This chapter will be done in two parts and the 1st part takes into account talks between Alison & Betty in CH 94 YOU as well as some things from other chapters.

For those who are still here and have been here from the beginning of this journey, I hope not to disappoint. I'm a little short of time to edit the 2nd part of the chapter, but I hope to be able to finish it by the 1st Nov. Thank you for understanding and asking for updates. It means a lot. Good reading…

CH 99 - Epic Part I

*** Alison's narrative (voice-over) ***

I wish I could tell you how this ends. But, we never really know what life will throw in our way. As a parent, all I can say is: I'm trying my best. At the end of the day, how my kids turn out, how our Epic story ends. It's bigger than us, bigger than me. So, do not worry about the end. I don't live to worry about how it all ends, I live, I'm here, for the little moments like this one…

"Good night my angel, time to close your eyes…"

Alice happily curls around Alison, who's singing the lullaby that has always sung to them since they were babies. The teen might be too old for this, but she doesn't care. There's no better way to fall asleep than having the sweet voice of Alison, whispering a song into your ear while she also strokes your hair. The blonde teen is smiling just as much as Alison, who treasures every second of moments like this.

With three boys leaving soon for college and the twins following their steps in a few years, Alison wants to make the most of these little moments as much as she can, after all she can't pretend their babies haven't grown up. They may get older over the years, but no matter what, they'll always be Alison's little babies. And Alice, in particular, has no problems acting like a baby around her dear mother who keeps singing to put her to sleep.

"Then you should always know,

Wherever you may go, no matter where you are,

I will never be far away…"

"You promise?"

Alice mumbles, half asleep already and Alison chuckles, finding cute how strongly Alice closes her fists, gripping her blouse, just like when she was a baby and she was afraid to lose her mother's warmth. And, just like when she was a toddler, Alison stealthily gets out of Alice's grip, in order to let her sleep alone. But not before ensuring the girl that she will not be far away.

"I promise. I'll never be far away. Sweet dreams, sweetie"

Alice hears Alison's promise, it makes her feel safe and loved just like the tender kiss Alison lays on her front-head. The blonde teen falls asleep with a big smile on her face. But, not bigger than the one Alison has while she looks at her sleeping angel.

"Never change, Alice. You're just perfect the way you're, I hope you never forget that…"

Alison whispers, staying there, looking at her kid sleeping and she could stay there for hours, just like when they were little. Always watching, always present to dash forwards to shoo away any nightmare, any evil that could frighten her kids while they sleep but, the weariness of the long hectic week Alison has endured is finally reaching her. Her body is exhausted, her eyes are tired, demanding to get closed. A nice night's sleep into the arms of her mermaid is all that Alison's body & mind want for tonight, so she whispers again a good night to Alice and gets ready to exit the room but she's afraid it will not be so simple since the door squeaks very loudly when she opens it.

"I told Emily to grease the doors"

Alison mumbles to herself as she hears the squeaking of the door. She's risking waking up Alice again while she closes it slowly. The noise is strong and annoying enough to wake up a cranky baby, thankfully, the teens that are sleeping under the roof seem no disturbed by the noise. Alison sighs, relieved. Everyone who's already in bed is sleeping and Alison cannot wait to join the club. She adores tucking Alice in bed, but one more lullaby and she will be the one falling asleep faster than the kid. And, she really needs some rest. She has earned it! But, while Alison makes her way towards her bedroom, she faces some obstacles like…

"Shit! I told Enzo to keep his skateboard in the garage!"

Big words get out of Alison's mouth as she almost falls when she steps into her son's new toy. Some things never change. When they were little, there were toy cars, dolls in the hallway. Now, it's skates, balls... The blonde sighs, she's not sure what deadly trap was better. Trip and fall over the steps is not the way to end the day. And, to avoid any future accident, she grabs the skateboard and walks downstairs. One more thing to do before going to bed. Her 'To Do List' seems to never end.

