A scientist who goes by the name of Dr. Schnitzel, scrambles backwards in a hurry, screaming and begging for mercy as he is eventually cornered in the lab room. "Don't kill me! I-I did it for the empire, for YOU!" Whoever was in front of him chuckles darkly, loving the panic on the scientist's face and the fast, labored breathing coming from his thin, pale lips.

The mysterious figure's wings sprouts out, "Yes, yes, you definitely did this for me and the empire. Thank you for your services and your torture."

The room was soon raining red.

--

"You're certainly back here earlier than expected. Did you find what you were looking for?" Kairo asks, looking at Neji as she walks in the main room of his secret base. "No, I even ask this man if he ever saw the winged creature. He said no, but that he will keep a lookout." Kairo nods and turns back around to face his device. Neji spots it and is immediately curious, walking forward until she made it right next to Kairo.

She points at the device, "What is that?"

"Hmm, why should I tell you? What's in it for me?" He asks teasingly.

Neji shrugs, "Okay, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to. Just say 'no comment,' you dimwit."

"Ouch! That is not the way you talk to your fiancé." He says dramatically, clenching the clothing part where his heart is. He then bursts out into laughter when he sees Neji's deadpan look.

Neji looks at her ring finger on her right hand, "Well. I never actually agreed to be your fiancé, Kairo. I never said yes or no."

His mouth opens slightly, realizing this. But before he could say anything, his device beeps loudly. Kairo snorts and rolls his eyes, "Duty calls. Let's see what they want." He clicks on something on the screen of his device, and a face of a Twi'lek girl pops up, who gives a small smile. "Greeting Kairo! Oh, hello there Neji. Anyways, our boss wanted me to inform you guys that there is news that apparently a scientist that works for the empire has been murdered. Brutally. It might be that target you two are looking for. But you should come back to headquarters to receive your equipment. You two are heading to a planet that is just recently discovered."

"What planet would that be, Vira?" Neji asks.

Vira the Twi'lek, doesn't answer and just smiles.

Kairo sighs, "Neji asked you a question."

Vira's eyes went wide, "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't hear, must be a sound mishap on my part. Or that Neji is too quiet. Were you able to hear her question?"

"Duh, I'm right next to her. Now that your sound is working again, listen to her question. I mean it.." Kairo says.

Neji repeats her question, and Vira once again, doesn't answer. That is starting to annoy Kairo, but he doesn't want to go back and forth with Vira. "Where is the planet that we will be going to?" Kairo asks sharply.

Vira eyes widen, "Oh! It's Mars. I will be sending you guys the coordinates for when you're ready to leave. Also Neji, please speak louder, your voice is way too soft for anyone to hear." Her face disappears from the screen, Kairo breaths out a sigh of relief.

"Sheesh, finally."

He looks and sees that Neji is looking at the ground, feeling dejected. He grabs one of her hands on his, gently rubbing his thumb over her knuckles. "Don't let her get to you, she's annoying. Let's just focus on the mission at hand, yeah?" Neji shrugs and gives a small smile of her own, turning around and walking out of the room. Kairo closes his device and gets up, bringing it with him as he too, exits the room.

"You remember where my ship is, right Neji?"

"Maybeeee, maybe not. We'll see!"

"Well, this will take a while..."
