjust, but we're keeping the boys separated, but Carter is under our supervision when he leaves."

"Alex stays with the duo, but the sextet need this right now." he said and she nodded, as the doctor who was sitting across from him answered him then. "I'm sticking around for this starting now, as we get this starting up now. But Alex's remark on solid evidence is something we can keep an eye out for, but I'm transferring to the town hospital later."

"And with me my team, so though Hawthorne knows this, I know even more after seeing it in action right now." he said and they nodded, as they felt it lift off and Murnau turned and looked at Alex as Clear, who was sitting next to him. Then laid her head against his shoulder, before he shifted position and pulled her against him, and she left her head.

And against his shoulder and Murnau smiled and turned to Lewton. "Val, take a look at them." he said softly and she turned and smiled as Todd hid a smile to that response. 'Well I got to keep an eye on these two, but guys though on vacation, you're still on a fieldtrip, so keep it clean cubs, I mean it.' she thought as she saw the same look then.

And in Murnau's eyes as they all relaxed then as they felt the plane lift off and their class relaxed completely then. Watching from the window, the two agents watched their students plane take off and waited, until it was completely out of sight. As, once it was, they left to deal with their troublesome young perp, as they relaxed completely.

Attempted Escape And Medical Watch-Weine's POV:

"Why do I get the feeling, leaving him alone with their department is going to have him acting like he would if we never arrived yet?" Shreck said and Weine sighed. "Because that effect on his mind from the drugs is he's about to start putting up a fight. Though attempted escape only makes him guilty." he said as they headed out the main terminal.

"I'll say it does, but Alex never did a thing for him to attack him, but that kid's attitude is pushing my patience right now. Alex is innocent of all charges, we both know this, but the more Carter is seen at the scene of the crime. Or arrives there at the same time we do, we know he's connected to the accident." Shreck said and he nodded in agreement.

"Alex is always with the victim during every single close call, but then if Terri is always with Alex now, the crazy jealousy. That is enough of a reason to know that every time, the sextet are together helping Val Lewton with packing up her house. So she can move to a new one in town, before he arrives and she immediately calls us to grab him now."

"This goes in the direction we theorized though, and not only is he pushing my patience further then I can take it now. But Alex keeps getting hurt in the process and we have a manhunt get started, we got to go to pulling him off active duty. If he gets hit a second time after Billy is nearly killed in the attempted suicide, but that is going too far here."

"And only tells me that we got to put that kid away, and before his trying to get back to the rest of their group puts Alex back in the hospital. And for another near fatal injury like what just happened right now." he said and Shreck nodded. "And tonight's just the beginning now, who knows when it starts up again." he said and Weine nodded to that.