The idea of using the skateboard to keep the chimney fired up looks very tempting but against all thoughts, Alison grabs the skateboard and reroute towards the garage where once again, she finds out that no one listens to her in this house! Because Wayne didn't fold the laundry just like Alison asked him to do. Putting the clothes in the basket is not folding it, and the blonde is taking deep breaths to calm down her bad temper when a furry friend taps her leg with its paw.

"Let me guess, Oliver didn't walk you out tonight?"

The dog cannot talk but by the way Pepe is dancing around, it's obvious the poor dog cannot hold it anymore. With a tired sigh, Alison realizes that at this pace, she will never be able to get some sleep. When will she be able to get some well deserved rest? She wonders. In any case, it doesn't seem like she has a choice in this and she's too tired to get upset so, once again, more daily chores are added to the 'To Do List' Alison keeps in her mind. And at the top of the list is to take the dog for a walk. Maybe a little bit of fresh air will be good for the two of them.

"Do not go too far Pepe…"

Alison commands and for once, someone listens to her since the dog does its business and stays at her side while they walk around the block.

"Well, at least someone listens to me"

The dog looks happy with the compliment and even happier when Alison pats its head. Looking back, Alison smiles looking at the loyal furry friend who has always stayed at her side, even on darker nights than today.

"You've always been there, Pepe. Thank you for that and thank you for always being there for Alice, it means the world to me"

Somehow the dog nods and it makes Alison happy to know that her precious Alice will always count with Pepe, just like she did in the past.

"Let's go home…"

Pepe barks and they're walking back to the house in a short period of time, it's a cold night after all. No soul outside. Anyone would be afraid to be out in the dark, alone, but Alison is not like the rest of the world. She has been through so much, nothing can scare her now. Nothing… except the fact to watch that her own daughter is out, alone and not in her room asleep as she should.

"ELIZABETH!"

"Craps…"

The teen blonde mumbles, she stiffs, getting caught wasn't the plan and there's no way to pretend she's not there since Pepe's barking lights up the external lights Grandpa Wayne installed around the house for their own safety. She's on the spot, no way to hide even if she gets stiff like a statue.

Like mother, like daughter. Alison is not surprised to find out that at least one of her kids got her talent to sneak out without being heard, but why does it always have to be Betty, the one who shows all those peculiar skills of hers? This girl will be the death of her…

"Elizabeth, what are you doing out of the house at this hour?"

Alison approaches the teen, this time, her voice sounds a little calmer, she's trying to follow a peaceful path, just like Emily always tells her. 'Do not yell, Ali, take deep breaths…' It's what the mermaid always tells her to do. It's so easy to snap, but she must resist and take deep breaths. The issue is that Betty, pretending to be a sleepwalker, is not helping Alison to calm her nerves.

"Drop the act, Betty. You're not sleepwalking and you're not fooling anyone, not even Pepe…"

It's true, the dog playfully walks around the girl who scolds it when she gets dirt over her new pajama. Betty is very awake and conscious that she'll be grounded from tonight on. And if that's the case, well, why stop now, right? She'll serve her sentence after it, anyway, so…

"ELIZABETH! Stop right there!"

Looking at the high tone Alison is using, this is not gonna end well for her and yet, Betty keeps going since the only thing that matters right now, it's to reach her destination: Veronica's window.

It has already been a week since she saw the dear brunette. Veronica running out of the school in tears, such a sad view still haunts her until today. And, the fact that the young Hastings has shut down any communication, it's not helping Betty to calm down her nerves. So, if Veronica won't come to her, then she will come to her, even if that might cost her to get grounded.

Bad pranks at school, bullying, humiliation… All of that is not new for Betty. What is new for the mean girl, it's to be on the other side of the coin, on the receiving side. She might not be the one Taylor targeted, but Veronica's pain, it's her pain too, she might be suffering just as much as the brunette or even more. After all…

"You love her… more than a friend"

It's not a question. It's a realization Alison is saying out loud and Betty doesn't contradict it. It's funny, the word LOVE feels so heavy and yet, it also makes her feel so light now that it's out there, to the open. Betty looks up, at the window of Veronica, she says nothing and yet, she says so much with the way she looks at the window. Alison recognizes that look, it's the same look she had back then every time she watched Emily from a distance.

