"Dude, you ok?" Tucker asked, seeing Danny looking mad about something.
"I'm fine. I can't believe my sister told that shrink I'm a loser." Danny said, still not believing what Jazz said.
"What?" Azazel asked, confused.
"Are you sure Jazz said that? That doesn't sound like Jazz to me." Sam said, rising an eyebrow.
"I hang around your place from time to time and I never heard Jasmine say that," Azazel added.
"Hey, guys,"
Everyone turns and saw Jazz walking up to them.
"What doesn't sound like Jazz to you?" She asked as Danny scowls.
Azazel sighs. She really needs to get this fix. Spectra was not the person people thought of her as.
"Still mad?" Jazz asked her brother.
"Wow, you are the smart one," Danny said, sarcastically.
Azazel shook her head. She knew that siblings have their fallout, but looks like Danny's and Jazz's were on thin ice. She had to do something.
"Danny, I know you're angry, but I'm worried about you. Ever since the accident..." Jazz started.
"Jazz, I know you think you're helping, and I'm sure when I'm older I'll appreciate it, but right now, I don't." Danny cut her off.
"You have to talk to somebody, Danny. You barely have any friends." Jazz said, getting annoyed.
Tucker and Sam frown at Jazz and even Azazel crosses her arms at that.
"Besides these three. And you have absolutely no extracurricular activities." Jazz added.
"Unless you count the ghosts," Tucker whispers to Sam.
"Shut it!" Sam said, tightly."
However, Azazel could tell that Danny was not giving Jazz a chance to show that she still care for him. It was clear to her that Spcetra's words were getting to him.
"Well, maybe this is me now, huh? Not everyone's pumped up and full of spirit all the time, you know." Danny said, turning away.
However, he was shocked to see his ghost sense appear, and thought he saw Azazel's halo flash over her head.
"Ghost sense? I don't see anything." Danny whispers, looking at Azazel.
"Danny? You're shivering." Jazz said, hoping he was alright.
"Leave me alone!" Danny shouted, running away.
"It's worst than I thought." Jazz said, worried.
"I'll go check on him," Azazel said, running after Danny.
However, Jazz still remembers what Saint Michael told her. But could Azazel help him? Before she could think on it more, one of the students ran up, grab her, and pointed back down the hall.
"A freakishly large hornet!" He shouted before jumping into a locker.
"Owww, my leg!"
Jazz turns and saw more students running before she saw what was indeed a freakishly large hornet. It looks at her and she screams. It flew up and grabs her before licking her head.
"Back off, Ghost Bug!"
Danny flew into the scene knocking the ghost off his sister. Jazz stood there shocked once she heard what the hornet was.
"Ghost bug? Wait a minute, that was a ghost? That was two ghosts?" She asked, still shocked.
Outside,
Danny was able to get the ghost outside where Azazel join him.
"Everyone is safe and Tucker gave me this." She said, pulling out a Fenton Thermos.
"Great! Now then, Somebody called for some exterminators?" Danny asked, ready to fight.
"My, you are clever, aren't you? Swat this, big boy." The ghost said, flying at Danny with its string at him.
Danny throws up his arms defensively. The stinger slices his arm and he falls to the ground, clutching it and crying out.
"DANIEL!" Azazel shouted, flying down to check on him.
"I should have gone intangible. Idiot! I'm not getting better at this. I'm getting worse." Danny groans.
Azazel looked ready to say something but spotted the ghost coming for a second attack. She threw her wings over Danny and herself as it crash into her wings. Azazel pulled her wings away, showing that Danny was holding up a Fenton thermos of his own.
"Alright, pal! Time for you to..." Danny started, only to see that the ghost was nowhere in sight.
"Gone. Great. Another bad guy gets away." Danny sighs, flying into the air.
"Daniel..." Azazel said, following him.
"Maybe Jazz was right. Maybe I am a loser." Danny said, defeated.
"Daniel, stop! You're not a loser! I never thought of you as a loser! And I know Jasmine doesn't think of you like that! I never had a sister but I know she still cares and loves you! Like I do." Azazel said, taking his hands.
Danny felt a bit better and hugs his secret girlfriend. Azazel hugs him back but she could tell that Danny was still fighting with those words. Little did they know, Jazz was watching them, still shocked at what she was seeing.
"A ghost? Wait'll I tell Danny!" Jazz said, excited.
