The monsters rushed Wanda to the hospital. Wanda screamed and cried on a stretcher with a hospital gown and ventilator.

"DO YOU KNOW WHAT HURTS WANDA?" asked a doctor, having to yell because of Wanda's screaming. "IS IT INSIDE OR OUT?"

Winnie and Windy hugged Wayne as Wenda and Winda did the same with Willa.

"TAKE THE VENTILATOR OFF! IT'S TRAUMATIZING HER!" yelled Johnny angrily.

"There's noting you can Johnathan Loughran," whimpered Dr. Harp. "All you can do is watch."

The monsters ran inside the hospital and watched. A nurse put a shot through Wanda's arm to get some blood as she screamed.

"AHHHHHHHHHH! MAMA! HELP!" screamed Wanda, putting her paw out towards cried a little because Wanda hadn't called her "Mama" ever since she was a pup. Wanda repeatedly screamed and jumped on the hospital bed on her back. "GET THIS VENTILATOR OFF! GET THIS VENTILATOR OFF! GET THIS VENTILATOR OFF!"

The nurse froze when he took the blood.

"Her blood's red and black!" yelled the nurse.

"When did the seizure happen?" asked Dr. Harp worriedly.

"When the flamethrowers burned the tunnel," said Wenda.

Dr. Harp placed his hand on his chin as a nurse put a shot through Wanda's arm to make her sleep.

Meanwhile...

"Where have Mom and Dad been?" whimpered Wesley. "Winnie too."

"I don't know, I last saw them earlier tonight," said Walden.

"I think they went to Aunt Wenda and Aunt Winda's apartment," stated Wilbur.

"What if Mom had another ... you know?" quivered Wally.

Willie and Wanye stared through the window.

"The trees are black," said Willie.

"And the ground looks red," whimpered Wanye, carrying Sunny.

The werewolf kids went outside to investigate. Almost all of the flowers withered away and the grass looked black.

"Y'all know how we were in that dark forest and the World of Darkness?" said Wesley. The werewolf kids nodded their heads. "Well, the ground looked exactly like this. What if the World of Darkness is coming to Transylvania? What if Transylvania's in trouble again?"

Wilbur suddenly saw a wounded fox next to a tree cave. The tree cave had a gooey-like entrance.

"Aww, look at this poor thing," whimpered Wilbur. "We can't just leave it here."

"Saving Mom and Transylvania are more important than an injured fox Wilbur," grumbled Wally.

"We need to be good werewolf boys for once Wally!" growled Wilbur.

Walden put his paws between Wally and Wilbur to prevent an argument.

"You both are wrong! We don't even know what happened to it and it could be related to the World of Darkness!" exclaimed Walden.

Suddenly, a corpse-like hand popped out of the tree cave and grabbed the fox. The fox disappeared into the tree cave as the werewolf kids screamed.

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" screamed Willie.

"I-It looked like a zombie hand!" yelped Wanye.

Something tried pushing through the gooey substance as the werewolf kids moved back. The werewolf kids heard screeching and growling as they trembled with fear.

Meanwhile...

Dracula, Mavis, and Murray discussed in the attic.

"How are we going to distract the Mind Controller?" asked Dracula.

Murray sighed and sat down on a couch.

"I can take us inside Wanda's mind," said Murray. Dracula and Mavis looked shocked of what Murray said. "What?"

"Uncle Murray, that's more of a vampire thing and Wanda's mind is possessed, so it's more dangerous," whimpered Mavis.

"I've been in minds before," sighed Murray.

"When was the last time you were in one?" chuckled Dracula nervously.

"Hmmm, about when I met you," stated Murray.

"Uncle Murray, that's over 200 years!" growled Mavis.

"I remember how it works. All I have to do is close my eyes and see into Wanda, but I need a picture of her, and lots of sand," explained Murray.

"And where are we going to find lots of sand?" asked Dracula.

Mavis snickered and cackled.

Later...

Mavis and Dracula moved Dracula's to the middle, then poured sand from a sandbox into the coffin.

"Hopefully the park doesn't mind that we stole their sandbox," sighed Mavis.

"I need a picture of Wanda, and I want to enter her mind right at midnight," said Murray.

Meanwhile...

Wanda gently opened her eyes, seeing Winnie smiling eagerly.

"Hello Mommy!" chuckled Winnie.

"AH!" screamed Wanda, making Winnie jump off the bed. Wanda breathed heavily and looked around the room. "Where am I?"

Wayne, Willa, Wenda, and Winda walked closer to the hospital bed smiling.

"Do you know us Wanda? We're your family," said Wayne.

"Who are you?" asked Wanda.

Everyone looked at each other confused. Dr. Harp tapped on Mumette's shoulder gently.

"Wanda, this is your friend Mumette," said Dr. Harp as Mumette nervously waved. "Do you know or remember Mumette?"

Wanda, with a deeper and scarier voice, asked, "Who is she? Where am I?"

The monsters moved back a little.

"What did you guys put inside her arm?" asked Vlad.

"Something that would make her sleep," stated Dr. Harp. "She's probably still zoned out."

Suddenly, Dr. Klondike and nurse Winona came along. Winona held a clear box and placed it on a table. The monsters saw a red slug-like snake.

"What is that?" asked Wayne.

"I think it's best not to ask questions Uncle Wayne," whimpered Windy.

"Wanda Werewolf, our usual patient," sighed Dr. Klondike, sitting down on a stool. "Seems like you're not having a litter this time."

"We're going to do a test Wanda," said Winona, getting a lighter as Dr. Klondike put a mind reader on Wanda's head. "Tell Dr. Klondike if it hurts."

Winona turned the lighter on and moved it slowly towards the slug. Wanda whimpered a little and moved her paws gently. The lighter got close enough to the slug to make Wanda scream.

"OWWW!" screamed Wanda.

"OKAY! THAT'S ENOUGH!" growled Wenda, taking the lighter from Winona and turning it off.

A nurse named Jack came along looking worried.

"Dr. Klondike, Dr. Harp, you may want to see this," whimpered Jack. "Wanda's family and friends and can come too."

Later...

Everyone sat in a room with a long table as Jack presented.

"This was what Wanda's brain looked like two nights ago," said Jack.

"What's the red stuff?" asked Winda.

"Those are the affected areas," stated Jack. He clicked a button as the screen showed different picture. "This is what Wanda's brain looks like as of now."

Winnie looked closer at the picture; she realized the red formed a shape in the middle.

"The red stuff's making a gem shape. Why is there a gem shape in Mommy's brain?" whimpered Winnie.

"Huh? That's the gemstone that summons a portal to the World of Darkness," whimpered Wayne.

"Must be a concussion-" Willa cut Dr. Klondike off.

"A concussion?! After my daughter has a frantic seizure you're saying she has a concussion?! This is way worse than a concussion! It's like something's taking over her brain!" growled Willa.

"It's the Mind Controller," sighed Winda. "He took over Wanda's body."

The monsters walked out of the conference room and went back into the patient room.

"Wanda, do you know who we are?" asked Vlad.

"They are coming," said Wanda.

The monsters looked at each other in confusion.

"Who is coming?" asked Wayne worriedly.

"They are," groaned Wanda, pointing at the slug in the clear box.