Yes, from all her kids, Betty is definitely the one who resembles more to her, even in her hesitation to jump in and embrace those feelings that consume her.

"So, what is the plan? Stay here all night?"

Betty doesn't have an answer for Alison. To be honest, she didn't think this through. She just couldn't get any sleep after calling Veronica for the 50th time in a row and getting again in her voice mail. She had enough of this radio silence and against reason, against promise, against peace, against hope, against all discouragement that could be, she decided to leave the bed and walk towards the Hastings house, to Veronica's window. And now that she's here, she has no clue what to do next.

Alison sighs with such a view. She sees herself in her daughter right now. How many times did she wander around Emily's house without getting in? How many nights she stood in Betty's position, just watching a window, too afraid to get closer to the love of her life? Too afraid to mess it up, to admit what her heart really wanted. Just like Betty, Alison didn't know what to do with those feelings back then when she was a spoiled brat; hopefully, she knows better now and better than that, Alison knows a way in without being seen.

"C'mon, Betty, follow me"

"What?"

"If you're getting grounded for the rest of the month. At least, let's make it worth"

A big smile spreads over the teen's face. Who would have thought Alison would teach her how to sneak into a house? Not Alison, that's for sure and yet, the blonde mother doesn't regret it, not one a bit. This is going to be one of those memories they will never forget. Especially because, when they finally reach Veronica's room, and Betty walks in, to sit on Veronica's bed, it's a déjà vu for the blonde mother.

Alison recalls it, like it was yesterday, the night she was in a similar position. Visiting Emily at night, sneaking into her room, trying to reach her beloved while all the drama in their lives was over their heads and far to be over. History is repeating itself. And, it scares the shit out of Alison. No, because she's against this relationship, but because the last thing she wants for any of her kids, it's for them to follow in her footsteps.

Dealing with threats, demons of the past like -A, AD, it's not something Alison wanted for any of her kids and yet, the drama of the past seems to never leave Rosewood or at least them since right now, it's haunting them again, Alison has a bad hunch about the drama the teens are living. And just like back then, they don't have to go through it alone, they've to stick together, even if Veronica doesn't see it. All this teen can see right now, it's the mean posts about her.

In the past, the black hoodies used the darkness of the night to hide. Now, they use the anonymity of the web to torture and infringe pain and fear. The black hoodies of today are faceless comments. Mean tags and words that cause more damage than a punch in the face.

'Spawn of Satan'

'-A daughter devil'

Words… so many words can hurt so much, Betty always heard about it, but it never felt real till tonight. Till this moment when she sees with her own eyes how much words can hurt a person.

"Oh, V…"

"Betty, you're here?"

"Of course I'm here. You're crying. Why?"

Veronica shows what has been posted and Betty wants to know who all these people are, so she can bring them hell. She must control her thirst for revenge because what Veronica needs right now, it's comfort and all the love in the world. And, that's why, Betty rushes to hug the brunette, who wastes no time to cry like hell over the shoulder of her childhood friend. And, the girl who might also be more than a friend for her.

Alison slowly closes the door, trying to give the girls some privacy. The blonde mother decides to wait outside and Alison sits on the steps of the Hastings entry with Pepe keeping her company; the loyal furry friend puts its head over Alison's thigh, trying to give some comfort to this turmoil of worries that are waking up in the old Queen Bee's mind.