"Wow, I sounded like dad for a second there." She said, blinking.
School ended, and Azazel had to head home. Danny was surprised to hear that Jazz saw him in his ghost form, but with Sprecta's words still buzzing in his head, and the fact he never told Jazz about his powers, he had to play it off.
"What do you mean, you didn't see a ghost?" Jazz asked, shocked.
"It didn't look like a ghost to me. It just looked like a big bug. So I ran. Like a looooser." Danny told her.
"I was right. You're not going to listen to me, are you?" Jazz asked.
"Nope," Danny said, thinking he got her to back off.
"Well, you don't leave me any choice." Jazz sighs before readying plan B.
"Mom! Dad! Can I talk to you about Danny?" She shouted, shocking him.
"What?! Jazz! No!" Danny tried to stop her, but it was too late.
"Is there something wrong with Danny?" Maddie asked as she rushes in.
"Is there a ghost involved?" Jack added.
"Is there something you want to talk about?" Maddie asked her son.
"That involves ghosts?" Jack added again.
Danny looks around, not sure what to say. Jazz stood close by, not wanting to bring their parents in, but Danny left her with no choice.
"I...I...actually, yes. Jazz thinks she saw a ghost today. Tell them, Jazz." Danny said, finding a loophole in her plan.
Jazz was shocked to find that Danny found the loophole and knew what was about to happen.
"WHAT?" Maddie shouted, leapfrogging over Danny.
"Why didn't you tell us?" She asked her daughter.
"It would have been a good chance to try out the portable Fenton Ghost Peeler. It tears ghosts apart atom by atom!" Jack said, activating it.
He was soon covered in metal armor that was shaped to fit him. However, he's overbalanced in the heavy suit, falling over and smashing the kitchen table into splinters. Danny smirks and gets up.
"Enjoy your chat!" He said, walking away as Jazz groaned.
Later,
After getting her parents to back off, Jazz retreated to her room. The minute she entered it, she almost screams when she saw Saint Michael sitting on her bed, reading one of her books.
"I can never get how you humans believe in these things." She said, flipping a page.
"Well, we need something to keep us busy." Jazz said before shaking her head.
"Nevermind that. What are you doing here?" She asked, shocked.
"I saw what happened today. I know you're worried about your brother, but you can't force him to tell you what you want to know." She said.
"But, I," Jazz stops and sighs.
"We use to be close. We shared everything together. But when we started to become older, it was like Danny was a different person. Even more so when the portal was turned on. I'm just afraid for my little brother." Jazz said, sitting on the bed.
"And I'm the same for all the angels," Michael said, sighing.
"Huh?" Jazz asked, confused.
"I'm tasked to watch over all of them. Like some kind of big sister. I worry for them, Azazel most of all. I'll admit that I was too tough on her, not listening to the things she had or learned. I force her to be cast out of Heaven. I have learned that I can not just treat them like lower-class angels. That makes me like Lucifer and she already paid her price." Michael said.
Jazz blinks, she didn't know that Michael felt regret for her actions.
"Augh, I can not keep calling you that!" Jazz groans.
Michael turns to her, confused.
"I'm sorry, but your name sounds too much like a guy's name! It feels like I'm talking to a boy!" Jazz told her.
"Lots of Angels are named with guys' names in Heaven. We're not bothered by it." Michael said.
"Well, I am! I need to call you something else." Jazz said, thinking.
Michael just sighs, letting Jazz think.
"How about, Michaelle?" She asked.
"Michaelle?" Michael asked, confused.
"It's a female version of Michael. I decide to keep it as close to your name as possible." Jazz said.
Michael tried the name out in her head. It was similar to her name and it did fit with her gender.
"Very well, I will allow it." She said, nodding.
Jazz sighs before she started to worry about Danny again. Maybe she needs to talk to someone else. Someone that was close to Danny. Make that three someone.
And that end's part two. Azazel is trying to help Danny, but he seems to be letting Spectra get into his head. Much like the show, Jazz is trying to help and Danny isn't letting her. Both Azazel and Michael are trying to help the Fenton Siblings, but it will take some time before both of them come to an understanding like in the show.
Anyway, I'm not sure when Part 3 will be up. There are other stories I'm working on, and they do take up some of my time. I have also started playing my Wii again, so I might not update as early as I use to since I can play games for hours on end. See you in the next chapter!
