"Have you seen Boo, uncle, she didn't get lost." Dot asked.
"I think she's not feeling good, after getting her Covid and flu-shots, which I noticed the other night, so I let her rest but we should check on her later." Sulley told her relieving Dot because it was two weeks until Halloween their favourite time of year, looking forward to trick or treating in Boo's world making Sulley chuckle at his niece's excitement.
"You think she'll be better before Halloween." Dot asked him.
"Yes honey, she will be by Halloween, we always have fun." he told her.
She nodded in reply as she and her class were doing Halloween things, knowing Boo was doing thevsame in her school from what she told Sulley the other night, but she'd gotten her shots, which had made her not herself and tired so had fallen asleep by the time Sulley had shown up understanding seeing the band-aids on her arms, because she'd explained not wanting to getvsick or him sick which he understood, so had told Dot.
"Maybe we should go check on her, uncle just in case." Dot said knowing they'd made cookies which Sulley understood guessing that maygecBoo might need soke opening the portal to Boo's world going through her closet seeing Boo was asleep nuzzling her light-blue and purple polka-dotted stuffed cat which Sulley found sweet guessing she wasn't still over gettijg her shots guessing she wasn't in the mood to play leaving the cookies on her bedside table.
"Awwww, I hope you feel better soon, so we can play." Dot said leaving with her uncle.
Boo was surprised waking up the next morning, sensing that Kitty or Dot had been here last night seeing cookies on her bedside table seeing they had monster faces making a grin cross her face despite her arm which had the Covid shot still hurt gettijg dressed for school going downstairs heading to the kitchen sitting at the table making her mom relieved, she was up despite being a little mentally tired, giving her orange juice with her cereal surprised she was up early this morning not commenting on it thinkijg it was a blue moon last night, making Boo grin at the mental image of the moon looking like Kitty giggling softly hearing her dad ask her, what was so funny.
"Just mom talking about the moon, that's all.":she murmured softly gettijg ready remembering it was the Halloween Carnival so put her beloved monster hooded top on over her pink shirt grinning as she roared like Kitty in the mirror unaware her friends could hear it with her closet door open,
"Boo honey, you can play whatever you're playing at school, you don't wanna miss the carnival." her mom said.
"I'll see you later and tell you all about the carnival." she said into her closet before closing the door gently stomping downstairs making her parents chuckle as they knew she wore it all the time especially at Halloween despite her teacher suggesting, she wear a different costume but Boo didn't care, as Kitty had made it for her getting ijto the back of the car buckling herself in, as the car the driveway, as Boo was excited until they reached school, seeing a kid dressed as a certain purple-lizard hearing her mom asking, if she was okay nodding, while concerned, in case Randall was scaring kids but that was something she couldtell Kitty about.
"If Randall is causing trouble, Kitty will stop him." she murmured, unaware her mom had heard her