"Oh, Pepe… it's happening again. I can feel it, I can sense it. I've this hunch, I can't explain. I just know... And just like back then, I don't think I'll be able to stop it…"

The dog doesn't know how to calm down Alison worries but, hopefully someone else has the answer she's looking for. Someone like…

"Emily…"

"Mmmm…"

"Em, wake up…"

The dear mermaid doesn't want to wake up. It's 2am! She has to wake up earlier for practice but not this earlier. Finals are just around the corner. The big swim competition that will end the season is going to happen in a few days. It's a big deal since if she wins it, she will make history as the coach with most wins in all the history of Rosewood. She wants that record and to get it, she will need all the sleep she can get, but something is off with Alison's voice, she doesn't need to look at the blonde to know something is wrong, so, the brunette opens her eyes and frowns when she senses the cold hand of Alison, softly caressing hers.

"Your hand is cold"

"I was outside"

"At 2am?"

Alison sighs, she knows she should talk about what she and Betty were doing out, but she doesn't know where to start and, Emily talking about her beautiful dream doesn't make it any easier either.

"Oh, Em…"

"Ali, I believe my dream will come true, just wait and see. Everything is gonna be okay"

Emily says it with such a beautiful smile, eyes sparkling with hope just like that day in the library of the school when they shared their first kiss. Recalling that day, it always brings a big smile to Alison's face. Something she needed right now and that's why she says…

"That's why I love you, mermaid. You're big on happy endings"

Both women smile and lean for a tender kiss on the lips. Years can pass and yet, their love never fades.

"Come to bed, Ali…"

"Okay…"

Alison finally gets in bed, she happily smiles when Emily hugs her. She can always count on her killer to make her feel safe. All her worries and fears vanish, thanks to nothing more than a hug. Now in bed, wrapped in the strong arms of her dear wife, Alison wishes for some rest and maybe, just maybe, to share the same dream that Emily. But, dreams are just dreams and reality is far from having a happy ending, especially when the first thing Betty does the next day when she enters school, it's to get under Taylor' skin.

"Hey! What is your problem now, DiLaurentis?!"

Taylor angrily says when Betty pushes her against the lockers.

"You!"

This is not the first time Betty and Taylor get into an affrontation but this is the first time that one of them has gone one step too far. The trauma that Taylor has caused Veronica, it will not get unpunished. And, Betty plans to make it clear.

"Whatever you want, wherever you want it, I'm going to be there to take it away from you. I won't stop until you have nothing. You hear me, Taylor?"

Taylor gulps, she's actually scared. Betty has no limits and she can do so much damage now that she has a purpose. There's a reason why Betty is feared and untouched till this day, but if we must be honest, this mean girl, Taylor, should be more afraid of another DiLaurentis who's plotting her doom with the help of some friends like…

"Hayley!"

The blonde Rivers finally arrives at the secret meeting. She gets a warm welcome from the boy she already considers as his brother-in-law, Wayne. While her actual boyfriend, Enzo, looks too worried about what they're gonna do, to at least say 'hi'. Enzo doesn't want to be rude with Hayley but he cannot get out of his head. He has a bad hunch about this, he fears they're plotting their own undoing, without even acknowledging it.

"Are you sure about this, Wayne? This is not like you"

"Enzo, when someone comes after one of us, we need to put a common front and fight back"

"But…"

"No 'buts'. I'm with Wayne in this, Enzo. I love you, but today, it's Veronica, tomorrow can be one of my siblings. We need to stop this brat. Taylor has no right to use the past of our parents against us. What if she will come after Alice, next, huh? What if it was Alice?"

Alice is a soft spot for Enzo. A low blow to use against him. Hayley knows it, but she needs him on board, she will not help Wayne without his support. Enzo hears what his girlfriend, Hayley and brother Wayne have to say. He doesn't like this, but fearing for Alice's well-being, he does nothing to stop them, something he feels he will regret later.

Like father, like daughter, Hayley is good with computers and just like her dad was in the old days, she's a useful source, an IT genius, who's helpful enough to find what Taylor has been clever enough to hide all this time. If she's using the past against them, then they should return the favor, right?

"Oh, this is good, really good…"

Wayne says with a smirk when he looks at the little secret Taylor has kept hidden all long.

"This crazy chick! She faked her own death?! Her real last name is Hotchkiss?!"

"What are you gonna do with this information, Wayne?"

Everything is allowed in war & love, right? So, Wayne has no second thought to be in charge to get some payback in the name of Veronica. And, while he's planning to bring hell to Taylor. At the Hastings home, someone else is ready to bring hell too, to the adoptive family of the mean girl.

"This is war! You heard me, Mona?!"

Snapping all over the phone is the only thing Spencer is good at, right now. And, while she's trying to discharge her fury against someone like Mona, Blair turns her eyes towards the stairs, wondering what she can do to make this right, what she can do for the girl who hasn't been able to leave her room for days?

"She should have heard this from us, Spencer"

"Not now, Blair, I'm on the phone and we talked about this! It wasn't the right time yet to tell her!"

"Well, it's time now to talk with her about her biological parents"

"And, tell her what?! That my sister lost her mind! That her father was a psycho and a killer? That both of them tortured you for days! Locking you away and…" (sighs)

Blair doesn't need Spencer to finalize her sentence, she can recalls those moments like if it was yesterday when she got kidnapped by AD and tortured in the wost awful way. She still has the scars to prove it. The memory of that trauma gives her chills, just like the broken voice of the teen who overheard their conversation.

"So, it's true. Bad blood runs through my veins…"

"V…"

Spencer tries to step forwards, but stops when Veronica angrily yells to them, asking them to stay away while she runs upstairs and locks herself in her room once again. She shuts down to the world, feeling ashamed of her origins, feeling angry against those who created her and feeling guilty towards the person who's bringing her a glass of water.

"You always get thirsty when you're sad"

Blair says, slowly pushing the glass towards the girl who's sitting on the floor, holding her legs against her chest and hiding her crying face.

"You didn't knock"

"And, I'm sorry for getting in your room without knocking, but I wasn't sure you would let me in if I asked and well, I cannot stay quiet when you're in pain. You're not alone. I'm here for you. Your mom, Spencer, is also here for you and…"

"And, you're not my real mothers…"

It's a low blow, a heartbroken thing to say and even more wrenching to hear. Blair doesn't hold it against the girl. Veronica is in pain. But, she must get something clear…

"You're wrong. I'm your mother"

"What?"

Veronica turns her crying face towards the dear doctor and when they lock eyes, Blair continues…

"I'm your mom. Not by blood, but by choice. I chose to be your mother from the moment I held you for the first time"

Blair smiles, recalling that day like if it was yesterday…

*** Flashback ***

Melissa Hasting died giving birth in jail and since that moment, it has been hospitals & institutions for the little Veronica Hastings. It's not like her father is around to take care of her. Ian Thomas aka -AD is dead too, and of course his family wants nothing to do with the baby. The atrocities done by AD are still on the news and first page. The Thomas family will stay away from it and this baby. So, she's on her own for now, since Melissa's parents are also too worried about bad press.

Time flies. Many people stay around the baby, but even then, Veronica feels cold. Doctors, nurses, social workers. At her young age, little Veronica has met lots of people, but, till now, no one has really met her.

People watch her, they check on her, but, no one hugs her, no one really talks to her, no one looks at her more than 10 Mississippi, and, it's sad, it makes her sad. Is it gonna always be like this ? Cold and indifferent ? Little Veronica wonders if the world is like this, and she feels already sad to live in this cold world when someone approaches, someone who really looks at her for the first time. At the sad little baby girl who's looking at the emptiness of the room, and, it's at this moment when little Veronica realizes that this world might not be so cold and indifferent after all…

"Hi…"

Blair's baby talk amuses the baby who tilts its little head while the dear doctor makes funny faces to make her smile.

"To whom is this little foot ?"

Blair pretends to eat the little foot of the baby, and says..

« Yummy, yummy... »

Her silly actions amuse the little Veronica, who lets out a little squeal. This is the first time that someone makes her laugh, and she likes it, she likes it a lot...

« You're not scary at all... » (Big smile) « I can do this... we can do this... »

The little Veronica has no idea of what the young doctor is talking about, but, when Blair holds her in her arms, and softly kisses her little head, the world doesn't look cold and indifferent anymore… she doesn't feel cold anymore…

"Hi again. I'm your mom. I'm actually gonna be your mom. Spencer hasn't really asked it. But, I'm telling you now. I'm gonna raise you and you, you'll be my Vero-bear"

Blair rubs her nose against Veronica's face, and says…

"Oh, yeah, my Vero-bear, I'll hug you ! I'll kiss you ! I'll love you ! So, so much ! »

Little Veronica smiles, she chuckles, and, from all the people she has met, this young doctor has become her favorite one, already...

*** End of the flashback ***

"I told you back then and I tell you now. I'm your mother and I'm gonna be your mother forever. You're my Vero-bear since the moment I held you in my arms for the 1st time. And, I love you…"

"How can you say that? How can you want to stick together with me? With the daughter of the monsters who hurt you so much…"

Spencer was actually her aunt, she can understand the reasons why she decided to raise her but, Blair? The victim of her parents? The girl who still carries the scars produced by AD, how can she ever love her, the daughter of those monsters? Well…

"Love knows nothing about reason and logic. Love is love. And, I love you. You must know that. No matter what the past says. No matter what people say or what you might think. I love you. YOU ARE MY KID. You'll always be my kid. And, you're stuck with me till the end"

Veronica smiles with teary eyes. This time, they're happy tears she doesn't hold back, just like the big hug she wants. Blair smiles when the teen hugs her. They might not be linked by blood, but they're definitely linked by love.

"You're not scary at all, V. And, you're nothing like your biological parents. No matter what the world says. You're good, you're kind and you deserve better than all the hate you're getting right now…"

"Thank you, mom…"

Once again, Blair shows Veronica that the world is not cold and awful. Some bonds are just meant to be. And while some people are bonded by feelings, some others have bonds they would love to break. Especially these two who once again are getting reunited alone, in the church of the town. Just like old times…

"Mona. From all the places in the world, you really had to ask me to meet, here?"

"What I can say, Alison? I was feeling a little nostalgic"

Alison deeply sighs, she's not a big fan of the past, neither of the reasons that might have pushed Mona to schedule this meeting between the two of them.

"What am I doing here, Mona?"

"I used to believe you were the mean girl. I'm afraid to admit your offspring has surpassed you…"

"Mona…"

"A constant bulling and torture is what Taylor receives every day from Betty. She doesn't sleep. She doesn't eat. Taylor pretends to be fine, but she's not! I know! I was her, do you remember?"

The little brunette says it with a bitter tone. Just like when they were teens, Taylor and Betty are in a constant destructive circle. And just like Mona did in her days, Taylor might snap, badly snap if this continues.

"She tries to fight back, but she's not a match against Betty, the actual QB in high school, she's your daughter after all, I guess you're proud, Alison"

"Proud is not the word I would use, but I get your point"

"NO! I don't think you do! You better do something or…"

"Or what?! You're gonna expose our kids to another of our sins? What did you get from revealing Veronica's past anyway?!"

"Contrary to what all of you might think, I didn't plan this! I had no idea of what Taylor was planning to do at school"

"Oh, please! The information she made public, it was in your hands! I know it because Spencer told us she was the one who asked you to shut it down when the articles about Veronica & AD's origins were going to get out during the campaign. You delivered all the dirty details of our past to Taylor! How could you?! She's an outsider!"

"She's like a little sister to me! So, be very careful with the way you speak about her. Taylor's retaliation wouldn't be happening if your daughter wasn't an awful human being!"

"Take that back!"

"I'll not"

Too much history between them and yet, it feels like they are again in the same spot, against each other. And like another déjà vu, Alison repeats the actions of the past when she snaps and slaps Mona's cheek. Blood is dropped from Mona' side and this is just proof that some things never change.

"You're not as good as a fighter as you used to be"

Mona mocks about the hit, trying to pretend it didn't hurt while the blood in her cheek shows otherwise.

"What do you really want, Mona? To provoke me?"

"What I want is what I always wanted and that's for you and all your spoiler brats to leave town. I don't care where you go, or how you get there. I want you gone!"

"We already had this conversation years ago. I'm afraid my answer hasn't changed. Me and my kids, we're not a threat to you or anyone else in this town. Can you say the same about that girl you're trying to raise?"

"Taylor is not the problem…"

"Oh, really? Because I recognize a psychopath when I see him. And, let me tell you something, that girl, Taylor, has darkness in her eyes. I know it. You know it. Even if you don't want to admit it"

Mona stays silent. Watching the blonde, trying to figure out if Alison knows about Taylor's past to make such accusations. The blonde knows nothing, but it's not gonna take long for Alison and the rest of the town to know that Taylor really has a darker origin story than what she pretends. After all, the dark past of the blonde teen is already in the hands of one of Alison's kids who has all the intentions to drop the bomb any second.

They hold a steady gaze. A silent battle of looks that Alison breaks when she starts to walk away.

"We're not done, Alison!"

"We don't have to do this Mona. Fight each other like when we were in high school. We're better than that"

"You might have convinced yourself that you've changed and everything is okay. But we both know that's not true. All these years, you might have been trying to be a decent person but people like us never change"

Alison will never admit it, but Mona's words are not new for her. The blonde's biggest fear is just what Mona said. That, no matter how much she tries, she will never be good enough to repay all the bad things she generated. She's evil. She's bad news. She's not good for anyone, especially for Emily and her kids. There's always that little voice inside her head telling her that. Fears, insecurities she cannot escape. Her past still haunts her, it might always haunt her. She wonders what she will need to do to shake that feeling. What will make her be in balance with Karma?

Alison sighs, she wasn't sure what she was going to get from this meeting but, this just confirms her worries. Drama is coming back to Rosewood and to their lives. And, what was supposed to make things better, it just made them worse as this declaration of war gets final when Alison says before leaving…

"I'll deal with Betty. I advise you to do the same from your side. This town doesn't need another -A"

"Nor a new Queen Bee and yet, she's worse than you were back then… I might have to do something about it, just like I did it before…"

They lock eyes and Alison has no intention to prolong this argument. She just needs to make something very clear…

"Leave my kids alone, Mona. I'll not say it twice"

It's not a request, it's an order. The real QB of Rosewood has spoken and Mona gets upset about how easy it is for the blonde to still impose her will. There's no doubt Alison will dash forwards like any lioness to protect her cubs. Ripping the throat of any threat that might put her family at risk. Mona doesn't have a death wish, but she's done playing nice too. Taylor is falling into a spiral, she can feel it. Just like Alison cannot shake away this feeling of déjà vu. Neither of them know what will be their main role to play in this mess. But something is sure, they will meet again soon, even if neither of them wish for it.

Too many bad things haunt this town. And, the new generation is not making it any better by digging out the past that shouldn't come back to life. Especially when that past might bring new evils in town. Evils like…

"Ms Claire Hotchkiss…"

"Yes? Who is calling?"

The old woman doesn't recognize the number and how could she? She has never put a foot in Rosewood but that might change after this call.

"I did the right thing…"

Wayne DiLaurentis says to himself after hanging up. He really wants to believe his actions are justified. He wants to believe he's right, but then, why does he have a bitter taste in his mouth? Why does he feel a cold chill running through his body?

Is the good boy of the family turning bad? Wayne might be turning older, but not necessarily wiser. Call the Devil and he doth appear. And as per Rosewood's tradition, it will crash the party of the year: prom.

This is gonna be EPIC…
